Caramel is just a stallion trying to do well in his life. Moving out of Ponyville was one of the things he needed to do to try and have some peace away from the chaos of the otherwise delightful town. So settling out near the outskirts of Appleoosa seemed a plenty fine option to him. But now he has a new problem: an apparition that, quite frankly, is plenty helpful. He can't see them, though, and for all the good they do, it still creeps him out a little. So he tries to help the spirit find peace by fulfilling the memory it's clinging to in his home.
