‘Princess Celestia’s School for Gifted Ponies,' the one school where you just can’t help but feel like you’re at home. That is, unless you’re a rookie, like a shy pegasus named Midnight Wolf. He had just arrived at the school and it was his first day.

“I-I don’t know about this, Mom. What if I don't make it through the first year?” Midnight said, panic evident in his voice.

“Don’t worry, Midnight. You’ll do great. I promise” Flora Wolf replied, patting Midnight on the back. “If anything goes wrong, Princess Celestia will be there. Now go along now, Midnight. Love you”.

Midnight smiled up at his mother, “love you too, Mom.”

Midnight started running towards the front door, but as he passed through the door, he tripped and fell flat on his face. He knew instantly that this first day of school was not going to end well as he got up from the ground and started walking away.

Suddenly, everything was turning into darkness.

The scene changes into a Stallion waking up and gasping. The colt had grey skin, white hair, grey eyes, white gloves, and a strange symbol-like cutie mark.

He gets up from his bed and rubs his eyes.

"Another dream about him....." The young Stallion said.

He shrugs it off as he gets out of bed as he hears the sound of a familer voice. It was Princess Celestia.

"Come on, Sunlight. You're gonna be late for school" Celesita said.

"I'm coming, mom" The young Stallion named Sunlight said.

Sunlight gets up and puts on a white shirt that said "The power of the sun in the palm of my hoof" with a picutre of the sun on it and heads out the door.

Somewhere in the Everfree Forest, there was a castle of the two sisters and inside was a pony with a dark cloak, sitting on a rock in the shadows. Until he hears something right next to him. It was a pink pony with red hair and a flower-like sword.

"You have arrived" The Stallion in the cloak said.

"Not for you....so....where is he"? the pink mare asked.

"He's gone missing"?

"Yes. And it was you and Xehanort's fault".

"Oh, and how is it my fault that the boy that you loved dear is missing"?

"You know why! And don't think I've forgotton that you got me killed the first time"!

"I was doing what I was destined to. Xehanort striking you down was the only way for the boy to attack him".

"And how did that work out for you"?

"Silly girl. I have no interest in Sora, anymore. I have my eyes on a brand new........nobody and he's.....the key to the stone".

"What?...What stone?.....Well...whoever you're looking for, I won't let you find him"!

"We'll soon see.."

"You won't get away with this. I will find who you're looking for and protect him".

"Are you sure about that? remember what happened last time? It got you killed".

"This time. I won't die"

"We'll see about that.........Kairi".

Back at the schoolhouse, Sunlight was playing with the Cutie Mark Crusaders on the playground, depsite his adult appearance.

"You know, I'm still surprised of this sudden growth spurt, sunlight. One year ago, you were just as tall as us, and now look at you! You've grown so big" Scootaloo said.

"Guess it makes you a superpony" Sweeite Belle said

"Well, I don't know about THAT, girls. I mean, I might have grown and that makes me Wolf-Spider" Sunlight replies sarcastically.

"We wouldn't say that. You act totally different than him" Applebloom said.

"Yeah? How so"?

"Well your super funny in your own way, you know when to be serious and when to laugh" Scootaloo answered

"And your really smart for a colt your age" Applebloom added on.

"Aaw shux, girls. You're gonna make me blush" Sunlight said, looking embarrased.

"But you're still our friend, no matter how fast you grow" Scootaloo said and smiles.

"Thanks girls. I needed that" Sunlight said as he hugs the three fillies.

"You need more than that, stupid flank" a mysterious voice says.

Sunlight turns around to see Diamond Tiara.

Sunlight groans at the sight and says "You still haven't learned from last time? Seesh, you'll never learn".

"Last time you cheated and you know it, sunlight"!

"Oh yeah? prove it! Winner gets to be class president"!

"Ugh! Not today. I'm not in the mood to deal with you".

"What what's wrong? You yellow"?

That one word. "Yellow". Anypony that calls him that word always gets him mad and gets his attention.

"What was that"? Sunlight asks.

"You heard me! Are you yellow"? Diamond Tiara insults him.

"Don't listen to her, Sunlight! She's just trying to get under your skin" Scootaloo said.

"Please. Ignore her" Sweetie belle added on.

".........Stand back, girls" Sunlight said as he walked forward. "The last time I defeated you in one of these challenges, you were twice the size I was".

"This time will be different. Once I beat you, I'll prove that you're just a colt in stallion's body" Dimanond Tiara said.

"At least I make a handsom stallion" Sunlight smirks.

"Oh you little-".

Sunlight laughs as the challenge begins.

After an hour of voting, it was decided. But something goes wrong. When Ms.Cheerilee goes check on the votes, a white monster swoops in, steals all of the votes, and runs off.

"HEY"! Sunlight shouts at the monster.

"How are we supposed to know who won, now"?! Diamound Tiara said.

Just then, Sunlight decides to run off to chase after the monster.

"SUNLIGHT WAIT" Cheerilee shouted.

But Sunlight doesn't listen and still chases after the monster. But what it doesn't know that it is leading him towards the everfree forest.
