During the episode "Mean Six" the Mean six encounter the Thing and Macready, knowing the danger they both may possess, now must stop the Thing from assimilating both them and Chrysalis so it can gain more power and organisms to clone and take over Ponyville and from killing the girls and Spike (who in this version comes with them). Together, they must stop both Chrysalis, but also more of The Thing's mutations.
