The evolved changelings were seen running through the town of Equestria to slaughter and capture the changelings under the orders of their Queen Chrysalis. Many ponies and changelings were seen running around in circles in town while being chased by those changelings.

"Guards attack them!" Shining Armor ordered.

"Yes sir!"

The guards then charged forward towards the mutated changelings with spears aimed directly at them. But, the changelings responded by pouncing at them in an incredible speed which caught the guards off guard. Once the changelings got close to the guards, they swung their hooves back and severed their heads with their claws which released a lot of blood into the air. After that, the guards headless bodies fell on the ground.

Shining Armor was truly scandalized from what had happened, he tried to fight but suddenly, he felt something grabbing him by his back hoof.

Shining Armor turned around and saw a changeling grabbing him with its long tongue.

"Let me go!" Shining Armor exclaimed as he tried to free himself. He charged his horn and attempted to blast the changeling with his magic.

When the Chnageling took notice of the attempted magical blast from the unicorn, he raised his tongue up and slammed the unicorn onto the ground roughly.

"Auugh!" Shining Armor yelled in pain.

The force of the impact has created a small hole on the ground as well as giving Shining Armor a bloody face.

"Shining!" Cadence exclaimed in horror. She ran towards the changeling to rescue her husband.

But before she could get to it, her back hoof was pulled and she fell on the ground roughly with a grunt.

Cadence tried to turn around to see who was grabbing her. But, she didn't get the chance when the creature holding her held her up in the air and slammed her onto the ground. The impact gave her a contusion on the face as well as a bleeding muzzle.

In the castle gate, Queen Chrysalis was seen casually walking towards the castle doors to capture Prince Alistair as well as apprehending King Thorax and Queen Twilight Sparkle. But Celestia and Luna were standing in front of her.

"Don't take a step any closer Queen Chrysalis." Celestia warned as she and her sister Luna charged their horns "Or else we will-"

Celestia wasn't able to finish her sentence when Chrysalis slapped her away with her tongue, and the force of her slap sent the two Princesses crashing into the wall.

The mane five were traumatized when they saw what Chrysalis has done, they then formed a line and charged towards her while letting out some battlecries. But, it turned out to be a futile move when five mutated changelings jumped over Chrysalis and landed on them. They tried to struggle free but the changelings trapped them with their tongues and claws.

Chrysalis let out a wicked smile when she saw that her plans are accomplishing because of the virus she used to upgrade her changeling drones including herself. It was a great improvisational plan. Then, she walked towards the castle.

When Thorax and Twilight noticed that Chrysalis was coming towards them, they both looked down at their son.

"Alistair, you have to run." Thorax told him.

"But daddy what about you and mommy?" Alistair asked in a perturbed tone.

"Don't worry sweetie me and daddy will be okay." Twilight assured him "But we need you to run." She told him sternly.

Alistair wanted to object because, he doesn't wants to abandon his parents, aunts, uncle, big brother, grandparents, pet and subjects. But, he has to obey them.

But before he could even run, three long tongues snatched them from the balcony and pulled them back. Then, Thorax, Twilight and Alistair were being held in the air near the castle balcony.

"Let my son go you monster!" Thorax exclaimed.

Alistair looked back and saw something very petrifying. In front of him was a giant mutated Chrysalis with her hooves turned into long ginormous red coloured legs with long sharp toes attached into the ground. Her mouth has seven long tongues sticking out of it. Her eyes were turned into a blood red colour and she looked more fearsome and intimidating than any villian his parents and aunts had fought.

"Hahaha!" Chrysalis laughed vily "I now have the changeling and friendship King Thorax, Queen Twilight and Prince Alistair in my possession now!" She exclaimed dastardly.

"Let my son go you monster!" Twilight demanded while trying to struggle out of her grip.

"How about I eat your son then drop his body to the ground?" Chrysalis asked which sent chills down to Alistair's spine.

Both Thorax and Twilight's eyes widened in apprehension when they heard that.

"You wouldn't dare!" Thorax exclaimed.

"I would."

Thorax then charged his horn and attempted to blast Chrysalis in the face. When Chrysalis noticed this, she smacked Thorax against a castle window, shattering it in the process.

"Honey!" Twilight exclaimed in fear.

Chrysalis pulled her tongue back and noticed that Thorax was knocked out cold and his head was bleeding.

"Perfect." Chrysalis growled with a satisfied smirk, then she turned to Alistair. "Your turn junior." She said in a hazardous tone.

Then, Chrysalis slowly pulled her tongue back with her mouth opened widely. Alistair was desperateky trying to struggle free but, Chrysalis's grip was too strong, even if he tries to teleport she would instantly get him with her tongue.

Twilight was trying to force herself free from Chrysalis's grip but her mutated form was too prevail, she looked forward and saw that Alistair was pulled near her mouth.

"NO! ALISTAIR!" Twilight exclaimed as a tear rolled down her left cheek.

When Alistair noticed that he is now currently very close to Chrysalis's mouth and sharp teeth, he closed his eyes tightly and awaited for his fate. But suddenly, a loud noise was heard.

*BANG!*

"Augh!" Chrysalis grunted in pain. Something sharp has made contact with her tongue which made her cease her feast on Alistair.

Alistair looked down to where the source of the blast was from, and when he did, he saw Spectre standing there under Chrysalis with his weapon aimed at her tongue which she was using to hold him.

"What the you?!" Chrysalis exclaimed in a shocked tone.

Spectre then aimed his assault rifle at the wounded area on Chrysalis's tongue and fired another shot at it.

*BANG!*

"Augh!" Chrysalis grunted in agony.

The tongue then broke and Alistair started to fall to the ground.

When Spectre saw Alistair falling to the ground, he ran towards him so that he could catch him. Once he ran to the spot where he was falling to, he positioned himself to catch him. Ten seconds later, Spectre has successfully caught Alistair in his arms.

Spectre then looked down at him and noticed that his eyes were closed.

"Hey Alistair wake up."

Alistair then slowly removed his hooves away from his eyes and saw Spectre in front of him.

"Sp-Spectre? How did you get here?" He asked.

"Long story short, just saw those monsters coming to where you, your parents and aunts were headed." He replied simply "Anyways, there's no time to delineate, we have to get out of here." He told him sternly.

When Alistair heard this, he looked up at where Chrysalis was and saw that his parents were still being held by her, and his aunts, uncle, big brother and pet were being apprehended by the mutated changelings. He then turned around and saw his subjects being chased by more of those transformed changelings.

"No!" Alistair objected as he got off Spectre "I can't let Chrysalis torture and take away my parents, aunts, uncle, brother, Vector and subjects!" He exclaimed as he tried to run to the castle to save them, but he was stopped when Spectre grabbed him by his torso with his right hand.

"Then I guess I'll have to take you away then!" Spectre said, he then lifted him up and carried him on his shoulder. Then, Spectre turned around and started to run away to the exit of the town with Alistair.

"Let me go!" Alistair exclaimed as he tried to struggle out of his grip.

Spectre then ran out of the castle and started to rush his way to the drawbridge where he entered.

While running, Spectre rushed through the town and saw many ponies and changelings being slaughtered, devoured and held by those new bioweapons and the sight made Alistair depressed and petrified. But there was nothing Spectre or him can do, right now Spectre's main objective is to get Alistair out of Canterlot.

Spectre then made a right turn out of an alleyway, and when he did, he saw the drawbridge in front of him.

"Drawbridge here I come." Spectre exclaimed as he ran towards it.

But suddenly, as he got one meter from it, two changelings jumped in front of their path and starred at him with a hungry expression. They then bellowed a screech and charged towards Spectre and Alistair.

When Spectre noticed this, he aimed his assault rifle forward and fired at the changelings.

*BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!*

The bullets have collided in the changelings heads, and they both were knocked back from the impact. Then, they fell on their backs on the ground killed.

After that, Spectre lowered his rifle and ran to the drawbridge to escape with Alistair in his shoulder. Fifteen seconds later, Spectre has made it on the drawbridge and he started to run to a place to hide.

Alistair looked back at the capital once more and saw the mutated Chrysalis apprehending his parents, aunts, uncle, big brother and grandparents in the castle. He then looked in front of him and saw his subjects being chased down and devoured by those mutated changelings, and the sight scandalized him.

Back at the castle, Chrysalis was starring at the drawbridge of Canterlot and saw the creature that she tried to kidnap has escaped with Alistair.

"Grr, he will pay." Chrysalis groaned in anger "But for now, Canterlot is mine!" Chrysalis exclaimed dastardly.

"Muwahahahaha!"

Spectre has ran for forty minutes now, and he has reached to the train station of Canterlot. He then turned around and scanned the area with his goggle mask to see if any of those bioweapons were still pursuing him.

After scanning for ten seconds, his goggles detected nothing, so Spectre must assume that he and Alistair are safe for now.

Spectre then let out a relieved sigh and tucked his assault rifle back on his back. Then, he turned his head to his left so that he can look at Alistair on his left shoulder.

"Alistair, everything is fine now." Spectre told him, but Alistair didn't reply to him.

Spectre then grabbed Alistair from his shoulder and held him in his hands gently. After that, he slowly placed him on the ground, and to his great surprise, he wasn't moving or speaking to him.

Spectre then bent down, knelt on one knee and looked at his shocked and disconsolate expression.

"Alistair?" Spectre called him "Are you good?" He asked.

Alistair didn't reply to his inquiry, he was too scandalized about what had happened earlier, he couldn't save his parents, aunts, uncle, big brother and subjects. Then, tears have formed in his eyes and he started to sob. After that, he lunged himself towards Spectre and hugged Spectre tightly.

"Why did that happen?" Alistair sobbed "Daddy! Mommy!" He cried.

Spectre was feeling very sympathetic towards Alistair, his parents, aunts, uncle, and many more are now being occupied by those bioweapons. He then wrapped Alistair around on his back with his arms and hugged him in an attempt to console him.

"Don't worry Alistair, we'll save them, I promise." Spectre told him softly.
