After finding out that she has life threatening diabetes Pinkie never felt like herself afterwards. She was more quite, and she got depressed. But one day the twins Film and Flam made a deal, they said not only will we cure your diabetes but we will make you a super hero.

As I was saying, they bought Pinkie Pie to a secret government facility where the experimented on her. These experiments gave her did give her super powers but made her really, really ugly. So now she is going to get revenge to the twins that made her life even more miserable.
