Sunrise Freezer:A hero is born, Volume 4: the adventure of Sombra in EG.

Sombra his in his office, two days have passed since he was hired. He is tired due to the lack of sleep and the starvation but decided to say nothing to Cadance about that. Luckily for him, that was Friday, and during the afternoon.

”Damn it! I need to eat something and sleep.” he thought.

Sombra walk outside the office and close the door, he walk to the back door leading to the parking. When he open the door, he hear a violent discussion between Cadance and a man.

“You are a jerk, Shining Armor!!!! You leave me?! Why?!” she yelled.

“I don’t love you anymore.” said Shining.

“Admit you never loved me! I know it! You lied to me all the time!” she said

“Sorry if i didn’t say that sooner... I didn’t know how to say that. And you have wrong; i loved you, but i have to...leave the city... And our relation won’t hold with such distance.” he answered.

“Go away, Shining Armor, I don’t want to see you again...” said Cadance, with anger.

Shining enter in his car and leave the parking. Cadance start to cry. Sombra open the door and act like he never heard the discussion, but suddenly, the pain caused by the hunger and the lack of sleep give him vertigo and his vision became blurred, but he don’t give a fuck and continue to walk. Cadance see him and walk in his direction.

“Sombra!! Wait me!!!” she yelled.

She see him fall on the ground. The hunger and the lack of sleep have drained Sombra stamina and energy and finished to made him fainted.

“Sombra!!!” she yelled.

That was the last word he heard before he fainted. When he wake up, he found himself in a cozy couch...

“Ooh...What happened to me, he said. The last thing i remember was this pain and this tiredness.”

Cadance, who watching him since many hours, saw him woke-up.

“You are finally awake... You fainted just in front of me, i called an ambulance and i stayed with you. And guess what they said to me when i asked what was happened? Said Cadance, angry and worried.

“No, what they said?” ask Sombra.

“That you have suffered from starvation and a grave lack of sleep, why ?” she said

“I don’t have money, and no place to sleep, he answered. I didn’t say anything to you because of my pride and because i don’t wanted to ask you about these things.”

Cadance stare at him, Sombra change of position and sit on the couch.

“Thank you for helping me, i think i will be fine for another few days..” he said with a smile.

“You are stupid...said Cadance, until you have enough money to pay a apartment , you can sleep in the living room. The fridge is at your disposition.”

“I don’t know what to say... Are you really sure? Because i don’t want to, you know, disturb you.” he said.

“Just accept it, i insist... And also because i maybe need some company ...” said Cadance.

“Why? You don’t have friends?” said Sombra

“No, i have friends, but my ex boyfriend leave me yesterday...and..” she said before Sombra interrupt her;

“Yesterday? I passed a whole day to sleep?!” he said

“Yes.. They feed you by intravenous injection...”said Cadance

“By what?” he said.

“This is a medical method to put liquid in your veins, especially for a transfusion.” she answered.

Sombra get up, and walk in the direction of the fridge. Cadance follow him.

“Hungry, i presume? She said. If you search for hay, i don’t have any.”

Sombra look in the fridge, take a bunch of grapes and smile to her

“Ponies diet is the same of your. In my pony form, i didn’t need to feed, the magic in my body made me immortal and immune to hunger and sleep.” said Sombra.

“So, you had magic in this other world?” she asked

“Yes, like all the ponies. The magic is everywhere and in anypony of Equestria.” he said

“Even me?, i mean, my pony version of me?.” she said

“Yes, your pony version have powerful magic.” said Sombra.

He leave the kitchen and return on the couch and Cadance sit next to him, Sombra is embarrassed by the proximity of Cadance near to him.

“It is so great to talk with you.” said Cadance.

“Really? Why?” he asked

“My ex boyfriend, Shining Armor, left me yesterday. He will leave Canterlot, and for what? An acting career! He left me to make fucking movies!!! What kind of man does that to his girlfriend?” she yelled.

“This is very sad, i am sorry..for you” said Sombra.

“Sad?! This is not just sad!!!! This is horrible!! Shout Cadance before she start to cry.

Sombra hug her and she cry in his arms. But the name of Shining Armor make him remember other things.

“This Shining Armor, i remember him... I saw him in the past, holding a little filly, the ponies called him Prince Shining Armor...” said Sombra.

“You mean him and me were married?! And have a baby?! She said. Look like she have all i ever wanted.”

She stop to cry and look at Sombra.

“Sorry if i annoyed you with that.” she said

“Don’t be sorry, you felt the need to talk about that and this is okay.” he said

“Can i tell you something?” asked Cadance.

“Sure, why not? This is about your status?” he answered.

“No, i just want to say that i am so glad and happy to met you, she told to him. I don’t want to be alone, i don’t know why, but without someone to love, i am so... Depressed, so empty.”

“I will tell you something about you i remembered; You are the princess of Love in Equestria... A symbol of joy and happiness.” told Sombra.

“I suppose that explain why loving someone is so important to me.” she said.

Sombra look at her with loving eyes, he blush. Cadance do the same thing and have the same reaction than him. Cadance kiss him with passion, desire and love. Sombra is surprised a few seconds, but he let her kissing him. (I don’t need to tell what happened after, so i let you use your imagination...)
