They sat around the fire as Cayde chatted with his ghost about what they're going to do from there.

"So I'm assuming that we're here to stay....so if that means no going back. Then so be it. But first we need to build a home." Cayde said to his ghost

"We have plenty of forest around us. We could fairly easil-" his ghost was cut off

"Sh sh sh sh. Suuundance, my friend. We could always just build a treehouse. Yes, I'm a genius I know." Cayde said

"um, y-you c-can stay with m-me." The small pegasus said hiding her face

"I mean hey, I'm not complainin' but i dont wanna be a burden." Cayde said

"N-no it's fine. I have a spare room. I don't want you out here. Its not safe. This forest contains monsters that are very dangerous." The pegasus explained.

"Well, little one. If im your new houseguest, what's your name?" Cayde said.

"I-I'm, F-fluttershy" 'Fluttershy' said

"Sooooo...by the moons position I can assume its nearly midnight...so we should probably get some sleep. I wanna be up for breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day." Cayde said the last part with a wink

"Right, w-we must be going. It's late." Fluttershy said walking in the direction of her cottage

"you own a petting zoo?" Cayde asked as they arrived

"Well I help the animals and take care of them." Fluttershy answered. She's already feeling more comfortable around this odd creature. Which she finds odd

"Ooo" Cayde got excited when he seen the chickens

"Oh boy here we go." A feminine voice came from next to Fluttershy.

"what exactly are you if you don't mind me asking?" Fluttershy questioned

"my name is Sundance. I'm the ghost who was assigned to Cayde. He's a Hunter Guardian. We've been on many adventures over the years, saved lives, lost bets, and then we got killed. Now we're here." Sundance explained

"Well, you can stay here with me. I'm sure Cayde will like it here." She said pointing a hoof at Cayde

Cayde lifted a rooster above his head "It's Colonel!!!" He said enthusiastically

"Wouldn't it be Colonel the 2nd?" Sundance joked and Cayde got an 'oh shit you're right' face

"Colonel the second it is!" Cayde chuckled

"He's an odd creature, but I find him to have a free spirit. I usually don't fare well to new people. Though, with him it's difficult to feel uneasy around." Fluttershy explained "are you sure he's tired?" She also asked

"For traveler's sake Cayde-6! Its late we need to sleep." Sundance yelled at Cayde, getting his attention. "Sorry, he needs rest. I'm as much for jokes as him, but when I sense him getting tired I kinda have to enforce it. He's a Guardian. He needs rest when necessary." Sundance explained.

"Very well then, I shall show you two to your room." Fluttershy said as she trotted over and opened the door to her house. Sundance floated in, and Cayde bumped his horn on the low doorframe.

"Wow this house is tiny, but I do appreciate the kindness. I just hope I can fit on the bed." Cayde joked. He crouched and whispered in Fluttershy's ear "psst, you got a little doggy bed for her?" He said with a childish chuckle.

"Hehe, no unfortunately I don't" Fluttershy said with a smirk and small chuckle

"So let's go hit the hay. We probably got big business stuff to do with the leaders of this planet." Cayde said

"I will contact Twilight tomorrow. She'll have a field day with you. She's always reading sci-fi novels and loves the unknown. She was always wondering when aliens from space would attack." She said with a chuckle "Maybe I'll write to her tonight so she sees it in the morning." She said

"Aaalright. Lets catch some z's Sundance. Thanks again for a place to stay. I really do appreciate it" Cayde said with a smile.

"It is indeed a strange creature but you said he wasn't dangerous?" An unknown voice said

"He actually saved my life. I was surrounded by Timberwolves and he effortlessly took about 50 down. He's a skilled warrior but he shows good spirit" The voice of Fluttershy was heard.

"So if you go wake him he won't attack or cause a ruckus? We both remember the situation with the hydra you helped" the voice replied rather sarcastically

"Can you two quiet down a little? Some one with looks as dangerous as these needs his beauty rest." Cayde said putting his head on his pointer and thumb. "OH! You must be that Twilight Fluttershy was talking about. Hi nice to meet ya!" Cayde put his hand out

"what. the. buck." Twilight stared in awe "Y-Y-YOU'RE A ROBOT. HOW DO YOU SPEAK WITH SUCH INTELLIGENCE?" Twilight was loosing her mind

"Some company Bray something managed to conver conciousness and memory into downloadable files. They created multiple programs such as the need to eat, sleep, sex drive, and emotions. To prevent DER." Cayde said. "DER is basically where the mind rejects the new body. Yes, I did my homework" Cayde said a little too proudly.

"Well Cayde i know your first name thanks to Fluttershy here, but could I get your full name?" Twilight asked with her notebook out.

"The name is Cayde-6, my occupation 'was' Hunter Vanguard" he saluted over dramatically.

"Hunter Vanguard?" Twilight asked

"I'm a hunter. Im a form of Guardian that was resurrected by the Traveler." Cayde explained

"So basically you're an 'Exo' and you're a trained hunter Guardian. You were part of a high rank in the 'Vanguard' and you were killed by a guy named Uldren Sov" Twilight asked

"Yup. You hit the nail on the head." Cayde said with a finger gun

"So you're here to stay huh? Twilight asked

"Yup and since I'm dead in my world same with Sundance I'm sure theres no way for either of us to get back." Cayde said

"Well that just means we have to get you registered as a citizen and get you a job" Twilight said

"Sounds great! Sundance wake up. We're finally going to meet a princess!" Cayde half yelled inti his room.
