To Applejack's displeasure, a new department has just been established in Ponyville: The Bureau of Apples, Tractors and Firearms, and it intends to tax her hard-earned harvests. The Cutie Mark Crusaders propose that she appeal through the bureaucratic process, but it's clear that the mare in charge over there doesn't care.

So when there's a despot in power, what's a mare to do to protect the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of her loved ones? Boogaloo!

The real question is: will the Crusaders get their cutie marks for helping?
