Chapters The Agent and the Princess
Canterlot 12:14am
In Canterlot, many ponies were being evacuated back to their homes by the Royal guards, because there was a stand off between the mane six, Spike and the changeling riot police force at the entrance.
At the entrance, the mane six and Spike were glaring at the changeling riot units, and some riot units were aiming their glowing horns at them, some were aiming tear gas launchers on the ground near them, some were holding batons and round and large plastic shields, and there were many carriages with large metal cages placed at the entrance with horses pulling them.
The mane six and Spike began to think of a plan on how to make the changelings go away, but none of them had anything in their heads.
"What do you suggest we do Twilight?" Fluttershy asked looking at her.
"I don't know." She replied with a shrug.
Then Rainbow Dash looked at her with an incredulous look.
"What do you mean you don't know? You've escaped from Manehatten, and you've gained information about the changelings and stole their G Virus sample." Said Rainbow Dash.
"I wouldn't say I stole it." Said Twilight.
"Wait what?" Rarity asked looking at her "Then how did you get the G Virus sample?" She asked again.
Twilight then slowly turned around and looked at Rarity, and she soon found out that her friends were starring at her as well with confused looks.
Twilight gulped nervously and said "Well, you see-"
Twilight wasn't able to explain when the riot police changeling leader spoke through a megaphone.
"That's it! We've got orders! Units attack!" The leader yelled.
Then the changelings armed with batons and round plastic shields began to charge towards the mane six and Spike.
Twilight's eyes widened when she saw the units charging towards them.
"Girls! Spike! Get ready!" Twilight told them. Then they got into stances, but Fluttershy ran to a hiding place without her friends knowing.
Twilight fired five magic shots at the changelings, but it turned out to be a futile action when the riot units blocked the magic bolts with their shields.
Then the riot unit made it towards them and they pushed them on the ground with their shields. Rainbow Dash tried to fly free but a changeling smacked her on her back with his baton which made her fall on the ground with a bruising back.
"Get off me you ruffians!" Rarity yelled trying to punch the changeling units shield. But it turned out to be a reckless attack because a changeling unit swung his right hoof and smacked her in the face with a baton.
When the changeling riot police force leader saw his colleges trapping the mane six and Spike, he smiled and looked back at the rest of the team.
"The mane six and Spike have been detained officers! Now go and capture as many ponies as you can!" He ordered.
"Roger commander Spectre!" Said the units. Then they charged into town to capture the ponies.
Royal guards tried to stop them but three units fired tear gases at them which made them fall on the ground coughing. Then they continued advancing forward.
They arrested ponies hiding in their homes and pushed them to the metal cages in the carriages. They instantly found the hiding ones by using one of their newest technologies, the X-ray scanner.
After they broke through all of the homes, they brought out the ponies they had found to the riot police commander Spectre.
"Commander Spectre. These are all of the ponies we can find." The changeling unit told him as he saluted.
Then Spectre began to examine the pony which was a mare earth pony. The mare tried to scream for help but the metal cuffs on her hooves will tighten up if she did. And Spectre smiled evily.
"Wha-what are you gonna do to me?" The mare asked in fear.
"Don't worry sweetheart. We're just gonna bring you to our hive and put all of into our metal containers and turn you into bioweapons." He said with an evil smile.
The mare's eyes widened in fear and she tried to flee, but the two changeling riot units held her in place.
"Take her to one of the cages in one of the carriages. Spectre ordered.
"Roger that sir." Said the unit. Then they began to pull the mare to one of the carriages while she struggled to escape.
"NO! YOU CAN'T DO THIS!" Fluttershy yelled as she ran out of her hiding area.
When Spectre heard the yelling, he looked at his left and saw the element of kindness known as Fluttershy glaring at him.
"I WANT YOU TO ORDER YOUR MEN TO RELEASE AND APOLOGIZE TO THESE PONIES THIS INSTANT!!!" She yelled.
Spectre was not threatened by her stare. He slowly pulled out his pepper spray from his pocket and held it with his left hoof. Then he pressed the small button on the handle and capsaicin were fired into her eyes.
When the capsaicin touched Fluttershies eyes, she fell on the ground and yelled in pain.
"Fluttershy!" Twilight yelled. She tried to get up and help her but a changeling unit smacked her in the face with his baton which gave a red mark on her cheek.
At the entrance, the changeling riot units were pushing the ponies into the metal cages with their large shields, while the ponies tried to fight them. At the end, the riot police officers managed to push the ponies inside the cages in the carriages. Then the horses began to move and they walked back to the hive with the ponies screaming inside the cages.
The mane six and Spike had their heads down when they saw them failing to protect the ponies again.
Spectre was looking at the trapped ponies in the cages with an evily smile. Then he turned back to the the riot units detaining the mane six and Spike.
"Mission accomplished guys! Let's return to the hive for our debrief!" Spectre told them. Then he turned around and began to walk back to the hive.
The changeling units released the mane six and Spike when they heard their commander. But before they left, they smacked them with their batons again so they couldn't follow them to the hive. After 10 seconds, the changeling unit ceased their beating on the mane six and Spike and returned to the hive.
Twilight tried to get up after the beating. But the bruises on her body stopped her. Then she fell on the ground unconscious.

The Agent and the Princess
The mane six were discharged from the hospital after that stand off they had with the changelings. They decided to go to Twilight's castle and have a meeting about the situation. Once they returned to Twilight's castle, they went to the meeting room. When they got there, they sat on their seats and began to think about ideas on how to stop the changelings and the queen.
"Alright girls, any plans on how to stop the next invasion?" Twilight asked.
Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Rarity and Applejack were thinking of any plans or ideas on how to stop the next invasion but none of them had anything in their minds. But then, Pinkie had an idea.
"Maybe we have a friendly conversation with them?" Pinkie suggested with a smile.
After her friends heard that, all of them dragged their hooves down their faces.
"Pinkie, you want to get arrested by them?" Twilight asked.
Pinkie's smile disappeared and she shook her head.
"No." She replied.
"Exactly. Any other suggestions?" Twilight asked.
This time Rainbow Dash had an idea.
"I suggest we attack their hive and attack the changelings and rescue everypony captured by them!" Said Rainbow Dash with confident.
Twilight shook her head from that response.
"That's not gonna work RD." Applejack told her.
"Why not?" She asked.
"Rainbow, there are changeling Agents and riot units in the hive remember? Their technologies are more advanced than ours, so you can't beat them, because the changeling Agents are experienced in combat and are smart. And the riot police units are more experienced in their work than the guards and us." Twilight told her.
Then Rainbow's confident disappeared.
"Oh, right."
"Okay, any other suggestions?" Twilight asked.
Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy began to think but they had nothing in their minds.
"Sorry, Twilight. But I can't think of anything." Said Rarity.
"Me too Twilight, ah don't think I know how to stop their next invasion as well." Said Applejack.
"I want to help but, their too scary." Said Fluttershy.
Then her friends began to ask each other for any other ideas.
Twilight sighed and began to think of any ideas and plans on how to stop the next invasion.
"Come on Twilight think. You can't just let the changelings capture your subjects and turn them into bioweapons again." Twilight said to herself in her mind as she began thinking. Then something came into her mind.
"Wait. A changeling helped me escape from Manehatten and the virus research facility. Who was he again?" Twilight thought. Then she remembered him. "Thorax! He was the one who helped me through the nightmare! He can help us!"
After Twilight remembered Thorax. She got up from her seat and grabbed a paper and a quilt. And her friends were looking at her with confused looks.
"Um Twilight? Why are you writing a letter?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"Oh it's nothing." She replied.
After writing for 30 seconds, she walked to her room balcony and called her owl. The owl flew to her balcony after hearing her and Twilight began to tell him what to do.
"Hello there my pet. I'd like you to send this letter to Thorax in a cave in the everfree forest please. You can find him by hearing some mechanical noises." Said Twilight. She also stuck her crown on the bottom of the letter.
The owl nodded and flew to the everfree forest with the letter.
"I hope Thorax will help us." Twilight said to herself.
Everfree forest
In a cave in the everfree forest. A green changeling named Thorax was doing some scientific projects on the viruses that the changeling scientists made.
"It's a good thing that I didn't returned the G Virus to my queen or the scientists otherwise Equestria would be gone." Thorax said to himself quietly.
But his project came to an end when he heard an owl howling at his new home he made in a cave.
"What s going on this time?" Thorax asked himself. Then he walked to his front door and opened it. He then saw an owl.
"Hello there little owl, what do you need?" Thorax asked.
Then the owl placed a letter in front of him.
"Huh? What's this?" Thorax asked as he grabbed the letter. Then the owl flew back to ponyville.
Thorax unfolded the letter and saw some writings on it, he also saw a crown at the bottom.
Dear Thorax I hope you remember me. I am the mare you have saved in Manehatten and the virus research facility. We are currently experiencing some violent riots in ponyville and Canterlot. The changelings have forcibly attempted to destroy or confiscate the princesses property. And I wish to request your help please. Meet me in ponyville. From your first mare you kissed
Thorax had a confused look when he read the letter.
"My first kiss? I don't remember that much after the past six months." Thorax said to himself. "And why are the changelings attacking ponyville? Are they trying to capture the ponies again?"
He then grabbed the crown and began to study it.
"I won't get any answers if I stay here. Time to suit up and go to ponyville."
Then Thorax went to his training room and walked to his closet and opened it with his suit inside. He then wore his suit and tucked the crown in one of his pockets.
"Time to go to ponyville." Thorax said to himself as he walked out of his home and ran to ponyville.

The Agent and the Princess
Ponyville
At the entrance of a ponyville. A green coloured changeling named Thorax was standing at the entrance with his suit, flashlight and the crown in his right pocket.
"Okay, so I have to meet this mare in Ponyville." Said Thorax as he looked at the town. "I hope I don't have to write a report on this." He finished as he entered the town.
Once he entered the town, he began to observe his surroundings. He saw no ponies, some ruined homes, restuarants and some flowers in a flower shop were destroyed. Other than that, it was pretty quiet.
"Pretty quiet here." Thorax said to himself looking around the town.
Ponyville behind a house
Behind a house in ponyville, the mane six, three princesses, Shining armour and other ponies were all starring at the green changeling.
"Who is that?" Pinkie asked looking at the green changeling.
"Is he friendly?" Fluttershy asked with a scared expression.
"He looks tall." Said Rarity.
"Is he suppost to help us Twilight?" Rainbow Dash asked.
Twilight looked at her friends and said "Of course Rainbow Dash, he helped me in Manehatten and cured me."
"He did?" Shining asked walking up to his sister.
"Yes he did Shiny. He is nice and friendly" Twilight replied to her brother.
Thorax present day
When Thorax saw no ponies around ponyville, he decided to check the houses. He walked to one on his right and stood at it's front door. He then began to knock on it.
"Hello? Anypony here?"
*No response*
Thorax knocked on the door again and still got no response.
"If your not going to open the door, I'm gonna kick it open." Thorax warned. But he still got no response.
After that, Thorax stepped back and drew his right hoof back, he then kicked the door. The door got kicked to the side from the force and Thorax looked inside and saw that it was really dark. He then grabbed his flashlight and pushed the small switch forward. Then the light shot forward and Thorax began to observe the room and saw that there is indeed nopony inside the house. Thorax sighed in annoyance and switched off his flashlight, then he turned around and walked away from the house.
The mane six, ponies, princesses and Shining armour present day
Everypony except Twilight were shocked to see the changeling kicking a door open, the sound was really loud.
"Oh my Celestia, he seems strong." Said Fluttershy quivering in fear.
"I don't think I want to start a fight with that guy." Said Rainbow Dash looking at the green changeling.
"And you say that he is nice and friendly?" Said Shining armour looking at Twilight raising an eyebrow.
Twilight chuckled embarrassingly and looked at her brother and friends.
"Well, he is a bit aggressive sometimes. But he still has a heart." Twilight replied.
Then Celestia walked up to Twilight and asked "So, what do you have in mind?"
Then Twilight looked at Thorax for a while, then back at her teacher.
"All of you stay here, I'll take it from here." She told them.
Celestia and the ponies nodded and Twilight began to sneak up to Thorax.
Thorax present day
Thorax observed his surroundings again and saw what looks to be like a black stick on the ground.
"Huh? What is this?" Thorax asked himself as he walked up to the black stick. He then bent his right knee and studied it and saw that it was a baton from the changeling riot squad.
"A police baton? Did the riot police attack here today?" Thorax asked himself. But before he could grab the baton. He heard a sound of a horn activating behind him.
"Hooves where I can see them." Said a familiar female voice.
When Thorax recognized the familiar voice, he decided to play along.
"Sorry, but following a princess's order isn't really my style." He replied.
Then Twilight pressed her glowing horn on his back.
"Put them up right now." She said with a smile on her face.
Thorax then grabbed her horn which made Twilight "Ahh!" in return, then Thorax turned her around and wrapped her hooves behind her back. Twilight then attempted to kick his face, when Thorax noticed the kick he ducked and released Twilight. Then Twilight turned around and starred at him and Thorax starred back.
"Thorax, it's been a while." Said Twilight.
Thorax was about to reply, but many ponies including the mane six and the princesses walked out of their hiding places and looked at the changeling.
Thorax looked at the ponies and the princesses for a while, then he looked at Twilight with an irritated look.
"Twilight, so it is true."
"True? About what?" She asked raising an eyebrow.
"You inviting me here to reunite with you and introducing me to the rulers and your friends?" He assumed.
Twilight giggled and walked up to him, then she wrapped her hooves around his neck and placed her face close to his lips which made everypony gasp. Shining armour tried to run up their and push the stallion away, but his wife stopped him in his track.
"You must've done your homework." She giggled.
Thorax grabbed her hooves and unwrapped them from his neck, he then gently pushed her away from him.
"Twilight, what did you bring me here for?" He asked her.
"Oh right! But before we do that, I want to introduce you to everypony, if that's okay with you." She said.
"Sure." He shrugged.
Then Twilight looked at her subjects, Princesses and her friends.
"Eveypony this is Thorax, the changeling who helped me return to ponyville safe and sound." Twilight introduced him to them.
The ponies and the Princesses were a bit scared when they heard her saying that he is a changeling. Then Thorax began to introduce himself.
"Hello there everypony, I am Thorax the changeling. I am an Agent from the special forces." He told all of them.
When Shining armour heard the changeling say that he is an Agent. He had an angry expression on his face, and he charged towards him.
"Shiny!" Said Cadence try ing to stop him but it was no use.
When Thorax saw the captain Shining armour trying to assault him, he placed his right hoof on his face, stopping him in his track.
"Shiny, what are you doing?" Twilight asked.
"I'm going to tear that changeling's hooves off!" Muffled Shining armour.
Thorax sighed in annoyance and tried to talk him out.
"Mr Shining armour, I know why your angry. You and your men got beaten by me and my team last year. But, it would be logical to not to challenge me in a fight, because if you do, you'll have the same side effects from last year, and you probably don't want that to happen."
When Shining armour heard that, he sighed in defeat and stepped back. Then Thorax removed his hoof away from hos face.
"One day I will get you back." He growled.
"Good luck with that." Thorax chuckled.
Then Twilight stepped in front of Thorax and looked at him with wide eyes, which caught Thorax off guard.
"Anyways, back to business. I need to talk to you in my castle privately." Said Twilight as she grabbed his hoof and dragged him to her castle.
Twilight looked at her friends, subjects , brother and princesses once more.
"All of you can return to your normal duties." Twilight told them.
All of the ponies looked at each other with confused looks, but then they ignored it and continued with their work. After that, Twilight looked back in front of her and continued to drag Thorax to her castle.

The Agent and the Princess
The next day
The sun rised in ponyville and into the window of Twilight's castle bedroom where Thorax and Twilight were sleeping. The sun shined into Thorax's face which made him moan, then he woke up.
"Ugghh, what happened?" Said Thorax as he slowly opened his eyes and regained his senses.
He tried to look around his surroundings but his head was really hurt.
"Did a bioweapon hit me? " Thorax thought placing his hoof on his forehead.
But then, his eyes widened when he saw Twilight sleeping next to him comfortably with a smile.
"Ahhhhhh!" Thorax screamed as he pushed himself off the bed and fell on the floor with a thud.
Twilight immediately woke up from the scream. She looked around her bedroom and saw Thorax on the floor slowly getting up while looking at her with a terrified expression.
"Oh, um. Hello Thorax." Twilight chuckled nervously.
"TWILIGHT! WHY WAS IN BED WITH YOU?!" Thorax yelled with a terrified expression.
Twilight tried to call him down and talk to him.
"Th-Thorax, please calm down and listen to me." Twilight told him as she got off the bed.
Thorax then looked at his chest and saw some strange substances on his chest, he grabbed a sample of it with his right hoof and smelled it, but the substance was a bit smelly and Thorax coughed.
"Ugghh!" Said Thorax as he wiped the substance off his hoof.
Twilight looked at the substance on his chest and noticed that it was hers.
"What is this?" Thorax asked wiping the substances off his chest.
"Well Thorax, I uh... forced you to be drunk." Twilight told him with a chuckle.
When Thorax heard that, he looked at her with another terrified expression.
"WHAT?! WHY?!" Thorax yelled again.
"Well, it's just that I wanted to have a fun time with you before we have a talk about what's going on." She chuckled.
Thorax looked at her for a while then the balcony.
"I'm leaving!" Thorax yelled running towards the balcony and preparing to fly away.
"Thorax wait!" Said Twilight trying to stop him, but it was too late he has already taken off and is now flying back to his cave.
Twilight looked down on the floor in sadness when Thorax flew away.
"I guess I have to find a way to fix this." Twilight sighed as she turned around and walked to her bathroom to get herself cleaned.
One month later
It has been a month since Twilight has seen Thorax, she wrote letters to him but he didn't replied to them, she thinks it's probably because he was still mad at her for making him drunk and kiss her on the bed.
Twilight has also spread the news to her friends and family. Her parents and brother were extremely mad that she has forced a stallion to make out with her, but her friends and Spike were a little happy for her because she now has a special somepony.
One day, Twilight was reading books in her bedroom, but suddenly, she felt ill and she ran to the toilet and vomited.
After vomiting for ten seconds, she sat on the floor with a weak expression.
"What is wrong with me?" Twilight asked herself, she then looked at her belly and saw that it was a bit round.
"That's weird, I didn't ate that much yesterday." Twilight said to herself with a confused look. She then stood up, but then she felt a small pain in her belly.
"Auugggh!" Yelped Twilight as she fell on the floor again.
Her bathroom door opened and she saw Spike entering.
"Hey Twilight, are you okay?" He asked.
"I'm okay Spike, but I think I need to go and see a doctor." She told him.
"Okay."
Twilight slowly stood up and Spike lead her to ponyville hospital.
Ponyville hospital
In Ponyville hospital, Twilight is being checked by a doctor, the doctor began to use a needle to draw blood from a vein in her hoof. After he has finished, he went in his office and began to test it and Twilight had to wait for a couple of days.
3 days later
Twilight went back to the hospital and visited the doctor again to see what the result was.
"Do you have the results doctor?" Twilight asked him.
"Yes I do, and the news is your pregnant! Congratulations!" Said the doctor with a smile on his face.
Twilight pupil shrank when she heard that.
"I'm pregnant? This will not be good." Twilight thought.
"Thank you doctor." Said Twilight as she turned around and left the hospital.
"Goodbye Twilight! And good luck with your foal!"
Twilight's castle
Twilight returned to her castle after her visit at the hospital, when Spike saw her, he walked up to her and looked at her with a questioned look.
"So Twilight? What's the result?" Spike asked her.
"I need to tell all of my friends as well Spike, can you go get them?" She asked.
Spike nodded and walked out of her castle.
Twilight then walked to grabbed a paper and a quilt and she began to write a message to Thorax.
After writing for thirty seconds, she walked to her balcony and gave her owl the letter she has for Thorax, the owl grabbed the message with it's legs and began to fly to the cave where Thorax is.
"I hope Thorax will come." Twilight said to herself hoping that Thorax will come.
Thorax's cave home
Thorax was in his cave trying to get rid of the event that has happened to him last month by sleeping, Twilight has sent him lots of letters but he was too mad to even reply to them, but he stills feels kind of bad for not sending a letter back to her.
"She really loves me, but why did she make me drunk last month? Is it because she wanted to thank me for saving her?" Thorax thought. Then he heard an owl dropping another letter at the entrance of his home.
"Uggh! Did Twilight send me a letter again?" Thorax sighed in annoyance. He then got up from his bed and walked to the entrance and saw a letter.
He looked at it for a few seconds and made up his decision.
"I guess I can read it for once." Thorax said to himself as he bent down and picked up the letter, he then unfolded it and began to read it.
Dear Thorax I humbly request a visit from you in my castle to have a small conversation about the changelings attacking our land, I also have a small surprise to tell you about. And I also hope that you can forgive me about that event I had with you last month. From Twilight
After Thorax finished reading the letter, he folded it and had a confused look on his face.
"A small surprise? What does she have for me?" Thorax asked himself "I guess I won't find out if I stay here, and I guess that also means I have to visit Twilight again." Thorax sighed as he went to his training room and walked to his closet, he then pulled it opened and wore his Umbrella corporation suit.
"Ponyville it is." Thorax said to himself as he walked to Ponyville.

The Agent and the Princess
Changeling hive training base 1
In a training base in the changeling hive, the riot police commander Spectre was being surrounded by four changeling Agents, and they were preparing for a huge sparring match.
"You guys can start whenever you feel like it." Spectre told them.
The four changelings got into stances and kept their focuses on him, none of them making a move. Then a changeling behind him made his move first, he swung his right hoof back and attempted to punch him in the back of his head, when Spectre felt his attack, he moved his head to the left and grabbed his hoof, then he flipped him on the floor. The second changeling attempted to side kick him but his hoof was grabbed by Spectre and he threw him out of the circle which made him crash into a shelf with weights on it, the third changeling ran up and tried to back kick him, but Spectre punched him in the face which made him fall on the floor, when the final changeling saw his team fallen, he spread his wings and flew at him with his right hoof Seung back, when Spectre saw the changeling flying straight at him, he swung his right hoof back and positioned himself, when the changeling flew close to him, Spectre kneed him in the face which knocked some of the changelings teeth out, then the changeling crashed into a fence and Spectre claimed victory.
"Get out." Spectre told them.
The four changelings did what Spectre told them and ran out of the training base. Then Nighthawk entered the training base with a smile.
When Spectre noticed the one of the hives Agencies best Agents coming in, he immediately walked out of the fence and greeted him.
"Hello there, Agent Nighthawk."
"Hello there Spectre, I've seen the whole battle and I have to say, that was not bad at all for the commander of the riot police." Nighthawk told him.
When Spectre heard that, he smiled.
"Thank you Nighthawk, I became this good by studying these two martial arts, and they are Muay Thai and Ninjutsu." Spectre told him.
"Not bad at all." Nighthawk chuckled "But do you think that you can defeat Thorax?" He asked him.
Spectre's eyes widened when he heard him talking about Thorax.
"Maybe, but do you know where he is? I haven't seen him after Manehatten got destroyed." He said.
"That's because he has betrayed us and joined sides with Equestria." He told him with an angry expression.
When Spectre heard that, he got extremely angry.
"Why would he do that?" Spectre growled.
"That's because he has probably developed these feelings to this Twilight Sparkle and thinks that he can be a good husband to her." Nighthawk told him.
"Fine then, since he has been resentful towards us, I will hunt him down and kill him, his expreience in these three self defence martial arts are no match for mines!" He told him, then he exited the training base and went to the meeting room to get his men.
"Good luck with that." Nighthawk chuckled.
Ponyville
In Ponyville, Thorax has snuck past all of the ponies in town with an invisibility spell and he saw many of them chattering about something.
"What are they chattering about?" Thorax thought in his head perplexed. He then shook his head and proceeded to go to Twilight's castle.
Twilight's castle
Thorax snuck into Twilight's castle and began to look for her, he looked everywhere for her but he couldn't find her, but then he heard some voices in the meeting room.
"Looks like she's in the meeting room." Thorax whispered to himself.
He then walked to the meeting room, but before he could enter, he saw five members of the elements of harmony walking out of the room which made him stick to the corner, he also saw the little dragon Spike walking out and all of them were talking to each other.
After all of them were not in sight anymore, Thorax removed his invisibility spell and entered the meeting room. Once he was in, he saw Twilight on a chair with her wings covering her belly which confused Thorax.
When Twilight saw Thorax in front of her, she smiled and got off her chair.
"Thorax, good to see you again." Said Twilight with a happy expression.
"Yes, I know." He replied simply.
"Would you like a drink?" Twilight asked as she walked past him and tried to go to the fridge but Throax stopped her.
"No." Thorax shook his head "Last time that didn't go so well." He finished with an irritated look.
When Twilight heard that, she turned around and looked at him with a smile on her face.
"Oh right, it seem like I gave you a huge embarrassment when I did that." Twilight giggled as she walked close to him, she then wrapped her hooves around his neck and pushed him to the table but Thorax didn't fall on it.
"No, it made me did what you wanted me to do with you." Thorax corrected her.
Twilight then leaned her face close to his.
"Was it all that bad?" She asked as she rested her head on him.
"Maybe not." He replied with a sigh.
Twilight giggled when she heard that reply.
"Alright, let's get back to business." She said as she got off of Thorax and looked at him.
"Your gonna talk about the attacks?" Thorax asked her.
"Yes." Twilight replied with a nod "In the past few months after you safely sent me back to Ponyville and gave me the G Virus, the changeling Agents and riot police attacked us, they have turned many of my subjects into bioweapons, and sent the Princesses in the hospital." She told him.
"The Princesses? Do you mean all of them?" Thorax asked with a confused look.
"How many times do you think that the Princesses have been sent in the hospitals?" She asked him.
"I'm sorry, they sometimes seemed-"
"What? Like you? Indestructible?" Twilight asked raising an eyebrow.
"Well, sometimes." He said with a look of sorrow.
"Anyways, the riot police changelings seems to be the only ones attacking us and sending my subjects to their hive."
"The riot police? No wonder why there was a baton in the town when I reunited with you."
Twilight nodded from that response.
"And now this riot police commander named Spectre is hunting down all of us." She told him.
"All of you?" Thorax asked with a baffled look.
"Yes." Twilight nodded "Me, my friends, Spike, my teacher Celestia, Luna, my sister in law Cadence, my niece Flurry, my brother Shining, my subjects, and our foal." She finished.
Thorax's eyes widened when she heard her saying foal.
"I-I'm sorry, did you say foal?" He asked.
"Yes." Twilight replied with a nod, She then removed her wings from her belly and Thorax saw that it was a bit big.
"It happened after our private business." She told him.
Thorax was really scared when he heard that.
"I-I'm so sorry Twilight, if only I-"
"It's okay Thorax, I was the one who started everything." Twilight told him with a giggle.
After the conversation, the two of them were silent, but then Twilight broke the silence.
"Do you want to go to a shop and buy some equipments for our baby?" She asked him.
"Yeah I think we should." Thorax sighed "After all, it is going to be our foal." He finished.
Twilight smiled and walked up to him.
"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go." She said as she kissed Thorax on the lips which caused him to blush.
After ten seconds, she released and looked at him with a smile and he smiled back, then they began to go to a shop to buy some equipments for their foal.

The Agent and the Princess
Ponyville
In Ponyville, Thorax and Twilight were walking down the town and Twilight had to cover her belly with her wings so that nopony could see that she was pregnant. When Thorax noticed her covering her belly, he leaned close to her and asked "Hiding your pregnancy?" He whispered.
"Yes." Twilight whispered back.
"You know that eventually you will have to tell your subjects about the foal we are having."
"Eventually I will."
They then stopped in front of a furniture shop.
"Well, let's buy some equipments." Said Twilight, and Thorax nodded.
Once they were in the shop, they looked around the area and saw many equipments for furniture.
"Twilight, let's split up. We can buy the equipments quicker this way." Thorax suggested.
"That sounds like a plan." Twilight replied.
Thorax nodded and the two of them began to buy equipments for their baby. Thorax grabbed a baby crib, diapers, a baby cart and a baby bottle.
Twilight's location
Twilight grabbed a pacifier, a baby milk powder, toys, a white coloured aby carpet and a baby blanket.
Payment area
Thorax and Twilight both reunited in the payment area, both of them carrying enough equipments for their foal.
"Is this enough?" Thorax asked.
Twilight checked his equipments foe a second, then hers. After checking for ten seconds, she looked at Thorax and nodded.
"Yes."
"I'll pay. I have some bits on me." Said Thorax as he grabbed all of the equipments.
Once he payed for all of the equipments, he walked back to Twilight and said "Let's go back."
"Okay." Twilight replied with a nod.
Then they exited the shop with the equipments and went back to the castle. While they were walking back, many ponies were starring at Thorax and Twilight with perplexed expressions. When Thorax saw the looks they were receiving, he grabbed Twilight's hoof and began to walk faster, Twilight blushed when Thorax grabbed her hoof.
Twilight's castle
When Thorax and Twilight both returned to the castle, they both began to sigh in relief from all of the stares they received in Ponyville.
"Phew, it's a good thing that they did not see my pregnancy Thory." Said Twilight.
"Yeah, I kn-" Thorax stopped his sentence when he heard that nickname "I'm sorry, did you just give me a nickname?" He asked.
"Yeah." Twilight giggled "What do you think of it?" She asked.
Thorax began to think about it for a moment, then he came to a conclusion.
"I like it."
When Twilight heard his comment, she was really happy.
"Thank you Thorax." She said as she nuzzled him.
Thorax blushed at the nuzzle, but then he smiled and nuzzled back.
After nuzzling each other for ten seconds, they released and looked at each other.
"Come on, let's find a suitable bedroom for our baby." Said Thorax, and Twilight nodded.
Then they walked through the castle and began to look for a suitable area for their foal, they then came across a room with large windows, window curtains, a bathroom and an empty room with a large window on the side.
"This room should be perfect." Twilight said as she entered.
"Agreed." Thorax nodded.
Then they began to set up the room, Thorax decided to make the large room a study room for the baby, he placed some books on the bookshelf so that he or she can read in their free time. Thorax then went into the other room with Twilight, and the two of them were making decisions on what to make this room as. Then Twilight made a decision.
"Thorax, why don't we make this room the play and bedroom for our baby?" Twilight asked.
"Sure." Thorax nodded.
Then they began to set up the room. Thorax placed the baby crib in a corner near the window, Twilight placed the white coloured baby carpet on the floor and the toys on top of it. She then placed the pacifier on a table and the baby milk powder in a cupboard.
After Thorax placed the baby crib in the corner of the room, he then pushed the baby cart in the right corner wall of the room and diapers on the table.
Twilight then finished the work by placing the baby blanket in the crib.
After they have finished their work, they walked up to each other and nuzzled.
"I can't wait to see our baby." Said Twilight with a smile.
"Me too." Thorax replied with a smile as well.
Changeling hive meeting room 2
In the changeling hive meeting room 2, Spectre was having a meeting with ten Agents who are masters at this martial art called taekwondo. And they were having a conversation about Thorax, Twilight and the G-Virus.
"Do you all think that you can retrieve the G-Virus sample?" Spectre asked all of them.
"Of course we can. Nothing stands in our way." Said a changeling Agent.
"That's goo to hear, now trash up Ponyville and find that G-Virus." Spectre ordered them.
"Understood commander Spectre!" All of them saluted. Then they stood up and geared up.
After that, they went outside and flew to Ponyville.

Thorax vs 10 taekwondo masters
Ponyville entrance
At the entrance of Ponyville, the ten changeling Agents were preparing to infiltrate and destroy the town in order to find the G-Virus sample.
"Alright you all, let's trash up the place and find that G-Virus." Said one of the Agents.
"Yes sir!" The rest replied.
Then they infiltrated Ponyville.
Ponyville
In Ponyville, many ponies were doing their work happily as usual, but then the happiness came to an end when they heard somepony scream.
"Ahhh! Everypony run!" A mare screamed as she ran past all of the ponies.
When everypony saw the mare screaming and running away, they immediately turned around to see what she was running away from.
Their eyes widened in horror when they saw ten changeling Agents wearing gas mask and body armour attacking everypony in sight. Then they ran.
Three Royal guards were at the scene pointing their spears at the ten Agents.
"All of you halt!" One of the guards yelled.
The guards got their answers when three of the changelings ran up to them and delivered a flying kick to their faces which knocked some of their teeth out and making them fall on the ground with bleeding faces.
"Guys! Stop playing around with the guards, trash the place up." One of the Agents ordered.
"Yes sir!" All of them replied.
Then they fired magic everywhere to search for the G-Virus.
Twilight's castle
In Twilight's castle, Thorax and Twilight were in the kitchen having a salad dinner. Twilight had to eat more because it would be good for the baby.
"Twilight, you have try and slow down. You might choke." Thorax told her.
"I know but, I want our foal to be healthy and smart." Twilight told him.
"Twily, brains isn't everything." Thorax chuckled.
"Says the changeling who is an expert in medical." Twilight shot back.
Thorax then chuckled embarrassingly when he heard that, and Twilight giggled. Then they continued to eat their dinner, but a tumoultous scream stopped them.
"Ahhhhh! Somepony help us!"
Thorax and Twilight both flinched from that scream.
"What was that?" Twilight asked.
Then they heard some magic blasts and ponies being assaulted from outside.
"I think I know what's going on." Thorax said as he stood up.
Twilight tried to stand as well, but her pregnancy made her fall on the floor.
Thorax then walked up to Twilight and lifted her on the chair again.
"Twily, you stay here. You can't fight right now because of your pregnancy. I'll take care of this, you stay here." Thorax told her with a warm smile.
Twilight then nodded and sat.
"Please be safe." Twilight said.
"I will, nothing stops me." Thorax told her. Then they both shared a kiss.
After ten seconds, they released and Thorax ran to Ponyville to fight the changeling Agents.
Ponyville
Back in Ponyville, many ponies were surrounded by the changeling Agents. They were either gonna be transported to the changeling hive to become bioweapons or killed.
Then one of the changeling Agents began to give them orders.
"Alright men! We can either kill these ponies or send them to our hive to turn them into weapons based on Spectre's orders."
"Okay s-"
The changelings weren't able to finish their sentence when one of their colleagues were thrown on the ground near them.
"What the?" The changelings said in shock. Then they looked in front of them and saw a green changeling who was taller than all of them.
"None of you should do this." The green changeling told them.
One of the Agents smiled evily and walked forward with the rest of his colleagues.
When the ponies saw that none of the changelings were apprehending them, they stood up and ran away.
"You got some nerves betraying us Thorax." Said the changeling.
"I'm just doing what's right." Thorax told him in a cold voice.
The changeling Agent couldn't believe what Thorax was saying right now. He used to look up to him in the training facility, but now he is just a scared little coward.
"I can't believe that what you have done to us after your mission. Now, you will face ten taekwondo masters! Assemble!" The changeling ordered.
The nine other changelings did what their leader told them and surrounded Thorax and got into battle stances.
Thorax began to study all ten of them for a couple of seconds. After he has finished, he then looked at the leader with a smile.
"Then let's see what you taekwondo changelings can do." Thorax mocked them. He then got into a battle stance as well preparing for a fight.
All of the changelings looked at each other for a moment, none of them making any movements, but then one changeling behind him decided to make his first move. He ran up to him and jumped and attempted to hit his back with a back kick.
When Thorax heard the kick behind him, he turned around and grabbed his hoof, he then pushed him on the floor and stomped on his face making him grunt in pain.
Another changeling attempted to punch him, but Thorax grabbed his hoof and threw him up in the air and made him fall on the ground with a loud thud.
The third changeling attempted to punch him as well, but Thorax grabbed his hoof and twisted it making him fall on the ground in pain while holding his twisted hoof.
The fourth changeling charged up in front of him and attempted to front kick him, but it seemed to be a futile idea when Thorax grabbed his hoof and broke it making him scream in pain.
The fifth changeling attempted to hit him in the face with a flying kick, when Thorax noticed the kick, he stepped back and grabbed the changeling by the wing. He then slammed him on the ground which broke his wing.
Then four changelings ran up at him and threw punches and kicks at him, but Thorax managed to block all of them because of he used mathematics to calculate the punches and kicks. He then did a powerful reverse kick which sent them flying everywhere.
After that, Thorax then looked at the leader and saw him trembling while in a battle stance, it was probably because he managed to defeat all of his colleagues by himself with no injuries.
Then Thorax casually walked up to the trembling leader.
When the leader saw that Thorax was close to him, he tried to hit him with a sidekick, but it turned out to be a futile idea when Thorax blocked it with his left hoof. Then Thorax finished him by grabbed his face and flipping him upwards. Then he sent a barrage of punches on his face which made him struggle.
Finally, Thorax released the leader and he fell on the ground with a bleeding face.
He then turned around and saw many of the Agents getting up in pain. Some had broken wings and hooves, and some had bleeding muzzles.
"All of you get out." Thorax told them in a cold voice while pointing at the exit of Ponyville.
The Agents did what Thorax said and walked up to their leader. They then began to pull him back to the changeling hive.
Thorax then turned around and began to walk back to Twilight's castle.
"Alright, now I've established all of that. It's time to check on my special somepony who is going to be my wife soon." Thorax said to himself quietly as he slowly walked back to Twilight's castle.

Plan to save the captured ponies
The next day
In the meeting room in Twilight's castle. Thorax was having a meeting with the mane six and Spike, and they were thinking about a plan in how to save the captured ponies.
Thorax brought out a map of the changeling kingdom and showed it to the mane six and Spike, they then began to study the map.
"Alright all of you here's the deal. The changeling hive town is filled with changeling civilians doing their jobs and changeling police officers." He told them.
Twilight then pointed at the top right section of the map with her right hoof.
"What is this place Thorax?" She asked.
Thorax looked at where she was pointing and gave her a reply.
"That is where the martial arts are displayed."
"All of you learned martial arts there?" Rainbow asked.
"Yes." Thorax replied with a nod "We have over one-hundred of them." He finished.
Everypony were shocked and amazed when they heard that there were over one-hundred martial arts in the changeling hive.
"What are they?" Rainbow asked eagerly.
"We have taekwondo, karate, aikido, Muay Thai, Ninjutsu, boxing, wing chun and many more."
Everypony were really amazed that the changelings can teach all of those martial arts. They must assume that the reason why the changeling Agents were skilled is because they trained in the martial arts area.
"What martial arts did you choose Thorax?" Applejack asked.
"I chose three, and they are systema, krav maga and karate. I'm more of a defensive type rather than an attacker." Thorax told them.
"Oh."
"Alright, let's resume talking about the obligation we have."
The mane six and Spike nodded and began to listen to him again. He then pointed at the back section area behind the martial arts academies.
"This right here is where scientists and chemists work, and where the ponies are transported right now instead of the prison cells in the police station. This section is called the virus laboratory" Thorax explained.
Then the mane six and Spike looked at where Thorax was pointing.
"So, this is where the ponies are kept right now?" Fluttershy asked and Thorax nodded.
"Then that's where we're headed." Said Rainbow Dash.
"Yes Rainbow Dash, but we need a plan first." Thorax told her.
"Oh, right." Rainbow Dash chuckled embarrassingly.
"Wait Thorax, I have a question." Twilight said.
Thorax looked at her and said "Yes?"
"Why did you changelings opened the virus laboratory right behind the martial arts academy instead of the huge lab you all have at the west section?"
Thorax chuckled and placed his right hoof behind his head.
"Well, it's because we... uh... didn't had enough room." Thorax chuckled embarrassingly.
Then the mane six and Spike all burst out into laughter when they heard that.
"Hahaha! That's very funny!" Rainbow Dash laughed slamming her right hoof on the table.
"Hahaha!" Spike laughed.
"Hehe, yeah that is pretty funny. But let's resume with the task at hoof okay?" Thorax said.
Then the mane six and Spike stopped laughing and looked at Thorax with focused looks.
"Okay, here's the plan. We will go through the front gates to the changeling kingdom."
"But won't the changelings attack us?" Twilight asked.
"Don't worry Twilight, the police force are gonna be off duty for three days because of the martial arts demonstrations that will be held in the martial arts area."
"A martial arts demonstration?" Pinkie asked raising an eyebrow "Why do they want to do demonstartions?" She finished.
"Well, it's probably because they wanted to attract more of the drones attention to martial arts and joining the special forces." Thorax assumed.
The mane six and Spike were shocked when they heard that.
"They want to influence those young ones into martial arts and joining the special forces thingy?" Fluttershy asked in both confusion and anger.
Thorax replied with a verbal response.
"We have to hurry up and stop this." Said Rarity.
"I know, and now to step two. We will go through the martial arts demonstration show and I'll try distracting some of the changelings and the seven of you will sneak past all of them okay?" Thorax told them and they nodded.
"Once I distract the changelings, all of you will go through the laboratory and try to take out any scientists or chemists in sight before they try to sound the alarm."
"What does the alarm do?" Rarity asked.
"It will alert the other changelings and the police will be deployed there." Thorax told her which made her gulp in fear.
"And after you all have done that, all of you will release the ponies trapped in the metal containers and sneak out. Understood?"
The mane six and Spike began to think about the plan and the information that Thorax gave them. It is indeed going to be a very scary and menacing mission for them but the lives of many ponies are at risk in the changeling hive so they all nodded to his plan.
"Got it." All of them said as they nodded.
"Good." Thorax said as he got off his chair.
"Now let's go. We don't have time to waste."
The mane six and Spike nodded and got of their chairs as well but Twilight grunted when she got off which made Thorax run up to her with a worried expression.
"Twilight! Are you okay?" Thorax asked as he helped her up.
"I-I'm fine." She replied in a calm voice.
"Twilight, you should rest here. Leave the rescuing to us." Thorax told her, but Twilight shook her head refusing.
"No, I want to help. They are my subjects."
"But Twilight, you'll just have a hard time after each step." Pinkie told her with a worried expression.
"Yeah." Spike said.
"I said I'm fine." Twilight told them.
"Okay." Thorax sighed "Then let's go, but one of your friend have to watch you at all times understood?" He asked and she nodded.
"Don't worry Thorax, I'll keep an eye on her to make sure she and your baby will be okay." Said Pinkie.
"I'll help too." Said Spike.
"Okay." Thorax nodded. "Now let's go." He finished as he exited the castle with the mane six and Spike.
Twilight had to be helped by Pinkie and Spike while walking.
"To the changeling kingdom!" Said Rainbow Dash with confident in her voice.

Martial arts demonstartions
Changeling hive entrance
After walking in the everfree forest for five minutes, the mane six, Spike and Thorax have made it to the front metal doors of the changeling hive.
Thorax took a quick glance above the gates and saw that the security cameras were off probably because of the martial arts demonstrations today. He then turned around and looked at the mane six and Spike.
"Alright guys, today is our lucky day, the security cameras in the whole changeling hive are off because of the martial arts demonstrations held in the north-east area." Thorax told them.
When they heard that, they looked at each other with smiles on their faces. Then they looked at Thorax again.
"That's great, that means it will be easier for us to get to the laboratory and the ponies." Said Twilight, and Thorax replied with a nod.
"So, what's the plan." Rainbow Dash asked.
Thorax then gave her an irritated look.
"Your kidding right?"
"What?" Rainbow Dash asked raising an eyebrow.
"Rainbow, Thorax already explained about the plan in the meeting room." Said Pinkie.
Then Rainbow Dash blushed in embarrassment.
"Oh! Right. Sorry."
Thorax chuckled and rolled his eyes.
"It's alright, I'll explain it to all of you one more time okay?" Thorax asked and they nodded.
"Okay, step one. I will go to the martial arts demonstration by going through the front gate and walking to the north-east area. And all of you will sneak around the gate and use the fire escape door, it's the quickest route to the laboratory and to the ponies." Said Thorax as he gave them a map of the changeling hive he has.
Twilight grabbed the map and began to study it with her friends.
"Got it." Twilight replied with a nod.
"Good, now step two. I will go to the martial arts academy and distract some of the changelings while all of you sneak past all of them and head to the laboratory."
"Okay." All of them replied with a nod.
"Now final step, all of you will knock out any scientists or chemists in sight in the laboratory so that they cannot sound the alarm to alert the police. Then all of you will head to the metal containers and release all of the trapped ponies and head straight back to Ponyville and the mission will be complete. Understood?" He asked all of them.
"Understood." Twilight said as she nodded "Once again that is a very nice plan you have." She finished.
"Thank you." Thorax replied smiling "Alright, time to begin the first step of the plan." He told them.
"Roger, come on guys." Twilight told her friends.
Her friends nodded and followed her to the fire escape on the left side of the hive.
Once they got there, Twilight gripped onto the door's metal handle and twisted it open. She quickly observed the fire escape and saw that there were no changelings and no security cameras installed here.
"Come on girls, there are no security cameras installed in here." Twilight told them with a smile.
"Awesome." Said Rainbow Dash.
Then they began to walk up the fire escape to the north-east area.
Thorax was standing in front the two metal doors to the changeling hive, he then took notice of the entrance panel on his right. He walked up to it and pushed the button in the middle.
"Identity please." Said the entrance panel.
Thorax then leaned his head close to the speaker.
"Thorax the changeling Agent."
The entrance panel made a few beeping noises and gave a reply.
"Access granted. Welcome back Agent Thorax." The entrance panel replied. Then the metal doors opened.
"I'm not happy to be back." Thorax replied quietly to the entrance panel. Then he entered the changeling hive.
Changeling hive town
In the changeling hive's town, many changelings were seen doing their jobs and buying some groceries.
Thorax was trying to figure out a plan in how to go through all of the changelings without being noticed.
"Come on Thorax think."
Then a solution came into his mind.
"Wait, I can shapeshift." Thorax thought.
Then he shapeshifted into a black coloured changeling.
"Why didn't I thought of that earlier?" Thorax thought with a chuckle.
After his shapeshift, he walked through the crowd of changelings casually and to the martial arts academy. He also encountered some police officers heading there as well, probably because they need to control some of the crowds and lines.
Twilight and her friends have been walking up the fire escape for two minutes and Fluttershy, Pinkie and Rarity were getting tired.
"I'm so tired." Said Pinkie wobbling while walking.
"Twilight, we have been walking up the fire escape for two minutes can we take a break?" Rarity asked in a tired voice.
Twilight sighed and turned around.
"Girls, we have to save the ponies, and nothing ever stood in our way." Twilight told them.
"Yeah, girls. We need ta keep movin' forward." Applejack said.
Then everypony sighed heavily and continued walking up the stairs.
Thorax has arrived at the entrance of the martial arts academy and is now standing in line behind a changeling martial artist who is now being checked in.
"Alright, your in mister Vector good luck on getting in the special forces." Said a female changeling.
"Thank you." Said Vector as he entered the martial arts academy.
"Next." Said the female changeling.
"Okay, my turn." Thorax said to himself quietly.
He walked forward and the female changeling looked at him.
"Name?"
Thorax was trying to think of a different name because if he tells her that his name is Thorax, she will definitely knows that he is the traitor.
"Uh..." Thorax began thinking which confused the female drone. Then he came up with a perfect name.
"Slasher! My name is Slasher."
Then the female drone began to write down his name on her script. After that, she looked at him again.
"Why do you want to attend the martial arts demonstrations today mister Slasher?"
"To... uh... join the special forces." He replied.
She then wrote that on her script and looked at him again.
"What martial arts are you skilled at?"
"Um... aikido and jujitsu?"
The female drone wrote that reply in her script as well. Then she removed the queue organization barrier line and lifted it up letting him in.
"Good luck with your goal mister Slasher."
"Thank you." Thorax said. He then entered the martial arts academy and the female drone closed the barrier. Then she called for another changeling.
"Next."
Then another changeling came up to her.
"Name?"
"My name is Slasher miss. I am a master at jujitsu and aikido."
"Huh?" The drone said looking at him with a perplexed expression.
When Thorax entered the martial arts academy. He saw many changeling martial artist training for the demonstartions and some were doing some stretching and lifting some weights.
"Alright, it's show time." Thorax said to himself in his mind confidently.

Thorax was looking through the crowd in the martial arts academy to see what martial arts they will be demonstrating first.
"This reminds me of the time when me and Nighthawk was here." Thorax said to himself.
Then a changeling accidentally bumped behind him.
"Oof!" Thorax grunted. Then he turned around and saw that it was a black coloured changeling with purple eyes "Hey watch where your going kid." Thorax told him.
"Sorry, sir I'm just very nervous to participate in the demonstartions ceremony." The changeling told him.
"Then why are you here Mr-"
"My name is Pharynx." He told him.
"Mister Pharynx, why are you here then if you are nervous?" Thorax asked.
"Well, it's because I want to show all of the changelings my wing chun skills. I want to be as good as this Agent named Thorax." He replied.
Thorax chuckled when he heard that.
Before he could reply to the changeling, a female drone walked up on the giant square arena with a microphone in her right hoof.
"Hello there changelings! Are you all ready for the martial arts demonstartions ceremony?" The female drone asked and all of the changelings replied by cheering.
The mane six and Spike have finally arrived at the martial arts demonstrations ceremony, Twilight slowly opened the door and saw lots of changelings gathered around a giant square, and on their one' o clock position was a stage with two changelings seated. And next to where the stage was the virus laboratory.
"So, what's the plan?" Rainbow Dash asked looking at Twilight.
"The virus laboratory is next to that huge stage. We just need to sneak past it without any of them noticing us." Twilight said.
"Okay." Her friends replied. Then they walked out and they hid behind the stage.
Twilight fell down on the floor and grunted because of her pregnancy.
"Uh oh." Pinkie said. She then ran up to her and pulled her behind the stage. Then her friends began to check on her.
"Twilight? Are you okay?" Spike asked.
Twilight moaned weakily and said "I'm fine."
Pinkie then leaned her face near her belly.
"Hey there little guy, are you hungry or something? I can feed your mommy." Said Pinkie.
"Pinkie stop being silly." Said Applejack.
"Sorry."
"Alright, here are the rules of the ceremony. Many changelings will stand in the large square showing their martial arts skills to Agent Nighthawk and riot police commander Spectre. And if you manage to impress them. You will get to fight one of them."
"Show us what you all can do." Said Spectre as he leaned back comfortably on his chair.
"Alright, who would like to battle first?" The female drone asked the crowd of changelings.
The changelings began to think for a moment, fighting Spectre and Nighthawk would be very daunting but it could prove that they can be eligible enough to join the special forces or the riot police.
Then two changelings raised their hooves.
"I'd like to fight." The two changelings said together.
Then the two changelings looked at each other.
"Looks like we have two changelings wanting to demonstrate their martial arts to the two legends. How about they have a sparring match against each other to decide who will fight one of them?" The female drone asked the crowd.
The changelings replied by cheering.
"Alright you two, come up on the square." Said the female drone.
The two changelings did what the female drone said and walked up the small steps onto the square. Then the female drone asked them who their names were. She started with the changeling standing at the right corner.
"What's your name changeling on the right corner?" The female drone asked.
"My name is Scorn, I am a tai chi master."
Then the female drone looked at the changeling at the left corner.
"And what is your name mister?"
"My name is Pharynx, I am a wing chun master."
"Wow, what a nice match up we have here. We have a wing chun master and a tai chi master. Both martial arts are pretty good, but which will be the more superior one?" The female drone said while looking at the two changelings "Alright, now you two will face each other in a sparring match. No rules, fight till you drop or get pushed off the square." She told them and the changeling masters nodded.
"Alright, battle begin." Said the female drone. Then she ran off the stage.
When the two changelings heard the female drone saying they can fight, they got into battle stances. Scorn got into a bow stance and Pharynx got into a front stance.
Thorax was looking at the two changelings with a look of interest.
"Wing chun vs tai chi huh? This should be entertaining, both martial arts are considered to be menacing." Thorax thought.
The two changelings were locked on to each other, none of them making any moves.
After studying each other for ten seconds, Scron began to make his first move. He launched himself at him and attempted to knee strike him in the face. When Pharynx noticed the knee strike, he side stepped to the left and and punched him at the side of his face which made him fall on the floor. Scorn quickly stood up and locked on to him again.
Scorn then attempted to side kick him in the face, when Pharynx noticed the attack, he blocked the attack with his left hoof and pushed him. Pharynx then reverse kicked him in the face which sent him backwards, Scorn managed to land a front kick to his chest which made Pharynx take a step back, then he lifted his hoof drew it back and tried to side kick him again, when Pharynx noticed the sidekick, he lifted his hoof up and kicked Scorn's hoof which made him stumble backwards. Pharynx then finished him with a powerful front kick in his chest.
Scorn flew backwards when the kick collided with his chest, he then fell off the square and many of the changelings took some steps back, and Scorn had some bruises on him.
"Ugghh!" Scorn grunted.
"Pharynx wins!" Said the female drone announcer.
Then all of the changelings began to cheer after that epic battle.
Three changeling paramedics walked up to Scorn and placed him on a carriage with a horse in front of it, then the horse pulled the carriage and Scorn was sent to the hospital with the paramedics behind his carriage.
The female announcer walked onto the large square and looked at the winner.
"Since your the winner mister Pharynx, you get to fight the legends, which one would you prefer to fight?" She asked.
Pharynx looked at Nighthawk and Spectre for a moment and began to make his decision. Both of them are pretty lethal and aggressive.
Then Spectre stood up from his chair.
"I'll fight you." Spectre told him. He then spread his wings and flew onto the large square.
Thorax was looking at Pharynx with a concerned expression.
"Uh oh, wing chun vs Muay Thai and Ninjutsu, this will be a very difficult fight for Pharynx." Thorax thought.
Nighthawk was looking at Spectre and the other changeling with an evil smile. But then his smile stopped when he heard some hoof steps behind him, he looked at his right and saw six female ponies known as the elements of harmony, and the baby dragon Spike.
"Looks like we've got some company." Nighthawk said to himself quietly, he then stood up from his chair and sneakily followed the mane six and Spike.
The mane six and Spike were approaching the virus laboratory quietly and successfully without the changelings noticing them.
"Come on girls, it's time for phase two of the plan." Twilight whispered to her friends and they nodded, then Twilight pushed the doors open and she and her friends walked inside.
Nighthawk was looking at all of them with an expression of anger.
"Looks like they are trying to rescue the captured ponies, I won't let that happen, I'll face them all by myself." Nighthawk said to himself in a dangerous voice. He then unsheathed his stun rod and pushed the small button on the handle, then the stun rod activated with a spark of electricity on the top.
"Time to get to work."

Changeling hive virus laboratory
The mane six and Spike have successfully infiltrated the changeling hive's virus laboratory.
"Come on girls, the metal containers shouldn't be too far from here." Said Twilight and her friends nodded.
After they made a left turn, they encountered three scientists who were doing research about viruses.
When Twilight noticed the three changeling scientist, she turned and looked at her friends.
"Girls, there are three scientists in here, do you think all of you can take them out?" She asked in a whisper.
"You bet we can." Rainbow Dash whispered confidently.
Twilight then turned around and locked her eyes on the three changelings.
"Okay, on three." Twilight told them in a whisper, then she began counting down "One, two-"
Twilight wasn't able to finish her sentence when Rainbow Dash swooped past her and flew towards the scientist in front of her, she then kicked the changeling in the face and the force of her kick made him grunt and crash into some equipments which shocked the other two scientists.
"You two want some as well?"
The changeling scientist turned his head and looked at his colleague.
"Sound the alarm Torch! Call the police!" He told him.
The changeling nodded and ran to the red alarm on the wall.
"Oh no you don't." Rainbow said as she flew in front of the changeling and kicked him which made him grunt and fly past the other changeling and crash into an empty shelf.
When the changeling saw his two colleauges fallen, he attempted to run away, but Rainbow Dash flew towards him and front kicked him in the face again and sent him fall onto a table with test tubes.
Then Rainbow Dash striked a heroic pose.
"Ha! Take that scientists. None of them are that tough." Rainbow Dash said proud of herself.
Twilight sighed in irritation and rolled her eyes, she then walked out of their hiding place with her friends.
"These changelings aren't that tough." Said Rainbow Dash.
"That's because they're scientists, they are not fighting types." Said Twilight with an annoyed look.
"Yeah RD, the scientists are easy to take out because they don't fight." Said Applejack.
"Oh come on, I took out many changeling Agents and police officers before."
"Those were doctors, paramedics and the fire brigade." Pinkie corrected her.
Then Rainbow's confident expression and pose disapperead and she blushed in embarrassment.
"Oh, hehe... right."
"Let's just put all of this away and proceed in rescuing the ponies." Twilight said as she walked past her friends.
"Okay." All of them replied as they followed her.
They walked towards a metallic door and it automatically opened for them. The technology really amazed Twilight, but she shook all of that away and continued with the obligation.
They walked through a white hallway and made a right turn, they then encountered a large metallic container door.
Twilight assumed that her subjects were held in there.
She then turned around and looked at her friends.
"Girls, that must be where the ponies are held in."
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go and save them." Said Pinkie with a smile.
Everypony nodded and walked up to the container.
Twilight placed her right hoof on it and began to examine what it was made of, and she soon found out that the capsule is made of a titanium, a very strong and light metal. She decided not to fire out her magic, because it would attract the changelings outside. She then looked around the capsule to see if there is another way to open it. When Twilight looked to her right, she saw a panel.
"A panel." Twilight said to herself quietly.
She then walked towards the panel and studied it and she saw that it requires a keycard to open.
She sighed and looked at her friends.
"We need a keycard."
Then her friends sighed in annoyance.
"Why does the changelings like to use keycards?" Rainbow Dash asked in annoyance.
"They have some really strong security systems." Said Spike.
"A little too strong." Applejack said with a roll of her eyes.
"This is so frustrating." Rarity complained.
Twilight sighed in annoyance from all of the complaints and began to instruct them.
"Let's try to find the keycard in here, we will split up in the laboratory, that way it will be more feasible." Said Twilight.
Her friends nodded and turned around, but then a changeling in a red suit blocked their path.
"Looking for this?" The changeling asked raising his right hoof, and the mane six and Spike saw a keycard.
Rainbow Dash responded to the changeling by flying towards him and attempted to kick him in the face, but it turned out to be a futile idea when the changeling pushed her to the floor with incredible strength, and Rainbow Dash was knocked out from the force.
When Applejack saw her fallen friend, she grabbed her rope and threw it towards the changeling, but her rope was grabbed by him and she got yanked towards him. The changeling then let go of her rope and back kicked her in the face which made her fly and crash into Pinkie, Rarity and Fluttershy knocking them out in the process.
The changeling then slowly walked up to Twilight and Spike, Spike stepped forward and tried to hit him with his fire breath, but Nighthawk pulled his pepper spray out of his pocket and he pressed on the small button on the handle and the capsicum was sprayed into his eyes which made Spike fall on the floor with his eyes closed in pain.
Nighthawk then slowly walked up to Twilight.
Twilight couldn't fight because of her pregnancy.
"Hello there Twilight Sparkle." Nighthawk said in a dangerous voice.
Twilight tried to fire out her magic but then she felt a sharp pain in her belly and she fell on the floor.
"Auugh!"
Nighthawk then took notice of her large belly.
"Oh, so your pregnant. Are you and Thorax going to be husband and wife? Because I didn't read anything in my report that you two were married."
Twilight then slowly looked up at him with an expression of pain.
"Please don't kill my baby."
Nighthawk then bent his right hoof down and looked at her.
"Oh I don't intend to, I just need you for something." Nighthawk replied in a dangerous voice which made Twilight gulp in fear.

Wing chun vs Muay Thai and Ninjutsu
On the large square
In the martial arts academy square, two changelings known as Pharynx and Spectre were in fighting stance with their eyes locked onto to each other.
Spectre was studying Pharynx's height and stance, while Pharynx was glaring at him.
When Spectre saw his glare, he realized that he was too focused.
"Hehe, kids too focused." Spectre chuckled in his head.
After studying each other for twenty seconds, Pharynx decided to make his first move. He ran up to him and attempted to knife hoof him across his face.
When Spectre noticed the attack, he ducked his head and delivered an uppercut to his chin which sent Pharynx back a little with a bruised chin.
"Is that all you can do?" Spectre taunted him.
Pharynx growled and ran up to him again.
He then attempted to knee him in the face, and Spectre responded by pushing him on the floor which made Pharynx grunt in pain.
Spectre then attempted to finish him off with an axe kick to the face.
When Pharynx noticed the axe kick, he grabbed Spectre's hoof and lifted him up and threw him. But then, Spectre recovered by flipping and he delivered a kick to his chest which made him take a step back.
"Oof!" Pharynx grunted while holding his bruised chest.
Spectre then ran up to him and attempted to side kick him on the face, but Pharynx was able to block the attack and he landed a punch to his chest which made him take a step back.
"Not bad kid." Spectre told him. "Let's see how good you are." He finished.
Then he got into a low stance which is a stance from Ninjutsu.
Pharynx raised an eyebrow when he saw that stance, he doesn't know anything about Ninjutsu, he shook that perplextion out of his head and ran towards Spectre. He then attempted to side kick him in the face, but it turned out to be a futile idea when Spectre did a small flip kick which flipped Pharynx and made him fall on his face.
Spectre then slowly stood up and looked down at Pharynx with a smile.
Pharynx then placed his hooves on the floor and looked up at Spectre with a bloody face.
"Your martial arts skills are about an average level, but you have been a formidable opponent, but you still can't beat me." Spectre mocked him.
When Pharynx heard the insult, he attempted to grab his suit, but Spectre responded by front kicking him in the face. The force of his kick sent Pharynx flying down the square and onto the ground which scattered the changelings except for Thorax.
Thorax then walked up to Pharynx and began to examine his condition. He had a bruised chest, a bloody face and a broken right hoof.
"Are you okay Pharynx?" Thorax asked, but Pharynx only moaned in pain.
"The undefeatable riot police commander Spectre wins again!" Said the female drone announcer.
Then all of the changelings began cheering.
"Excuse me."
Thorax turned around and saw three changeling paramedics behind him, he moved out of their way and they carried Pharynx to some empty seats and began treating his wounds.
Thorax then looked at Spectre.
"What an aggressive commander." Thorax thought, but he was not intimidated by his actions.
All the cheering came to an end when Nighthawk called.
"Hey! Changelings!" Nighthawk yelled.
All of the changelings silenced when they heard Nighthawk's yelling.
"What is it Nighthawk?" The female drone asked.
Nighthawk responded by walking up the square and pushed a purple alicorn mare known as Twilight Sparkle on the floor, which made all of the changelings gasp. But Thorax was the most shocked one.
"Twilight!" Thorax screamed fearfully in his mind.
"It's Princess Twilight Sparkle." Said the female drone.
Spectre looked at the female drone and said "Get off the stage announcer."
The female drone nodded and walked off the stage.
"I've got to find a way to rescue her." Thorax whispered to himself.

The Agent and the Princess
Thorax was trying to figure out a plan to save Twilight from Nighthawk.
"Since Twilight Sparkle is here, that means Thorax must be here too!" Nighthawk yelled. "Thorax! I know your here somewhere! Show yourself or your wife will get her throat slit!" He finished as he unsheathed his combat knife and held it on her neck.
Thorax's eyes widened in fear when he saw Nighthawk's knife on Twilight's neck.
"This will be entertaining." Spectre said in a cold voice.
Nighthawk then began counting down from ten.
"Ten, nine, eight..."
When Thorax heard Nighthawk counting down, he found out that it was a very dire situation right now for him.
"I have no other choice." Thorax said to himself as he shapeshifted back to normal and ran up the square.
"Five, four, three, two-"
Nighthawk wasn't able to finish his countdown when a green coloured changeling ran up to him and punched him square in the face, the force of the green changeling's punch knocked out a teeth from Nighthawk's mouth and sent him flying off the square and onto the ground with a bleeding face. Thorax then slowly helped Twilight up.
All of the changelings were starring at the green changeling with perplexed expressions. Because they have never seen a changeling like him before, he was a couple of centimetres taller than all of them. He had two orange horns on the side of his head, shelled wings and many more.
When Spectre saw the green changeling in front of him, he glared at him because he knows who he is.
"Thorax the changeling Agent." Spectre growled.
All of the changelings gasped when they heard Spectre saying that he is Thorax.
"That guy is Thorax?" A changeling in the crowd asked.
"Yes." Spectre replied to the changeling "He is the traitor."
When all of the changelings heard that, they were very angry, because all of them looked at him as another living legend, but now he has been very resentful towards them by siding with Equestria and being the husband of Twilight Sparkle.
Spectre then looked at the two police officers down the square.
"Officers, arrest them." Spectre ordered.
"Roger that Spectre."
The two changeling police officers climbed up the square and cuffed the two couple. Then they pushed them to the virus laboratories metal container.
When the two police officers made it to the metal container in the virus laboratory, a changeling scientist tapped his keycard on the panel and it slowly opened revealing crowds of ponies including Twilight's friends held in there as prisoners. The two changeling police officers then removed the cuffs on their hooves and pushed them inside making them fall on the metal floor with a grunt.
"Wow, what a nice way to treat a pregnant mare guys." Said Thorax glaring at the two police officers.
The two changelings ignored his words and turned around and walked away. Then the changeling scientist closed titanium door.
The ponies all looked down in fear because they were going to be turned into bioweapons soon.
"This is all my fault." Said Twilight with a sad expression.
Thorax raised his eyebrow from that.
"What do you mean it's all your fault?"
Thorax got a response from her sobbing.
Her friends gathered around her and tried to cheer her up. Thorax also walked towards her friends and his wife and hugged them as well.
Thorax and the ponies have been sitting in the metal container for an hour and the wait has intimidated the ponies even more.
But then a beeping noise was heard from outside of the container and the titanium door slowly opened, and Thorax saw the riot police commander Spectre, but to everypony else, it was another scary changeling.
Spectre then casually walked up to Thorax which earned him a glare from him.
"Don't need to be that angry Thorax." Spectre said in a calm voice.
"What do you want?" Thorax growled while standing in front of Twilight.
Spectre then walked up to him and looked at him face to face.
"Thorax, I have a request from you." He told him.
"And what is that request?"
"In the police station, I looked at you as a champion in the special forces, a ruthless and powerful soldier. And I've heard about these self defence martial arts that might be prove to be useful to our police force. So will you help us? And if you do, we might spare you and let you walk away from here like nothing had happened."
Thorax responded with another deadly glare towards him.
"You think I will accept that evil and selfish deal?" He said in a dangerous voice. "I kept a promise to my wife Twilight here, and I need to protect her, her friends and subjects. And I'm not gonna betray her, so why don't you accept that you filthy commander?" He mocked him.
Spectre chuckled when he heard that.
"Okay then, you want to play it that way?" He asked and Thorax responded with another deadly glare.
"Okay then, here's my next deal. I have talked to Nighthawk and the changelings in the martial arts academy that I will have a combat match with you. And if you win, you get to return to Ponyville with the ponies. But if you loose, all of you will be turned into bioweapons."
When Thorax heard that, he began thinking. He could beat him in a fight, but he doesn't knows if he is telling the truth or not.
"That's a nice deal." Said Pinkie.
"Yeah, but we don't know if he is lying or not." Rainbow Dash told her.
"Oh, right."
Then Thorax made his decision.
"I accept your challenge."
"Great!" Spectre said with a smile, then he stood up and walked out of the container.
Then changeling police officers walked into the container and lifted the ponies and Thorax up on the hooves and pushed them to the martial arts academy.
While they were being pushed to the martial arts academy. Thorax encountered Nighthawk, and he had a bloody face and was glaring at Thorax.
"Huh, that wasn't even my strongest hits." Thorax thought with a chuckle.
Nighthawk then leaned his face close to his and gave him a deadly glare.
"You better loose to Spectre old friend, because if you don't, I will kill you with my bow gun." He warned him.
Thorax ignored his warning and continued walking to the martial arts academy area with the ponies behind him.

In the changeling hive's martial arts academy. Thorax, the mane six, Spike and the ponies were pushed near the square, and on top of the square's right corner was Spectre in his green riot police suit.
Then, the changeling police officers apprehended the ponies by pushing them back and intimidated them with their batons.
Then one of the police officer's walked up to him from behind and pushed his back.
"Go up the square." He ordered.
Thorax then walked up the small steps of the square and stood at left corner.
Spectre then casually walked forward and stood up straight, he then bowed in front of Thorax, and Thorax responded by putting his hooves together and bowing down as well. Then they got into battle stances.
The mane six, Spike and the ponies were depending on Thorax.
"Thorax, I know you can do this." Twilight said quietly.
Thorax and Spectre were studying each other while in battle stances, none of them making any moves. But after studying each other for ten seconds, Spectre made his first move.
He jumped forward and axe kicked his hooves making him loose his guard. He then attempted to reverse kick him in the face, but Thorax dodged by back-stepping. Then they unleashed powerful punches towards each other, but the two of them were able to block it, but then, Thorax landed a hoof strike at his face which made him grunt and take a step back.
The ponies were smiling when they saw Thorax successfully landed a strike at his face.
Spectre recovered and glared at Thorax, and Thorax gave him a look of concern at him.
When Spectre saw his taunt, he slowly moved forward towards him and unleashed three sidekicks at him, but Thorax was able to block them with his hooves, Spectre then raised his right hoof up in the air and attempted to axe kick him, when Thorax noticed the axe kick, he side stepped it, then Spectre attempted to do a jumping reverse kick at him, but Thorax took a step back.
Spectre then turned around and unleashed punches at him, but Thorax was able to block all of them. But suddenly, he was standing at the edge of the square which made everypony gasp in fear.
Thorax looked in front of him and saw Spectre trying to punch him off. When Thorax noticed the punch, he grabbed his hoof and wrapped his right hoof around his left hoof trying to make him fall with him.
Spectre released himself by moving his left hoof back, Thorax then pushed himself back on the square and he and Spectre unleashed strong punches towards each other but they were able to block it, Spectre then attempted to front kick Thorax in his chest, but Thorax dodged by side-stepping to the right.
Thorax then attempted to punch Spectre in his chest, but when his hoof got near him, he wrapped his hoof around it.
When Thorax noticed the grapple, he then landed to sidekicks to the side of his body, which made him back off. Spectre then attempted to kick him, but Thorax closed his distance between him and attempted to make Spectre fall on the floor, when Spectre noticed Thorax's plan, he lowered his hoof and grabbed Thorax by his chest, he then lifted him up and threw him across the square, but Thorax recovered by rolling.
When Spectre saw his chance, he ran up to Thorax who was just standing up and did a reverse kick to his face, and it was a direct hit and it made Thorax move to the right, but he quickly recovered by placing his right hoof on a black pole he was standing next to. Spectre then pushed his right hoof forward and front kicked him in the chest which made him fall on the floor, but Thorax was able to put his hooves on the floor preventing him from falling.
Thorax looked up and saw Spectre trying to axe kick him again, but Thorax responded by kicking him in his hoof which flipped him and made him fall flat on his face with a grunt.
Thorax then slowly stood up and got into a stance again.
Spectre slowly placed his hooves on the floor and pushed himself back up, he then looked at him with a bleeding muzzle and an angry glare.
Everypony began to snicker when they saw Spectre's indignant face. But Nighthawk was on the stage's chair looking at Spectre with an incredulous look. He has never been defeated before by any changeling Agents, police officers and Equestria's Royal guards before.
"What is going on?" Nighthawk thought.
"Kick his butt Thorax." Twilight and her friends said quietly.
Spectre then ran up to him again and attempted to punch his again, but Thorax blocked the attack with his hooves. When Spectre saw that he has an open area in his chest again, he pushed his hooves forward and grabbed him again, he then turned around and tried to throw him again. Thorax didn't gave him the chance to throw him again, he punched him in the chest making him release his grip on him, Spectre tried to grab him again but Thorax punched his chest again making him take a step back again, Thorax then knelt down and placed his hooves on Spectre's back hooves and flipped him, the flip made him fall flat on his face again. He then unleashed some strong punches to his face, but Spectre had his face blocked with his hooves.
When Nighthawk saw that Spectre was losing, he slowly placed his hooves on his bow gun preparing to pull it out.
Spectre freed himself by kicking his legs up and kicking Thorax's hooves, the force of his kick always so strong that it made Thorax take a step back.
Spectre then stood up with an angry expression and attempted to turn around, but then he was met with a reverse kick to the chest from Thorax. The force of his kick made Spectre grunt and hold his chest with his left hoof. But Spectre recovered quickly and looked to his right and saw Thorax closing his distance with him again, when he saw that Thorax was getting close to him, he raised his hoof and attempted to sidekick him in the face again. When Thorax noticed the kick, he raised his right hoof up and kicked Spectre's hoof which made him grunt and fall back again.
Thorax then landed two front kicks to his chest and made him crash into a black pole.
Thorax then unleashed a load of excruciating punches to his face for twenty seconds, making him pay for capturing his wife, her friends and her subjects.
Thorax then finished him by swinging his hoof back and hitting him with his most powerful hit, the force of his punch made Spectre hit his head back at the pole and gasping for breath. After standing for ten seconds, his hooves gave away and Spectre fell on the floor with a painful grunt and a bleeding face.
After that fight, the mane six, Spike and the ponies were looking at Thorax with an expression of happiness because he has bashed up the riot police commander in a painful way, and now they will be free. Then they began cheering and saying his name.
"Thorax! Thorax! Thorax! Thorax!" The ponies cheered.
Thorax walked to the edge of the square and looked at all of the ponies with a smile on his face.
All of the cheering came to an end when an arrow was stabbed through Thorax making everypony gasp and looking at Thorax with horrified expressions.
Twilight looked at the stage and saw that it was Nighthawk who shot her husband.
Thorax's vision became blurry and his hooves gave away and he fell on the ground with a thud with his chest bleeding.
"THORAX!" Twilight screamed in terror.
She then activated her horn and sent a powerful magic blast at Nighthawk, when the magic blast hit Nighthawk, he got pushed down the stage and fell on the ground with a thud and blood dripping from his mouth.
Twilight then ran forward with her friends and subjects trying to get to Thorax and aid him, but the police changelings held them back by smacking their batons at them, but it turned out to be a futile idea when Twilight blasted them with her magic making them crash at the martial arts academy entrance.
Then all of the ponies gathered near Thorax and began to check his condition, and they saw that he was bleeding from his mouth and chest.
"Thorax? Please say something to me." Twilight cried, but she didn't get a response.
"Is he going to make it?" Spike asked looking at Thorax with a worried expression.
"He will." Twilight replied with hope, she then looked at Rainbow Dash "Rainbow Dash, get a paramedic carriage here, we need to bring him to Ponyville hospital." She said.
"On it." Rainbow Dash said as she flew to the changeling hive's paramedic station.
Once she got there, she kicked all of the paramedic changelings out of her path, and flew to a carriage with two horses in front of it.
"Come on you two, move to the exit." Rainbow Dash ordered them.
The horses did what she said and ran to the changeling hive's exit.
After that, Rainbow Dash flew back to the martial arts academy and told Twilight that the horses and carriage were at the exit.
When Twilight heard that, she and Fluttershy worked together and slowly lifted Thorax up and began bringing him to the exit.
Once they got to the exit, they saw a paramedic carriage in front of them.
"Fluttershy, let's put him on the carriage." Said Twilight, and Fluttershy nodded.
Then they placed Thorax on the carriage and Fluttershy told the horses to go to Ponyville hospital in a kind voice. The horses did what she said and ran to Ponyville hospital with the ponies behind them.

The Agent and the Princess
Ponyville hospital 10:30am
"Uhhh." Thorax moaned as he slowly opened his eyes. And a he saw a long white bandage wrapped around his chest.
He then placed his left hoof on his forehead and looked around his surroundings and saw that he was in a hospital. He also felt something heavy on his chest, he looked down and saw his wife Twilight sleeping comfortably with her head on his chest and sitting on a chair with her large belly.
Thorax smiled when he saw his wife sleeping comfortably on his chest, he then gently tapped on her head.
When Twilight felt the tap, she moaned ad slowly opened her eyes.
"Uhhh... who is it?" Twilight asked as she opened her eyes.
"Twily, it's me."
When Twilight regained her visions, she saw Thorax awake and looking at her with a smile.
"Oh, Thorax." Twilight said with a smile, she then climbed on the bed and hugged him and Thorax hugged back.
After hugging each other for ten seconds, they released and shared a kiss for another ten seconds, and released again.
"How long was I out?" Thorax asked.
"Five days." Twilight replied which shocked him.
"Wow, I was out like a light." Thorax chuckled.
Twilight giggled from that response. Then she remembered something.
"Oh right, since your awake we need to go to the hospital's exit." She told him.
"Why?"
"You'll see, now come on." She said as she got off his bed.
Thorax then slowly sat up straight and got off the bed with Twilight's help, then she slowly stood up.
"Are you strong enough to walk?" Twilight asked him, and Thorax replied with a nod.
"Then let's go."
Twilight then lead Thorax to the exit of the hospital. They walked downstairs and made a right turn and made it to the exit doors.
Twilight walked forward and opened the door for Thorax.
Thorax then walked forward as well and exited the hospital with Twilight, and unexpectedly he head some party ribbons being shot out and some party horn noises. And when Thorax looked in front of him, he saw the ponies, the mane six, Spike and the princesses cheering and clapping.
"Thorax! Thorax! Thorax! Thorax!" Cheered the ponies.
"Thank you for saving us Thorax!" Yelled a mare.
"You are our saviour!" Yelled a stallion.
Thorax was disorientate when he heard all of those comments, he is not one of them and he is a ruthless Agent from the hive.
When Twilight saw her husband's perplexed expression, she soothed him down by hugging him, and Thorax smiled from his wife's hug.
"How is it like to be loved by everypony Thorax?" She asked while nuzzling him.
"It's great." He chuckled "But what's the occasion for?" He asked her.
"Isn't it obvious?" Twilight asked "This is an occasion prepared by all of the ponies including me to thank you for saving all of us from the changeling hive." She replied.
"Oh."
Then the princesses walked up the stairs and Twilight took a bow.
"Thorax is it?" Celestia asked.
"That's correct your majesty."
Then Celestia have him a warm smile.
"Thorax, thank you very much for saving me and my sister's subjects."
"Your welcome your majesty."
"Since you have shown all of us courage and sacrifice, how would you like to be the protector of Equestria?"
"That would an honor your majesty." Thorax replied with a smile.
Then Pinkie jumped happily around everypony.
"Oh and also, we have a special guest." Celestia told him.
"Who is it?"
"You'll see." Celestia said, then she turned around "Pharynx, you can come up here now."
And on cue, a dark green changeling who was almost as tall as Thorax walked forward and climbed up the stairs and looked at Thorax with a smile.
Thorax was surprised when he saw the changeling he met in the martial arts academy transformed and here.
"Good to see you again Thorax." Pharynx said with a warm smile.
"Pharynx? How did you transform? And how did you get accepted here?"
"To answer the first one, I did a good deed which made me transform. And for the second question, some changeling riot police officers and an angry commander Spectre, invaded here again and tried to confiscate the G-Virus again, but before they could do that, I swooped in and kicked all of their butts with my wing chun skills which made all of them retreat, and that's how I gained all of the ponies trusts."
Thorax was truly amazed at his words.
"Now that is amazing."
"You bet it is." He replied with a nod "And also, Spectre has become a Ninja master Yesterday, and now he has an army of changeling ninjas with him." He told him with a scared expression.
When Thorax heard that, he gently placed his right hoof on his shoulder.
"Don't worry buddy, if all of us work together we can defeat them and send them to custody." He assured him and Pharynx nodded.
After that, Pinkie screamed and jumped around the ponies.
"Guys! Let's put all of the talking away and start partying!" She yelled.
All of the ponies nodded and began to party.
After the heroic rescue at the changeling hive, Thorax and Pharynx lived in Twilight's castle as a family. And they worked together to build advanced technologies to protect their land. They built large mechanical titanium wall at the entrance of Ponyville. Some high tech prison cells in Canterlot's dungeon, a pharmaceutical laboratory in Ponyville with thousands of medicines and loads of technologies and doctors were hired there.
And after a few months, Twilight gave birth to a young Prince alicorn colt named Alistair and Thorax and Twilight were very happy to be parents, Pharynx was very to be an uncle, and Spike was extremely happy to become a big brother.
Alistair became interested in chemistry when he was three years old in kindergarten which made Thorax build a laboratory in the castle in his four year old birthday.
But, the nightmare is not over yet. Together Thorax, the mane six, Spike Pharynx, the princesses, the Royal guards and the citizens of Ponyville battle the changeling ninja team to protect their land.

Well here we have it folks, my new story has come to a conclusion. I hope you all enjoyed it. And sorry if this chapter was a bit rushed or unclear I gave it my best shot. Either way, thank you all for reading my story. And I think I'll make a crossover story with this one.

Twilight's castle front door
When Twilight dragged Thorax to the front door of her castle, she activated her horn and used her magic to push the doors open. She then stepped inside with Thorax.
"Twilight, you can let go of me now, I'm not a young drone anymore." Thorax told her in annoyance.
When Twilight heard that, she chuckled embarrassingly and let go of his hoof.
"Sorry about that." Twilight replied in embarrassment.
"It's alright." Thorax smiled. "Why did you bring me in your castle?" He asked her as he began to look around his surroundings.
"Well, can you go to the meeting room please? I need to grab something, and I'm sure you know where it is because you have read reports about every infiltration that happened in the castles." Twilight assumed.
"Of course." Thorax chuckled "I'll wait for you there then." Thorax finished as he walked to the meeting room.
Then Twilight walked to her kitchen in the castle and went to her fridge, she opened it and grabbed six champagne bottles, she then closed her fridge and grabbed two champagne flutes with a huge smile on her face.
"Okay, time for the second phase of my plan." Twilight told herself in her head.
Meeting room
In the meeting room, Thorax was sitting on a chair waiting for Twilight. While he was waiting, he was taking a look around his surroundings and saw that the place was a bit fancy.
"This place looks a bit fancy after some invasions, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the changeling Agents decided to not touch some valuable stuffs." Thorax told himself in his mind with a chuckle.
But unknown to him, there was a small purple dragon hiding behind a chair behind him, and the dragon's name was Spike. Spike was looking at the green changeling with a look of confusion, because he has never seen a being like him before.
"Who is that?" Spike asked himself in his head as he studied the being.
He then studied the suit he was wearing, his eyes widened when he saw that his suit has a red and white coloured logo on his right sleeve, he must assume that he is a changeling Agent from the hive.
"Oh no! That being is a changeling! He must be here to steal Twilight's property and return them back to the hive, I have to stop him." Spike said to himself in his mind as he began to slowly approach the changeling.
Thorax heard some small hoofsteps behind him when he was sitting on the chair.
"Looks like I've got company." Thorax thought in his mind with a smile. He then began to wait for whoever was behind him to make a move on him first.
Once Spike was close to the changeling, he then pounced on it.
When Thorax felt somepony close to him, he turned around and grabbed his attacker in the face, and he saw that it was a small purple coloured dragon.
"Let me go!" Spike muffled trying to free himself.
"Who in Equestria are you?" Thorax asked studying the dragon.
"Thorax wait! Spike is my friend!"
When Thorax heard the voice, be turned around and saw Twilight carrying a box and lifting two champagne flutes with her magic. He then did what she said and slowly placed the dragon on the floor. And Spike looked at Thorax with a terrified expression.
"Sorry about that, Spike was it?" Thorax asked.
"That's correct, nice to meet you Mr Thorax." Spike replied with a nod.
"Spike, why don't you go out for a while?" Twilight suggested.
"Okay, see ya later Thorax." Said Spike as he walked away leaving Twilight and Thorax alone.
When Twilight saw Spike leaving, she then walked to the table and placed the box and the two champagne flutes on the table, and Thorax looked at them with a confused look on his face.
"Twilight, what did you bring?"
Twilight then opened the box and pulled out six champagne bottles.
"Just some champagne bottles." Twilight replied.
She then grabbed one of them and removed the cork with her magic, then she poured the wine into the two glass cups, after that, she pushed one of them to Thorax and lifted hers with her magic.
"Um Twilight, why did you bring me wine?" Thorax asked with a confused look.
"Well, I just want to thank you for helping me through the nightmare by having a drink with you." Twilight replied with a smile.
Thorax chuckled and lifted the champagne flute with his magic, then he hit Twilight's glass with his and they drank. After they finished drinking, they sighed gratefully and placed the cups back on the table.
"Haven't had a drink in a while." Said Thorax.
"Well, now you have." Twilight told him as she poured another into hers and his.
"Let's have another round." Said Twilight.
Thorax nodded and drank again and Twilight was smirking.
"My plan is working!" Twilight screamed excitedly in her mind.
Twelve rounds later
Thorax was on his twelfth round and he was getting drunk after the last two rounds.
"Uhhhh..." Thorax moaned.
Then Twilight poured another into his cup and pushed it near him.
When Thorax saw another cup in front of him, he looked at Twilight with a drunk look.
"Twilight... are you... trying... to make me dru-" Thorax wasn't able to finish his sentence when Twilight pushed the cup into his mouth making him drink the wine.
"Drink some more." Said Twilight smiling.
After he went to his thirteenth round, Thorax got drunk and his face has gone red and Twilight looked at him with a huge smile.
"Hello...there...beautiful." Said Thorax in a drunk voice.
"Yes, yes. Hello there, follow me please." Said Twilight taking some steps back while Thorax followed her.
Twilight then opened her bedroom door and lead Thorax in. After that, she laid herself on her bed and looked at Thorax.
"Come here, big boy." Said Twilight with a smirk.
Thorax tried to resist but he was too drunk. Twilight then pulled him on the bed and on top of her.
"Make me yours." Twilight whispered into his ear.
When Thorax heard that, he leaned his face close to hers and kissed her on the lips and Twilight kissed back. Thorax then planted light kisses on her neck and earning him a pleasurable moan, after that, he began to inch himself down her body with his tongue and Twilight moaned again.
"This is the best day ever!" Twilight screamed in her mind happily.
Twilight then flipped Thorax on his back. After she has done that, she looked at his member with a smirk, she then inserted herself into his member and she moaned loudly in pleasure.
"Oh! Oh yes!" Twilight yelled while thrusting, and that's how everything started.
