The Old World

This story is based off the video game Medieval Total War 2 the made up kingdoms of Eoland and Chavale are based off of the games factions of medieval England, France, and other euopean nations in Medieval Total War 2.

Twilight Sparkle and Starlight Glimmer messing, changing, and altering the timelines caused a new land mass across the ocean to be formed, a new history to be written, and thus a question that was asked by an unknown person to become reality. What would the world be like if kingdoms of ponies did rule themselves and had no inference from the tree of harmony to be at peace, no monster and non pony races to force unite them. And thus was the Old World made from the meddling of time travel.

The medieval pony kingdoms of Eoland and Chevale more then 1000 years ago to the Northeast across the ocean on another mainland and large Island (Shaped like Terra's England and France) were once united. Untold thousands of pony Migrants choose to flee from Equestria to escape the Windgos and thus sailed across the ocean and came to the lands of the Old World, a landmass of vast resources, warm climes, and new conquests.

But unlike the three pony tribes of Unicorns, Pegasuses, and Earth ponies whom united together and resettle their differences in part because the windgos threaten to freeze them in eternal winter. The Unicorns, Pegasuses, and Earth ponies of Eoland and Chevale had no such thing. No powerful villains to force them to stay as allies or friends, the two kingdoms while united were culturally different. And thus the longest bloodiest war in history swept the Old World for more then 1000 years.

In Equestria (Sometime after the last episode of mlp and season came to its end.) rumors and reports from Starswirl the Bearded reaches Princess Twilight Sparkles of the two far off pony Kingdoms of the Old World. Twilight Sparkle will then want to learn and read the history of these old kingdoms but will find nothing in any of the library's of any book about Eoland or Chavale or their history.

This is a tale not to bash the lessons taught in Equestria but to tell a tale of the two pony kingdoms of Eoland and Chavale, and how the two pony kingdoms are to use to their ways of living and wars to want peace. And to show how their are ponies more willing to wage war on one another over having peace. And that the lessons taught by the Princess's of Equestria, by the Tree of Harmony mean nothing to the Old World pony kingdoms when readying for war, fighting in war, and supporting the war is all they have ever known. Meddling with time travel created the Old World kingdoms thus Starlight Glimmer, and Twilight Sparkles both will come to realize they are the reason the pony kingdoms of the Old World even exist.

The ponies of Eoland and Chavale have fought a war for more 1000 years without end. For this is a time not of peace but total war.
