Chapters The Main Six are having a picnic on a hill, everyone was having a good time, and nothing was wrong. Rarity and Fluttershy were enjoying biscuits and tea, Rainbow Dash and Applejack were having a staring contest while Pinkie Pie was keeping track of points, and Twilight Sparkle was reading a book.
"Twilight, darling, if you keep reading, you'll miss out on these delectable biscuits," said Rarity, picking up a biscuit.
"Sorry Rarity, but I have a book I have to read, it's very interesting," replied Twilight Sparkle. They continued the picnic for five minutes, and then they were all ready to leave. "Bye girls!" she exclaimed.
"Bye Twilight!" they said. Twilight headed towards home.
Twilight Sparkle was reading a book on dark magic. She needed to write a essay on dark magic for Princess Celestia, hence why she needed to read the book. Suddenly, she came across a spell in the book. She couldn't read the title because it was scribbled over in black ink (so was the description).
"Well, all the others have bad side effects, so this one's worth a try, " Twilight thought. She sighed, she already knew this was not going to be pretty. She pointed her horn at the book and concentrated on the spell, half way through casting, she though she heard maniacal laughter. "maybe it's just my imagination, " she thought.
After she completed the spell, she was ready to go meet her friends, she started by going to Rainbow Dash. "Hello Rainbow Dash!" shouted Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash came down from Cloudsdale.
"What's up Twilight?" asked Rainbow Dash. "Uh... Twilight?" said Rainbow Dash, worried. Twilight realized she was looking at Rainbow Dash without responding.
"Oh, sorry! Just got a little distracted, is all." replied Twilight Sparkle. "I have to go." She started walking towards Sugarcube Corner.
"Okay! Bye!" shouted Rainbow Dash.
Twilight Sparkle reached Sugarcube Corner. "Hey, Twilight!" cheerfully said Pinkie Pie.
"Hey, Pinkie Pie!" said Twilight Sparkle.
"Wanna come to the party tomorrow?!" asked Pinkie Pie.
"Sure!" exclaimed Twilight Sparkle. She realized that she was doing the same thing that she did when she was with Rainbow Dash. She was confused, and Pinkie could see that on her face.
"Are you okay?" asked Pinkie Pie.
"I'm fine," replied Twilight Sparkle. She realized that she was hungry for a pie. "Can I have a cherry pie?" she asked. She was really hungry. She only had enough bits for one cherry pie, and she wished she had a tea, too.
"Here's your cherry pie! Two bits please!" exclaimed Pinkie Pie. She gave Pinkie Pie the bits, and headed off after eating the cherry pie.
Applejack was bucking apples at Sweet Apple Acres when Twilight Sparkle came. "Howdy Twilight!" exclaimed Applejack.
"Hello, Applejack!" replied Twilight Sparkle. Twilight Sparkle frantically searched for objects- "um Twilight, you okay?" - and found a bucket. She hit Applejack with the bucket and stole the apples. She sat under a tree as she enjoyed the fresh apples. Apple Bloom went walking as she saw Twilight Sparkle.
"Um, Twilight, those are Applejack's Apples, not yours-" BAM! Twilight sparkle hit her too with the bucket. Twilight Sparkle sat back down. She finished the apples and left.
Fluttershy was feeding Angel Bunny some food as Twilight Sparkle came. "Hello, Twilight, would you like some of the cake I made? I think it's really good." said Fluttershy. She was excited to share her cake. Twilight ate the whole cake. "Oh well. I guess I'll have to make more." said Fluttershy.
Five minutes later...
Fluttershy made another cake. "Done!" Twilight stole the cake and ran off. "Oh," sighed Fluttershy.
Twilight Sparkle walked into Carousel Boutique. Rarity was making a dress for Sapphire Shores, and she was nearly done.
"Why hello, Twilight, how are you doing?" asked Rarity.
"I'M GOING TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!" yelled Twilight Sparkle.
"Why that is delightful, darling."
"AND MAKE YOU HAVE TO WEAR TACKY CLOTHES!" yelled Twilight.
"OH NO!" Rarity fainted. Twilight sparkle stole the dress, sewing equipment, and rubies. Then, she did something horrible...
The Carousel Boutique was now on fire.
"I should go and cause mayhem at Cloudsdale and Sugarcube Corner... " thought Twilight Sparkle.
The main five went together to figure out what was going on...
"She stole my stuff, and set my home on fire!" yelled Rarity.
"She stole mah apples, and hurt poor Apple Bloom and me!" yelled Applejack.
"She stole tea from my shop!" yelled Pinkie Pie.
"She flooded Cloudsdale!" yelled Rainbow Dash.
"That's it! We have to stop her!" yelled Rarity.
"Yeah!" yelled the others.
"So, what should we name our team?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"How about the Friendship Squad?" said Applejack. The others agreed.
"Friendship Squad to the rescue!" yelled the Friendship Squad.
Meanwhile, at the library, Twilight was developing a plan...
"-and then Equestria will be MINE! MUHAHAHA!" exclaimed Twilight Sparkle. "No one can possibly stop me now! And then with Equestria under MY control, nothing, NOTHING, will get in my way! Muhahaha!"
"Stop!" yelled the Friendship Squad. "We are going to defeat you!"
"You? Nothing will stop me! Not even the bearers of the Elements Of Harmony! As I, Twilight Sparkle, am one of them!" cackled Twilight Sparkle.
The others gulped. "I hate to say this, but she's right! " thought Rainbow Dash. They all gulped at the realization. How would they be able to stop Twilight Sparkle now?
And that is where we leave off. Will they be able to stop Twilight Sparkle, the Element Of Magic, or will she be able to take over Equestria? Find out in the next chapter!
Celestia was in the throne room, she had called the Friendship Squad to be there, and there they were. "Hello. I have summoned you here to talk about Twilight Sparkle. She seems to have took over the Crystal Empire. We need you to help them with fighting Twilight Sparkle's army."
"Of course, princess! Anytime!" shouted Rainbow Dash. She did barrel rolls in the air in circles. Celestia sighed.
"Twilight Sparkle's army has armor that you will not be able to just hit. You will need these swords." Celestia pointed to a chest. She opened the chest, and the Friendship Squad saw five swords, one pink and light pink, one white and light purple, one rainbow and light blue, one green and light yellow, and one red and light brown.
"C'mon girls! Let's stop that army!" shouted Rainbow Dash.
"Yeah!" yelled the other members of the Friendship Squad.
"Good luck, My Little Ponies." said Celestia. The Friendship Squad left the throne room.
Twilight Sparkle was in her throne room, talking to a spy...
"So, did you find any information on Celestia's plan?" asked Twilight Sparkle.
"Yes. They are using swords that will penetrate the armor of our enemies." said the spy.
"Hmm. We may have a problem. GUARDS!" yelled Twilight Sparkle. Some guards ran into the room.
"What is it?" asked the guards.
"Tell the blacksmith to make armor that can withstand harmony magic." said Twilight Sparkle.
"Okay miss." said the guards. They left, and Twilight Sparkle began creating a backup plan...
"I have a bad feeling about this..." said Fluttershy.
"Don't worry it will be fine! We will destroy those enemies! It'll be awesome!" replied Rainbow Dash.
"Yes, like Rainbow Dash said. There is nothing to worry about, darling." said Rarity.
"Exactly! It'll go as well as far a weight goes through water!" exclaimed Applejack.
"If you say so..." said Fluttershy.
Two mares were inside a room, talking about the coming battle...
"Honestly, i hope we lose this war." said a mare named Cloudy Sunshine. She was the blacksmith, and she didn't want any part in the coming battle.
"I agree, but what if Twilight Sparkle gives me a promotion? I haven't gotten a single promotion in my life, so maybe this is the time it happens!" exclaimed a excited filly named Sunny Skies.
"You think that the time when the Crystal Empire is taken over is the time you get a promotion?" said Cloudy Sunshine.
"But... What if?" said Sunny Skies.
"Very unlikely."
"I just hope we are saved by Twilight Sparkle's friends." said Sunny Skies.
"Me too. But we are background characters, so they would spend more time trying to reason with Twilight Sparkle then save us." sighed Cloudy Sunshine.
Sunny Skies sighed. "I guess that's true..." she said.
Meanwhile at the battlefield...
The Friendship Squad was ready to go into the battlefield, until a orange mare with a sword came over to them.
"Hi, my name's Blazing Skies. Glad to meetcha." said Blazing Skies.
"So, you are the captain?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Yeah. I wish you good luck on the battlefield." said Blazing Skies.
"Thanks!" said Rainbow Dash.
The Friendship Squad went into the battlefield. Rainbow Dash hit one of the soldiers with her sword, however, nothing happened. Not even a dent. "Wha?" said Dash confused. The soldier hit her back, causing a lot of damage. Rainbow Dash noticed Pinkie Pie, she was trying too. However, no matter how many times she hit the soldier, there was not even a dent in the armor.
"Abort. Abort! ABORT!" shouted Blazing Skies. And everyone did so.
"Yay! I will get a raise!" cheered Sunny Skies.
"I don't think Twilight Sparkle taking over Equestria is a thing to yay about." gloomily said Cloudy Sunshine.
"I guess..." said Sunny Skies. "I hope Blazing saves me!"
"Sunny Skies! " shouted Twilight Sparkle. Sunny Skies gulped.
"Wha-what i-is it?" stuttered Sunny Skies.
"You will now be the Supervisor Of Literally Everything. Starting now! " shouted Twilight Sparkle.
"Yay!" cheered Sunny Skies. Twilight Sparkle went away.
"Told ya." said Sunny Skies.
"I knew i was gonna be wrong..." gloomily said Cloudy Sunshine.
"I think we need to rethink our plan." said Rarity.
"Ya think?" said Rainbow Dash.
"How about we use my super duper terrific party cannons?!" asked Pinkie Pie.
"With the amount of success of the swords, you think party cannons will work?" gloomily asked Rainbow Dash.
"It's worth a try y'all." said Applejack.
"Well then let's go!" shouted Rainbow Dash. A figure moved behind the curtains. Rainbow Dash didn't notice.
"Have you found anything on their newest plan?" asked Twilight Sparkle. She was sipping tea in her throne.
"Yes, they are going to use party cannons." said the spy. Twilight Sparkle immediatly spit out her tea.
"They are going to use party cannons? Seriously? That is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard!" Twilight Sparkle laughed.
"So you think there is no cause for alarm?" asked the spy.
"Yes." said Twilight Sparkle.
In the battlefield, the Friendship Squad still was having a hard time.
"Forget these guards! We need to get to the throne room now!" shouted Rainbow Dash, fighting off a guard.
"I'll distract the guards! Go!" shouted Blazing Skies. The Friendship Squad ran towards the throne room.
Hello, my name's Rainbow Dash. You may want to know why my friends and I are captured by Twilight Sparkle. Here's why. My friends and I had gotten into the hallway... "hey! My name's Pinkie Pie! A pleasure to meet cha!" said Pinkie Pie, bouncing. "Get that pink pony!" shouted one of the guards. Pinkie Pie thought it was a good idea to go in no stealth and well... You know what would have happened. Anyway. Fast forward to the present...
"The curtains are tacky! The carpet is tacky!" whined Rarity. "Basically, EVERYTHING IS TACKY!!!"
"I have to agree." said Fluttershy. One foal entered the room.
"So... It's time for you to do your job!" cheerfully exclaimed Sunny Skies.
"What the hay are you talkin bout?!" snapped Applejack.
"I'm the supervisor, so you have to do your job!" exclaimed Sunny Skies.
"I suppose." sighed Fluttershy. They went towards the computer place.
A mare next to them sighed.
"Why are you so sad?" asked Pinkie Pie.
"Because this is the third time that the Crystal Empire has been taken over, and i'm getting tired of it." gloomily said Cloudy Sunshine.
"Well i'm gonna make you smile!" Pinkie Pie stood on top of a computer desk.
"My name is Pinkie Pie!
"It's no use. Nothing will cheer me up. It's my special talent." sighed Cloudy Sunshine.
"What's your special talent?!" asked Pinkie Pie.
"Being sad all the time." gloomily said Cloudy Sunshine.
"We are all done!!!" shouted Sunny Skies. "Let's play board games!"
"No. Just... No." said Cloudy Sunshine.
"But... Whyyyyyyy?" asked Sunny Skies.
"I don't like board games." said Cloudy Sunshine. Sunny Sky's eyes widened.
"How can you not like board games?!" asked Sunny Skies.
"I just don't like them." said Cloudy Sunshine. Twilight Sparkle entered the room.
"Pinkie Pie! " shouted Twilight Sparkle.
"What is it?" asked Pinkie Pie.
"I need you to come over to this room. " said Twilight Sparkle.
"Okie dokie lokie!" cheerfully said Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie and Twilight Sparkle went into another room.
"I hope she's okay." said Rainbow Dash.
"Me too. Maybe they are just having a talk." said Applejack.
"I hope so." said Fluttershy.
"I hope we can get home as soon as we can." said Rarity.
"Who wants sandwiches?!" asked Sunny Skies, with a plate of sandwiches.
"Where did you get that?" asked Rarity.
"I got it from the cafe down the hall!" cheerily said sunny skies.
"That's great darling. What is your name?" asked Rarity.
"Sunny Skies! The best filly around!" said Sunny Skies.
"The only filly around." muttered Cloudy Sunshine.
"And what's your name, sugarcube?" asked Applejack.
"Cloudy Sunshine." gloomily said Cloudy Sunshine.
"I murf fay, fhis is good." said Applejack while chewing on a sandwich.
Five minutes later...
"Done! " said Twilight Sparkle. Twilight Sparkle came out of the room with Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie had a straightened mane, and her fur color was slightly darker.
"Hey guys..." gloomily said Pinkie Pie.
"Why, hello Pinkie!" exclaimed Applejack.
"Hi Pinkie Pie." gloomily said Cloudy Sunshine.
"Ha! Gotcha! I have sided with Twilight now!" said Pinkie Pie. Everyone gasped. Pinkie Pie just laughed.
"What?!" they replied.
"Twilight Sparkle Brainwashed you darling! Quick! What is four point five seven times three point one four five nine?!" shouted Rarity.
"What?" said Pinkie Pi. "Why did i think that would work? " thought Rarity. "Anyway, bye!" said Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie left the room.
"That's it, we need to escape!" said Rainbow Dash.
"I agree! The faster, the better!" replied Rarity.
"Isn't anyone thinking about saving Pinkie Pie?" whispered Fluttershy.
"That too." said Applejack.
Fluttershy yawned. "Can we do this tomorrow? Im verry tired." said Fluttershy.
"I agree. Let's do this tomorrow." said Rainbow Dash. They all went to sleep.
The Friendship Squad woke up at the sound of a clash.
"It's time to wake up!" shouted Sunny Skies, carrying a pair of cymbals. She was clashing them together very loudly. "I said it's TIME TO WAKE UP!"
"I get it! I get it!" yelled Applejack.
"No, you have to say please please stop!" cheerfully yelled Sunny Skies. She was enjoying this to some extent.
"Okay! Please please stop!" yelled Applejack.
"No! You have to say please please please stop!" yelled Sunny Skies.
"As much as i am enjoying this, you WILL have to do your job to some extent." said Pinkie Pie. She was on a balcony enjoying the scene.
"Awww... Okay..." said sunny skies. She put her cymbals down and sighed. The friendship squad went towards the cafe.
"This is some good coffee." said Rainbow Dash, sipping some coffee.
"Personnally, i enjoy the apple cider." said applejack, gulping down some apple cider.
"Who wants muffins?" asked Derpy, popping a muffin into her mouth. She worked at the cafe they were at. The special was muffins. The special was always muffins.
"I do!" exclaimed Rarity. Derpy gave her a muffin.
"So, what's the plan?" asked Fluttershy, munching on a cookie.
"We go through those pipes." Rainbow Dash pointed at some pipes. "Then get to the exit."
"That seems simple enough." said Fluttershy.
"Okay, let's go!" they all said.
Hey, my name Pinkie Pie! And i'm the most EVIL PONY OF ALL! Ha! Fooled cha! Anyway, you may think that those "heroes" have escaped huh!? Well guess what?! They haven't! The guards saw them when they were going to the pipes,
Rainbow Dash sighed. "How are we gonna get out NOW?"
"I don't know." said Fluttershy.
"Hello. Because of your attempt at escape, i am required to monitor this place twenty four seven." said a guard.
"That doesn't help either." muttered rainbow dash.
"Hey guard! What's your name?" asked Fluttershy.
"My name's bonbon." said Bonbon.
"What did you do before being a guard?" asked Fluttershy.
"I was a candy seller in Ponyville." said Bonbon.
"Can you let us out?" asked Fluttershy.
"No" said Bonbon. Fluttershy sighed. "But..." bon bon opened the window in the cell and slipped a key inside. "Good luck." she whispered. She left the room and a mint green guard came in.
"Hello!" said Fluttershy.
"Hey." gloomily said the guard.
"What's your name?" asked Fluttershy, trying to cover rainbow dash as she started unlocking the vent.
"Lyra." said Lyra. Rainbow Dash was continuing to try to unlock the vent.
"What did you do before becoming a guard?" asked Fluttershy. Rainbow dash was almost done opening the vent.
"I played the lyre." said Lyra. Rainbow dash successfully opened the vent.
"Hey look! An elephant!" said Fluttershy. Lyra looked behind her, Fluttershy went into the vent with the others. They went into the vent, ready to attack anyone that tried to stop them, and realized something they forgot about...
Hello. my name is empress Twilight Sparkle. and the "Friendship Squad" has tried to escape. Again. This is getting under my nerves! They were in there TWO MINUTES, and they already tried to escape. I've made a BIG surprise for them! I just can't wait! Heh! Heh! Ha! HahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!
rainbow dash opened a letter from Twilight Sparkle.
Dear Rainbow Dash.
I hope your super excited! Cause i have a big surprise for you tonight! I just can't wait! Anyway, have a good time! Just kidding! here's a hint: it involves what happened to Pinkie Pie! Excited now?! I bet you are!
Twenty percent less sincere, Twilight Sparkle.
Rainbow Dash stared in shock. "we need to leave as soon as possible." said Rainbow Dash.
"why?" asked the members of the Friendship Squad.
"we're in big trouble."
Chapter 3 : The Race against the Clock
Seven o'clock in the morning. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
Rainbow Dash woke up. She was ready to attempt her escape plan. She went towards the cafe with her friends. She saw a letter. She read it.
Dear Rainbow Dash,
We are going to come save you. We are currently coming your way.
From, Blazing Skies.
"Okay guys, we need to just do whatever until Blazing Skies comes to save us," whispered Rainbow Dash.
"Sounds good," said the members of the Friendship Squad.
"So... Who wants sandwiches?!" asked Sunny Skies cheerfully. They all enjoyed the sandwiches. It was a great morning. Derpy wasn't there, but maybe she was just on break.
Seven thirty o'clock in the morning. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
Blazing Skies was in a room with two other ponies. One named Soaring Clouds, and the other named Silver.
"So, what the plan, Blazing?" asked Soaring Clouds.
"You're going to fly your airplane, and me and Silver will sneak into the building. for further instructions, use this manual. Any questions?" Soaring Clouds and Silver nodded. "Okay, and remember, try not to accidentally crash into the ground."
"Okay." said Soaring Clouds. "I HAVE ran out of fuel though. Who's the one making the fuel this time?"
"It's a scientist named - Blazing Skies looked at some paperwork. The paperwork was covered in the work : 'muffin' - this person didn't file her paperwork correctly! Hopefully she is a good scientist, and this failure to file paperwork correctly doesn't mean that she's bad at creating fuel for your airplane," said Blazing Skies.
"I hope so Blazing Skies. i hope so," sighed Soaring Clouds.
Eight o'clock in the morning. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
"I hope they are doing well, i don't even want to know what would happen if they didn't save us before Twilight Sparkle's 'big surprise,'" said Rainbow Dash. She shuddered at the thought. When an evil villain has a "big surprise" for you, you know it's not a good thing.
"Hey! I found a Daring Do book!" exclaimed rainbow dash. She read the title. "Daring do and the Emperor's Reign." she started reading the book...
In the Evergreen Jungle, Daring Do jumped from tree to tree towards the castle of the Twilight Amulet. Covered in vines, the castle had been torn apart by time. the only significance left of the abandoned castle being the amulet held within. Thousands of adventurers had came in from the call of the powerful amulet, however, they never came back.
However, the evil empress Evening Twinkle, had planned to steal the Twilight Amulet from the castle, and use it to keep eternal twilight. Daring Do swept into the castle ready to-
"Time for more delicious sandwiches!" said the cheery Sunny Skies.
"Okay," said Rainbow Dash.
Twelve o'clock in the noon. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
"So, this is the door to the scientist that will replenish my fuel?" asked Soaring Clouds.
"Yes, this is the correct door," said Blazing Skies. Soaring Clouds opened the door to see a lab, and in the middle the scientist that would make the fuel. the mare held out a muffin.
"Muffin?" asked Derpy.
"No thank you. - Derpy frowned and put the muffin away. - anyway, have you created the fuel for my airplane?" asked Soaring Clouds.
"Yes! However, it may not be the best kind, but i hope you like it!" exclaimed Derpy, holding out the makeshift fuel.
"...okay...?" said Soaring Clouds. He took the makeshift fuel, and left the lab.
Twelve thirty o'clock in the noon. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
Rainbow Dash ate her sandwich, and got back to reading.
Daring Do went into the temple. There was a bench made of gold and silver, and Daring Do was very tired from the long trip there, but that wouldn't stop her, she knew that the bench was a trap because of the pair of spikes on the ceiling over the bench. She entered the first hallway. There was spikes on the ceiling and three buttons, one had a picture of a rat, another of a tiger, and one of a fish.
Daring Do thought to herself, and then realized. "All of these are mammals, except... The fish!" said Daring Do. She pushed the button that had a picture of a fish on it, and the door opened into another hallway. She slowly walked through the hallway.
TINK.
She had stepped on a pressure plate, arrows shot from all directions, she dodged them. Suddenly, spikes started coming from the ceiling, and the door started closing. She ran towards the exit while dodging the arrows, and barely made it to the exit...
One thirty o'clock in the afternoon. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
Silver, Blazing Skies, and Soaring Clouds were in a meeting room, discussing their current plan...
"I dunno, Blazing, this seems like a really bad idea. What if we get caught?" asked Silver.
"Simple." said Blazing Skies. "We DON'T get caught. Besides, it's the only way we can save the remaining elements of harmony,"
"But WHY do we have to save the elements of harmony? They failed last time, what makes you think they won't fail again? It just seem like your friends with them. Either way, i don't see why we should save them if leaving them will just save US the trouble," said Silver. Silver yawned. Blazing Skies grumbled at that statement.
"Just because they failed ONCE doesn't mean they will fail again. Besides, i have no interest in betraying the elements of harmony," said Blazing Skies.
"Your choice," Silver yawned again. He decided this was a waste of time.
"Well, are you all ready?" asked Soaring Clouds. He put on his goggles.
"Sure..." sighed Silver.
"Yes," said Blazing Skies. They were all ready to save the elements of harmony.
Two o'clock in the afternoon. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock
Rarity was reading a Shadow Spade novel named : "The Mare in Red : A Shadow Spade Mystery"...
I was in a hotel room, relaxing on a couch reading a book. Until i got a call from a mare named reddened roses. "Why hello dear shadow spade! I have scheduled a party at my house tonight, and consider this in invitation! See you there! Bye!" said Reddened Roses. Of course, I accepted the invitation, and came to the house. I knocked on the door, and Reddened Roses answered.
"Why hello! Were you invited?" asked the mare. I was surprised that she did not already know that i was invited.
"Why yes, I was," I said. I asked her why she did not know why I was invited.
"Well I was invited too! And I didn't know they invited you!" said reddened roses. I was shocked that she did not know that she had called me.
"But you called me!" I said. She looked surprised.
"I called you?! I don't remember doing that at all!" she said. It seems like she was not the one on the phone but an imposter! I came inside to see what was going on, and i saw three other ponies there...
Two thirty o'clock in the afternoon. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
Soaring Clouds was ready to take off in her airplane, but it didn't feel quite like normal... She passed it off as a feeling she might be getting from being away from flying too long. She went into the air and flew above the enemies. "They certainly weren't prepared for somepony with a airplane to fly above them. " she thought. She quickly put that thought away when some of the unicorns started blasting lasers at the airplane. She started moving the airplane back and forth to dodge the lasers.
"I did not expect this to happen! " thought Soaring Clouds.
Three thirty o'clock. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.Daring Do was relived that she was able to make it to the exit. She found a room with the Twilight Amulet. She stepped forward, being cautious of any traps, then suddenly, a shadow appeared, Daring Do looked up and saw Evening Twinkle on the throne, manically laughing.
"There is no hope for you, Daring Do!" exclaimed Evening Twinkle. Suddenly, guards appeared at every door. "Oh no." thought Daring Do. but then-
"Rainbow Dash!" yelled Evening Twinkle in Twilight Sparkle's voice. Rainbow Dash looked up and saw Twilight Sparkle smiling above her. "I hope your having a dashing day today! Hehehehe! Anyway, i'm happy to interrupt your reading! Bye!" Twilight Sparkle left the room, and Rainbow Dash continued reading...
Four thirty o'clock. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
"Well what would your plan be?" asked Blazing Skies.
"Leaving them, and saving Equestria ourselves, duh," said Silver.
"That not an option! Anyway, i hope your ready for the first part of our plan," said Blazing Skies. Sneaked past the guards, and went into the hallway. They saw two guards.
"Now how is your "brilliant" plan going to fix this, huh?" said Silver.
"Yes, actually. I know how to fix this," said Blazing Skies. Blazing Skies saw a gem in a chest on the side of the hallway. He dropped the gem onto the floor next to the guards.
"We need to get this out of the castle! Twilight sparkle would HATE this!" said the first guard.
"I think she just hates everything you give her," sighed the second guard.
Five thirty o'clock. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
I looked at all three ponies. One was called Tary Blues, another Berry Bushes, and the last, Evening's Dawn. It was then, that i saw that one of them came up to me. "Shadow Spade! Somepony stole my beautiful dress! Can you find out who did it if you don't mind me asking?" asked Berry Bushes. She seemed to be missing her signature red dress, that was when i knew that it was up to me to solve the case. Of course, I knew it wouldn't be a hard one to solve.
Of course, I knew that the first thing I needed to do was investigate the crime scene. First, I asked Berry Bushes when it happened, she said that she left her dress to take a bath, and when she came back, it was gone! I went into the crime scene, and found a ribbon. The string had fallen off, and it was then that I knew who did it...
Six thirty o'clock. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
Silver and Blazing Skies sneaked into the second hallway. "We're almost there," said Blazing Skies. They saw two more guards. They slowly sneaked through the door, and they were almost at the exit...
"Hey! What's that noise?!"
They dashed through the hallway, hearing shouts of "hey!" and "your not supposed to be here!", the alarm set off. This did not go as planned. "Quick! Go through this door!" yelled Blazing Skies. He pointed at the door, they burst through...
Seven fifty nine o'clock. Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
daring do spin kicked and all the guards went away to try and avoid the attack, but they failed, and were send flying across the room. "Get up you all! Daring Do is here! Move! Move!!" shouted Evening Twinkle, but the guards weren't able to get up. Daring Do jumped towards Evening Twinkle and Evening Twinkle dodged, not knowing that Daring Do was going for
the Twilight Amulet. Daring Do grabbed it. "Nooooo!" shouted Evening Twinkle. Suddenly, the temple started to rumble, and pieces of the temple started falling apart. Daring Do knew that she had to escape the temple quickly. She went from vine to vine, and barely escaped the temple. "Another job well done." and the day was saved.
Meanwhile, the adventure of shadow spade continues...
I went to each suspect, ready to tell them the evidence was found. "As you can see, Reddened Rose's dress was stolen. Usually, i would not be able tell who it was so soon. first, I can tell you that the one who committed this crime was terrible at covering the evidence. anyway, from the evidence i have collected, the only pony who it could have been, was... Tary Blues!"
Everypony gasped, and Tary Blues gulped. "H-how would it be me?! You have no evidence to support your conclusion!" he said. "Oh yes I do. I suppose you would be familiar with this?" I pulled out the ribbon. he gulped again. "A-and h-how w-would this be m-mine?" he said again. "Has anyone noticed that Tary Blues has been missing his signature blue ribbon?" everypony gasped again. "Okay, fine, I did it," said Tary Blues. "B-but why!?" asked Reddened Roses.
"If you had your red dress, you would have won the dress competition next week, instead of me!" said Tary Blues. Another case opened, and another case closed.
the Friendship Squad was surprised by a sudden crash and a appearance of an airplane through the wall.
"Don't worry, i'm fine!" yelled Soaring Clouds. suddenly, the door was knocked down by Blazing Skies and Silver.
"We're here to save you!" shouted Blazing Skies.
"Quick! The guards will be here any minute now!" shouted Rainbow Dash. They ran out of the castle.
"Y'know, the Friendship Squad hasn't come back, are you sure they actually care?" asked Cloudy Sunshine.
"I'm sure they'll come! Maybe they just need more time!" replied Sunny Skies.
"Okay... But if they don't come to rescue me and you, don't be suprised," said Cloudy Sunshine. They heard two ponies outside the room...
"Wow, Twilight! You make really good fruitcakes!" exclaimed Pinkie Pie.
"Thanks!" said Twilight Sparkle. They heard footsteps...
Meanwhile in Celestia's castle...
Celestia was in her throne room as she awaited the Friendship Squad's arrival. She heard a knock at the door.
"Helloooo Celestia!" said Pinkie Pie. She jumped up and down. Celestia smiled.
"Hello pinkie pie, where are the others?" asked Celestia. Pinkie pie's smile became more wide. Almost TOO wide.
"I'm sorry to say this princess, but they've all gone bonkers! Twilight turned them evil before Blazy could save them!" said Pinkie Pie.
Celestia was shocked. "Really? Well, we should capture them to assure that they don't attack anypony!"
"That seems like the right idea princess!" exclaimed Pinkie Pie. She left the room...
Meanwhile in the Canterlot Dungeon...
"I am so confused," said Rainbow Dash.
"Me too. Why would Celestia lock us up like that? We aren't evil or anything," said Fluttershy.
"Yeah y'all. Anyway... Does anypony have a plan?" asked Applejack.
"No." said Rainbow Dash.
"Well then how ah we gonna get outta this dungeon?!" yelled Applejack.
"Um..." said Rainbow Dash. "We... Escape?" she offered. Applejack sighed.
"And how are we gunna do that?"
"um... Maybe we should, um... Ask that, um... Young filly over there," offered Fluttershy.
"Eh, it's worth ah try," said Applejack. "Hello." the filly looked that the Friendship Squad, smiling.
"Golly, you guys musta been in a lotttt of trouble to end up here!" said the filly.
"What did you do to end up here?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Why golly, i didn't do anything to end up here! I was framed!" said the filly.
"Huh... What's your name?" asked Spplejack.
"Why, my name's-"
"Is Cozy Glow still in the Canterlot Dungeons? She's recently been trying to escape," asked Celestia.
"Don't worry, she's still there," said the guard.
"Good. I don't know how we would save the world from her again if she escaped while twilight sparkle is still evil," said Celestia.
"Okay. Just ask me if you need any help," said the guard as he left the throne room.
"-Cozy Glow! The kindest filly in all of Equestria!" she said as she twirled around in a circle.
"Awww! You're so cute, darling! Do you know anyway of escaping?" asked Rarity.
"Absolutely! But i'll need your help! Would you help a little filly escape jail?" she asked, while making sad puppy dog eyes.
"Of course, darling!" said Rarity.
Celestia was sitting on her throne talking to Pinkie Pie when somepony burst through the door.
"Why good evening, Celestia!" exclaimed Twilight Sparkle. She was wearing a tuxedo and a bowtie. She stepped into the room. "I see you've been doing quite well if i do say so myself!" she said Celestia was very surprised by her change in voice.
"Twilight?! How did you get through my defences?!" asked Celestia.
"It was really easy, i just needed to walk through the front door. Nice guards there, Celestia," said twilight sparkle. "Anyway, i suppose you've been having a great time talking to Pinkie Pie, eh?"
Celestia looked at Pinkie Pie. "Quick, Pinkie Pie! Do something!" shouted Celestia.
"Heeheeheehee! I'm not on your side, silly! And i won't listen to you at all!" said the cheery Pinkie Pie. Celestia gasped.
"And about those silly "heroes" in the dungeon: pfff! They're not evil at all! I just made that up!" she said. "And because of that, nopony will stop Twilight from taking over equestria! Heeheehee!"
Twilight Sparkle threw a sword at Celestia, and she dodged the sword at the last moment. then, Pinkie Pie teleported behind Celestia, and used a party cannon. Celestia was thrown to the back of the wall. suddenly, the door opened again.
"We are here to stop you!" shouted Rainbow Dash. Twilight raised an eyebrow at that sentence.
"Seriously? Your going to try to stop me?" said Twilight Sparkle.
"Yes! Because we have the Elements Of Harmony!" said Rainbow Dash, revealing the elements on each of their necks.
"You do know that won't work, right?" said Twilight.
"Yes it will! Because friendship, IS magic!" shouted Rainbow Dash. they threw the Element Of Magic onto Twilight Sparkle. A rainbow flew down towards her.
"Noooooo!" yelled Twilight Sparkle. The rainbow hit her and-
Wham.
"I don't know what you were thinking." said Twilight Sparkle. Twilight Sparkle had thrown the element bearers at the wall, stopping the spell.
"No!" yelled Rainbow Dash. Suddenly Twilight Sparkle was levitated by a glow of yellow light. Celestia had used a spell to hold Twilight Sparkle in place for the Friendship Squad to do the spell.
"What?!" said Twilight Sparkle, trying to get out of the levitation spell. The Mane Five got up and used the Elements Of Harmony. The rainbow went up into the sky and fell down on Twilight Sparkle. And then, Twilight Sparkle was saved.
"What just happened?" asked Twilight Sparkle.
"We'll explain on the way to Ponyville," said Applejack. Little did they know that Pinkie Pie was missing...
"Hey! you stole my cupcake!" shouted Lyra.
"Well?! Where else was i supposed to get it?! Sugarcube Corner is closed, and there is nowhere else that serves cupcakes!" yelled Bonbon.
"Why is everyone so angry?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"I don't know! shouldn't they be rejoicing that Twilight is saved?!" said Fluttershy.
"Oh." they all realized. Pinkie Pie was gone.
"How are we gonna get her back?" asked Rainbow Dash.
"Well, darling, she doesn't seem to be a extreme threat, so maybe we can wait. I know a very good party planner from Canterlot!" said rarity.
"Why can't we just save pinkie?!" yelled Rainbow Dash.
"Rainbow, darling, can we wait just a little bit? We need a break! Besides, my spa break happens today, and I can't afford to miss it!" said Rarity.
"well i'm going to save her! now!" yelled Rainbow Dash. and someday, that journey will happen. probably.
