A Kirin on a Doorstep

Load Full StoryNext Chapter

Night in the Crystal Empire was lit by the silent glow of Luna’s moon. While it had lit crystal ponies trotting through the night a few hours pass, it was now so late that most had turned in. All was quiet.

Except for in this one a back alley, where a grunting crystal pony thrust in and out of a moaning kirin with her forehooves braced against the wall.

“Yes. Yes! I’m going to cum!” grunted the light-blue stallion. His cock slamming into the hot, tight walls of the mare. Her oven was nothing like a typical crystal pony’s taint. Deep in the throes of desire, his hooves grabbed the kirin’s mare, pulling it to get more leverage.

Autumn Blaze yelped, and had to blink the tears that threatened to form, but she continued to moan on cue. She felt plenty aroused and the wetness between her legs was genuine, but her client had been rather crude with her. She preferred if this was over and quickly.

She heard the crystal stallion bellow and grunted as he thrust into her, shaking her legs. The kirin felt the stallion’s girth throb and warm seed filled her void. Autumn moaned sultrily, leaning her head against the wall.

“Well, I hope we haven’t woken anypony up,” she said in a raspy voice, hoping it would hide her frustration at how rough her client had been with her.

The stallion pulled out of her and shook his head. “Nah. They rebuilt the houses, but this neighborhood is empty because of the—” the bliss on the crystal pony’s face seemed to evaporate “—the war.”

Turning around, Autumn and smiled in understanding. She didn’t need to fake it.

“There, there, it wasn’t your fault,”

The stallion nodded and hoofed Autumn the towel she’d brought with her to clean herself with. “Thank you.” He reached into the saddlebags that he’d left beside them and withdrew a nice stack of bits. “I’m… sorry I was so rough. I…”

“You wanted to let it out. I understand. Just… let her know in advance next time,” said Autumn.

“I will. Safe travels, miss,” said the stallion, picking his saddlebags up.

Autumn smiled and as the stallion trotted off, she headed the opposite direction, wincing as she dabbed the towel to her nethers. At least he’d paid generously.

Rounding the corner, she found her worn and stuffed saddlebags stowed away under her battered cardboard box. Quickly folding the box and popping it atop the bags on her back, Autumn trotted out from the alley. She needed to find a nicer bit of alley to camp in and hope that it didn’t—

Tink.

Autumn looked up. Years ago, she would have burst into flames and turned into a nirik, destroying all her possessions.

Now, she just groaned as the rain fell, making a tink-tink sound as it plinked off the roofs of the houses in the empire. Trotting on, she raised her flattened box over her head and tried to think of something… anything positive.

Well, the shelter would take her in for the night. Those who visited it liked her standups. She hadn’t been able to think of any good jokes of late, but who knows… perhaps she could think of one. Besides, she had a long walk to go as it was on the other side of the empire.

She made some good money today. Easy money too. Being a whore. The label stung, but… wasn’t it what she deserved? If she hadn’t been so busy trying to find more Foal’s Breath Flowers, and hadn’t missed Sombra’s entire army marching to her village, then maybe she wouldn’t be the last kirin.

Well, that didn’t work. Autumn shook her head, but the niggling voice kept whispering into her head, barely drowned out by the rain that was falling in earnest now.

Her mane and fur soaked, Autumn couldn’t help but shiver. She would have to dry out her box now and it was likely her overloaded saddlebags were going to get soaked too.

Crackoom.

Autumn jumped and suddenly, the road in front of her blackened as sleet and rain pounded the ground. Her orange mane clung to her fur, and she shook her head, trying to clear some droplets from her eyes, but to no avail. Shaking from the cold, she galloped as fast as she could to the nearest bit of cover.

It was actually a small manor house with a roof that hung over its front steps. Hoping that the owner was asleep. Autumn tucked herself underneath the overhang. It didn’t entirely shield her, just half of her body. Still, she could use her box to shield the rain’s impact. It was going to be another long, wet, sleepless night.

Her teeth chattering, Autumn huddled herself against the door and whimpered, “Rainbows… won’t light up the sky unless you—” She clenched her teeth. “Oh who am I kidding. Just… make it all stop.”

The door swung open and Autumn yelped as she rolled back onto a welcome mat. Blinking the rain out of her eyes, she looked up and froze.

Towering above her, cracked by the dim green lights of the hall was a black-hooded unicorn. Most of its face was hidden by the darkness of the hood but what was clear was the bone-white half mask that glowed over the left side of its face.

Autumn opened her mouth to scream. The only reason she hadn’t bolted yet was because her legs were numb from the cold.

That was when the figure spoke.

“Autumn Blaze? What are you—oh Celestia you must be freezing!”

The Kirin blinked. She didn’t recognize the voice, but it was… familiar?

“Sorry, do I know you?” Autumn asked.

The pony’s horn flowed teal and the hood was pulled over to reveal a mare with pink fur and a coiffed violet mane with a single teal highlight running through it.

“It’s me, Starlight Glimmer? 21st Mage Company? You last performed a revue of My Fair Princess for us.”

Autumn blinked and the memory came back. “Archmage Starlight! Oh I’m so sorry I—” the Kirin winced and tried to hide the cardboard box behind her “—I’ll be off—”

“Nonsense! I’ll not have the Belle of Equestria sleeping outside on this night!” snapped Starlight. Before Autumn knew it, she was dragged into the dim, and musky smelling house and shut into the bathroom with a set of fresh towels.

Deciding not to question one of the heroes of the war, and the strongest unicorn in Equestria (Twilight Sparkle having ascended a few years back), Autumn cleaned herself up and trotted out.

The room was now a bit brighter, due to the addition of a few more candles, and she found the living room, where Starlight trotted over with two mugs of hot tea.

“Thank you,” said Autumn, sitting down.

“You’re welcome,” said Starlight, smiling, though the half-mask she wore meant that it looked more like a half-smile. She sipped her tea, and Autumn sipped hers.

And said nothing, as they slipped into an increasingly awkward silence.

“What… did you mean. By Belle of Equestria?” Autumn asked.

“You didn’t know? That was the nickname the troops gave you,” said Starlight, arching an eyebrow.

Autumn blinked. “Huh, I didn’t really pay much attention to those things. Had to prep the show. It was a one Kirin thing and I needed to do a lot.”

Starlight chuckled. “You know the various army units would get into fights over who got the next performance? And that the mares or stallions graced by your… nightly visits… would be the target of their squad’s jealousy?”

Autumn blushed and shook her head. “I was just doing my part, the only way I could. The visits… those mares and stallions just needed company.”

Starlight frowned. “Still, why skip your medal awarding ceremony? Why… this?”

The Kirin averted her gaze. “I feel like I don’t deserve it. I—I know I helped but I don’t feel like I can accept it.” She pursed her lips and put the cup down. “Sorry, Starlight. Thanks for putting up with me but… I should go.”

The unicorn coughed. “I read the report. There was nothing you could’ve done.”

“I could have warned them,” Autumn replied.

“He’d seeded the forest with scouts and surrounded the village. You would have died. You know that, Autumn, you have nothing to blame yourself for.”

“Then why do I feel like it would have been better if I was dead with them!” The glare the Kirin fixed the unicorn was filled with tears, and made Starlight wince.

“Because it’s survivor’s guilt and you shouldn’t listen to it.” Starlight reached over to the table and gave Autumn a card. “Here, a counselor I see. Go to them. Get some help. And feel free to stay with me until you get your life together.”

Autumn took the card, looking up at Starlight with wide eyes.

“Why…. why are you doing this for me?”

“Because of what you did for Applejack, Twilight, Lyra…Lemony Hearts, Flim and Flam, Moondancer, Cordite Charge, Meringue le Pie, and the countless others you helped bring a bit of laughter and joy to during the war. Because of you… we were happy for even just a short time.” Starlight winced. “And I have to admit, I want to help you because you didn’t run away screaming at the sight of me.”

Feeling warm, truly warm, for the first time in a long time. Autumn smiled. “Thank you, Starlight.”

Over the weeks, the pair settled into a routine. Autumn quite quickly found work as an entertainer at the local cabaret and as a daytime theatre manager. It was fun, rewarding work and soon she started paying Starlight rent. Seeing the counselor Starlight had recommended helped. The kirin still felt guilty, but it was no longer a voice that kept her up at night.

But while Autumn was glad that Starlight was such a good friend, often just happy to sit and listen to the kirin yammer on about her day, she was growing increasingly concerned with the unicorn. Starlight barely went out except to buy basic necessities. She often didn’t bother to groom herself, even forgetting to shower on occasion.

“Right, that’s it, Starlight, you need to go out more often.”

Starlight, who’d been reading a book, looked up. “I’m sorry?”

Autumn drew a line between the unicorn and the door with her hoof. “You, need to go out. Didn’t you have a nice stallion with you during the war? What was his name? Sun—”

“Sunburst.” Starlight’s shoulders sagged. “We were engaged.”

The kirin froze. “Oh no, did he—”

“Oh, no! He’s not dead,” Starlight chuckled bitterly. “We… fell out of contact. He wouldn’t want to marry a mare like me.”

“Starlight, if he truly loves you then it wouldn’t matter how you’d look—”

The unicorn glared at Autumn with her single eye and yanked the half mask off.

Autumn had always assumed that Sombra had burned Starlight’s face, but it was far… far worse than that. No fur grew on the skin, which was mottled and stretched over the bone like a tarp. The eye had a lid, but the lower lashes, eyebrows… all gone.

“See? It’s hideous! Who would want a mare with this face?”

“I would,” said Autumn.

Starlight stared at the kirin in disbelief, even as Autumn trotted to her, raised her hoof, and gently caressed her face, the scarred half.

“Don’t pity—”

Autumn silenced Starlight by kissing her on her scarred cheek, leaving the unicorn dumbstruck. “I care about you, Starlight and I’m not lying. You are wounded, but you are still a very pretty mare.”

“Really?” Starlight whispered, hoping beyond hope, not believing that the beautiful kirin in front of her thought that about her.

“Really, and…” Autumn batted her eyes, “If you will let me, I can show you.” The kirin paused. “That is if you’re into mares and stallions—”

“Yes!” Starlight blinked. “Uh, how did you know?”

Autumn pointed at Starlight’s book, an erotic novel involving a polyamory.

“Oh… right. So, how do we go about this?” Starlight asked.

“First, off with your cloak.” Autumn’s horn glowed and she pulled the black cloak off. She tentatively took a sniff and wrinkled her nose. Starlight smelled. The kirin suspected that she’d have a wholly pleasing scent when she finally got aroused, but right now, she needed a shower.

Which gave the kirin a bright idea. “Second, meet me in your bathroom in ten minutes.”

“Uh okay—” but the kirin had zipped off and slammed the door behind her. Blinking Starlight smiled, which turned into a nervous giggle.

Ten minutes later, Starlight knocked on the door and it swung open, only to get blasted with a faceful of steam.

Coughing, and waving her hoof, Starlight entered her bathroom, searching for the kirin. She wasn’t by the counter and sinks to her left. But she had to be here, she could hear the water from her showerhead running.

The unicorn found Autumn in her bathtub and found her eyes widening. The kirin’s normally poofy brown mane was slicked back, coursing down her spine like a sexy river. Her magic held the showerhead—which was still on— and bottles of bath lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.

“Do you like what you see, Starlight?”

The unicorn nodded, her cheeks burning. “Uh I mean. Yes. I mean—”

The kirin giggled and extended a hoof. Starlight took it, stepping into the tub. She’d ordered a large one, but even still, they had to stand nose to nose to fit in it. So close that all she could smell was Autumn’s scent, which seemed spicy and yet, soothingly herbal.

“Shuffle forward a bit, Starlight,” said Autumn.

Shuffle where? They were already so—oh! Autumn was pressing against her, pulling her forward. The wet fur on the kirin’s chest sliding against the unicorn’s. The ticklish feeling distracted Starlight from the hot water splashing on her mane, and the cold lotion squirted onto her head. By the time the unicorn recovered, gentle hooves were massaging her mane and scalp rubbing out an exhaustion Starlight didn’t even know she felt. And ever so slowly, the kirin worked her way down Starlight’s neck, working out the knots in her muscles.

And all the while, the kirin’s nose stayed inches from hers, her half-lidded golden eyes so kind, so welcoming. Her lips… slightly parted, so…

Starlight leaned forward and captured those lips in a heady kiss. The tingling sensation between her legs grew. Feeling faint, she wondered if Autumn could hear her heart pound, or smell how increasingly moist her marehood was.

Autumn moaned, her hooves shaking. She had to sit down, lest she lose her balance. Luckily, she was tall enough that she could continue to the soft fur on Starlight’s back, but as her tongue mingled with Starlight’s, a deep, electrifying warmth began to burn within her. It was incredibly distracting to say the least.

They broke apart panting, cheeks flushed.

“Starlight, I need to finish washing you,” gasped Autumn.

“Sorry, I got ahead of myself,” said Starlight. She pulled back and stood still, letting the kirin work her sides, under her barrel, her hooves, and her flanks. But she couldn’t control how hard she was breathing, nor her eyes, which followed the kirin’s curves as she moved around the tub.

Finally, hot water washed over Starlight, as Autumn hooked the showerhead into its stand above them, rinsing out the soap suds. The unicorn swallowed, relishing the hot water hitting her now, soothingly relaxed flank. Autumn had long since repositioned behind her, so the unicorn had an idea of what came next. Swallowing, Starlight flicked her tail back, knowing that she exposed her sopping wet lips to the kirin.

Autumn took that as an invitation to give the marehood in front of her a sniff.

“Oh you smell so nice,” whispered Autumn, noticing the unicorn’s tail twitch at her compliment.

“I’m… thanks,” rasped Starlight.

Starlight’s flower had a clear, almost minty aroma. It was a subtle scent, but one that grew with every breath. Sitting down, she used her hooves to draw languorous circles on Starlight’s cutie mark, spiraling them down and toward her target

Starlight flinched as the kirin’s hooves reached her inner thigh. “Do you… like what you see?” she whispered. As if on time, her pussy winked at Autumn.

The kirin grinned, “Yes, and I bet I’m going to love the taste.” She leaned forward, running her tongue on the quivering outer folds. Marecum dripped from them, mixed with shower water.

It was just as well that Starlight’s fluids was slightly diluted because while her scent was clear, even purifying, Autumn found the unicorn’s honey to have an electrifying taste. Maybe it was because of the magic she wielded, but Autumn found the taste reminded her of fine wine if it was given an energy drink’s punch and fruity aroma. Starlight’s pussy was to put it bluntly, addicting and Autumn found herself needing to resist simply devouring it.

Still, the arousal the taste of Starlight’s nectar gave her drove Autumn to balance herself on one hoof, while she used the other to rub her own moist folds.

“You—taste—delicious—” said Autumn between slurps.

The owner of said taint, having spent far too many long, lonely nights only her hoof, and sometimes a banana for company, could only reply with a groan to every languid lick. It took all her focus to keep her legs still because all Starlight wanted to do was mash her itching, blazing marehood into the kirin’s face.

Autumn Blaze’s thin tongue snaking its way into her hot cavern arrested Starlight’s urge, and instead, drew out the longest moan yet. However, the kirin’s tongue wasn’t done yet, it wasn’t even started. It writhed and twisted, flicking in and out of Starlight’s marehood, exploring the walls, teasing the folds.

Starlight’s horn sparked as pleasure raced up her spine. She had been trying to breathe slowly in an attempt to calm herself, but now she lost control. Her pants, moans and cries of ecstasy filled the bathroom.

“Autumn, thank you… thank you for making me feel wanted,” she moaned.

Although she was trembling in the depths of her own arousal, the kirin’s heart skipped a beat. Thinking to herself, she withdrew from Starlight’s marehood and draped her body over the unicorn’s back, rubbing her own moist marehood against Starlight’s flank. She kissed Starlight’s cheek, the scarred one, and nuzzled it tenderly.

“You’re welcome, Starlight.”

The unicorn sniffed, pleasure and joy bringing her to tears, “Is there anything I can do for you?”

Autumn was about to refuse, but after a moment’s thought, a bright idea popped into her head. She took a step back and disentangled herself from.”

“Starlight, turn around and lie down.”

The unicorn obeyed, planting her flank on the wet porcelain, and slowly laying herself down in her tub. It was a little odd that the hot water that was sprinkling on her back was now drizzling onto her barrel, but it also meant she had a full view of the gorgeous, wet-maned kirin standing commandingly behind her.

“Oh I could just ravish you right here,” rasped Autumn.

Starlight blushed, instinctively turning to hide the scarred half of her face, but Autumn was suddenly clambering over her, a tender hoof firmly placed on her cheek. The kirin leaned in for a kiss, which the unicorn gladly reciprocated. While they locked lips, Starlight felt Autumn straddle her, and inch herself up her legs.

“Oh Celestia,” gasped Starlight, as it clicked for her. “I… I always wondered…”

“Well, you’ll wonder no more. Let me show you a new world,” Autumn said, winking, and with that, she knelt down, pressed her wet folds against Starlight’s, and ground into her.

Two voices sang out in rapture as their burning marehoods met and rubbed against one another. Autumn’s earlier ministrations meant Starlight’s clit had just peaked out from its sheath. So Starlight’s engorged nub found itself wrapped by Autumn’s hot, wet, folds. It was all the unicorn could do arch her back and buck her hips up to meet the kirin’s thrusts. There was no other thought in her mind than to assuage the burning heat that had spread from her nethers to her head.

Despite being on top, Autumn found herself being sucked into Starlight’s rhythm. The unicorn’s hard pearl penetrated into her inner folds, stroking them like a finger. The direct feel of warm lips on hers scratching the deep itch the kirin felt, whilst stoking the raging flames. Autumn felt as if she was about to turn into a Nirik. But what really aroused Autumn’s lust was the sign of the wildly thrusting unicorn under her. For Starlight was flushed with passion, mouth agape, and tongue lolling out as Autumn tore cry after cry, moan after moan, from Starlight’s lips.

“You feel so good,” cried Starlight.

“And you are an excellent, and gorgeous, co-performer,” Autumn moaned.

“I aim to please—” Starlight squealed as a particularly hard thrust from the kirin nearly sent her over the edge. More sparks flew from her horn, sizzling as they hit the water pooling around them.

“Oh Autumn, please, finish me. I beg of you.”

Autumn grinned, “With pleasure.” Grabbing her partner’s forehooves, the kirin suddenly doubled her pace. Sliding up and down, bucking the unicorn’s flanks into the tub, Autumn regained control over the rhythm.

Starlight gave a deep, sultry groan, trying to squeeze her legs together, a vain attempt to extinguish the now roaring heat, and she melted. Her horn signaled the start with a flash of a magical discharge, filling the air with ozone. Meanwhile, wave upon wave of pleasure shot up Starlight’s spine, and she surrendered herself to it, writhing with the tsunami that took her. Her eyes rolled back, tongue lolling out, while her hot marecum squirted from her folds, straight into the cunt pressed against her.

The moment that Starlight’s nectar squirted right into her folds, Autumn felt turned into an inferno. Her mind went blank, and now it was the kirin’s turn for her eyes to roll back. Her clit was throbbing, the nub of flesh fully extended. She was so close, but she knew Starlight was in the middle of her orgasm. If she thrust herself into her partner again, she might seriously hurt her—

The kirin suddenly found herself floating up and set onto her back. Starlight, staggered upright. Her eyes were wild as she rode the final throes of her orgasm, and her lips pressed with a hungry look.

“I always wondered how kirin might taste,” said Starlight, before she dove her head right between Autumn's legs, closed her lips around her engorged pearl, and stuck her tongue into the kirin’s cavern.

Autumn came hard, her eyes turning white with nirik flame, her voice giving out a single, long, musical note that rang in the air like a sweet bell. Shaking as she was taken over by the euphoric release, all four legs instinctively wrapped around the unicorn’s head.

Starlight suddenly found her face shoved into Autumn’s pulsing cunt, which smelt heavenly. She’d had a sniff of Autumn’s musk earlier, which had seemed spicy, and oddly herbal. Now she realized the kirin smelt of cinnamon, which explained the bitter, yet heavenly aroma. Pure nectar immediately sprayed over Starlight’s face, making her snort, but the taste… of spiced wine drank on a Hearth’s Warming eve… it made her open her mouth and press her lips over the kirin’s taint in a desperate effort to capture every drop.

Gradually, the torrent of marecum slowed, and Autumn, exhausted, dropped her hooves from around Starlight’s head. That was when the kirin realized what she’d done. Her hooves quivering, she sat back up, pulling herself to the unicorn.

“Oh Celestia, Starlight, I’m so sorry, are you alright? I got carried away and—”

Starlight pulled herself up, smiling blissfully. “I’m fine. You caught me by surprise, but…” She licked her lips. “Has anypony told you you taste like mulled wine?”

“Huh, I don’t think so.” Autumn nuzzled Starlight’s nose. “You were amazing, gorgeous.”

The unicorn shut her eyes and planted a kiss on Autumn’s cheek. “You were fantastic. What did I taste like by the way?”

“Like… an energy drink if it was a fine wine,” said Autumn.

“Huh, weird.” Starlight glanced around and picked up the dropped soap. “We probably should clean each other up. Luckily we’re in a tub.” She glanced at the kirin. “Turn around, I’ll wash you up.”

Autumn grinned and turned around, exposing her taint, still dripping with cum. “Should I expect funny business.”

“I think we’ve had enough for today,” said Starlight. She gently lathered Autumn’s flanks. “But tomorrow…”

“We shall see,” said Autumn, grinning.
