Feather's thought stopped when he noticed something colorful on the horizon. He got closer until he noticed that it was the rainbow arc that was illustrated on the map. Feather trotted faster until he became face to face with the large, rainbow billboard. It was larger than Feather thought. He turned to notice a sign right by one end of the rainbow billboard.

"Welcome to Hope Hollow." Feather read the sign out loud. "Home of the Rainbow Festival." Feather decided to roll with it and made his way past the rainbow billboard. He thought going to this Hope Hollow was better than staying in the forest. Feather continued down the path until he spotted a bunch of buildings. Rainbow decorations covered most of the buildings and ponies were doing various actives such as eating snacks, playing games, or just talking to each other. The whole place reminded Feather of Starlight's old village after Starlight stepped down as ruler. Feather looked around the streets until he spotted what he thought was the town's local hotel. He open the doors to see ponies hanging out in the main lobby. Feather went straight to the hotel desk to ring the bell. A pink, earth pony mare with purple manes tied into purple pigtails made her way to the desk.

"Why hello there!" The mare said in a Midwest accent. "Welcome to the Hope Hollow hotel. I'm Petunia Petals, the hotel's manager. How can I help you?"

"I'm Feather; Feather Bangs. I would like to stay in one of your rooms. I accidentally got off my train too soon and I need a place to stay for the night." Feather replied.

"No problem, sir. That will be three bits." Feather pulled out three bits from his pocket and gave it to Petunia. She brought out a key to Feather's room. "Here you go, sir. Your room will be 214. Luckily for you, the hotel was reconstructed so more newcomers can stay while enjoying our town at the end of the rainbow."

"End of the rainbow?" Feather asked.

"It's what Hope Hollow is called as it's the place where you can find everything you would ever want." Petunia said.

'Maybe I could get some mare action here.' Feather thought as he picked up the key. "Oh, I also want to know if there's some kind of tailor or boutique around here? My suit is a bit torn and I want to get it fixed up."

"This town does have a clothing store. It's right down the street. Just speak to Kerfuffle and she'll help you in a jiffy." Petunia answered.

"The Rainbow Festival is a major event that happens in Hope Hollow, we all decorate the town with rainbow things and the mayor turns on the Rainbow Generator that shows the most amazing colors. "But how am I going to get all of the materials for my disco suit line?"

"It's okay, Ms. Kerfuffle. How about I help you get everything ready?" Feather said while smiling.

"Oh, I would appreciate that. Maybe then, I could lend you my suit." The rainbow trout stallion smiled. "The cart is right down the street. You can't miss it."

"Thanks," Feather said as he made his way. He found the hayburger cart to be busy with a line of ponies waiting to get some food. Feather carefully went to the back of the hayburger cart to see a hat and apron hanging on the side. He went to put on the hat and apron. Now he looks like he works at the hayburger cart. Feather returned the hat and apron on the hook before he went off. He looked around the large bushes to see there were lots of berries and flowers. Feather also decided to pick some daisies, tulips, and roses as they could be used for yellow, indigo, and red. He made his way to the rainbow trout stallion, who was still in the kiddie pool.

"Oh, you're back!" The rainbow trout stallion cheered. "Did you get my lunch?" Feather pulled out the paper bag.

Feather went to look for something for the color orange. He then noticed a booth full of pastries and pies. On top of the booth was a sign with a picture of apricots on it. Feather thought apricots would be perfect for the color orange. He made his way to the booth that was occupied by a pair of elderly unicorns.

"Sure!" Feather smiled as he was given a slice of pie. He took a bite of it and it tasted delicious.

"Feather! You got back just in time! Do you have the fabrics?" Feather brought out the fabric rolls and placed them on a table. "Wow, these look way better than the ones sold at the booths." Kerfuffle noticed something and sniffed the red fabric. "And they're scented! Oh! I can't believe you did all of this for me!" Kerfuffle gave Feather another tight hug.

"Without further a do, let the rainbow shine!" Mayor Sunny Skies turned on the Rainbow Generator and the sky was lit up with shining colors of the rainbow. Everypony continued to cheer as they celebrate another successful Rainbow Festival. At Kerfuffle's clothing shop, there was a large stage set up right next to it. The curtains moved away to reveal Kerfuffle as she made her way down the runway. Kerfuffle began speaking:

"Hello everypony! Welcome to The Kerfuffle's Boutique fashion show! I made a special fashion line in celebration of our annual Rainbow Festival.
