Spike's Quest

"Okay I'm gonna need everypony I can get. Rarity get me some thread, Rainbow Dash go get some water from the river and don't let those spotters see you. I'm going to need you also Fluttershy, put as much pressure as you as you can onto his chest." Nurse Redheart called out orders to the ponies in the room and they left as she called them.

Fluttershy pressed down onto Spikes tail while Nurse Redheart, assisted by Rarity sewed spikes tail wound shut. His eyes shot opened, but quickly shut as he went back into unconsciousness. Fluttershy lifted his leg and snapped his ankle back into place causing the baby dragon to wake once again more blood came out onto the table he laid on, his heart rate increasing dramatically.

"Where am I?!" He was quickly pinned back onto the table by Fluttershy.

"Spike I'm gonna need you to hold still while we finish." The nurse said  holding onto his hand.

"But what's going on, where's Twilight, why was I buried behind the library?"

Nurse Redheart circled her hoof around spikes opened chest, "I don't know how you even managed to live under ground with no air or food and this hoof sized hole in your chest. We're going to need a donor to fill his missing scales so we can properly seal this thing."

Fluttershy quickly left the room and returned seconds later with Tank. "We can use Tank's shell, it might not be as strong as Spike's scales but it should be good enough."

Spike lifted his head, "Wait what are you doing?"

"Someone put him out." Fluttershy twisted his neck then gasped realizing she shouldn't had done that.

"good thinking Fluttershy." Nurse Redheart said trying to reassure the yellow pegasus."Don't worry about it, he'll be better off asleep, even if it wasn't the way that I would've handled it. Now you all can go, I'm sure that you have other things to do."

Fluttershy quickly flew out of the room and down the stairs where Granny Smith and a lot of younger ponies sat around listing to granny smith's stories. "Granny Smith have you seen Scootaloo anywhere?" The elderly pony pointed out toward the Cutie Mark Crusader Clubhouse. "Thank you," Fluttershy timidly left the room receiving stares, she had interrupted their story."

Fluttershy flew up to the out to the tree house but was stopped, by Snips and Snails.

"No one is allowed to see the Cutie Mark Crusaders." Snips said stopping Fluttershy with his hoof.

"Snips, Snails get outta here. You're not our security guards, get!" Applebloom shouted at the two colts."Come on in Fluttershy."

Fluttershy moved passed the two colts and up into the girls clubhouse. She scanned the room and aside from a few decapitated creatures everything seemed normal. She saw Scootaloo sitting on the floor talking with Sweetie Belle and trotted over. "Scootaloo, how did you find Spike?"

Scootaloo was expecting this question,"Well you see the creatures had me completely cornered by the school and I lost my scooter when I fell of of it by Sugar Cube Corner, and right before they realized I was alive they turn and run to the library. Now I know I should've  came right back but, I also know they only respond to sound and Ponyville has been quite for about a month now, so somepony had to make a noise to move them. That's when I see them ripping spike in half and decide to get their attention."

"Okay, Scootaloo, but how did find him, was he infected?"

Scootaloo sat up and rubbed her head, "Well I really didn't check. I was just so happy he was up and moving, well he wasn't really up he was crawling but still, he seemed okay."

"Okay he seemed, okay, but was he infected. I'm sorry but it's really hard to believe that Spike just comes back from the dead and doesn't even have the slightest infection. I'm happy he's here, but still."

A siren went off outside and they all looked outside, "White flag!" Applebloom said grabbing Applejack's lasso. "Come on Creature Slayers!"

Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle followed Applebloom outside to the orchard. Pinkie Pie was up in the watch tower pointing toward the direction of Ponyville. Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle  ran in the opposite direction while Applebloom ran toward the direction Pinkie Pie had pointed to. There was only one creature it must've heard something on the farm loud enough to reach Ponyville.

Applebloom threw her lasso and wrapped it around one of the Creature's scythe like hooves. She ran up to it dodging it's free hoof and weaved around it's hind legs, she pulled tightly causing the Creature to fall on it's face, another hoof sprouted from it's side and stabbed Applebloom right in her flank. It twirled the filly up in the air before slamming her down onto the ground. Applebloom's  grip loosened and the Creature stood above her and tried to sink it's hooves into her once more.

Applebloom rolled to the side and saw Scootaloo out the corner of her eye and ran to her, "Where's Sweetie Belle?"

Scootaloo pointed further down the trail toward the farm, "She's finishing cutting the tree down we just gotta-" They were interrupted as the Creature miss judged the creature their position and crushed the ground in front of them. "It's a trap," Scootaloo said running.

Applebloom tried to keep up, but the surprise attack on her flank took it's toll and greatly slowed her down. She limped as fast as she could a deep throbbing pain accompanied every step she took, but she manage to barely stay ahead of the creature. Scootaloo passed the tree that Sweetie Belle stood ready to push onto the creature and got into position to hep push.

Apple quickly galloped the last few meters and slumped down just passed Sweetie Belle's trap. The creature stopped above Applebloom and was just about to bring it's hooves down onto her when, the tree snapped. It looked at the tree as it came crashing down onto him. Applebloom found herself covered in the creature's bright pink blood and it's bleached white shell like hooves.

Applebloom started wide eyed as it still continued to move under the fallen apple tree, several hooves erupted from it's body and lifted tried to lift the tree off itself only to have it fall back on top of it, crushing it even more,

Scootaloo touched Applebloom's shoulder, "Since when  do they do that?"

"I don't know scootaloo, just help me back the the house." She removed the hoof she had been holding to he flank allowing the blood to flow freely for a moment before closing it back up. "That thing really pulled a fast one on me, huh Scootaloo?"

I always wanted to do a CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS ZOMBIE SLAYERS GO!!!  Thing but, meh creature slayers arn't that far off from zombies, still kinda working on why the Creatures are in Equestria and I'm 70% positive the people who made falling skies don't know why the skitters are there but they're still rolling with it. :3

and I am working on a falling skies story, won't be a crossover since you can't prove to me that there  are not Skitters in the Equstrian universe, I can prove they're there.
