Author's Note

Ok again not much change beyond a bit in the beginning and the end. I figured I'd take this in a different direction then the Timeline fucking I had before with the next chapter. But don't worry I am still planning on keeping the Poison Joke info dump in the story which will lead to fun when Twilight begins to study it. Crap I've said to much.

*A pair of royal guards grab the gryphoness by her arms and begin to drag her to the Queen*

Ch. 4 Inner Turmoil (Rewrite)

Ponyvill General, Room 134

I watch as Dash left my room to go do whatever she has to, whether or not she actually has to work or she just needed to talk to her friends about what happened and what she learned while the doc was here, is beyond me. So after I hear some mumbles coming from outside my door before the source left down the hall with the clop of hooves once more, 'Damn my new ears are sensitive.' I thought to myself before giving a sigh. The sigh felt odd as I was still not used to having weight on my chest from my sizable breasts. As I look down at my white colored chest, with my pink nipples standing erect from the cold hospital air, I realize I'm naked and have been for as long as I have been in this body.

With a startled squawk I pull the blanket up to cover my DD sized tits and with a bright blush, I dart my gaze left and right all over the room in hopes of catching anyone taking a peek. It took a few moments before my mind caught up to me and I realized that Rainbow was naked save for her fur so was the nurse whose only attire was a white cap with a red cross on it. Heck, even the doc was naked save for his lab coat and glasses, as I'm too busy being embarrassed by this I hardly notice the door open and admit a different nurse this one a white pegasus mare with a light pink mane and tail with her mane done up in a neat bun.

"Good morning dearie, I'm nurse Tender Wings, and I've got a light breakfast here for you." She motions to the trolly behind her still in the hall with half a dozen plates on it each covered with a large lid to keep them warm. As Tender Wings begins to look over the names on the meals with her back to me I watch as she searches the top first. Apparently, it wasn't there so she bent over to look for my meal on the second shelf. As I watched and waited I was starting to drift back to my thoughts when her tail flicked to the side, the motion activating my new predatory instincts to hone in on the movement only for my beak to drop open at what I saw.

Standing in the door way wearing nothing more than her cap that shows she is a nurse this pegasus mare has bent over and without thinking she moved her tail just enough for me to get a clear view of her mare hood. I sat there my whole head burning with embarrassment as I fought to tear my gaze away from those inviting folds. I can feel my member stirring inside my sheath when with a sudden 'ah-ha' which startled me out of my staring just in time for her to turn around holding my meal in her hands in front of her own pair of breasts. I could feel my tail flicking around next to me as well as my body heating up from the sight of the mare's flower and her slightly smaller breasts.

"here you go a simple TVP burger on a simple bun along with a small salad." She said as she pulled the table around from the far side of the bed so it was in front of me. Before she set down the plate and removed the cover to show a plain-looking burger and salad along with a glass of water. Reminding me that the doc said I was going to get a small and simple meal, though I felt like I could eat a manticore.

Soon enough she left to finish delivering the rest of the meals leaving me to eat mine, which lead to me freaking out. Why I was freaking out was that as I licked my beak in anticipation for eating I found I have teeth as well. So I promptly freaked the wig out for a good five minutes. Finally, after getting back in control I quickly ate my meal and laid back to relax since there was no TV in the room I had nothing else to do. I started to nod off and before I realized it I was fast asleep and I wasn't even awoken when the nurse returned to check on me and collect my plate.

Outside Ponyville General

Rainbow 'Danger' Dash just left her oldest friend in the hospital, feeling very down and guilty for many things. Though when she said she had to go tell work she wouldn't be working today, she was lying as she had already sent word that she wouldn't be working today. However, this didn't mean she wasn't planning on doing something important, and so with this in mind she spread her wings and took off. Flying up to be above most of the buildings in Ponyville, the pegasus angled her flight for the large tree in the distance on the other side of town.

All the while she was flying her mind kept playing the party from yesterday over and over along with finding the gryphon among the rubble and looking so fragile and hurt. She couldn't stop these from replaying in her mind which only reminded her of her failure as a friend to her oldest and dearest friend. Her guilt continued to grow as said friend couldn't even remember how badly she was betrayed by the pegasus. Soon the guilt and shame were too much and tears began to run down her cheeks as she landed on the upper balcony of the library and entered after a single knock.

"Twilight, Spike, are you home?" She called out into the library as she shut the door her voice already scratchy hid her despair well. After a second she heard the two answer from the main lobby so she went down the stairs and opened the door separating the private living area and the public space.

As the mare was opening the door Spike was about to call her out on not crashing through a window this time when his comment died a painful death on his lips as both him and Twilight catch sight of the down pegasus. As she stepped into the lobby Twilight wordlessly went and turned the sign to closed and locked the front door, before turning and giving the blue mare a hug. "What happen Rainbow?" the lavender mare asked softly after a few moments of letting the pegasus feel the comfort of the embrace.

As she asked this Twilight was moving the two of them to the seating area of the library with Spike following in concern for the usually stoic and brash mare. Soon the three of them were seated and as the two beings from Canterlot watched in concern as the tears continued to flow from the third's eyes.

"It's G," she started only to get looks of confusion from the two so she clarified "Gilda, from yesterday at the party." at hearing this the two purple beings nod and motion for her to continue. "Well, she woke up last night even though Doctor Horseshoes said there was a very strong possibility of her never waking up. And as she looked around the dark room with confusion it was washed away when she looked at me and with a smile greeted me." As Dash is talking her rough voice starts to crack a little as her emotions swell. "And I was just so happy to see that she was awake, and so I stayed the rest of the night." Blushing she leaves out how she slept in the bed with the injured gryphon. "And this morning after we both woke up, Nurse Tender Hooves told the doc about G being awake. So he arrived soon afterwards having run the whole way in shock that she was awake after everything that happened."

Taking a breath to gather her thoughts she continues "That's when he started to ask what she remembered," looking up with a broken expression on her face, shocking the others she goes on. "She doesn't remember much from yesterday beyond us spending the day together and going to a party to welcome her to town. She doesn't remember the party itself beyond what she felt and she said she felt great pain and sorrow before drawing a blank." As she tells them Dash nearly breaks down but she pushes on. "She also barely remembers how we met and being friends even Fluttershy." Gulping down her tears she forces herself to continue. "She doesn't remember how badly I betrayed her yesterday at the party, or how we'd grown distant over the years since I moved to Ponyville with Fluttershy. She barely remembers her old life at all! And....and....." Dash starts to feel her strength waver as she forces herself to admit that damning truth. "and it's all my fault!"

With that she breaks down and sobs into the unicorn's shoulder lamenting how the gryphon doesn't even know it was her who caused her the pain at the party or that it was her driving her away that she was anywhere near the construction site. And the shocked Twilight and Spike could do nothing more than try and comfort the distraught mare as her emotions run free for the first time in a very long time.

Outside a window of the library.

A spectral mare smiles a small sad smile as she watches as the Rainbow maned pegasus lets loose her true emotions with her friends. She knew this was going to happen and while it may hurt those beings she cares for she knew it must be done for a better future for everyone on the planet.

As the crying mare was engulfed in a hug and being comforted by the two librarians she begins to float towards the hospital to meet her newest friend.
