"So let me get this straight. You control the raising and lowering of the moon and Sunbutt does the same for the sun? As in the sun orbits the planet?" Cayde asked

"Yes. You about summed it up. I also make the constellations and can walk other people's dreams." Luna stated

"So wait. You're telling me that later tonight you will be able to see my dreams?" Cayde asked

"Yes, in a matter of fact. I already seen one of your dreams. You are oddly obsessed with chickens and ramen" Luna stated stifling a laugh

"Hey! I'll have you know they're roostees and its 'spicy' ramen." Cayde corrected Luna while putting his hand on his hips

"There was also another being. Like you but with black skin a red horn, eyes and mouth. They also wore a cloak and a similar attire" Luna said

"Oh her? She's just my favorite guardian. We went on a few adventures together. It was fun." Cayde said

"Was she a significant other? Like a romantic partner?" Luna asked

Cayde's eyes glowed an almost purple rather than their iconic blue. (How he blushes)

"W-what nooooo....pssh nah never. Ikora always made jokes about it though. The battlefield is no place for love as the blueberry always told me." Cayde said

"Ikora? Blueberry?" Luna questioned

"Oh just some friends of mine from back on the tower. I miss'm but there's no goin back. Im not gonna forget them. But since im an exo i live basically forever and what is a long life if not spent with friends. Amirite? Or amirite?.......I'm right" Cayde explained with a small quip at the end

"We can assure you that your colorful personality will be appreciated by a lot of ponies. They will find you more inviting rather than scary." Luna reassured Cayde

"So anyway. Is there anyway I could nab a sandwich? I'm kinda hungry" Cayde asked patting his metal stomach

"Well there's the service bell. Im giving you permission to use it. Dont abuse it though. If you do I will revo-" Luna was cut off

*DING* *DING* *DING*

"I NEED 50CC'S OF SANDWICH STAT!!" Cayde yelled while dinging the bell very violently.

"Cayde! That's not necessary. You simply ding the bell and send them a list of what you want. You have a horn so you Can probably teleport your list there." Luna explained

"What does my beautiful horn have to do with this?" Cayde asked

"Can you not use magic?" Luna asked

"Well I can use light. Light allows me to do stuff like this" Cayde said as he summoned a small stick and cowbell of light

"What the....." Luna was confused

"The light is how I use my super, generate ammo for my gun, summon my sparrow, come back to life, and most importantly it's how my friend Sundance was born" he said gesturing to Sundance looking off the Balcony

"That's interesting. But write a list of what you're hungry for, and I'll tele-"

"Spicy Ramen" Cayde cut Luna off with the food he wanted

"Oh...um, yeah" Luna wrote Spicy ramen on a paper and poofed it away to be made by the Chefs

"So you control the night. Must be a cool job" Cayde said walking over to her balcony doors. Luna followed him out onto the balcony

He pulled down his hood

"So...you can walk dreams. So if I had a dream you can see it?" Cayde said still looking out at the horizon.

"Yes i can. I can also read minds as I said. And to be honest Cayde I've sensed a bit of dread. Not a lot, but there is a little." Luna said walking next Cayde and hopping her fron hoobes on the railing

"You never read my mind. You were gonna see how i died. Its quite a display. Oh and you might wanna rewind far enough to the epic entrance" Cayde said leaning on the rail backwards.

Luna casted the spell

Cayde was on a large object that was falling down a hole. Through Cayde's memories Luna can tell this is the prison of elders. A high containment Facility that they were going to investigate a Prison riot.

Cayde came crashing down into the ground. Dying, but his ghost resurrected him. He pushed a large piece of debris off of himself. He grumted and felt his head, face, and horn making sure they all were there

"*grunt* Never felt better." He said rather sarcastically while drawing his gun

"You see that Petra?....Petra? mmGuardian?" He looked around at the destruction "Must've knocked out the com relays with that spectacular landing" he continued to look around

He noticed the prisoners on a higher level above him "aaaand queue the ominous music" he said to himself.

He noticed they all had their weapons. "Okay everybody. Back in your cages" one slammed a staff on the ground making the message clear he wasn't gonna listen. A few of the prisoners started charging him "I said...back in your cages!" He drew his weapon showing he was armed

A few prisoners came up behind him. He shot and shot. He came to a tussle and shot that one in the head. He shot and threw a knife. Killing two more. He knew he was out numbered but continued strong. He reloaded and continued shooting. He hit a fuel container which exploded and killed more. One flew over his head and he took a bow. Which was interrupted by more prisoners.

He jumped and jumped again in the aid and placed a mine at his side. He shot two in the head and jumped to avoid the up coming explosion. He slid down a piece of debris while shooting another in the head.

He was caught and thrown against a wall. "Yeah, that hurt" he rubbed the back of his head. The large enemy grabbed a piece of scaffolding and smashed Cayde with it, sending him flying "AAARRG" He smacked a wall but used his knife so he didnt slide all the way down. He shot a main support part and sent it falling onto more prisoners, killing them. "Sorry!......not sorry" he quipped as he walked away.

He shot. He slid under one and shot it as he was under it. He was surrounded, he was slowly becoming more and more overwhelmed. He ran in hopes of getting some ground. He vaulted off pf an enemy's head and activated golden gun. Only to be tackled out of the air. Falling to the ground. He slid for a few feet. In pain he stumbled up and aimed his gun. Only for it to be smacked out of his hand.

He was thrown to the ground and as he tried to grab his gun. A prisoner grabbed his cloak and pulled him back throwing him into a wall. Damaging his face. Cayde fell to the ground. He was in pain and he couldn't move. He balled up and got kicked and beaten. He jumped up and casted Blade barrage. Killing all the enemies he was being beaten by he stumbled to his feet. "That's it!" He picked up his gun "Now I'm pissed." Caydes face was beaten and scratched.

He was tackled and pinned to a wall by an enemy he couldn't get his gun down to shoot him so Cayde headbutted him with his horn stabbing him in the head. Killing him.

He limped forward. "Now is that *huff* really all *huff* you got?" He stumbled a bit further "will ya help me out here little buddy?" He pulled Sundance up only for her to be shot and killed. All the light used to create her dispersed throughout the solar system

As parts of Sundance tinged against the ground Cayde was stumbling to gis feet as the bigger enemies jumped down around him. A much larger enemy walked slowly towards him with a large flaming mace.

The next word that came out of Cayde's mouth sent shivers down Luna's spine

He looked down at his gun and said "I'm comin' home..Ace" He put his hood up and raised his gun at the enemy, but didn't get to pull the trigger before he was slammed through a wall.

His gun fell to the ground next to him.

...silence

Cayde layed on the ground Groaning and coughing.

A figure known as Uldren Sov paced around him slowly

"Well.....this is awkward....Y-you got a gun i could borrow" Cayde coughed out

"No.....but...I do have a bullet." Uldren held Caydes gun in his hand "with your name on it"

"Any second. My partner is gonna roll in here...and kill every, last one of you."he had a fit of coughs "And you...my man-" Cayde was again cut off by a fit of coughs

"Shh, shh, shh, shh, shh. This is going to hurt" Uldren Pointed the gun at Cayde's chest "A lot" they stared at eachother for a brief second "any last words?" Uldren asked

Cayde sat up with a few coughs "How's your sister?" He made a quip as his last words

Another figure ran in and it stared at Cayde and then at Uldren

"He didn't feel a thing" Uldren said with a low chuckle

The figure ran to Caydes side, took its helmet revealing the face from Cayde's memories. It also sat its gun down

"How's....how's my hair" Cayde chuckled and coughed "Speechless...typical" he layed his head back down

The other exo summed a ghost "oh no....there's nothing I can.....I'm...sorry." it looked at the otber Exo.

"Listen kid...this...this ain't on you....this is what i get....for playing nice." He chuckled and coughed a bit. "You tell...Zavala...and Ikora...*huff*....the Vanguard....is the best bet....i ever..........lost" everything faded to black..

Luna came from the spell and tears were in her eyes they streamed from her cheeks. Cayde was asleep and against the railing

Celestia barged into Luna's room "sister. I sensed heavy amounts of grief is everythi-" Celestia stopped as Luna turned to face her with tears in her eyes

"He-he-he didn't deserve to die. he is such a sweet guy" Luna sobbed as she ran and wrapped her wings around her sister.

"Sister what happened?" Celestia was concerned

"She looked into my memories to see how i died. I guess its a real tear jerker" Cayde said as he got up, removing his hood.

"Luna it's alright. I can tell I'll be happy here. I could go on adventures, tell stories, make friends, take arrows to the kn-" Cayde was cut off as he was hugged by Luna.

"If you ever go on a dangerous adventure i will come with to stand on the side to make sure you get out of there say any bad things happen.

"O-ok" Cayde stuttered out

So i didnt get any comments regarding it in the last one. Should i introduce romance into the story? Or no? Anyway hope yall enjoyed till the next one
