Epic dragons are a type of true dragon from DnD which I have turn into a breed here. I had to change them a bit more then other true dragon groups sense epic dragons in DnD have very little in common.

Basilisk in myth are often said to be snakes with eight legs are and often made into dragons. We have seen an eight legged dragon in MLP which is why I am using the name here.
