Final Fantasy VII: Avalanche of Harmony

"Give 'em hell!" Barret roared as he fired his weapon at a pack of Timberwolves.

The team was currently fighting on all sides, Barret was fighting Timberwolves to their north. Jessie and Biggs were also fighting Timberwolves but to the west, while Wedge was guarding Aerith and Red XIII. Tifa was fighting a Manticore to their east. And Cloud was fighting an Ursa Major to their south. Nearby was the Castle of the Two Sisters.

Cloud collided his sword with the Ursa Major's claws then leaped as the Ursa Major swiped at him a second time and while running up its arm, his sword glowed a blue flaming aura.

Braver!

Cloud jumped again this time front flipping forward to deliver a powerful overhead strike that cleaved through the Ursa Major's ear, eyes, and the sword left the other side of its face, the Ursa Major roared in pain but Cloud wasn't done, he bounced off the Ursa Major nose and readied another attack.

"Sloppy," Cloud said as his sword glowed a blue flaming aura a second time.

Braver!

Cloud cleaved through the Ursa Major's skull and brain, killing almost instantly. Wedge then tossed Jessie his grenade launcher, "Alright, it's fully loaded with fire rounds per request! Let 'em have it!" Wedge yelled.

"The M-40 goes Thunk!" Jessie yelled as she fired at the Timberwolves, either blasting them to bits with a direct hit or setting them ablaze with the fires made by the blast, the area was devoid of plant life from the ball crashing down so the fires didn't spread.

"Heh, guess it's my turn!" Barret said, then Barret charges up his gun, creating an orb of energy in front of the barrel.

Focused Shot!

Barret then forcefully blasted it at his targets, blowing the Timberwolves to smithereens. Tifa dodged and weaved through the Manticore's attacks, "I'm up next then!" Tifa said, then delivered an uppercut to then spins in the air, and slams down with her feet.

Divekick!

Tifa's attack crushed the Manticore's skull like a nut to a nutcracker. "Good work everyone."

Cloud and friends find and entered the ruins of the Castle of the Two Sisters, Jessie and Biggs searched the kitchen for anything edible, but all they found was some bird eggs from some strangely large but easy to scare birds, so they found some pots, cleaning the near 60 layers of dust off them, and starting a fire, the group had some large hard-boiled eggs.

"Alright, Wedge, you, Red, and I are sharing, Jessie is sharing with Aerith, and our three fighters here are getting one for themselves," Biggs said as he handed out the eggs.

"Why do we get a full egg?" Cloud asked as he was given one.

"We're the front line! Since we're the ones best suited to fight the bigger baddies that head our way!" Barret yelled before taking a bite from his egg, only to spit it out as he failed to remember to remove the eggshell, the others laughed at Barret's expense.

Red XIII catches a scent, the smell of hair care products and horse sweat, it wasn't close enough to worry about but they closing the distance, but before Red could speak, Biggs spoke, "Also, this place might be inhabited by quadrupeds." Biggs pulled forward a set of armor resembling a pony's shape.

"That's plate mail, no way some wild animal could make that, so these ponies are most certainly sentient," Cloud said as he tossed

"Yes, also I believe some are headed this way," Red said alerting the group.

"Can you tell how long until they get here?" Barret asked before quickly eating his egg, this time without the shell.

"5 minutes at best," Red said.

Then Cloud stood up then said, "Let's try to not start a fight, the last thing we need is to waste our supplies from fighting."

"Cloud's got a point, we made have high-grade Elixers but we've only got around 4 or 5 left, and we're down two fighters because one won't stay still for us to remove the spike so the Elixer can heal him and one needs a day or two or a Pheinox Down to recover her Mana," Wedge said.

Barret scratched his beard and said, "So we've wont to avoid a fight? If it means the safety of this team, fine by me."

The Mane 6 were currently walking past the crater, Pinkie was being held by Twilight's magic to keep her from trying to roll down the incline into the crater. "But Twilight!" Pinkie whined.

"For the last time Pinkie, we're not here to roll in craters, we've got to figure out if whatever came out of that crater is dangerous or not!" Twilight said.

Then the Elements glowed as they turned away from the crater, making them think they needed to leave, but a swift flash happened inside the crater under the rubble. Suddenly the mane 6 came across the remains of Avalanche's battle.

"Uhhh... I think we can call it dangerous now, darlings." Rarity said with fear in her voice.

Applejack pointed at the bodies as she counted them then said, "An Ursa Major, a fully grown Manticore, and about 10 or 14 Timberwolf packs. Oh yeah, it's dangerous." the 5 didn't even need to look at Fluttershy to know she wasn't happy about this.

"Well, these things aren't exactly known for a warm welcome, maybe the creature did it in self-defense," Rainbow said before feeling Fluttershy's glaring a hole into the back of her head.

"THAT'S NO EXCUSE!!!" Fluttershy roared.

Twilight sighed, then noticed footprints in the dirt, she said, "Girls, let's these tracks, maybe we'll find the pony who did this."

The mane 6 followed the tracks until they came to Castle of the Two Sisters, where Wedge spotted them out the window, he whispered to his team, "Guys! We've got company!"

"Alright, so who's going out there to talk to 'em?" Barret said, then as if on command, everyone looked at Cloud, to which he groaned before standing up and walking to the door.

"Excuse me! I'd like to speak to whoever is inside there!" Twilight yelled then Cloud opened the door, for some reason the main 6 blushed slightly.

'My my, whatever this creature is he most certainly is easy on the eyes.' Rarity thought

"Well, are you going to say anything or just stare at me?" Cloud said crossing his arms.

Rainbow Dash flew up into Cloud's face and said, "Hey, we're asking the questions here!"

"Then ask them already, don't keep me wanting," Cloud said.

"Alright, your name and species!" Rainbow said giving Cloud a rough poke, only to silently regret doing so as she then thought, 'Ow! What is this thing made of?! Solid steel?!'

"Cloud Strife, I'm a human. You?" Cloud said.

Twilight cleared her throat and said, "Okay, I'm Twilight Sparkle, these are my friends, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie."

Suddenly Pinkie leaped into Cloud's face and said, "Heythere!I'mPinkie!So,yourCloudThat'safunnyname!What'sahumanYoumustliftalotcausethatswordonyourbackismassive!Heheh!Sorry.IthoughtaboutasexjokemysisterLimestonetoldmeonetime!What'syourfavoriteflavorofcake?Doyoulikemeatlikeagriffon?DoyoumindifIstealakissfromyou?Whatabout-"

Rarity picked up Pinkie with a levitation spell and said, "Pinkie, stop that! I doubt he can understand you when you talk so-"

"Hello, Pinkie. Yes, my name would sound funny to others. A human is a species closely resembling a monkey in a few ways. I can lift this sword cause I'm very strong. My favorite cake flavor is strawberry. Yes, I do eat meat but I only eat meat from cow, pig, chicken, and fish. And yes, I do mind." Cloud said, having no problem understanding Pinkie, but the others, even the ones inside, that he did it so easily, Rainbow flew up to him and Barret kicked the door down.

"How in the buck/fuck did you understand that!?" The two roared, the others gasped at the sudden appearance of Barret.

"Wow, there are more in there?!" Pinkie yelled.

Twilight and Fluttershy craned their heads to see into the building, they saw Aerith and Red XIII, Twilight could sense that Aerith was completely drained of mana and Fluttershy saw the wood spike in Red XIII's side, the two quickly bolted inside.

"Pardon me but do you need some help with your mana? I can do a mana transfusion." Twilight asked.

Aerith nodded and said, "Yeah, I'd greatly appreciate that."

Twilight's horn glowed then she said, "While I'm at it." in a flash of light the wood spike in Red XIII's side disappeared, Biggs quickly gave him an Elixer, his wound closed instantly, Fluttershy then spoke with a hint of excitement in her voice, "What kind of animal are you? I've never seen anything like you! Is your tail natural like that?"

"Stop. Talking." Red XIII said with a glare making Fluttershy stop.

Cloud pointed at the two and said "That's Red XIII and Aerith, the loud ugly one is Barret-"

"Hey!" Barret interrupted, "I'm not that loud!"

Cloud shrugged and said, "Okay, just ugly."

"Thank you......... Dammit! Walked right into that!" Barret said realizing the insult.

"The fluffy one is Wedge, the lean guy is Biggs, the armored girl is Jessie, and the busty one is Tifa." Cloud finished.

"Now for you," Twilight said before her horn glowed brighter then Aerith was wrapped in a white light that felt warm on Aerith's skin, then she stood up good as new.

"Now that everyone's better. Let's hurry back to Ponyville!" Pinkie yelled, Wedge winced when she yelled into his ear.

"Ow, please don't yell into my ear." Wedge rubbing his ear.

The Mane 6 returned to Ponyville with Avalanche and Twilight lowered the barrier around the town hall and introduced each of the members of Avalanche, needless to say, they were amazed by them and the fact they beat an Ursa Major, dozens of Timberwolves, and a Manticore without any magic.

The members of Avalanche were able to find shelter at Applejack's home, Sweet Apple Acres, but they had to pay with a full day's work tomorrow, to which they were okay with doing.

Back at the crater, however, two humans that were exactly identical to the other aside from one thing rose from the rubble. they could be described as a tall man with a muscular build, their long silver hair has bangs parted to either side of their face. They wear a long black coat with silver pauldrons, black boots, and black trousers. The top of his coat is open to reveal his chest, with their leather suspenders crossed over it.

The thing that set these two apart was that one had a single black wing coming from his right shoulder, and the other had a single white wing coming from his left shoulder.

"Who the hell are you?!" the white-winged one said, pointing at the black-winged one.

"I am Sephiroth, a child of the Ancients and the chosen one." the black-winged one replied.

"Bullshit! I'm Sephiroth! Don't know what the hell your on about these Ancients or chosen one crap!" the white-winged Sephiroth said.

"I see. This world has deemed me unworthy and created a second version of me." the black-winged Sephiroth said, then the white-winged Sephiroth appeared behind him, now holding a seven-foot-long katana, the white-winged Sephiroth swung but the black-winged Sephiroth vanished, the white-winged Sephiroth looked into the sky and saw his enemy.

"Hear me my misguided-self! We are the prophets of this land! And we-" the black-winged Sephiroth was cut off when the white-winged Sephiroth had leap up to the same height as him.

"Be engulfed." the white-winged Sephiroth said before snapping his fingers at him and causing a massive explosion of fire, the black-winged Sephiroth, now slightly wounded, flew off a speeds Rainbow would need to do the Sonic Rainboom to even come close to reaching.

The white-winged Sephiroth landed and said, "What a freak, now... Where the hell am I?"
