Is This Heaven?

Bronycon, what most bronies would consider a sanctuary away from the outside world and a friendly get-together to just hang out and meet new people, including celebrities. They were Silver Quill, ACRaceBest, Magpie, Saberspark and even LostNarrator, some of the biggest, well-respected names. But like every Bronycon that came before, all good things had to come to an end and that's a feeling no brony likes to experience. As of right now, you were leaving the hotel you were staying at for the weekend and you were about to head off to catch your flight home when suddenly, you saw two girls who were cosplaying as Rarity and Starlight.

Your only regret was not being able to make it home safely to tell all of your friends what Bronycon was like that day.

From her soft, velvety, snow-white fur, glisten, purple mane put in a perfect, beautiful curl and sparkling sapphire eyes. Dawned upon her was a lovely baby blue, short-sleeved blouse with a matching purple skirt. This mare was none other than Rarity, the Element of Generosity.

Well, deciding to find that out later, you rose up to your feet and removed your hood in front of Rarity, but she quickly jumped back.

This massive vehicle, which is called a car in our world, misses these two people, but I got hit in the process. When you get hit by one of those, at top speed that means instant death."

Rarity is shocked beyond belief, covering her mouth with her hand. "Anon, darling. I'm so sorry that happened to you. But it was a very noble thing you did for those two people. But still, it doesn't explain how you got here," she replies, stroking her chin as she thinks. "Ooh, here's an idea, why don't we go and talk to Twilight? I'm sure she can help out with this."

"Alright," you nod. Rarity took your hand and guided you to Twilight's castle for some answers. You've seen the show plenty of times to know what her castle looks like, but this is the first time you get to see it in person. You wanted to geek out, but it was best to just stay calm.

Finally, you and Rarity arrive at the castle and boy, this place was bigger than you imagined. Approaching the front gate Rarity gently knocked three times. While waiting for somepony to open them, you took a few glances at Rarity. You still couldn’t believe that one of your favorite characters is standing right next to you and wanted to help you out. The only other pony that would make your day complete would be-

“Oh, hello there, Rarity!” Greeted another unicorn, one you instantly recognized. “What can I do for you?” Starlight Glimmer then laid her eyes on you. She opened her mouth but couldn’t find the words to speak to you.

"Apologies for the short-notice, Starlight. This is Anon, he's new here and we were wondering if you and Twilight could help finding answers to how he wound up here in Equestria," Rarity said. Starlight was then broken out of her shock.

"Well, Twilight's not here right now. She's out spending some time with her family in Canterlot. But I can help you just the same, come in," Starlight invited. You allowed Rarity to step inside of the castle first with you closing the gate behind. Following Starlight through the castle. You were absolutely starstruck that you were walking through the halls of this giant, crystal labyrinth.

If you didn't have these girls to guide you, you'd be lost. Soon, you followed Starlight into what Twilight would call "Heaven," the library. You looked around in awe. There were so many books it wouldn’t surprise you if Twilight already read them all. Starlight noticed your expression and giggled in amusement.

"Don't tell me you're a bookworm like Twilight is," Starlight said.

"I think so. How did you wind up here in the first place?" Starlight asked.

"According to legend, Queen Galaxia, or Princess Celestia's mother, has looked after all of the galaxies and seen what's become of them all. However, sometimes the life they live can be too harsh for them, so if they were to die unexpectedly, like saving others or by accident, she grants them another chance to live by sending them off to the one place that brought them so much happiness in their lives. In this case, she sent you here."

You were awestruck at this. After all this time you had a guardian angel watching over you and it was Princess Celestia’s mother of all things! This was all a little too much to take in. Grabbing the armrests of your seat rather firmly, Rarity and Starlight noticed that you were in quite a bit of a shock.

"All this time, it was Celestia's mother who brought me here. I can't believe it! If I ever see her, which might not happen, I'd so want to tell her "thank you." you said.

"I'm sure she already knows. But now that you're here, I think it's time we help you settle into your new home. Do you have a place to stay?" Starlight asked. "Also what's with the outfit you're wearing?"

"Well, no, I never thought that far ahead. Also, this is just a costume I bought from a shop in my other world because I thought it looked cool," you said.

"More like frightening. But that's alright. Starlight, I'll be taking Anon with me to my place, if you're alright with this. I have just enough room for him to live with me in my boutique," Rarity offered, like the generous lady she is.

"If that's what he wants, I won't stop you," Starlight replied before more mares looked at you.

"I… Wow, that's nice of you, Rarity. Sure, I'll come with you.” You appreciated the mare’s offer. “Is there anything I can do in return?”

"Sure. Since you'll be living under my roof, you could always help me around the shop and put my dresses and suits on display, maybe even more. Are you alright with that?" Rarity asked.

"In that case, follow me and we can start tomorrow. Starlight, thank you so much. You've been a big help. If Twilight comes back, tell her I said "hi." Rarity said as you two rose up from your seats, ready to leave.
