Spiders and Darkness: The Friendship Games

The Condor flies out of the school with Principal Cinch. She begans to toy with Cinch with dropping and catching her all over the city.

"Hooligan! Why are you doing this?! What did I ever do to you"?! Cinch demanded an explanation.

The Condor gets pissed at the remarke and shouts "I told you! I'm the Condor! As for why, you don't remember? You humiliated me in front of my peers and expelled me for showing my flight suit"!

"What?! That's what this is about?! You were being full of yourself and you needed to be taught a lesson"!

"WRONG"!!! Condor stops in place. "It's YOU who needs to be taught a lesson"!

Condor proceeds to drop Principal Cinch and leave her to fall to her death. But before she hit the ground, a figure catches her just in time.

"What the"?! Condor looks in confusion.

The figure reveals to be Funnel Web.

"Woah there! you ladies like to play hot potato hard core" Funnel Web quips as he swings away with Prinicpal Cinch in his arms.

"W-What is this"?! The Condor asked as she flies after Funnel Web. "These skies are mine, now"!

"You might be right. I really just rent" Funnel Web said.

"What are you talking about? Put me down you menace"!!! Cinch demanded.

"Oh come on! Do all adults think a guy in a good looking mask is a menace? You are the bossiest damsel in distress I've ever rescued. Also, the meanist, and the heviest, but not the first".

"Who are you"?! The Condor asked

"Why, I'm the Spectaular Funnel-Web of course"!

Condor charges at Funnel Web but he manages to jump over her just in time.

"Funnel Web? I thought Spider-Man was the only spider person"!

"Oh Come on! Why does everone compare me to Spider-Man?! Seesh, I need a new press agent".

Funnel Web thinks about the situation. The Condor's fast. Fast as a peragrine falcon, fastest bird on the planet, but even nastier. Gotta think fast. Maybe she thinks like a bird. He looks around to see.......a giant dart billboard at a local bar.

"Huh...convienent" Funnel Web thought to himself.

So, he throws Cinch into the air and webs her safely on top of a house. Now that's taken care of, time to get the Condor's attention.

"YO, frogface, over here! Or are you a chicken? BAWK-BAWK" Funnel Web shouted at the condor.

"Why you son of a-" Condor shouted as she flies towards Funnel Web.

Good. He was counting on it. He landed in the middle of the billboard, waiting for Condor to strike.

"Wait for it.....wait for it......gotta time this" Funnel Web thought to himself as he prepares to get ready.

"I'm gonna make you eat those words you sorry sack of-" Condor shouted

"NOW"!

Funnel Web jumped out of the way just in time for the Condor to hit the billboard, face first and crashed.

"Bullseye"! Funnel Web shouted with triumph.

Condor gets up from the wreckage, looking like crap.

"FREEZE! This is the Police! Put your hands up" the cops shouted, surrounding her.

"You fools think you can stop me?! I'm the Condor! I control the skies"! She said as she began to fly off.

But something went wrong. Her wings. They began to malfunction and shut down! They got too damaged during the crash.

"NO! MY WINGS"!!! She shouted and she fell on her butt on the ground. "This is not fair! You'll pay for this Funnel Web! YOU HEAR ME?! YOU WILL-"

"FALCON PUNCH" Funnel Web shouts as he knocks her out with a single punch. "SHOW YA MOVES"!

The police drag the unconcious villain away as a few of them look at Funnel Web with a little confusion. Should they aresst him? Should they let him go? Funnel Web swinged off before the police could make their decisions.

While swining back towards the school, something catches his eye. A flying....monster flying across the city?

"Oh! what now"? Funnel Web asked with annoyance in his voice.

When he got a closer look, he couldn't believe his eyes.

"What the hell is that"?! Funnel Web shouted.

The monster heard him a whole bunch more of those creatures appeared. They began to charge at him and Funnel Web swings off in a mild panic. Funnel Web looks behind to see that the monsters are chasing him. He starts shooting web at them but the deflect and keep coming. He's running out of options. He needs a distraction. He looks around to see......a water tower!

"AHA! That's it"! he says. "But how am I gonna get them over there"?

He thinks for a quick second and figures something out!

"Wait! I almost forgot"!

He pulls out a small mechnical-like ball.

"Now's a good time to test this prototype! But first"!

He strips one of his sleeves to reveal a watch.

"Come on. This has to work".

He pushes a button and turns comepletley invisible. Then he throws the ball right next to the water tower. Once it landed, the ball shined a bright light to show a hologram of himself, taunting the creatures. The monsters fly at him right on time. As he uses his key-like sword to slash the metal parts of the water tower as it falls and crushes the monsters.

"OH YEAH! Funnel Web one, dark monsters zero" he shouted as he started to do the floss.

"Heartless" a mysterious voice said.

"Huh"? Funnel Web turns around to see a woman in a strange costume.

"They are called Heartless" The woman explained.

"Who are you, if you don't mind me asking, madame"?

"Ava....my name is Ava" The woman said.

"Wait....I know you. Aren't you that lady that disappeared in that fairy tale"?

"I asssure you that I'm not a fairy tale. Listen, those heartless are gonna keep coming for you. A man known as Ansem is trying to hunt you down. I don't know why, but he is. That is my warning. Lay low for a while".

"Yeah right! If this "Ansem" guy wants to hunt me down, let him. I'm not gonna back down from a fight. A woman once told me that 'With Great Power Comes Great Responisbility' and I plan to stick with that".

"....Very well.....until we meet again, Funnel Web".

Ava begins to walk away until Funnel Web stops her.

"WAIT!.......why did you leave your union"? he asks her.

"...............Because I had a role".

Ava jumps off the building and disappears out of plain sight. What did she mean by 'a role'? Funnel Web then he realizes that he needs to head back to the school. His friends are worried sick. He swings off and is prepared for a giant lecture when he gets there.
