1 hour 26 minutes later.

Twilight yawned and opened her eyes after her sleep.

"What time is it?" She said as she rubbed her eyes and checked the alarm clock next to her.

Then her eyes widened because it was 1:26am. Her training starts in 1:30.

"Oh no! I'm gonna be late!" Twilight panicked, then she got off the bed and went to her closet to grab her firefighter suit, gloves, boots and helmet.

She wore the suit, boots, gloves, then she placed her helmet on her head. She then grabbed her room key and placed it in one of her pockets, then she unlocked the door and ran to the training area.

"Gotta run!" Twilight yelled.

There were five fillies and a changeling colt standing right in front of a stallion firefighter instructor. And the instructor checked everypony and saw that somepony was missing.

"Who is missing?" Asked the stallion fire instructor.

Then Twilight Sparkle came up to the instructor and stood up.

"Sorry sir!"

"Why are you late!" The instructor yelled at her.

Twilight flinched a little from hearing the stallion yell at her.

"Sorry, sir! I over slept in my room." She told him.

"Then next time set your alarm clock!" He yelled.

Twilight flinched again and said "Yes, sir."

"Now, go stand next to Rainbow Dash!" The instructor said pointing at the blue rainbow haired pegasus filly.

"Yes, sir." Said Twilight as she walked up to the rainbow pegasus filly and stood next to her. Rainbow Dash was looking at Twilight for a moment, then she looked back at the instructor.

"Okay! Fifty push-ups everypony!" The instructor ordered.

"Yes, sir!" Said the foals as they got on the floor and did push-ups, and Twilight was having a bit of a hard time.

"Oh, no. I'm not good at push-ups." Twilight said to herself in her mind.

The instructor was checking at the foals to see if they were doing the push-ups correctly. First he looked at the changeling colt on his front right, and he was having no problems when doing it.

"Not bad young changeling." Said the instructor.

"Thank you sir!" Said the changeling as he continued to do push-ups.

Then the instructor looked at the fillies, and he saw Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Applejack also doing a great work.

"Nice work you five." Said the instructor.

"Thank you, sir!" The five fillies said the same time.

Then the instructor looked at Twilight and saw her not doing the push-ups properly.

"Twilight Sparkle! Do the push-ups properly! Or I'm extending it to one-hundred!"

"Y-yes sir!" Said Twilight nervously.

After 50 seconds. They have completed their push-ups, and Twilight fell on the floor gasping for breath.

"Okay. Stand up!" The instructor ordered.

The changeling colt and the fillies did what the instructor ordered and stood up.

"Okay. Today, we're gonna practise on how to use the hoses. All of you are gonna learn how to connect it in the carriage and fire it out of the hoses, understand?"

"Yes, sir!"

"Okay! March to the field."

Then the foals turned to their left and marched to the field.

Once they marched to the field. four horse and four fire carriage were pulled near them.

"Alright, this is what all of you will do." Said the instructor walking to one of the fire carriage.

"All of you will be split into groups of two, because there are seven of you. One of you will connect the hose into the water supplier on the carriage, then will adjust the water pressure. And the other one will fire the hose at the fires over there." Said the instructor pointing at the fires. Then he began arranging them in order.

"Rarity and Rainbow Dash, go to fire carriage one!" Said the instructor pointing at fire carriage one.

"Yes, sir!" They said as they walked to fire carriage one.

"Applejack and Twilight. Go to fire carriage three!"

"Yes, sir!" Said the two of them, then they marched to carriage three.

"Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie. You two go to fire carriage four!"

"Yes, sir!" The fillies said as they walked to fire carriage four.

Then he noticed that Thorax was alone.

"Thorax, there's only you left."

"It's okay sir, I can work by myself." Said Thorax.

"Okay, then go to fire carriage two!"

"Yes, sir!" He saluted. Then he walked to carriage two.

Then the foals grabbed oxygen masks in the carriage and began wearing them. Twilight accidentally dropped hers when she tried to wear it.

"Oh, crap." Twilight said quietly. Then she picked it up and wore it.

"Alright, training start!" Said the instructor.

Then the foals began to put the hoses in the water supplier.

Twilight was making a lot of mistakes when she was trying to put hose in the supplier.

"Come on partner, you gotta be quick." The orange filly told her.

"I'm going as fast as I can. I'm new okay?" Said Twilight.

"Okay." The orange filly shrugged.

Thorax was he first to finish putting the hose in the supplier.

"I'm finished sir!" Said Thorax.

"Good! Now extinguise that fire in front of you!"

"Yes sir!" Said Thorax as he approached the fire in front of him, then he pulled the handle back and the hose began shooting out water.

Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie were also finished with first objective. Then they began their second objective, putting out the fire in front of them with their hoses.

Twilight finally managed to rotate the hose tightly in the water supplier.

"Done!" Twilight told the orange filly.

"Good. Now all you have to do is to adjust the water pressure while I put out the fire."

"Understood."

Then the orange filly pulled the hoses handle backwards, and water began shooting out.

Thorax was the first to put out the fire. He pushed his hose handle back forwards and placed it on the ground.

"Finished sir!" Said Thorax.

"Good!"

Rarity and Rainbow Dash were also finished.

"We're finished as well sir!"

"Nicely done!"

Then Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie finished as well.

"We're finished too sir!"

"Good work!"

Twilight and Applejack were the only ones left, and Applejack was putting out the fire.

Twilight noticed that the water pressure wasn't strong enough.

"The water pressure is not strong enough. I have to increase the pressure." Said Twilight as she turned the water to 14 pounds.

Applejack noticed that the water pressure in the hose was getting stronger.

"What in Equestria?" She said to herself quietly. Then she turned around and saw Twilight adjusting the water pressure by turning a small valve.

Her eyes widened and she tried to call her.

"Whoa! Whoa! Sugarcube. Your turning the water up too much! Stop!" Applejack called her but it was too late.

"Huh?" Said Twilight as she looked at Applejack.

Then Applejack lost her balance because of the water pressure coming out of the hose, and fell on the floor. The hose began to push her and shoot water everywhere.

"Whoa! Whoa! Careful!" Said the instructor.

Then the water hit Fluttershy and she got pushed to the ground.

"Ahh! Careful!" Said Rainbow Dash avoiding the water.

"Oh no! Oh no!" Twilight panicked.

When Thorax saw the whole thing happening. He ran to fire carriage three's water supplier and next to Twilight. Then he twisted the valve and the water was turned off. And Applejack fell on the ground.

The instructor began to check on Applejack and Fluttershy, as well as the fillies and Thorax.

"I-I'm sorry." She said as a tear rolled down her cheek.

7:00pm

Twilight returned to her room, and took off her firefighter suit, boots, gloves and helmet. Then she placed them in her closet, and she lied down on her bed.

"That was a disaster." Said Twilight sadly. "Maybe a shower can calm me down." She said to herself, then she got up and took a shower.

2 minutes later.

Twilight was finished taking a shower. She then brushed her teeths and washed her face and sighed sadly.

Then she walked out of her bathroom and to her alarm clock and she set it to 7:00am.

After that, she laid on the bed.

"Hopefully, I can do better tomorrow." Twilight said to herself quietly. Then she drifted to sleep.
