Canterlot was in complete disaster, the streets were fillies with dead ponies and changelings with their heads chopped off and their bodies devoured.

The remaining ponies and changelings who surrendered to the changeling army have been held hostage at the garden area where a group of mutated changelings were circling around the groups ponies and changelings in a detrimental way. And the ponies and changelings were all drastically petrified of the evolved changelings.

While on top of the castle, Queen Chrysalis was seen holding King Thorax and Queen Twilight Sparkle in her tongues, while Princess Celestia, Luna, the mane five, Shining Armor, Spike and Vector were being watched by those mutated changelings who were hissing and sticking their tongues out at them.

Everything seemed very despairing for the ponies and changelings of Equestria. Chrysalis has claimed victory over the leaders and them all thanks to the help of the virus she stole.

"Muwhahahaha!" Chrysalis laughed vily "I did it! I have finally conquered Canterlot and vanquished the leaders!" She exclaimed dastardly.

"You won't get away with this." Thorax growled at her.

"Yeah!" Twilight exclaimed.

"Sorry what was that again?" Chrysalis asked with a raise of her eyebrow, but Thorax and Twilight didn't replied "Yeah, just what I thought, you two have lost." She said in a cold tone.

"We haven't lost Chrysalis." Twilight told her "My son is still out there, and he will rescue us!" She exclaimed confidently.

"Yeah!" Thorax said with a nod.

When Chrysalis heard this, she let out a laugh.

"Hahaha! Your son will rescue you?" Chrysalis asked with an incredulous expression "Your son is just a little coward! What can he even do?" She asked with a chuckle.

When Twilight and Thorax heard that, they were both very infuriated.

"How dare you?!"

Thorax and Twilight both charged their horns again and tried to blast her. When Chrysalis noticed this, she squeezed Thorax and Twilight's torso with her tongues tightly. That caused them to grunt and cancel their attempt.

"Hahaha! You are all very frail!" Chrysalis insulted "You two are just as dumb and weak as three year olds." She added sarcastically.

Thorax and Twilight were both very infuriated when they heard the sarcastic insults from Chrysalis, they wanted to blast her again or teleport out of her grip, but if they attempt to do it, they will be squeezed or captured again. That will result in getting themselves killed. Then, they both sighed bregrudingly.

When Chrysalis noticed that Thorax and Twilight as well as their friends and subjects all have their spirits broken as well as surrendering, she let out a wicked smile.

"Muwahahahaha! I have won!" Chrysalis exclaimed dastardly.

But little did she know, the virus in her was beginning to mutate again.

Back in the train station in Canterlot, Spectre and Alistair were seen standing on the platform of the train station. Alistair was pacing back and forth in an anxious way, while Spectre was looking at a map of Canterlot he took from Alistair and he was trying to look for an alternative entrance to the capital, but the map showed no other entrances.

All seemed silent for a moment, but that was until Alistair let out a frustrated groan.

"Ugh! This is preposterous!" Alistair exclaimed in a vexed tone "I'm gonna go to Canterlot and take out Chrysalis and her army." He added sternly as he started to walk to Canterlot.

When Spectre heard his statement, his eyes widened behind his mask. He then approached Alistair and stopped him in his track by placing his right foot in front of him. That caught Alistair off guard.

"Just where do you think your going?" Spectre asked him.

"Canterlot obviously." Alistair replied "I can't just stand here while my parents, aunts, uncle, big brother, Vector and my subjects are being apprehended by Chrysalis and her army!" He exclaimed.

"Now now Alistair, I know you desperately want to save your parents and many of your other relatives there, but that Chrysalis you speak of and her army of bioweapon changeling things are still over there." Spectre told him "And if you try to bust in, those bioweapons will instantly eat you." He told him logically.

"Yeah, like I'm scared of her and her mutated army." Alistair said recklessly "I can just blast them with my magic!" He exclaimed.

"Look Alistair." Spectre said as he bent down "Right now, your capital has been sieged by those bioweapons and the giant big thing at the castle who I assume is the leader, and everyone or pony including your parents and relatives are now depending on you to rescue them, if you just bust through there without a plan, it would be death." Spectre enlightened him.

Alistair took a while to acknowledge Spectre's logical and forward thinking words. It is true that his magic that his mother and aunt Celestia taught him were strong, but he still wasn't strong enough because he is still in his youth. And judging by the transformation of Chrysalis and her changeling army, he must assume that they are now even more stronger and they will attack and devour somepony without any hesitation. Then, Alistair let out a relived sigh and looked up at Spectre with a defeated expression.

"I guess your statement is veracious Spectre." Alistair sighed, and Spectre let out a smile behind his mask.

"Of course." Spectre said "Its logical." He added.

"What do you have in mind that will save my parents, relatives and subjects?" Alistair asked.

"Lets see." Spectre said as he placed the map of Canterlot on the floor, then he started to brainstorm "I can see that there is only one entrance in the capital which is the drawbridge here." Spectre said as he pointed at the drawbridge.

"Yep."

"And we need to get to the castle here." Spectre said pointing at the castle.

"Indeed."

"We need to go in undetected. So what I think we can do is we need to hide beside some buildings to be unseen by those bioweapons. We will do the process again and again until we reach the castle." Spectre said "That's my plan." He told him.

Alistair took a while to think about his plan, it would be a daunting task, but it will be necessary to rescue his parents, relatives and subjects.

"That's a great plan Spectre." Alistair said with a smile "Lets commence it." He said with a confident expression.

Alistair was going to walk to Canterlot once again but, Spectre stopped him again.

"What is it now Spectre?"

"Here use this." Spectre said as he upholstered his samurai edge pistol and placed it on the floor near him.

"You want me to use one of your weapons?" Alistair asked with a perplexed expression.

"Yes." Spectre replied with a nod, then he started to instruct him "Here's how you use it, the gun has a trigger down here as well as a small sight on top of it. To fire the gun, you need to pull the trigger, to aim you will need to look through the scope understood?" He asked.

"Understood Spectre."

"Good." Spectre said with a smile.

Alistair tried to carry the gun with his hooves, but when he did, he was forced to put it back down because it was very hefty. So, he decided to use his magic, and it was a success. Then, Spectre bent down again.

"Here buddy." Spectre said as he pulled the slide of the pistol back, and when he did, the firearm made a noise "If you run out of bullets call me and I'll give you another clip Okay?" He asked.

"Roger." Alistair replied with a confident nod.

"Good." Spectre said with a smile, then he stood up and turned around "Now let's commence the operation." He said.

"Alright."

After that, Spectre and Alistair both started to run to Canterlot to save everypony there.
