Spike's Quest

Just introducing a new Monster, I'm having fun thinking of them.

Rainbow Dash landed at Sweet Apple Acres,and waved to Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie raised the White flag once again. Scootaloo and Applebloom hadn't even made it back to the farm yet, when they saw it go up. Pinkie Pie pointed toward the sky and the girls looked up to see giant one-eyed Creatures with bat wings, a long menacing tongues with two talons as feet, there had to be at least six of them.

Scootaloo and Sweetie Belle helped Applebloom into the coverage of the trees so she could make her way back to the farm safely. Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo ran back to their clubhouse and grabbed a bunch of ropes. They started running back toward the farm when a group of pegasus met them halfway.

"What's taking you all so long!" A cherry colored mare shouted, taking a rope from Sweetie Belle. The rest of the pegasus took the ropes from the rest of the pegasus took ropes from the girls and took to the sky. The cherry coated mare flew straight at the first of monsters, but dipped under it causing it to try and follow her movement. She came back over the top of the beast then, back down tying it up in the rope

She started to fly down to the ground dragging the creature down with her. Another pegasus beside her had failed the tying maneuver and started to be sucked into the creatures one giant eye. She quickly flew over and started to wrestle the Spotter for the Grey coated pegasus. Not paying attention to the Spotter she had tied up, it's eye opened and started to pull her in also.

All around them the pegasi were being pulled into the one-eyed monsters. The Cherry coated mare looked down toward the ground and saw that they were positioning the catapults, but they weren't ready yet. She noticed that she and the other pegasus holding onto her weren't moving any more, the Spotters couldn't pull them both in at once.

"Hold onto each other everypony!" She shouted holding onto the other Pegasus. The other Pegasus started to look around with it's crossed eyes as if she wasn't entirely sure as to what was going on. Rocks started to fly into the air and hit the Spotters  that held the two pegasus. The grey pegasus quickly tied the Spotter like she was supposed to the first time and started flying toward the ground with the cherry coated mare.

They landed and the earth ponies quickly swarmed in wielding big sticks and started to smash the Spotters wings. They hissed loudly and lashed out with their talons. They stood standing on but as they lifted one off the ground to slash out at the ponies they lost their balance and fell to the ground. Their large red-veined eyes started to turn into a darkened void. The ponies turned and retreated back to the farm.

The ground shook as the Spotters started to implode taking anything in a ten meter radius with them. There were still pegasi up in the air trying to tie up the last two Spotters.

"Derpy what was that, you could've gotten us both killed?!" The Cherry coated mare shouted at Derpy.

"I'm sorry Honeysuckle, I didn't think it would move that fast." She looked toward the ground, then perked up."At least I managed to tie the knot this time."

Honeysuckle shook her head and walked away from Derpy. Derpy started to untie the Spotter she had brought to the ground. Once she had got the rope off the monster  she turned and started to head toward the Crusader's clubhouse. She saw Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo looking rather depressed. She walked up beside them and slumped down on the ground next to them.

"What's wrong with you?" Scootaloo asked Derpy as she sat beside them.

"Nothing. It's just that every time I try to help out around here I end up causing more problems. When I tried apple bucking I ended up smashing more apples then I brought in, it wasn't my fault they were squished. And when I tried going into Ponyville to get supplies for the farm I ended up being saved by you girls. And I'm getting better at Spotter wrangling, but I fell like the other pegasus don't want me there.

"Why don't you help us out miss hooves? We could use more member, so long as those new members aren't Snips and Snails." Sweetie Belle said trying to reassure Derpy.

"Oh. I'd love to help you girls but I don't feel like messing with those Creatures." Derpy curled her hooves trying to mimic the Creatures Scythe like hooves.

"Oh they're not that Scary Derpy, they are just like normal ponies but they have a shell instead of fur, and those claw things instead of hooves."

"No Sweetie Belle It's much more than that." Derpy said standing  up. "They're evil and just as big as Celestia, wherever she may be. They can hear your heart beating and like to eat them. Not to mention the infected, I know they're gone now but that doesn't mean that they wont be back and I don't feel like being caught up in that again, what would Dinky say?"

"Well I guess that makes sense, my sister didn't approve at all about the Creature Slayers, but in the end she agreed to let me do it. As long as I don't get close enough for them to hear me."

"Yea and I would've did it regardless because nopony disagreed about me doing it." Scootaloo said triumphantly. "And don't forget Applebloom, her sister is the one who encouraged it and gave Applebloom her lasso."

Derpy nodded, "I guess I could try the creature slaying thing with you girls."

"Cool, but you can't be a Cutie Mark Crusader, that's our thing. Why don't we go see how Applebloom is doing?" Sweetie Belle said making her way toward the barn.

"Hey wait up Sweetie Belle!" Scootaloo shouted chasing after her friend. Derpy shrugged and headed inside the girl's clubhouse.

Did anyone else notice how I just forgot all about Rainbow Dash? O.O Need to find something for her to do or something to make her go away, I can't kill her. You never know when you'll need Rainbow Dash around. Also I need to say something about why the ponies are at sweet apple acres, I guess that I'll say something about it when I wake Spike up.-Still not editing :3
