Rainbow Dash woke up in a weird place. She looked outside the windows and saw stars, shiny in space. At that time, she realized she was in space.

"Where am I!?" Rainbow Dash said getting up panicking.

"Good to see you're awake," said a mysterious voice from the shadows.

"Who's there!?", Rainbow Dash said.

The voice stepped out of the shadows. It was a normal pony like Rainbow.

"Sorry if I disturbed you. My name is Nang, short for Nang Shi," Nang said.

"Why the heck am I here!? Where am I!? What did you do to my friends!?" Rainbow yelled, stressed out and worried.

"It is okay. I am not here to hurt you," Nang said, "I am an alien from a planet called Vortexio. My planet was destroyed and now I have come here to help others. I swore on my life I would protect everyone that is good. And that is where YOU come in."

"Excuse me?" Rainbow responded.

"I know you are very confused. I will answer all your questions shortly," Nang continued, "As I said, I am Nang and I have sent Norg, my assistance also from Vortexio, to teleport you here for a reason. You are here because we think you have a potential of becoming one of us. We are the Dimensional Protectors and we want you as one of us.

"Hold on, did you say dimensional?" Rainbow asked.

"Yes, and if you don't believe me, we have special gear from alternate dimensions that we can show you," Nang said.

"Ohmygosh, ohmygosh, ohmygosh! You travel through different dimensions to protect everyone!??! That's so cool!" Rainbow Dash said.

"Now, if you don't have anymore questions, we can move on to the training," Nang said.

"Wow this is even better than the Wonderbolts!" Rainbow Dash muttered.

They got out of the room and walked down the hallway. Rainbow saw tons of workers suiting up and getting ready to battle.

"If you are an alien, then why do you look like a pony?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"We have to wear a special suit so we look nice and friendly to other beings, otherwise they might pass out from looking at us." Nang said.

Rainbow was terrified at the thought of that, but she continued on.

They were at the end of the hallway when they reached a door. It had 'Training zone' inscribed into the door. They went in.
