Author's Note

Okay I know this is a very poor length chapter, but please don't hate me over its shortness.

Anyways I have decided to break up the this part into a few smaller chapters. Well by smaller I mean about as long as most of the ones have been so far, instead of a chapter that was a few thousand words long.

I know what you want to say: "But that would be perfect we like chapters of that length"

Well my response is that instead of doing that and taking I don't know how long I'm going to break it up a bit to hopefully get them done and out to you readers sooner. Not to mention that I have ran out of steam since I only got about 2 hours of sleep last night this was about all I could come up with, without it degrading quality wise.

So all that being said I hopefully will have the next part out soon for you, my dear readers.

Ch. 7 More Questions Part 1

(Golden Oaks Library, Ponyville)

Letting out a hum in thought as she looked over the mysterious dragoness' armor and weapons that she and her sister were informed about by her student's friend, Rarity Belle. In the letter, it told her and her sister of a strange construct having crashed in the boarders of the Everfree Forest earlier this morning. Indeed the sound of this object entering the atmosphere of Equis awoke the princess of the night from her slumber and startled a good number of the nobility.

As Princess Luna stood over the strange armor and firearms that this dragoness was using when she battled off that Alpha Manticore, which undoubtedly saved the elements of harmony and Spike from being attacked by it. She set down the chest piece onto the table and frowned as she cast a spell on it to try and find out what it was made of. That frown only grew bigger as the spell finished and told the mare of the night that it couldn't identify what the armor's composition was.

Letting out a big sigh and a shake of her head the dark mare moved to examine the dragon's weapon, the strange weapon did look similar to the flintlocks developed by the Gryphons. Though from the letter she knew that it was far more advanced than those used by the major countries of the world presently. Setting it down carefully her eyes spied the two strange modular objects that were also found on the dragon, as no pony knew what they were. So being careful they treated them as weapons as well, which is lucky. For as the princess was lifting the grey and black object her magic caused it to activate and suddenly the small object unfolded itself into a firearm similar to the rifle. This of course shocked the mare to the point she almost dropped it as it morphed into its combat state.

As she was inspecting this new development she heard the door to the library open and without looking back she spoke: "So sister what do you make of the construct that landed in the Everfree?" She set down the sidearm gently before turning back to look at her sister. "Also I have learned very little from the armor and weapons beyond them being far more advanced than anything I've heard of anywhere on Equis."

Nodding the guard outside the door closes it after Celestia was inside the library, having just finished setting up a perimeter around the 'Normandy' to keep curious ponies from going where they shouldn't. Her sister had thought it best if she inspect the weapons and armor while Celestia did so. Shaking her head a little and letting out a soft sigh "I don't know while it does resemble one of those 'space' ships that have become popular in stories recently. I don't know much beyond that it's called the 'Normandy SR2' as well as it being hundreds of years ahead of any nation of Equis technologically speaking"

Letting out a sigh at the same time cause the two alicorns to look at the other and giggle before the began to discuss what this could mean for Equestria and Equis in general if half of what they suspect is true. They also made sure to discuss what they should do with the mysterious dragon that came with the 'Normandy' and how she could be connected to this all.
