One day in ponyville

In a house, a nine year old filly named Twilight Sparkle was packing her stuffs in her backpack because she was gonna join the junior fire brigade in Canterlot. And she was very excited.

"I'm gonna be a firefighter! I'm so excited!" Twilight screamed excitedly in her mind.

Then she heard a knocking behind her door room.

She walked up to the door and opened it and she saw her father, mother and big brother looking at her with huge smiles on their faces.

"Congrats Twily! You have been accepted by the junior fire brigade! And your gonna be a successful firefighter!" Velvet yelled as she hugged her daughter.

"Thank you mom!" Said Twilight happily.

She then looked at her father and he also had a happy look. But her big brother had a worried look.

"What's wrong Shiny?" Twilight said looking at her brother.

Then Nightlight and Velvet looked at their son and they saw him with a worried look.

"Shiny, what's wrong?" Velvet asked looking at her son.

"Yeah, what's wrong son?" Nightlight asked.

"I don't know about this dad, mom. The firefighter instructors are always really angry. And I don't know if Twilight can handle it." He said.

Then Twilight hugged her brother.

"It's okay Shiny. I can handle it besides that's how being a firefighter works." She said.

"Yeah, I guess." Said Shining armour as he calmed down.

"So, Twily did you pack your stuffs?" Velvet asked.

"Yes, I did. I'm gonna live there for a couple of months. And if I get a day off, I can come back and visit all of you." Said Twilight.

The three of them nodded, and Nightlight gave his daughter a small purple luggage.

"Have this luggage Twily. I even placed equipments, books and foods." Said Nightlight giving his daughter the luggage.

"Thank you dad." Said Twilight as she grabbed the luggage.

Then she placed it on the ground and pulled the handle upwards.

"Need anything else?" Velvet asked.

"Nah, I think that's everything." Said Twilight.

Then a carriage stopped near their front door.

"Ooh! The carriage is here!" Said Twilight as she rushed down the stairs and outside of her home.

Then she saw two adult stallion firefighters bowing down to her.

Then Nightlight placed her backpacks nd luggage on the carriage and Twilight got on. Then she looked at her parents and big brother.

"Goodbye dad, goodbye mom, goodbye Shiny. I'll be back after I pass all my tests in the academy."

"Goodbye Twily, we'll miss you." Said Velvet.

"I know your gonna be a great firefighter Twily." Said Nightlight.

"See ya Twilight. I hope you'll be a great hero one day." Said Shining armour.

"I will." Said Twilight. Then the carriage moved and Twilight was sent to the fire academy, Twilight waved goodbye to her parent's once more, then she looked back in front of her and sat comfortably with her hooves crossed.

Canterlot junior fire academy 12:00am

The carriage came to a stop at the front gate of the fire station. And Twilight was stunned on how big it looked.

"Wow, so this is where I will live?" She asked the stallion firefighters.

"Yes indeed, little one." Said one of the stallion.

Then Twilight got off the carriage. And grabbed her luggage and backpack. She placed her back pack on the luggage and she pulled it.

Once she got to the front gate. The two stallion firefighters opened the gate and she walked in.

Twilight was truly amazed in how big the fire academy and her new home is. There were loads of fire carriages with horses at the front, she tried to go and look at them but one of the firefighters stopped her.

"No, no. Not that way." Said the stallion.

Twilight turned around and said "Oh! Um... sorry." She blushed in embarrassment.

"It's alright. Let's head to the centre."

"Yes, sir." Said Twilight as she followed the firefighters.

After they made a right turn, Twilight saw a huge building. It had six floors, and large windows.

"This is where you will stay and make some friends." Said one of the stallion.

"Okay."

Then the stallions lead her to the front door of the academy, and a mare greeted them.

"Hello there, gentlecolts."

"Morning ma'am!" Said the stallions as they saluted.

Then the mare looked at the purple alicorn mare, and she looked back at her with a nervous look.

"I believe that's the new recruit?" She asked.

"Yes ma'am. Her name is Twilight Sparkle."

"Okay. Now you two go and prepare yourselves to train the foals while I escort her to her room." Said the mare.

The two firefighters saluted and went to prepare for the trainings for the foals.

Then the mare looked down at Twilight.

"Follow me, I will escort you to your room." Said the mare.

"Okay." Said Twilight.

Then the mare opened the doors to the academy, and Twilight and the mare walked in.

Once they were in. Twilight saw lots of colts and fillies talking to each other. Some of them were also doing sit-ups and push-ups.

Then the colts and fillies took notice of the purple alicorn filly.

Twilight blushed when she noticed all the attentions she had. And she also heard them saying something.

"Is that the new filly?" Asked a colt.

"Who is she?" Asked a filly.

"Whoa. It's an alicorn." Said a filly.

Twilight decided to walk quicker with the mare.

Then they walked up the stairs to the third floor. And the mare stopped near a room door. Twilight stood next to the mare and she held a key in her hoof.

"This is your room C06." Said the mare giving her the keys.

Twilight grabbed the keys and unlocked the door. She then opened the door and looked at her room. It was really big. It had a giant white bed, a radio, a bookshelf, an alarm clock, window curtains, a table, three lockers and a closet with a firefighter suit for her.

Then she looked back at the mare.

"Be ready training starts in 1:30." She said as she closed the door.

Then Twilight unpacked her stuffs. She placed her equipments on the table, tooth brush, pastes and towel in the bathroom and her family picture on the table as well.

"Alright, time for me to rest." Twilight said to herself as she walked over to the bed and laid herself on it. Then she drifted to sleep.

First chapter of my new story comoleted! I hope you guys enjoyed it! This was a random idea I had in my mind, because I watched lots of firefighter movies back in my childhood, which inspired me to do this story. Please enjoy!
