Chapter I: Big Mistake

Load Full StoryNext Chapter

Adagio Dazzle was lying across a dark violet bed with guilt gnawing at her breast. She holds the white satin sheets tightly to herself as she looks around the room. It's foreign to her and as she shifts in the bed she looks next to her and the shame and confusion begins to burn at the pit of her stomach. I... I we didn't, did we? I couldn’t have. Not with her! She thought with a groan, her magenta eyes widening as they roamed over the woman's body next to her.

Twilight Sparkle, specifically Princess Twilight Sparkle is the other woman on the bed, her soft back exposed to Adagio and the tanned, relatively un-freckled woman tries everything in her power to not wake Twilight up. She couldn’t believe it. Why was she here in bed with Twilight Sparkle? Hell if she knew. She hadn't been intoxicated even, because hard cider usually never got her drunk. A girl such as herself knew how to watch her alcohol intake but then again maybe she drank more than she thought.

She couldn’t dispute the evidence in front of her. They had a drunken night together last night. Kissed and well… the shame she was feeling now was not entirely for the right reasons. Adagio had given into an impulse and she had slept with the enemy. So foolish. Adagio growled in her head.

The wavy, blond headed woman’s eyes moved away from the younger woman's back to the gleaming gold band on Twilight's ring finger. What do I do? She wondered, resisting the urge to feel the other’s soft, long strands of violet and pink-streaked hair. The beautiful, purple haired woman lying there wouldn’t just evaporate into thin air and so the issue remained. Adagio wouldn't be able to avoid the experiences sure to follow this morning. She couldn’t leave because if she left then she was sure Twilight would wake up horrified, or worse she’d remember what happened leaving her without a clue. Adagio did not like being in the dark about anything.

In the end besides her bedgrudement she couldn't leave Twilight like this. Hungover and alone. She couldn't despite the horror she's to witness in Twilight's eyes when she sees her next to her. It would hurt. She would hate to admit it but it would hurt because she's the other woman here, and Twilight would never do something like this sober. She knew how respectable a person Twilight was. The singer really wishes she could remember how this happened. It would help to know how they got here, wherever here was. Where are we?, Adagio wondered. After a moment of staring around at the pristine room vacantly she realized Twilight would wake up no matter what she did. She let out a nervous breath when Twilight began to shift in the bed.

"I'm royally fucked in more ways than one." Adagio whispered to herself moving to sit on the bed that was clearly a hotel bed. The room was too clean and standardized to be a personal room even with its lavish decor. More than likely the well decorated old styled room had been made for the more elite kind of customer. The blonde woman chuckled internally debating on whether she should exploit this and blackmail Twilight for money.

No, I said I wouldn't whore myself for anybody. She grumbled in her head pointedly not one to take handouts especially from the woman who got her in her horrible living situation in the first place. She scowled over at the woman who has haunted her thoughts more these past few years than she likes. Adagio sighed noticing that the other was murmuring in her sleep. Dead asleep at that as she nearly leaped into the corner when the Princess shifted her head in her direction. She tried not to notice her nose crinkling adorably as she mumbled to herself.

At least she snores, definitely not endearing or charming in the least. Adagio huffed crossing her arms over her chest frustration building since her mind has yet to conjure up any of last night's events. Perhaps she would have to ask the source itself what happened.

With dread Adagio affirmed that she would have to wake Twilight up or she'd be waiting another millennia. The blonde used to have better patience in her time she swore as she slapped the bed hoping the noise would do the trick. That however resulted in Twilight rolling over onto her side still within her own dreamy sheep land.

Clearing her throat Adagio decided to shake Twilight's shoulder and she called out to her,

“Twilight hey, uh wake up.” Twilight grumbled out a few words before she turned on her side away from the hand that was poking her. The older woman's heart dropped when she heard a few of Twilight's words in response to her prodding.

“Honey no...stop…” Twilight grumbled sleepily into her pillow, her eyes still closed. She sighed, the term of endearment making her heart plummet even further. Is she married? She wondered looking down for a moment becoming sick to her stomach. That would make this much harder than it already was.

“Twilight Sparkle!” Adagio tried again swallowing thickly when Twilight finally stirred awake. Reluctantly she waited as Twilight sat up rubbing at her eyes blarily. She groaned before looking down to realize her chest was exposed and as much as Adagio enjoyed the sight it wasn’t something she should be enjoying. Twilight slowly grabbed up the blanket before turning to look over at messy, blonde hair and glittering pink eyes. She blinked for a long moment when she realized who it was there in front of her.

“A-Adagio...?” Twilight mumbled out her voice raspy but terrified and shocked. She quickly looked the other up and down noticing her own lack of clothing and similar pose.

“W-What...are you doing here?” Twilight’s words were a series of high pitched yelps and Adagio could barely understand her.

“You and I got drunk apparently and we...ended up in this room together...do you remember?” She rasped, surprised at the level of calmness the princess was displaying despite the redness overtaking her face. On the inside of her own chest she felt like there was a hurricane whirling around.

Twilight's lovely amethyst eyes widened once she had made it clear what had happened. Hearing it aloud made it all the more real. She remained on the bed however gaping at her and trying not to look down, else her eyes would be on the folds of the blanket which were laid over Adagio's body. The older woman couldn't help but chuckle despairingly and she moved to close Twilight's mouth. Twilight at least let her touch her and Twilight chose to ignore the chill that ran through her spine when she felt warm slender fingers under her chin.

"N-No…" Twilight whispered blinking and groaning because of the hangover she was experiencing.

Adagio decided to look anywhere but at Twilight afterwards. The silence was building and tension increased in an uncomfortable way the longer it went on between them.

“What do we do?” Twilight finally asked, running her hands through her own hair nervously. “Oh! How could this happen!?” She asked again as if the other knew what the thing to do was. She had a distinct idea however. Even if it made her heart throb a little painfully but ultimately it was the only way to go about this. Scandal, well this wouldn't be Adagio's first experience with it. The woman glancing away sighing softly moving to stop Twilight's fidgeting and panicking.

“Easy there Princess you're hungover, you need to look at me.” She said her tone gentle yet as firm as it could be when she was being serious. Twilight fidgeting more before stopping when she felt Adagio’s hands grab her own. They were like swimming in an ocean how deep they seemed to go as Twilight looked into her eyes. Adagio has surprisingly never really dealt with the fallout of a bad deed, but she tried her best to stop Twilight from flipping her lid.

Despite her deep dislike for Twilight, she was still the Princess of their country and if she really wanted too she could deport Adagio, not that Twilight would. Adagio sighed watching as some of Twilight’s twitching lessened. It was annoying how pretty the princess still looked despite the anxiety session she had just witnessed.

Twilight looked up at her with this sort of hope that made Adagio shift uncomfortably. What is with that kicked puppy look? Adagio thought with an inner eye roll. It really wasn’t her fault that Twilight couldn’t keep it in her pants. If anything, she had always thought Twilight wouldn’t even be able to seduce a horny teenager much less a woman such as herself. Great, I’m distracting myself now...get it together. Adagio muttered in her head licking her lips because of how dry they were all of the sudden.

“Twilight...I've never…” Adagio trailed off biting her lip in frustration. She wasn't a woman of few words and definitely not one without command of herself. She had to say it.

“We have to keep this between us.” She whispered running circles on Twilight's hand without thinking.

“We cannot risk it. Our reputation or your marriage because of tonight.” She was sincere in what she said even if keeping such a thing as a secret left a bad taste in her mouth. Adagio would always be proud and that applied to her sexual exploits. But this sort of thing would leave bad blood with everyone. Her sisters would lose it and she couldn’t even imagine what Twilight’s friends and family would say. Besides, it probably wasn't even a good lay. Adagio somehow doubted this lie, a chill running down her spine when Twilight's eyes caught hers. What was that? She questioned in complete confusion to her body.

The woman in front of her wasn’t skilled with lying and she was aware of it. Yet hopefully Twilight would be able to see their lives were too crucial for them both to jeopardize.

“But…” Twilight murmured looking away from her eyes because of the intensity in them.

“Our friends...your sisters will know. Surely they would-”

“Feel betrayed!” Adagio called out suddenly letting go of her hands not even realizing she had been holding them for as long as she had. She closed her eyes, her long eyelashes fluttering as she continued.

“I know you were a virgin Twilight and they might think I did it on pur-...” She felt a warmth cover her cheeks but she fought a blush with her shame. Twilight did as well but she didn't fight away the obvious redness on her face. Twilight sighed as she read Adagio’s expression. She appeared calm but the princess could tell how worried and deeply ashamed she was.

“You need to know something.” Twilight whispered out her eyebrows downward and wrinkled. Adagio’s lowered gaze moved back up as Twilight spoke.

“You cannot blame yourself for this.” She said in a quiet voice a little less shaken and Adagio appeared confused. She was prepared to argue when Twilight hugged her which froze her in place, shock spreading across her features.

“This happened to both of us and as unintended as it was. It happened and I feel we must own up to it.” But this confidence in the terrified woman diminished quickly.

“But-but that is ridiculous Princess!” She pleaded out gripping Twilight's arms as panic swirled within her. The fear inside of her was overwhelming. What if the Empire decided to kill her for her crimes? Of course, perhaps she was being Sonata level dramatic just then.

“What possible good would it do to tell anyone?” She continued and Twilight merely shook her head moving a messy strand of hair from Adagio's pale face.
Twilight couldn’t help but notice how different she looked with her blonde strands let loose from its ponytail imprisonment. She’s always had a feminine charm but having her hair down brought out a more unkempt appearance, shaking away the distracting thoughts Twilight tried her reasoning again,

“I'm as afraid as you are. I mean it's my friends trust and his trust I may be losing, but I do not believe you did this as some ploy to overthrow Equestria” And the siren could only shake her head up and down vementently. Not in a million years, Adagio thought ignoring the pleasantness of feeling Twilight's fingers brush against her face when she so casually moved her hair for her.

Everything about Twilight should be annoying her right now, but for the time being Adagio felt settled for brief irritation. Why did this woman have to make her feel so weird?

“Ever since the necklaces were destroyed I have been void of magic, and besides... sleeping with you was never on the agenda.” She was stern and direct as she spoke, but she stopped feeling miserable for the first time since they had woken up when Twilight cracked a smile that was not as aggravating as usual. Adagio mirrored her expression even when the blanket slipped from her chest.

“Oh.” She remarked having never felt ashamed of her body. After all, as sirens they used to be practically naked all the time.

The princess giggled out and Adagio's giggles followed and despite the absurd heaviness of the subject they felt lighter when they heard one another laugh. Twilight couldn't really understand why it was that she was feeling comfortable at this moment. If it weren't for the fact that Adagio was no longer dangerous, she'd probably be hiding under the bed by now full of shame and guilt.

Once they realized they were very nude again they decided to get dressed looking away as they took turns dressing. They hadn't left the room yet hoping the tension would leave them. They still have yet to decide on what to do or how they should go about this. Taking turns again they each went to the restroom and during her turn Twilight moved from the sink washing her face before she looked up into the mirror. It must have been a trick of light but she could have sworn she was glowing. Twilight's brows raised remembering hearing the rumors about sex in school. She was sure this didn't apply. She didn't remember much about last night but the feeling of Adagio's lips did linger a bit. Twilight's thoughts nearly went there as she touched her neck grimacing when she realized there was a hickey.

“She... eep!…” Is a biter, she grumbled out wanting to be annoyed at her but knowing she couldn't blame her for it. She'd feel guilty if she was mad at her for it since she had let her do it to her. Well Twilight wasn't exactly sober either in her defense but regardless. Shifting around Twilight found the makeup she needed, glad Rarity's bag was in there after Rarity had freshened up the night before, since apparently her princess suite was ‘much better’. Applying it to her neck she nearly screamed when the door opened.

“Sorry I left my-” Adagio paused locking eyes with Twilight's neck seeing what it was that Twilight was covering up.

“Oh, nevermind!” She yelped out shutting the door quickly so as to avoid a conversation about it. Her face burned red in embarrassment and she gulped to herself realizing that Twilight must feel mortified. Said woman closed her mouth biting her lip saying nothing as she continued to cover up her bruises. Flashes of the prior night entered her mind and Twilight sullenly looked at her reflection. That certainly wasn't how she wanted to lose her virginity.

Even though it was an event they were not cognisant of, Twilight knew that the main reason she was guilty was because she was regretful because of her engagement more so than any personal dissatisfaction. Did that mean she had enjoyed having sex with Adagio? Twilight snorted at the thought, shaking it away she pushed it to the back of her mind tucking it under the 'do not go there’ section. However, she couldn't help but wonder how it is that of all people Adagio was the one it happened with. It could have been worse in retrospect, what if it had been with a sleazy stranger? A once evil villainess who almost destroyed the world is a little above a creepy stranger she supposed.

Now Twilight really wanted to stop thinking about such topics and so instead she focused on the buttons on her black shirt. Once she finished buttoning it she pulled on dark pants and she struggled realizing she had worn a tie that night, not in the mood for a dress. As that thought continued she stopped searching when she heard a knock at the bathroom door.

“Yes?” Twilight called out gently knowing it was the tall blonde on the other side. She heard a shuffle and looked down watching the shadows under the door before she saw something slip under it.

“I could have handed it to you but I thought that would do.” She heard Adagio’s voice purr from the other side and she chuckled at the slight humor in her tone. The princess reached for it and she secured it around her neck licking her lips. This whole time she was dealing with a hell of a hangover too.

“Hey Adagio?” She questioned touching her forehead in hopes of pushing away the pain somehow. When she heard the hum of a response from her confirming she was still in her room, she continued speaking,

“Could you see if there is any aspirin in my drawer?” She felt a little embarrassed since it was her third hangover ever, but there was no way she could go on feeling like she did. She heard an affirmative from Adagio and the next thing she heard was the distinct sound of her opening and searching through a drawer. At the sudden silence in the bathroom surrounding her she tensed before relaxing after a few minutes.

She hoped that their friends hadn't noticed anything that had happened last night, at least until they sorted out the situation. She really wouldn't like to deal with a bombardment of questions or accusations. Lucky for them only Starlight's room is on the same floor and right across the hall from Twilight's which meant none of the girls would have spotted them. She knew Starlight would not have used her room anyways most likely rooming with her girlfriend Trixie.

Opening the bathroom door after staring at her own reflection with apprehension she moved to a chair opposite the bed that was angled slightly towards the large television against the wall. Suddenly within her line of sight was purple pants with a golden chain and as she dragged her eyes up Adagio’s long legs she saw a lavender shirt with purple geometric shapes on it which Twilight found herself appreciating. With a slight smile she took the medicine bottle Adagio was holding realizing that Adagio had put her golden hair back up into its signature ponytail.

With a disinterested look in her eyes Adagio glanced away crossing her arms which showed off the spikes that were attached to her purple leather jacket. Twilight could not help but compare her wardrobe to her friend Sunset who adored leather jackets and wore them religiously.

“So, what now Sparkle?” Adagio asked looking bored now as she once again looked around the room they were in. It was clearly expensive and fit for Twilight’s stature, and unsurprisingly it reminded Adagio of places she had spent time in the past. Perhaps that was the deja vu she had felt when she had first looked around. Suddenly a chuckle grew in Adagio’s throat that stopped Twilight from her train of thought.

“What’s funny?” Twilight questioned still wincing since her headache had decided to hit her full force.

“Oh...nothing really just that…” Adagio held the back of her hand to her plush pink lips in an attempt to rein in her amusement.

“A long, long time ago, my sisters and I used to live lavishly in places like this, but of course at those times it was castles we were interested in taking.” This caused Twilight to raise a curious brow, “Oh hush you, let a girl reminisce her fond memories.”

“You’re not making me feel better about any of this.” The princess commented managing a giggle when she looked at her. Pleasantly, though oddly surprised Adagio clicked her tongue.

“If I wanted to take over your kingdom I would have already done so.” She said with a smirk stepping closer since she knew that it worked to make other people uncomfortable when she poked into their personal bubble. Despite finding herself joking with Twilight she found herself stepping back when Twilight stood from her chair easily towering at least two inches over Adagio. Something she had somehow forgotten to account for. Irritating magical ascensions, Adagio grouched crossing her arms again as Twilight wore a timid smile on her face.

Whatever she was about to say to Adagio however was lost to the void when she heard a series of knocks at her door.

“Twilight!” Semi-whispered Pinkie Pie outside of her door. Panic reached the faces of both Adagio and Twilight who had not considered that her friends would be looking for her in the morning. Violet eyes pleaded with magenta for her to do something. Knowing she wasn’t about to climb out a window since they were at least 12 floors up, Adagio rushed to the bathroom of the hotel room glad at least the room was carpeted so her boots would not be too loud. Twilight winced as the knocking continued happy at least that Adagio did not want to be found out just as much as herself right now. Yes she did know she would have to be honest, but a part of her was frightened by the possibilities that lay from this mistake they made.

Walking to the door Twilight opened it to reveal a woman wearing a blue top that slightly displayed her toned stomach and pink shorts that reached her mid thigh. Twilight stirred out of her daze at hearing her friend's voice saying something to her and she moved to let her friends in appreciating that Rarity had probably told their friends to be quiet. Though from the looks of it Starlight Glimmer, Applejack, and Rainbow Dash had their own hangovers as well. Only Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy seemed unaffected. Twilight's stomach stirred uncomfortably when she looked at them, but she fought it down attributing the feeling to the drinks she tried because of Rainbow Dash. She'd think not to take Dash’s advice again.

“Hey girls, how are you feeling?” She said softly offering her trademark smile towards the girls she loved the most. Fluttershy spoke up, first moving to sit on the bed beside the princess, “We're doing just fine, thank you.” In her hands was a glass of water which she moved to give to her.

“Thank you Fluttershy.” She said gratefully feeling her other hand brush Applejack’s when she sat on the other side of her.

“Here.” Twilight offered levitating her bottle of aspirin to her hungover friends.

“I had some for them, those three came to me for the same relief.” Rarity chuckled out playfully pointing to Starlight who shrugged and their rainbow haired friend who groaned in response.

“I think I'm going to get some breakfast. What would y’all like?“ Applejack said ignoring Rarity's playful jab. Focusing on her blonde headed friend Twilight took in her attire noticing that A.j. was wearing the same red collared shirt, blue jeans, cowgirl boots, and brown leather jacket she had worn last night at the club. She decided to not point out that Rainbow, and Starlight were wearing what they wore yesterday too. Rarity actually hasn't said a word about it either, even if she was dressed in a new white top and light blue jeans.

“It's fine Applejack I can order it since this was all for-” Twilight stopped at that covering up her pause by taking a drink of her water. She didn't know why she had stopped herself from saying engagement but she did notice the look Rarity was giving her.

“Twilight we couldn't possibly make you pay for us.” Rarity said the ever generous spirit which meant she nearly never took handouts. It was sweet of Rarity, Twilight thought but it also meant there would be a showdown of niceties before there would be someone paying for Rarity.

“I mean she could.” Rainbow said shrinking away when the girls had given her a dirty look.

“But of course we wouldn't let Twi do that!” She said in return, earlier she found about five dollars in her pocket. She hoped there was a dollar menu at this fancy hotel or she was not getting much. Somehow knowing of Rainbow's disappointment Pinkie bounced onto Twilight's bed nearly rocking Twilight into Fluttershy from the force.

“How about we go to a restaurant together! Twily, Sunset, and Rare-bear probably know a place that's really good!” Pinkie said the excitement of her voice only lowered as she kept her voice to a loud whisper. Twilight found herself thankful for Pinkie's restraint which was rare but possible.

“Well there is this ice cream place I used to go too and they serve really good food.” Twilight mentioned brightening up at the prospect of food. Truthfully she knew that the hotel's meals were overpriced and the idea of going to an old favorite place of hers sounded like a good time.

“Oh, you mean old Scooper’s place?” Sunset asked Twilight surprising her with her familiarity of it. She sometimes forgot that Sunset used to live in Canterlot when she was younger too.

“Sounds mighty good to me.” Applejack said receiving a chorus of agreement from the other women.

“Yeah, I could eat.” Starlight commented, holding an ice pack to her head. Something Twilight would need to ask about later.

“Then that's settled! Now how about we all get freshened up and we'll join together in the lobby.” Rarity said in a pleasant tone that left no room for disagreement.

“What, you're not ready?” Rainbow asked in disbelief looking over Rarity's new outfit. Receiving a shake of the head she raised a brow.

“A lady is ready when she is ready, darling.” Twilight heard Rarity reply as her friends all exited her room. She remained where she was nearly jumping when Rarity suddenly returned.

“Hmm?” The royal one of the two hummed raising a brow with an inquisitive expression on her face. Rarity said nothing in response at first and Twilight watched her from the corner of her eye as the fashionista circled around her. Humming she heard Rarity sigh before she seated herself next to Twilight, crossing her legs where she was at the end of the bed.

“Is there something you need Rarity?” Twilight asked starting to fidget in nervousness, she fought it down however knowing her friend’s were well aware of her nervous tics and mannerisms by now. For example, Applejack often did this thing with her hat where she would touch or shift it as if to reassure and situate herself. Twilight had also noticed that Sunset would often shrink into herself when she was feeling uneasy about something. There was even this interesting movement where she would try to hide her face when she felt vulnerable. Shaking her head realizing she was getting lost in her thoughts, she eyed her friend who’s sapphire blue eyes seemed to be scrutinizing her.

“Sorry, I was trying to figure something out.” Rarity said with a perfectly delicate and innocent smile. The smile nonetheless did not comfort Twilight because she was starting to sweat.

“W-What exactly do you mean?” Twilight chuckled out locking gazes with her magical element counterpart. Why was Rarity acting so odd all of the sudden, was she on to what happened? Or did she see them together last night? Twilight felt a brewing panic set in but to her relief Rarity stopped looking at her to instead lift up a tasteful violet scarf from her own neck.

“Ah ha!” She squealed out, moving to wrap it around Twilight’s neck. In one swift motion with her light, blue magic that was created by her pale, fingertips she had it all around her neck.

“Oh! How marvelous, that looks much better Twilight!” The designer exclaimed her eyes alight with delight and satisfaction. Twilight’s chest fell with relief and she nodded her head quickly looking to the mirror to see how the scarf looked. It certainly meshed well with her colors, but was there ever any doubt that Rarity would make sure they all looked good? Smiling to her friend she removed her tie from her shirt pausing when Rarity suddenly gasped aloud.

“I have to make certain Rainbow and Pinkie change! Those two would wear the same dreadful clothes everyday if it weren’t for me.” Rarity stood after her declaration and Twilight’s mind couldn’t help but notice that she hadn’t mentioned her own attire. Not wishing to jink anything however Twilight encouraged her.

“Well, we are very lucky to have you Rarity.” She complimented sincerely. It was true that they wouldn’t look so fashionable without her but that they also wouldn’t have as good a time either. Nothing is a great time without all her friends. Maybe a few things are...Having her mind think back to the distinct sound of Adagio’s ragged breathing she held in a squeak not appreciating the inopportune moment for such a thought to occur.

Rarity giggled, “Aw, that's so sweet! And true!”

“I’ll see you in the lobby!” Rarity sing-songed as she exited with a wave. Twilight smiled at her friend’s departure glad for the brief distraction.

A door opened after a few moments of complete silence which caused Twilight to jump like a cat. She heard a velvety laugh in response and she turned to look at Adagio who’s lips shifted into a frown instead of a smile.

“I should be going.” She commented, Adagio’s body language telling Twilight that she was feeling uncertain and out of place.

Not receiving a reply since Twilight knew anything she could add to her statement would only make it much more awkward. With a slight wave Adagio made her way towards Twilight’s door, her steps a bit more aggressive than Twilight expected.

“Uhm, wait Adagio…” Twilight said not expecting the words to fall from her mouth.

Pausing Adagio did as such turning to glance over at her one night stand. “Yes?” She offered up her hand still raised towards the doorknob before her arm fell limply to her side.

“Thank you.” Twilight said, red creeping up her face and ears.

“For what?” Adagio said incredulously. If anything she was certain Twilight should be sending her to hell for ruining her life.

“For not using this against me, even though I am the last person you wanted to see next to you this morning…” Twilight mumbled out, expelling a sigh afterwards. “You could have exposed that you were here to my friends and told them everything...exposed me for the cheater that I am.” And that was when it truly hit her. The gravity of what they had done. The anxiety raced back into her heart but Twilight fought it with a few breathing techniques. It would not do her any good to break down and be vulnerable in front of Adagio Dazzle twice in a row.

Much like a predator stalking upon its prey Adagio moved back over to Twilight realizing too quickly how her actions must have been perceived by the princess. Knowing what she would have to do, Adagio suddenly straddled Twilight’s lap which created a new kind of blush to erupt onto Twilight’s face.

“What are you-mmpf.” Anything Twilight was going to say was stopped by Adagio’s index finger.

“Listen Princess, I know that you thought I was playing nice with you this morning, but I will let this be known. I do not hide or do anything unless it benefits my sisters and I. This was a horrible mistake and it suits me much better that you and your friends stay far, far away from me!” Adagio’s gaze was intense as she glared at Twilight unlike any of the behavior she had seen of Adagio since they had woken up. Gulping because of the drastic turn of events she soon realized the threat that was leveled in her eyes.

“Stay out of my life Twilight and I will stay out of yours, it’s simple. So learn to keep a secret for me.” And that was when another conflicting feeling emerged when she felt Adagio’s warm breath tickle her left ear. All too soon the feeling left her when Adagio pushed herself off of Twilight, a bit of a grin on her face since the message had been received.

She proceeded to stare at Twilight for a moment before she sighed internally turning to leave without another word.

Not an issue Adagio, consider this my worst nightmare...Twilight thought trying to keep herself from sniffling. She knew she was just feeling extra stressed about the wedding coming up and that was all there was to it.
