"......Sister?" Celestia asked warily to her grinning sibling.

"Yes my dearest, what is it?" Luna responded, letting her grin grow even larger until it reached the borders of her muzzle.

"What exactly is....that?" Celestia waved a hoof at the creature that had been softly levitated onto her luxurious bed. The two sisters sat in tranquil silence as they occupied Celestia's living chambers. The only sound that penetrated their peaceful repose was the steady breathing and occasional snoring of the creature.

Really Luna, first you bring an Ursa Minor not even a week ago and asked permission to keep it, but this? At least this one seems small enough to fit in your quarters instead of taking up residence in half of the gardens. I still miss some of those statues the cute little devil destroyed.

"Technically, this is the being that attacked the elements of harmony." Luna stated simply.

Celestia's left eye twitched involuntarily.

Oh sister, you really should get that checked out some time.

"Luna, you know that I'm usually not inclined to harsh punishment for those who have wronged our kingdom, to a point, but this being has shown the capability of harming others. Shouldn't it be restrained more securely instead of laying on my bed?"

Luna blew a rasberry to her sibling before replying.

"Oh tia, aren't you usually the one who chastises me for 'wrongly using' chains and shackles?"

"That is a completely different matter, Luna. The way you chain up the guards have caused a few unsavory rumors to spread."

"Why is that? I only whisper Hello into their ears when I chain them up. When their serious demeanor is suddenly replaced by a blush I giggle like a little filly. Besides, he is actually quite harmless."

Celestia furrowed her brow in confusion.

"Harmless? You are aware that this is the creature that Twilight mentioned in her letter that not only put all of Ponyville into a panic, but has also put two ponies in the hospital. And how do you know to refer to it as he?"

"I didn't perform any tests if that is what you are inquiring. No, I simply took a peek at his memories." Luna's voice faltered slightly and her expression grew grim as she finished speaking. Celestia noticed this and became worried at what her little sister might have seen.

"Lu-Lu, what exactly did you see?" Celestia cooed with a motherly tone. Hearing her nickname that she had since she was a filly soothed Luna's nerves. Letting out a pained sigh, Luna drooped her head slightly as she began to speak.

"He has endured much from what little I have seen. His flesh has been burned, teared and ripped countless times and still his psyche has also been pushed to the limits from vigorous mental anguish. Yet somehow he has kept sane through it all, but something vile has infected his body and seems to take control of him sometimes. This... parasite makes him do questionable things, such as attacking Ponyville."

This information sent a very mortal chill down Celestia's spine.

"Did his memories mention a name?"

"No, but he is referred as 'Subject 019' by his captors. The helmet he possesses also has 019 engraved onto one side. Speaking of which, have you felt it sister? The foreign magic that seems to pulse from his helmet, it almost feels like the enchantment to ward off evil spirits. Much like the one you used on me all those years ago..."

The tension that now filled the room was thick enough to choke all those inside of it. Celestia let out a pained sigh and cast her eyes downward, not daring to look her little sister in the eyes.

"L-luna, I know that this creature is enduring a fate similar to yours, but you can't make rash decisions just because you can relate-"

"QUIET! You don't know what I had to endure! Being exiled from our kingdom for 1000 years and then coming back to be shunned for a crime I did not commit!" Luna was now screaming with a blind rage at her sister. As she began to shout again, her words only came out as a hoarse gasp which were accompanied by her now flowing tears. Celesetia could only watch Luna cry.

Sh-she still holds that much resentment? Oh Luna, when will you forgive me so that we can actually become sisters again?

Celestia could barely stifle her own sobs until something knocked both her and Luna from their own self pity.

"Fantastic! Now they're are two crying horse things!!"

********************************

'Okay, I'm in a well furnished room with two crying.... whatever those things are. One of them takes no damage from my attacks and the other is unknown. All in all, I'm screwed.... WAIT A SECOND. My clothes are back on.... WAIT ONE MORE SECOND. I have that guards belt on too.'

Glancing down to my waist, I spotted the whip I pillaged off the dead guard. Knowing that it was more likely that it would do nothing against the two beings, it still gave me comfort that I had a weapon. As I drew my hand to its hilt, I was surprised that I couldn't actually wrap my fingers around it.

'Why can't I grab the whi-SHIT! They probably have some sort of pacification field in here. God I hate those things so much. Since I can't fight my way out of here, might as well try to talk my way out.'

Clearing my throat, I addressed the two polar opposite beings in front of me.

"If I recall correctly, Princess Luna?", I stated politely while waving a hand to the being I was already familiar with. "And..."

As my eyes met with the white hided princess, a dull pain began to build in my head.

"Princess Celery?"

Her left eye twitched.

'She should really get that checked out.'

"Actually, its Celestia, but that is not our concern right now." She said with a firm tone.

"What exactly is the main concern right now?" Her tone did not inspire confidence.

Luna was the next to talk.

"Thou hast caused quite a ruckus in the town of Ponyville. Two mares were facilitated in the infirmary because of thy actions."

'I didn't do anything though, but did he?'

"...But, from what we saw, we cannot punish thee fairly."

A smile infected my face.

"So no punishment?", I asked eagerly.

"Not entirely, we do have questions for you." Celestia added.

"What exactly about?"

Both sisters spoke in unison now.

"What are thee?"

"Heh, pull up a chair or whatever the hell your kind sits on. This is going to take a while to explain..."
