Pinkie was smiling eagerly as she was setting up sleeping bags in her room, she had been planning to have a sleepover with her friends since the Fall Formal. Then she heard a knock on the door, she bounced down a plain flight of stairs with a grin. She opened the door to see Applejack, Gilda, Rainbow and Fluttershy standing outside.

Gilda looked around “I was expecting this place to be more bouncy and full of streamers.”

Rainbow chuckled “That’s probably because of her sister, she is quite a stoic one and very quiet.”

Before Gilda could respond, a greyish hand waved behind her as monotone voice came from behind her “Hi, I’m Maud.” Gilda turned around and jumped backwards defensively.

Applejack smiled at Gilda “You’ll get used to it with time, Maud can really sneak up on you.”

Rarity entered alongside Wallflower, Wallflower waved nervously at Maud “Hi.” Maud calmly waved back before heading upstairs. Wallflower nervously looked at Rarity and Fluttershy “Who was that?”

Fluttershy smiled “That’s Pinkie’s sister, Maud. A stern person to be sure but incredibly reliable. The reliability is one of the few traits she shared with Pinkie.”

Rarity smiled “She does make for a fantastic model, capable of being perfectly still and doesn’t complain even the slightest bit.” She then glanced towards Rainbow and Applejack whispering “I wish some others would do the same.”

Before any more words could be spoken Sunset and Cozy arrived. Cozy looked around “Well it looks like we are the last here.”

Pinkie shouted to the group with a massive grin “Follow me!” Everyone shrugged and followed the bouncing girl to her room, a pink bed was in the centre as several sleeping bags were on the floor neatly laid out while a shooter video game was set up on the TV.

Rainbow and Applejack nodded to each other before taking up the controllers, Gilda following them waiting for a chance to tag in. Fluttershy sat down with a hair brush. She smiled “Cozy, your hair is a bit of a mess. I can help with that.”

Cozy smiled back “Okay.”

Sunset sat next to Cozy as Fluttershy began brushing her hair, she winced slightly as brush tore through a knot. Wallflower apologised “Sorry.”

Sunset smiled as Rarity sat next to Wallflower “I’ll help you, this type of things takes some practice. I’ll show you how to brush.”

Pinkie bounced over grinning and gave her a cupcake “Enjoy.” Sunset slowly ate the cupcake as Cozy was humming beside her as their hair was being brushed.

They turned as Rainbow slumped “Good much AJ” she then turned to Gilda “You want to have a go.” Gilda nodded as Pinkie bounced over with two cupcakes, joining Rainbow watching the intense match between Applejack and Gilda.

Gilda’s character wore a black jacket over a dark blue vest with a pair of jeans and pair of black boots, an assault rifle in her hands. Applejack's character was wearing a dark blue Stetson, a white shirt and black shorts, as well as a pair of cowgirl boots with two revolvers on either side.

Applejack’s character ran towards Gilda’s character dodging out of the way of bullets, as she closed the distance. Only for a flash bang to go off in her face before a barrage of rounds took her down, Applejack sighed “Who wants to have a go?”

Cozy Glow raised her hand “I’ll have go, just let me create a character.”

Pinkie giggled “That’s silly, you can’t beat Gilda with a new character. You will only have a pistol and a knife, she has a huge kit of weapons.”

Cozy Glow gave her challenging look “Watch me.” Fluttershy stop brushing her hair as Sunset moved to watch. Cozy’s character started to appear very similar to herself, just older. Cozy’s character had the same shade of arctic blue hair as well as the light pink skin, she was wearing a dark blue tank top with red shorts, a pair of combat boots. Sunset blushed slightly as she imagined a grown up Cozy Glow standing by her in that outfit, she shook her head only to see the match start. Cozy was so focused on the game, Cozy Glow’s character was hiding behind a wall as Gilda’s was closing in, Gilda threw a flash bang. Then aimed for the direction where the wall wasn’t only for Cozy’s character to run through the flash bang and clip Gilda in the head with a stray bullet.

Gilda’s eyes widened as she realised her character was dead, a single hole resting right between her character’s eyes. Gilda turned to Cozy trying to rationalise what she had seen“You are really good at this.”

Cozy frowned “I was raised in war Gilda, I know more than anyone else in this room about how a real battle is waged. I also know how to survive when pushed against a wall, still I want to play something less violent. I don’t want to be that person anymore.”

Pinkie walked over and removed the disk, the title Proud Guns plastered across the disk. She returned it to it’s case and brought out a racing game with the title Madness Racing, Pinkie smiled “This game can have up to twenty players, so we can all play together.”

It was not long before all twenty players were in their own carts, Sunset was playing a red haired mechanic girl. Fluttershy was playing a songstress who drove a gem covered go kart, Wallflower was playing a ghost who drove a ghost unicycle. Rainbow was playing a speed loving racer who drove a rocket kart, while Applejack was playing a retired kart racer who used an old worn go kart. Gilda was playing a biker girl who loved competition and had a pitch black bike. Rarity had picked the same character as Fluttershy, Pinkie was playing a clown who drove a balloon car. Cozy was playing as a dark king on a supernatural horse. Several other computer controlled AI players joined in to fill up the remaining spots

Rainbow got to an early lead and she started bragging, only for a barrage of different power ups to send to the last spot. Fluttershy and Wallflower cautiously stayed around the middle afraid to push too far ahead. Applejack was pushing Gilda eager to get some payback, Rarity had third place with Pinkie watching from behind her as Sunset and Cozy were competing for first.

Sunset managed to edge the victory with a tricky explosive combo, Cozy laughed “That was pretty impressive.”

Rainbow pouted “I can’t believe you all ganged up on me, I went from first to last and every time I got anywhere near the group you knocked me off again.”

Fluttershy flicked Rainbow in the nose “You were bragging about how good you were, everyone jumped on you.”

Gilda blinked in confusion “Where was this Fluttershy when we first met.”

Fluttershy smiled “Hiding but no longer, I won’t hide myself away anymore. I have to stand up for my friends.”

Cozy exclaimed “I wish to have rematch with Sunset, so let’s get back into it!” Everyone turned to her , and soon they were back in the whole group playing the game for the rest of the day.
