The Dictators of Ponyville 2 The War
The fire and destruction
Load Full StoryNext ChapterEverything was burning to ashes, there was nothing she could do about it. She had protected those three fillies because she knew the consequences would be severe on them. She did understand tho why, they did it. It was because they wanted to see their citizens lose hope of being unified with Equestria. Now that they had blown up Canterlot they had pretty much achieved what they wanted. Luna looked at the castle that she and her sister shared, it was completely blown by what ever spell they used, or was it a gon gun? Luna wasn't sure what it was called but somewhere along those lines.
Prince Blueblood was dead. Luna had reached his bedroom but saw that he lay on the floor covered in blood. Luna couldn't help but actually be happy but also disgusted. She was happy because now she doesn't hafto listen to him complaining about stuff so minor, that she wants to send him to Tartarus, but the downside is now she would hafto go to war. She doesn't want to, but in the same time if she doesn't more ponies will day, but Faust know's how many has died tonight. She started walk through the rubble of brick's crystals and other building material. Luna reached the throne room were her sister was laying on the ground breathing heavily.
Luna rushed to her sisters aid, she started looking for any bruises or wounds that were small or minor. She didn't care how small a cut is, she is still her little sister. Slowly Celestia started waking up. She stirred a little bit until she opened her eye's seeing Luna looking down at her with a faint smile on her lips. Luna had several small bruises on her face, but nothing to serious.
"Luna, wha....., what happened? Where is everypony?" Celestia started asking, not caring about her own life only her little ponies.
"Either dead or wounded." Luna said, a little bit bluntly but because of the circumstances what could you do?
"Wait, I thought miss Applebloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo said that no one dies in this story?" Celestia asked, flabbergasted.
"Don't ask me, ask I don't know Faust?" Luna said, unsure of how to respond.
Celestia decided that it was best to stop talking and more focus on her little ponies. She got in her hooves, wobbling and getting a bit dizzy. Her sister tried to protest but it fell on deaf ears. Celestia started walking slowly towards the exit. Her sister followed her, to make sure she's alright. When she got outside, she could see burning houses, offices, stores, and even some innocent ponies. Celestia did her best at shooting water through her horn on the ponies, then on the building.
Luna started looking around for her night guards, but either they were crushed by the building's or they were seriously wounded. Luna couldn't help but shed a few tears for the innocent ponies. She then realised something, if she had succeeded as nightmare moon, she would of then done around the same thing, plus genociding the ponies if they don't have sun to grow fruit or vegetables. Luna felt sick to her stomach, if she had succeeded........... She really didn't want to think about what would happen.
Celestia was walking around spraying from her horn water to take down the fires, she was also by the help of magic rebuilding their homes. Celestia couldn't help but feel anger at those three fillies. Why would they do this? Then it hit her like bricks. They wanted their own civilians to lose hope in their princesses. Celestia in her mind couldn't help but smile by the smartness of it. Absolutely genious, but they were still evil.
Luna was using her horn to cast spells that was rebuilding the citizens homes, who looked more than grateful. Luna couldn't help but think about the citizens of Bás, specifically Pipsquek. He hadn't been able to give his favorite princess the information that she needs, he had even looked down at the floor in shame and had told her about how they might or might not be on to him. Luna had assured that it was completely fine, saying that she understood.
Celestia walked around the city thinking about the main six. She was very worried about them, what if they think that she died with her sister? They obviously don't know now what's right or propaganda. Celestia couldn't blame them for starting to believe those new's papers, they're suppose to have the facts anyway. She was helping putting down fires and rebuilding their city. This wasn't over, oh noooo it wasn't.
Luna walked over to her sister with a frown on her face, she looked like she was trying to hold back tears, and Luna understood why she was nearly crying. She was suppose to protect them, and yet here she was, crying because she didn't know what else to do.
"Did.... Did Blueblood make it?" Celestia asked, already feeling that she knew the answer.
Luna shook her head no, and looked down in shame.
Celestia didn't know how to feel about that, she didn't exactly like or love him, but at the same time he was family.
Celestia looked up at the night sky, praying to Faust that she would help them in this war. Celestia didn't really know what to believe, but it was still worth a shot. Luna was actually doing the same, hoping to have help and guidance.
Bás - Parliament Live Tv.
Everyone in Bás was crying their eye's out. They had most likely lost their princesses, only because of their own stupidity. Everyone was forced to watch their TV to see the fall of Canterlot. The Cutie Mark Crusaders military was obviously celebrating as if there was no tomorrow, and perhaps that's the case? You never know.
Twilight and the other element bearers were openly crying their eye's out. They didn't think that the CMC would go that far, but how wrong they were. It was all their fault and they knew it.
Their beloved Princesses are most likely dead, but there are things that are far worse than death.
