Month Five
Big Mac is sweet, like a...apple, I guess? Yeah, that works. But who would enjoy sex with an apple? Sorry, I’m getting off subject. I saved myself for after the ceremony, my friends from Our Town told me all the details about going all the way with a stallion, nudging me and calling me a lucky mare for bagging a “big” stallion. They made sure to emphasize that part.
Was I disappointed after? Well, I guess I would be writing more of a mini-erotic novel if I wasn’t. The ones where the mares would feel the stallion’s muscles before being “roughly taken,” as the novels said. Big Mac kept asking if I was okay after the ordeal, I kept nodding my head, kissing him anywhere but his lips before I turned over in bed, staring at the wall. It’s okay, not all mares like being “roughly taken.” Right?
Month Six
I wondered why I waited nearly five months for my first time. Surely a mare is ready to jump their husband on their honeymoon? I miss the days where I hung out with Night Glider in Our Town, before Starlight Glimmer showed up. She’d try my goodies, fend off the stallions that came my way, and that night when we drank too much…no, that was only experimentation. I can’t go back to that. I’ll make breakfast for Big Mac tomorrow, apple pancakes. That’ll shut him up.
Month Nine
I can’t do this anymore. I feel like my body is being violated. How do I tell him? He only does it when I give my thorough consent, but he thought this would be different. We both thought this would be different. He didn’t mean to do this, right? Should I hate him?
I don’t want to write anymore, it feels too real. Maybe I should take the counselor that Cheerilee suggested.
Month Nine ½
I talked with Cheerilee some more, she thinks I should look into my past with Night Glider. Why? We were great friends, I never wanted to leave her side, and that night we shared was one of the best nights that I’d ever...oh.
Oh no.
Month Nine ¾
After my epiphany, I started researching on papers that I will be serving to my husband. I’ll be in contact with some lawyers, but until then, there’s another plan on my mind.
Apple Bloom had dragged me to the School of Friendship, telling me about what her and her best friends do there. Any trip without Big Mac was a welcome one, so I came along and spent the whole day there. It was when Apple Bloom and her friends took me to lunch in the cafeteria that I saw a creature much bigger than the rest of her friends, with sharp horns on the sides of her head, and a bushy brown body that caught my gaze. Until my sister-in-law waved her hoof in front of my face. Looking at her once more, I had asked Apple Bloom what kind of creature I was looking at. She told me that she’s a yak named Yona. Yona, I said the name out loud, shivering at the feeling of the word rolling down my tongue.
I walked with Apple Bloom back to Sweet Apple Acres, looking her in the eye, with a fire in my chest, as I told her of my interest in becoming a student at the school. Apple Bloom grinned as she ran ahead, calling for her brother. I smiled as well, following her at a slower pace as my heart danced to the image of my latest attraction.
After eating another bland apple pie, I wrote a letter to Pinkie Pie about the faraway land she mentioned earlier, and a letter to Twilight Sparkle. If everything falls into place as I expect, I’ll become a student by the end of the month. And before our anniversary, I’ll serve the papers and move out. With or without her.
He will get what’s coming to him.
“If ya make plans with some other creature, do you cancel your plans with your friend, or pretend that you thought it was on another day?”
“What about hanging out with both of them at the same time?” Ocellus asked the earth pony teacher in front of her.
“Why would you cancel plans with the friend if you made those plans first?” Gallus tilted his head.
“Cancel both plans?” Yona suggested.
“Clearly, the other creature was worth spending time with if you didn’t consider plans with your friend before-hoof,” Sugar Belle shrugged in the desk next to Yona.
“Well, whatever decision ya make, you must always be transparent with your loved ones,” Applejack explained. “Homework tonight! If ya have a lie sitting on your mind, tell your loved one the truth, and then write the results in a paragraph for tomorrow. Dismissed.”
Applejack gave a small smile in Sugar Belle’s direction as her students stood up and left. As Yona got out of her seat, Sugar Belle stepped out of her seat at the same time.
“That honesty teacher huh?” Sugar grinned as she rubbed the back of her mane with her hoof. “Y’know I live with her?”
“Oh, are you roommates with her?” Yona asked.
“Well...I spend a lot of time with her family,” Sugar explained. “Say, what plans do you have after classes?”
“Hmmm...Yona might see Rarity about a new hairstyle with some bows at the boutique,” Yona pondered. “Or if Yona’s friends plan on all hanging out, then Yona might join in on that.”
“What do you guys usually do?” Sugar asked.
“Study sessions, card games, something Silverstream calls ‘gossip,’” Yona listed off the activities. “Which doesn’t go to many students, not after what Ocellus confessed to the two of us.”
“If you tell me, I promise it’ll stay between us,” Sugar nodded.
“Well,” Yona paused, before leaning her weight against the magenta mare. Sugar felt her chest blossoming into a warm bath of sensations as the yak’s musky breath washed over her. “Ocellus has a crush on Smolder, the dragoness in our group.”
“Dragoness?” Sugar whispered. “So your changeling friend is a lesbian?”
“Lesbian?” Yona tilted her head.
“Y’know, female loving another female?” Sugar told her. “What do you yaks call it?”
“Mates, when two yaks spend their lives together,” Yona grinned. “Yona remembers smashing wood with a lovely pair of dri from time to time. Yona didn’t realize that ponies have different words for mate.”
“Oh sure, there’s marefriend and coltfriend, bisexuals, lesbians, husbands, wives,” Sugar rattled on. “I can meet you in your dorm and tell you more if you’d like.”
“Yona would like that,” Yona decided, briefly patting Sugar’s shoulder with her hoof. “See you then, Sugar Belle.”
As soon as Yona disappeared down the hallway, Sugar pumped a hoof in the air, considering her latest conversation with the yak a success. Trotting to Fluttershy’s class, Sugar felt like her hooves were walking on clouds.
Her classes couldn’t end quick enough.
Seven Minutes in Yakyakistan
The bell went off, indicating the end of her last class that day. Sugar Belle hopped off her chair, galloping past her classmates and into the hallways, not stopping until she entered the special dormrooms for the transfer students.
Walking to the end of the doors, Sugar firmly knocked her hoof against the door several times. As she felt the ground beneath her shake from movement on the other side of the door, she glanced at her wobbly reflection in the doorknob. Smiling as she took a step back, the mini-earthquakes stopped as the door flung open.
“Yona here on time,” Yona grinned. “Yona pretended to be sick to get here ten minutes early.”
Sugar’s body radiated that familiar warmth that she felt whenever the shaggy creature talked, and she trotted past Yona and into her room. On the bottom bunk bed in Yona’s room was a great amount of brown hair, while the top bed was made neatly.
“Yona shares room with Ocellus,” Yona explained. “Although her and Silverstream are talking with Twilight about switching.”
“I’m guessing Silverstream shares a room with Smolder?” Sugar asked. Yona nodded.
“So…” Yona glanced at her wall. “What’s a marefriend?”
“It’s a female pony mate,” Sugar attempted to explain. “Wait, no, wife is more accurate for that. Ponies have a long...courting period where they get to know each other better, and marriage makes the relationship more official. Marefriends and coltfriends are in that kind of courtship before-hoof, does that make any sense?”
“Can the males steal the marefriend?” Yona tilted her head. “Like in Yakyakistan?”
“Not without her permission,” Sugar replied. “The relationships here are mostly based on a mutual understanding and desire to be together. Whether that be for love, money, or obligation…”
“Like your marriage to Big Mac?”
Sugar froze, feeling her blood turning to ice as she stared at the yak with her dropped jaw. Yona’s olive eyes blinked back at her, sending her heart skidding on the ice.
“Applejack might’ve mentioned it to me as I was returning to my dormroom,” Yona elaborated. “Said she thought of you two as a match made in Canterlot, so there’s mutual desire there. Right?”
Sugar felt the gears turning in her head as she thought back to their homework assignment from Applejack’s class. She grit her teeth and pushed her hooves further into the carpet at her latest realization.
That bitch.
“Actually, I don’t like him,” Sugar stared into Yona’s eyes. “At all.”
“Then why did you marry him?” Yona whispered.
“I thought I was supposed to take a male as a mate,” Sugar explained. “They push that in your culture too, right?”
“Yes,” Yona frowned.
“But when we had sex, I felt awful. Like I was being slammed over and over again into a wall,” Sugar felt tears gathering in her eyes, feeling her body shaking, “And I wanted to be with a mare, but my family, my friends thought I’d be happier with some stallion!”
“Hmm,” Yona looked away.
“What?” Sugar asked, wiping the tears from her eyes.
“Yona’s friends are trying to set her up with Sandbar,” Yona shrugged. “He’s nice pony, but Yona wonders what…”
Yona looked at Sugar Belle and flinched, stumbling over to pull her in her hairy embrace.
“Don’t cry, Sugar,” Yona whispered, patting her floofy mane with her rough hoof. “I understand.”
“You do?” Sugar gasped.
Yona moved back, staring into Sugar Belle’s eyes with an intensity that sent a jolt throughout the unicorn’s body. Was...was she moving closer? Sugar Belle felt the warmth in her body quickly spiraling into an inferno, as all she smelled was the musk that caused juices to run onto the carpet-
“Yona!” Ocellus called through the still-open door. “Want to come play games with the rest of us?”
“Um,” Yona bit her lip, glancing at Sugar Belle before turning to meet Ocellus’ gaze. “Can yak bring pretty pony with?”
“Sure!” Ocellus chirped, turning around and walking out the door. “The more, the merrier!”
Yona looked back at Sugar Belle with a wide grin of pearly whites that nearly blinded the magenta pony. Sugar closed her legs over her glistening cherry, her ears flattening as she frowned. Sure, Yona was no stallion, but now could she not smell it?
“Everything okay, Sugar Belle?” Yona asked.
“More than okay,” Sugar’s smile returned as quickly as it left. She stood on her four hooves and followed the yak out of her room and into the open door two doors down, entering what she assumed was Gallus and Sandbar’s room. Sandbar rested on the bottom bunk, his head perking up as he glanced in Yona’s direction.
“Hey Yona,” Sandbar waved, jumping off the bed. “The girls and Gallus were playing Monopoly, want to join?”
“Monopoly?” Yona asked.
“It’s a Griffonstone game, only we usually use real bits,” Gallus explained. “Smolder thought it was a good idea to use all our belongings, and now she has all the blue spaces.”
Sugar Belle glanced at the orange dragon, grinning with her sharp teeth as she had several articles of clothing and other items curled up in her tail. Holding back a groan, Sugar rested on the bed beside Sandbar as Yona learned the basics of the game.
After an hour or so, Sugar jumped out of the bed as soon as she heard they were playing Spin the Bottle. She saw Sandbar jump off the bed as well, shooting a look at the stallion, although he didn’t glance at her. He trotted over to sit on Yona’s left, and the unicorn sat on Yona’s right.
“How does this work again?” Ocellus asked.
“You just kiss the creature the bottle lands on, on the lips or cheek,” Sandbar explained. “Right now, I’ll go and…”
Sandbar glanced at Yona, before putting his hooves on the bottle and spinning it. The bottle landed on Smolder, and Sandbar stood up. Smolder snorted and glanced away as Sandbar gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.
“Like that,” Sandbar nodded.
“Yona want to try!” Yona stomped her hooves, before Sandbar stopped her.
“Be gentle with the bottle,” he whispered. “It’s made of glass.”
“I’ll go,” Gallus shrugged, spinning the bottle. As it landed on Sandbar, the griffon’s eyes widened.
The moment didn’t last long though, as the blue griffon flew to Sandbar and pressed his beak against the stallion’s lips. As Gallus walked away after kissing Sandbar for half a minute, Yona broke the silence.
“This reminds me of Seven Minutes in Yakyakistan!” Yona said. “We’d spin the branch, and whoever was paired up spent seven minutes snogging in a yurt!”
“We don’t have a yurt though…” Smolder frowned.
“We can use the closet!” Silverstream squealed. “Best idea ever!”
Sugar felt her heart going into overdrive as Yona gently placed her hooves on the bottle.
“Yona’s turn,” Yona whispered, spinning the bottle faster than the others before her.
Sugar thought quickly, hiding her horn in her mane before using her magic to slowly stop the bottle on her. Sandbar’s jaw dropped briefly before he looked away, and Yona glanced over at Sugar Belle.
“Well,” Yona smirked. “Shall we?”
Sugar nodded, using her magic to create additional space in the small closet. Shutting the closet door behind them, Sugar pressed her lips against Yona’s. As she pulled out of the kiss, staring into Yona’s awed expression, the yak leaned forward.
“Yak don’t know much,” Yona began. “But she does know when pony use magic.”
Sugar’s mouth slowly opened into a gasp, only for the yak to tackle her to the ground, pushing her tongue into the unicorn’s mouth. Sugar’s tongue caressed the yak’s much longer and thicker tongue, feeling Yona pawing at her body.
“Why stop at snogging?” Sugar asked as she removed herself from the kiss. Yona glanced at the closet door briefly, before pressing her hoof firmly against Sugar’s pussy. Sugar Belle let out a feminine gasp, blushing as she covered her mouth with one hoof.
“That’s it, I’m out,” Sugar and Yona heard Smolder say from outside the closet, followed by several other voices.
“Sandbar, do something!”
"Can I join?"
Sugar grinned as she created a soundproof magical barrier around the closet entrance, bucking her hips into Yona’s clumsy touch.
“Less force, Yona,” Sugar whispered. “Like you’re stirring something, do it like-”
Sugar used her magic to move Yona’s hoof around her pussy in a gentle circular motion.
“Yona got it,” Yona nodded, and Sugar Belle stopped her magical hold on the yak. “How long has unicorn pined for yak?”
“Several weeks,” Sugar gasped, feeling her excitement and the beating of her heart dancing inside her body. “Shut up and kiss me.”
Yona lunged forward, using her free hoof to push Sugar into another sloppy kiss. As Yona licked in and outside of her mouth, Sugar Belle felt even more lust from the senseless movements. Screaming into Yona’s mouth, Sugar felt her orgasm come all over Yona’s hoof.
“Yona don’t hear friends anymore,” Yona whispered.
“We can’t hear them,” Sugar walked around and started running her hoof rapidly around the yak’s big snatch. “But they can definitely hear us.”
Yona let out a sharp gasp as she felt excitement running throughout her whole body, as well as the pony’s hoof pushing inside her pussy.
“Wait, Sugar…” Yona turned to look at the smirking unicorn. “I’m a virgin.”
“Are you not ready?” Sugar asked.
“I am ready, I just…” Yona gulped, before staring at the yak. “Please don’t be gentle.”
Sugar’s eyes widened for a moment, before she pushed half of her leg inside Yona’s pussy. Pulling most of her leg out, Yona let out a loud moan as she pushed half her leg inside again. Thrusting her hoof in and out of Yona’s pussy, Yona thrusted her hips back to meet Sugar Belle’s hoof.
“Yona love lesbian fucking!” Yona screamed, nearly knocking Sugar Belle over with her sporadic thrusts. “More!”
Sugar bit down on Yona’s tail as she went faster. Yona let out another loud noise at the double stimulation, stomping her hooves. Sugar then used her magic to stimulate all of Yona’s nipples. Coming to a climax from the triple stimulation, the feelings that Yona couldn’t originally place became all too clear in the moment.
“Yona love Sugar Belle!” Yona cried out, buckets of her yak-cum splashing all over Sugar Belle’s body. Sugar Belle opened her mouth, catching as much of it as she could before the cum-fall stopped. Yona flipped around, beginning to lick the musky cum off Sugar’s body.
“Sorry about that,” Yona blushed as she stopped.
“You love me?” Sugar asked in a soft whisper, to which Yona nodded.
“Yona would love to be mates, lesbians, or whatever you call it, with you,” Yona confessed, holding Sugar’s hoof in her own. “Do you accept?”
“I do,” Sugar kissed Yona’s nose as she let down the magical barrier, feeling magical sparks that reminded her of a simpler time in Our Town. They both smiled as they stared into each other’s eyes. The closet door opened, and a wide-eyed Twilight Sparkle stared at the two of them from the other side.
“Well,” Sugar glanced at Yona. “We handle this together?”
Yona’s smile lit up the entire space around her.
“Together,” Yona agreed.
Sugar Belle and Yona sat in Twilight's office several feet apart as the purple alicorn paced around her desk with a frown as she stared at the ground.
"What am I going to tell Applejack?" Twilight whimpered.
"Something tells me you don't have to worry about that," Sugar shrugged. "Aren't you supposed to be the principal and keep your feelings out of it?"
"You be quiet," Twilight hissed under her breath.
"No," Sugar Belle puffed her chest as she stood on her four hooves. "Almost a year of putting up with that stallion, and now I've discovered who I am. Yona has discovered who she is. I'll be damned if I deny myself happiness."
"You could've told him, and not have done any of this," Twilight waved her hoof in Yona's direction. "We both know it was never just self-discovery."
"Yona doesn't see how this is any different from yak customs," Yona frowned. "Me and Big Mac can fight for her if we must-"
"You will do no such thing," Twilight growled.
"I know what I did," Sugar stared right at Twilight's soured expression. "And I will tell Big Macintosh. Not you. He is still my husband."
Twilight's mouth hung open as she stared at the unicorn, before she sighed and looked away.
"Very well," Twilight decided. "But your place as a student here is under review."
"What?"
"Let's not pretend, Sugar Belle. You didn't exactly come to this school to make friends, did you?" Twilight glanced over her shoulder, her eyes narrowed and ears flattened.
"I did make a friend!" Sugar protested, using her magic to pull Yona to her side. "And I can make more friends, I promise."
"Yona still student at School of Friendship, right?" Yona asked.
"You two are dismissed," Twilight responded, her horn lighting up.
Before either one of them could protest, they landed outside the School of Friendship on the dirt.
"Fuck," Sugar groaned. "I didn't think about Twilight before I joined."
"So pretty pony became student for me?" Yona asked, batting her eyelashes.
"You could say that," Sugar leaned against her lover, blushing. Yona wrapped her foreleg around Sugar's shoulders and gave her forehead a wet smooch.
"What do we do now?" Yona asked.
"Well, I want to go to Sugarcube Corner and visit my mentor," Sugar decided. "Enjoy some sweets with you, before everything breaks loose. Is...is that okay with you?"
"Whatever makes pretty pony happier," Yona kissed Sugar Belle's cheek before getting up. "Lead the way."
Sugar trotted towards Sugarcube Corner, embracing the moments of freedom alongside her new lover, knowing that the moment she'd tell Big Mac would become the slaughter of her reputation in this town. She thought about Our Town for a moment, before she shook her head.
Celestia knows how Night Gilder and the others might take the news.
Sugar opened the door for Yona, following her inside. Mrs. Cake grinned at her apprentice.
"Hey sweetie, how was school?" Mrs. Cake asked.
"Well, I should tell you, before somepony else does," Sugar sighed. "I'm planning on divorcing Big Mac, for this beautiful creature here. I don't love him, and you will hear horrible stuff about me. But I'm a good pony, Mrs. Cake."
"Say no more," Mrs. Cake waved her hoof, before glancing at Yona. "You'll take care of her through this?"
"Yona promises on all the wood in the world," Yona nodded.
"Then that's all I need to believe," Mrs. Cake nodded. "Let me give you two some sweets to try, I got some new mint chocolate brownies that'll blow your mind."
"Th-Thank you, Mrs. Cake," Sugar whispered as the blue mare walked back into the kitchen, before turning back to Yona. "I'll be telling Big Mac everything tonight. But you don't have to go."
"Mates stick together," Yona told her. "Big pony won't hurt you."
"Not physically, anyway," Sugar frowned.
The small unicorn and her big yak lover enjoyed mint brownies and strawberry shortcake as the sunset rested on them through the windows. After downing six pieces of the two desserts, Yona got up and followed Sugar Belle. Mrs. Cake wished them luck, and said she would pray to Celestia.
Yona saw her mate walking into a pathway surrounded by apple trees, her steps slower than usual. Yona kept her head high and puffed her chest as she stared at the barn.
"Yona stand by you," Yona said, never taking her eyes off the barn. "I promise."
Sugar gave a quiet "thank you" before watching her husband walk out of the barn, giving a small smile at his wife. Sugar didn't even hold back the glare she gave him.
Told you that you'd get what you deserve.
