Triple Mother

Rainbow Dash was lying on the couch of her house with her belly up. She was 11 months pregnant and her foal was already approaching the due date. And it wasn't a foal, it was three foals that were just developing in Dash's stomach. She was a little nervous about all this, she still had no idea how to be a mother. Of course she would have the help of her husband Soarin to raise the foals. , but she was still not so confident about all this.

Then a thought came to her mind, it was the thought of when she found out she was pregnant with triplets.

Rainbow Dash was going on one of her pregnancy appointments, accompanied by her husband Soarin. It was just an ordinary appointment, just to see if all was well with your baby.

"Are you nervous, honey?" Soarin asked

"A little ..." Dash said

"Hey don't worry, it's going to be all right. We'll come into the room and see our baby, and soon we'll be holding him in our hooves for real."

"Rainbow Dash?" the doctor called a room

Dash and Soarin got up and walked into the living room to do the ultrasound. The doctor asked Dash to sit on a bed and then he put a substance under Dash's stomach and started looking at a screen.

"And then doctor?" Soarin asked

"It's okay, the babies are growing well and they look very healthy," the doctor said.

"Oh great because .... Wait ... Babies ?! I mean ..." Soarin said and the doctor smiled

"Yes mr and mrs Dash, you are expecting triplets!"

Dash's eyes widened as she squeezed Soarin's hull tightly.

"W-What? Triplets ?!" She said

"Yes, I'll get some papers for you to fill in and I'll be right back, feel free," the doctor said as he left the room. Soarin looked at Dash who looked more nervous than usual.

"Are you ok sweetheart?"

"I was barely ready for a foal and now we're going to have three? Soarin is three foals, that's triple responsibility, I don't know if I'm ready for three ..."

"Hey Dashie don't worry, it's gonna be alright I promise, I won't leave your side for a second, of course I'm not ready for three kids either but with you by my side I'm sure everything will be ok" Soarin then leaned over and kissed Dash on the forehead as he gave a loving smile.

"You know Soarin you're right, I'm sure that together we'll get through this"

Rainbow Dash came back to reality as Soarin entered the room and approached her.

"How are you feeling sweetie?"

"I'm fine for now ..." Dash said as she began to rub her oversized belly on the couch, Soarin moved closer to her and lay with her on the couch.

"Wow can you believe we'll be parents soon?" He said

"Yes..."

"What do you want our foals to be?"

"Well I think these little ones in here are two fillies and a foal"

"And how do you know that?"

"Oh I feel it"

"Fine, but if they're both fillies I'm sure they'll be as beautiful as you Dashie" Dash blushed

"And if both are foals I'm sure they will be as beautiful as you"

Soarin smiled and then leaned forward and kissed Dash on the lips, she returned the kiss with pleasure. they stayed like that for a long time until they finally let go for lack of oxygen.

"I love you Dash ... You and our foals you're carrying" Dash then kissed Soarin again and looked into his eyes

"I love you too soarin"

The next morning Soarin was awakened by a shout from Dash in bed.

"Rainbow? Are you ok?"

Dash was moaning in bed as she held her stomach

"I-I ... I think .... It's coming ..."

Soarin's eyes widened

"What? Now ?! Don't worry Dash I'll take you to the hospital Don't worry!" Soarin said as he took Dash in his hooves and flew her to the hospital

Soarin was pacing outside the delivery room because he was not allowed in because of his excessive protection with Dash.

Soarin entered Rainbow Dash in the hospital desperate for help.

"Please someone help here, my wife is about to give birth!" He said

"Alright calm down, we'll take you to a room, QUICK NURSES HELP HERE!" A doctor said

The nurses came and put Rainbow on a stretcher and took her to the delivery room. Soarin followed close behind.

When they arrived in the room, the nurses helped Rainbow to the bed while she was sweating and breathing heavily.

"Very well Miss Dash, are you ready? Can we start?" The doctor said as he approached Rainbow to begin work.

Soarin thinking that this doctor was only going to hurt her even more, and didn't let him help her.

"Soarin please, now is not the time for this! Urgh!" Dash said with a shout at the end. The nurses approached Soarin and pulled him out of the room.

"HEY! WHAT IS THAT? LET ME GO!"

"Sir, we'll have to ask you to wait outside," Nurse Redheart said.

"But I need to be by her side! She needs me!"

Redheart simply shook his head and closed the door.

As time went by Soarin only became even more worried about his wife giving birth alone without him in the delivery room.

Then Nurse Snowheart left the delivery room with a smile on her face.

"Mr. Soarin? You can come in now"

Hearing this Soarin immediately walked into the room where Dash was. When he entered the room the first thing he saw was his wife lying on the bed with her frayed mane as she stared at the three cribs beside her on the bed.

Soarin approached her and took her hoove and held it.

"How are you feeling sweetie?"

"I'm fine, just a little tired ..."

Soarin smiled and then leaned in for a kiss with his wife lying on the bed. He turned away from her and looked at the three cribs beside the bed.

"These are....?"

"Yes"

Soarin then took one of the babies from the cribs and held it in their hooves.

"Wow .... Dashie they .... They are beautiful" Soarin said with tears in his eyes, and Dash also had tears in her eyes. He then handed over the baby he was holding for Dash to hold while he took the two other babies in the cribs and held them with their wings. They had two fillies and a foal. Dash was holding the foal, and Soarin the two fillies.

"Wow, three kids .... This is going to be a long way ..." Dash said

"Yes, but we'll both make it, together we are capable of everything"

"Well then how do we name them?"

"I don't know, what name do you think we should give them?"

"Well this little one I was thinking about Azure Skies?" Dash said as he pointed to the foal in its hooves. The foal was cyan, his mane was navy-blue, and his eyes were magenta.

"I liked it, and this little one could be called ... Sora Dash?" Soarin said pointing to one of the fillies in their hooves. The filly was navy-blue, her mane was cyan-blue, and her eyes were green.

"It's great too, and now this other little one, maybe she should be called .... Prism?" Dash suggested pointing to one of the fillies in Soarin's hooves. The filly was baby-blue, her mane was rainbow and her eyes were green.

"It's perfect, everyone is"

Then Soarin moved closer to Dash and lay with her on the bed with his foals. They kept looking at their new children in silence all the time, soon after Dash began to feel sleepy and then she fell asleep.

Soarin then leaned over and kissed Dash and the foals on the forehead.

"This is just the beginning of our new lives, I promise I won't let anything bad happen to you four"
