Thorax's dorm 7:50am

Thorax was preparing in his dorms bathroom for his first date with Twilight, he washed his face and took a shower. After that, he grabbed his satchel and exited his room, he then walked to Twilight's dorm.

"I hope our date will go well." Thorax thought in his mind.

Twilight's dorm

Twilight was brushing her hair in her dorm's bathroom, after she finished that, she then put on some purple lipsticks and tied her hair with her hair band. Then she looked at herself with the mirror in the bathroom and saw that she was good to go for her first date with Thorax.

"Alright, good to go." Twilight said to herself. She then heard a knocking on her door.

"Twilight? Are you ready?" Thorax asked.

"I'm ready, just give me a few seconds!" Twilight yelled.

After she was finished, she walked out of her bathroom and grabbed a shopping bag on her table, she then walked to her door and opened it, and she saw Thorax.

Thorax's eyes widened when he saw Twilight.

"Wow, she is one beautiful filly." Thorax thought in his mind while starring at Twilight.

"Um hello? Equestria to Thorax." Said Twilight waving her right hoof in front of his face.

When Thorax heard her, he snapped out of it and looked at Twilight with an embarrassed look.

"Oh! Um, sorry about that Twilight." Said Thorax embarrassingly.

"It's alright." Twilight giggled. "So, ready to go?" She asked.

"Of course, and I've already told the chief that we will be going out on our date, so we have nothing to worry about." Thorax told her.

"That's awesome." Twilight replied with a smile.

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go."

Then they walked down the stairs and exited the building. After that, they walked to the fire station's front gate and stepped out, then they went to the Canterlot shopping centre.

Canterlot shopping centre 8:10am

Thorax and Twilight have arrived at the front door of the shopping centre and Twilight was looking at it with a huge smile.

"Alright! Let's go!" Said Twilight looking at Thorax.

"Okay." Thorax replied with a smile, then Thorax pushed the door opened and Twilight stepped in first and Thorax was the second to step in.

Once they were in, Twilight saw many ponies shopping and doing their work.

"Whoa, it's just eight in the morning and this place is already crowded." Said Thorax.

"I think it's because there is a sale in one of the stores." Twilight assumed.

"Probably." Thorax shrugged. "Anyways, you want to go to the market place first?" Thorax asked.

"Of course, let's go." Twilight replied as she grabbed Thorax's hoof and walked to the market place.

But unknown to her, her parents and big brother were in the shopping centre as well.

"Alright, time to buy some equipments for our home to celebrate Twilight's successful saviour in the office building." Said Velvet.

"Yes." Said Nightlight as he his wife and son as they walked to the market place.

Thorax and Twilight's location

Thorax and Twilight were in the market place buying food like sweets, vegetable, a pack of spaghetti and drinks like apple juice, orange juices and more.

"Okay, that should be it for our dinner." Said Twilight.

"Okay then, let's go to the cashier and pay." Said Thorax as he and Twilight went to the cashier and pay.

After that, they placed their groceries in their bags and left the market place.

"Alright, where to next?" Thorax asked.

"To the library." Twilight replied.

"Nice, let's go." Said Thorax as he and Twilight went to the library on the 2nd floor.

Nightlight, Velvet and Shining armour's location

Nightlight, Velvet and Shining armour were paying for the equipments and groceries as well, but Nightlight was looking in front of him with a confused look.

"Nightlight, what's wrong?" Velvet asked looking at her husband.

"Was that Twilight?"

"Dad, why would Twilight be here? She is on duty." Shining armour told his father.

"I guess your right." Said Nightlight as he resumed putting the equipments and groceries in the shopping bags.

Canterlot shopping centre library

In the shopping centre's library, Thorax and Twilight were reading astronomy books and they were both very interested in it.

"The stars are interesting." Said Thorax.

"Indeed." Said Twilight.

Ice skating rink

In the ice skating rink on the ground floor, Thorax and Twilight were skating really happily with many other ponies. Thorax grabbed Twilight's hoof and helped her do a twirl and many foals were looking at them with interest in their eyes. Thorax finished it by throwing Twilight up on the air making her spin, and at the end Twilight landed in his hooves and everypony began to clap. Thorax removed his hooves away from Twilight and they took a bow. Twilight then kissed him which made him blush furiously, after ten seconds, she released and looked at Thorax with a smile on her face.

"Thank you for that Thorax." Said Twilight with a smile.

"Your welcome." Thorax replied smiling as well.

Arcade

On their last step of their date, Thorax and Twilight went to the arcade area to play some games.

First they played skeeball and Thorax inserted two bits, then six balls came out of the ball release area.

"Let's see who wins." Said Thorax.

"Oh, your on Thorax." Said Twilight as she and Thorax began to roll the balls.

After they have rolled all of the balls, they began to check their scores, Thorax got a score of 16000 and Twilight got a score of 15000.

"Ooh, very close Twilight, but I still won." Said Thorax.

"Hmph, we'll see, let's play another game." Said Twilight looking at him.

"Sure." Thorax replied as he grabbed his and Twilight's tickets.

Then they played basketball and Thorax placed the tickets on a chair and he inserted two bits and they began to play. After throwing the basketballs for 50 seconds, the machine came to a stop and they looked at the scores. Thorax got a score of 60 points and Twilight got a score of 70 points.

"Ha! Take that Thorax!" Said Twilight.

"Hehe, I guess I take everything back." Thorax told her and Twilight nodded.

After a few more games, Thorax decided that it was time to trade some prizes with their tickets.

"Alright Twilight, time to trade some prizes with our tickets." Said Thorax.

"Okay." Twilight replied.

They then went to the prize corner and gave the stallion employee their tickets.

"Whoa, that's a lot of tickets you two, feel free to get some prizes." The stallion told them and they nodded.

Thorax and Twilight were in the prize corner thinking about which prizes they should trade.

When Thorax was looking around, he saw a large teddy bear which was suitable for Twilight.

"This should be okay for her." Said Thorax as he grabbed the teddy bear. Then he walked to Twilight.

"Hey Twilight, look what I have for you."

When Twilight heard Thorax, she turned around and saw him holding a large teddy bear.

She smiled and grabbed the teddy bear.

"Thank you Thorax." She said as she kissed him on the lips and he kissed back.

Twilight then released and gave him a water toy.

"I have this for you Thorax."

Thorax smiled because he knows why she gave him the water toy.

"Thank you Twilight, I assume you gave this to me because I talked about you being hit in the face by a water toy right?" He asked.

"Yep, that's correct." Twilight giggled.

Thorax looked at the clock on the wall and saw that it was 7:00pm.

"Oh, it's getting late, let's go home." Thorax told her.

"Okay." Twilight replied with a nod.

Then they exited the arcade and began to return to the fire station.
