Author's Note

I'm so sorry for making you all wait for so long.

Wedding Day

One year has passed and the big day has finally arrived. You've invited all of your friends and decided to hold the ceremony in the town hall with Mayor Mare overseeing the marriage.

"H-hey Spike, how do I look?

"Hold on..." Spike adjusts your bow tie to make it look straight. "That's better."

The doors open and Flurry Heart and Pumpkin Cake are throwing flower petals on the aisle. A few seconds later, rarity walks in and can't get over how gorgeous she looks. You're nervous, but you're excited. You are trying your hardest to fight back your tears.

(Don't cry, Anon. You don't want to look weak in front of your friends.)

*Ahem* "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to celebrate the union between Rarity and Anonymous."

You can tell that Rarity is trying to hold back her tears.

"Anon, would you like to say your vows?"

You take a deep breath and look into Rarity's eyes.

"Rarity...I know I'm not perfect. I'm flawed and I make a ton of mistakes. But that's okay. Because I know meeting you was not an accident. Meeting you has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I just feel so lucky to be the husband of the most beautiful and generous mare in Equestria. I'm so happy because out of all the stallions in the world...you chose me. I promise to make you happy and love you with all my heart. And I'll never stop saying it even at my last breath: 'I love you'. Words can't describe how happy I am at this very moment. *Sniff* I...I... Goddamnit."

"Awww, he's crying." Twilight whispers to Rainbow Dash.

You turn away as lose control of yourself and let your tears fall out of your eyes. Rarity wipes away your tears with her thumb.

"*Sniff* "I know, darling. I know... I feel the same way. Ever since I was a filly, I have dreamed of falling in love, meeting my prince, getting married and living happily ever after. And now... you have made my dream come true.

"Now then. Anon, do you take Rarity to be your lawfully wedded wife, in sickness and in health until death should part you?

"I do."

"Rarity, do you take Anon to be your lawfully wedded husband, in sickness and in health until death should part you?"

"OF COURSE I DO!" Rarity notices her outburst and recomposes herself. "Oh um, I-I mean... I do."

"And so by the power vested in me and in the land of Equestria, I pronounce you man and mare. Anonymous, you may kiss the bride-"

Rarity doesn't let Mayor Mare finish and you two share a long, passionate kiss.

"I-I mean, you may CONTINUE to kiss the bride."

The room roars with applause awws and congratulations.

30 minutes later, the town hall gets rearranged to make room for the after-party. There's a huge table with a LOT of wedding presents. Cadence, Shining Armor, and Flury Heart all walk up to you and your new wife.

"Hey, congratulations you two!"

"Hey, Rarity? Remember when you caught my bouquet and you were hoarding it like a mad mare?"

"Uh, heh heh. Yes, I remember Cadence. But, little did I know that I would be getting married a few years later... Plus, Anon didn't throw me off of a balcony."

"Hey, it was for a good cause, ok? I had to save the world somehow!"

"I bet Shining Armor cried, didn't he?"

"No, I didn't! It was just liquid pride, Anon!"

Rarity bends down to be at Flurry Heart's eye level. "Flurry Heart, was your daddy crying?"

"Uh-huh."

"NO, I WASN'T!"

"Hey, Cadence. You do know if Twilight gets married he's gonna flood all of Equestria, right?"

"Oh, that is totally gonna happen, Anon. Well, congratulations again you guys. You two make a really cute couple." Cadence and the rest of the royal family walk away to return to the party.

Photo Finish and her entourage walk up to you. "Hey, you two! Take a picture!" *Clap* *Clap* "Camera!" One of Photo Finish's associates brings a camera from Celestia knows where and sets it down in front of her. "Now kiss!"

"With pleasure."

You pull Rarity in for a quick kiss and Photo Finish snaps the camera.

"Congratulations!" *Clap* *Clap* "Come!"

Eventually, Twilight and the rest of your friends walk up to you.

"Anon, Rarity."

"Hey, everypony."

"I just wanted to tell you guys that this just so...surreal. I mean Anon, one day, you woke up in a weird, new world and you didn't know what was going on. And, look at you now. Six years later and now you're married."

"And I couldn't be happier." You say as you rub Rarity's shoulder.

"Sis, you look so beautiful."

"Aww, thank you, Sweetie Belle." The two sisters share a quick, loving hug.

"Oh yeah, you know what this means Sweetie Belle? You were always like my little sister. And now it's official." You tell Sweetie Belle while petting her on the head.

"Alright, lovebirds. Y'all bring it in, group hug."

You and the rest of your friends share a big group together and smile.

"Anon, Rarity, it's time to cut the cake!" Mrs. Cake calls to you from further in the room.

"Oh, right. I forgot the best part."

You and Rarity walk up to Mr. and Mrs. Cake for you two the wedding cake. However, you notice that a piece is missing. You pull Mrs. Cake over to the side.

"Mrs. Cake, what happened?"

"I don't know. It wasn't like this when we brought it in."

You look around the room until you and Rarity notice that Celestia is doing...something suspicious.

"Wait here, Rarity. I'll go see."

You walk up to the tall princess and see that she is visibly chewing.

"Hey, Celestia!"

"Hmm?! *Gulp* Oh, hello, Anonymous. Congratulations on your marriage." Celestia says with a crack in her voice.

"What are you doing?"

"I-I'm not eating cake."

"You have crumbs on your muzzle!" You say while wiping the crumbs off of her mouth.

"I'm sorry, it just looked so good!"

"Bad Celestia! Bad Princess!"

"Anonymous, please forgive our sister. We are going to have a VERY long talk. Also, no cake for her."

Luna and Celestia walk away while Celestia's head is down.

"Anyway, I suppose we're gonna have to eat the second pieces."

"Oh well, as long I get to share it with my husband-I'm perfectly happy."

You hand Rarity a piece of cake and right before you take a bite, she boops you on your nose with a bit of frosting on her finger.

"You sneaky, little mare!"

"Heheh, gotcha."

You get your revenge and boop her back. You enjoy the rest of the party with your friends and the night singing and dancing.
