You are being watched. Celestia has a secret system: a magical map that spies on you every hour of every day. I know because I built it. I designed the Cutie Map to detect Elements of Harmony missions, but it sees everything. Friendship problems involving ordinary ponies, ponies like you. Friendship problems Celestia considered irrelevant. She wouldn't act, so I decided I would. But I needed a partner, someone with the skills to intervene. Hunted by the authorities, we work in secret. You'll never find us, but if your cutie mark's up...we'll find you.

Premise crossover with Person of Interest, except based entirely in and around MLP:FiP canon. If I do this right, it should work as a standalone series of episodes with more or less self-contained stories that develop a larger plot pulling in all of the weird stuff going on with Equestria.
