Celestia's Foalhood

*BOOM*

The large door to Friendship Castle slammed behind Princess Twilight Sparkle as she nearly galloped through the main room.

“Oh, no! I didn’t mean to keep Celestia waiting this long!” The lilac alicorn worried to herself as she ran into one of the hallways. “Now she’s going to think I’m really irresponsible!” She kept running through the hallways until she finally arrived at her personal quarters, where she told her mentor would be waiting.

She opened the door in abject fear to what the white princess would think of her, only to be greeted by a sight that she could hardly comprehend; Princess Celestia holding her hoof at an angle above her and making a low whooshing sound as if she was acting out a fantasy, focusing on it as she moved slowly through the room. She moved and spun her hoof around slightly in relation to her body as she continued fantasizing, going for a while until she eventually bumped her hoof into wall.

“Awww...” She lamented, disappointed with her fantasy ending as she laid down and splayed her legs around her, seeming rather bored.

“C-Celestia?!” Twilight asked in utter confusion and shock.

The other alicorn pulled her head up and looked over at her. “Oh, hi, Twilight!” She responded gleefully as she got up and trotted over to her.

“W-w-what?!” The lilac pony yelled, still entirely bewildered.

“Is everything alright, Twilight?” Celestia asked as she crouched down slightly and looked at the other mare in concern.

“Y-you’re acting like a foal!” Twilight shouted in response, to which the white princess squinted in light confusion. “Y-you’re supposed to be professional! You’re the ruler of Equestria! You’re my mentor, and practically my mother!” She retorted.

The elder alicorn looked down for a few seconds, attempting to process what was said. She eventually looked up and replied, “Well, I think if I’m really acting like a foal, then it would be better if you were the mother...” She paused for a moment, adding a tad of drama before finishing, “Mommy.”

At that one comment, Twilight felt so much confusion and shock that her eyes rolled back up in her head and she passed out.
