Contamination

"Wake up you three."a guard shouted.Soar'in rolled from his top bunk and flapped his wings when he came to the ground to soften his landing.Spitfire stepped out of her lower bunk and stretched her legs and finally Rainbow Dash put her pillow over her head and tried to go back to sleep.Soar'in walked over to her and rocked her back and forth trying to get her to wake up.She ended up punching his stomach,forgetting she had a steel horse shoe on."Oh shit!Why the hell you do that for?"Soar'in howled out in pain.Dash's head instantly popped out from under the pillow at this.
"Oh my gosh,I forgot I was wearing horse shoes,I didn't mean to!I'm sorry."Dash empathized.
"It's okay,"Soar'in said as he examined the new hoof impression on his stomach."That's gonna leave a mark......"Dash got up and hugged him and then they grabbed their equipment and went to the main hall for their watch.

When the group came into the hall,it was empty and desolate."Something's wrong,where are the three that relived us yesterday?"Rainbow Dash questioned.A glass shattered in the room and the three looked around.Spitfire put a hoof to her mouth,symboling to stay quiet.They looked for anything that was in the room.Soar'in spotted the glass that had fallen over and a door was open near it.The room was dark,but there was something shiny moving around in there.Soar'in moved closer to the doorway and heard heavy breathing,he motioned for Dash and Spitfire to come to him.Dash grabbed a torch on her way and ran into the room right after Soar'in and she was followed by Spitfire.All of them went wide eyed when they came into the room.Two of the ponies from the other watch group,where rutting each others brains out while the other one slept."What the hell are you two doing?!?!"Spitfire yelled while Dash and Soar'in broke into laughter.The earth stallion quickly took his helmet off and covered himself while the unicorn turned to face them.All the commotion woke the sleeping unicorn up and she gasped when she saw the scene."We aren't doing anything!"the stallion squeaked,still covering his stallion hood.
"Horse shit you two aren't doing anything,you were bucking her brains out!"Spitfire laughed and joined Soar'in and Dash.The mare ran out of the room and the stallion followed.The now wide awake unicorn just sat there."Did I really just see that?"she asked,followed by the three nodding,starting to stop laughing.Their laughter was instantly cut off when the stallion let out a blood curdling screach.The group ran into the main hall followed by the unicorn and saw the stallion gripping his throat which had been ripped out.The mare was on the ground with an infected on top of her and another tearing into her neck."Infected!"Soar'in alarmed and then they charged the two infected.Dash and Soar'in knocked one off of the unicorn and Spitfire and the other unicorn took the other.Soar'in smashed into the infected,knocking it over.Then Dash flew up and smashed onto it's head,completely obliterating it.Spitfire stabbed her dagger into the other's head and that killed it instantly."Infected have breached the gates!All guards take defensive positions!"a guard yelled through the city alarm.Suddenly,the main gate to the hall was being smashed against.The three flipped a table over and pushed it against the door,but the unicorn watched the door."What are you doing?Get over here!"Soar'in yelled and waved at her,but she stood still.Finally,the door bust open and a group of infected charged in.The unicorn's horn began to glow and a huge purple blast covered the charging crowd and they almost evaporated into the air it seemed.The three pegasi just watched in amazement."Who are you?"Soar'in asked.
"Ask Rainbow Dash,she should know me."
"Twilight?"Dash asked and then the purple unicorn took her helmet off.
"Correct."Twilight giggled.
"Aren't you supposed to be with the princess?"Dash asked confused.
"I'm supposed to be with her,but I volunteered to help instead."she explain.While the two mares talked,Soar'in went to see if the stallion was still alive.He wasn't,he had bleed to death and the mare was eaten alive.Soar'in shook his head in disgust and then he walked back to the group who was discussing how the infection spreads."So you're saying that it isn't like a zombie movie and you don't turn because of getting bitten?"Spitfire asked.
"No,it is airborn.Some ponies are immune to it,but even if you are immune,sexual interaction or fluid transactions can infect you if either party is a carrier of the disease."Twilight explained with every detail put in.
"How do you know if you've been infected?"Soar'in asked,still aware of his surroundings.
"Well from what we do know,which isn't much,is the first step is extreme headaches.Second step,which is strange,is your sexual desires become so strong that they could drive you insane.Third step,vomiting.Fourth step,you desire to be cannibalistic.Last step,complete insanity and thought loss."she said seeming to disturb herself.
"Wait,you said fluid exchange contaminates you.Doesn't that mean a bight with saliva will contaminate you?"Dash asked confused.
"No,it is certain fluids.Semen,blood,vaginal liquids,and urine."she corrected herself.
"Probably enough for this lecture.We should go to the tower and see what is going on or see if we can help Celestia."Spitfire cut in.The rest nodded and began up the stairwell.

As they came to the tower,three huge guards stopped them.Twilight walked to them and they moved aside for all of them.They walked to the main room that the princesses used to raise and lower the sun and moon,but it was empty."Princess?"Twilight called,but received no answer.They walked to the balcony and were stunned to see the entire city of Canterlot in flames and overrun by infected.The living were running from the technically undead ponies.They're were groups of guards roaming the streets but they were out numbered by the contaminated and the pegasi that we flying around were confronted by infected pegasi.One unbelievable sight was there were infected unicorns actually firing magical blast at guards and citizens alike.The worst part was both princess Luna and Celestia were missing.Canterlot had been contaminated and lost to the infected.
