Author's Note

Ok this is short, becuase I wrote the prologue and realized I didn't have anything making this about MLP so to make sure it passes I had to jump ahead a little bit and give you how our MC meets Twilight.

That being said that I will be back to working on building the world up to this point but this was a sneak peek to allow me to submit this story

Ch. Preview: A New World

Equestria

A purple unicorn sits in the empty throne room crying silently for her failure to her friends and mentor. Out of the corner of her eyes she catches the movement of something pink and a Pink alicorn steps out from the shadows and begins to stroke the mare's mane as she apologizes over and over while crying. Looking up the unicorn's face a picture of pure shock and horror as the voice that was coming from her former foal sitter was not the right voice as she told Twilight "Yes you will be" before her horn glowed sickly green and a circular black portal begins to pull the young unicorn down into the floor. As the changeling in disguise walks away with a grin.

Shivering Isles

Sheogorath watched as this was going on for what felt like the millionth time when a thought struck him and he hijackers the teleport sending the student of Celestia across the void to appear in the world of his newest hero. He cackles as he watches the unconscious unicorn appears on Nirn but rather than a unicorn she is now a young Nord.

Nirn, between Whiterun and Falkhearth

Blinking slowly as her mind is slow to process what happened the now young twilight Sparkle slowly pushes herself up onto all fours and opens her eyes to meet the sight of brown grass below her. But that was not what held her attention it was rather the hands instead of hooves she had at the end of her forelimbs. Siting up she begins to panic and freak out her breathing coming in very short breaths almost to the point to leave her unconscious. But her panic is soon cut short as she hears something heavy racing towards her from behind.

What she turned to see was something that locked her brain, as a female feline was racing towards her rather quickly wearing armor of some kind. But it was what was chasing her that had Twilight freeze, it was a giant baby Chicken.

With Naila

I cursed myself loudly in my head as I sprinted away from the giant turned baby chicken, keeping my breath for running when I notice a young Nord girl sitting in my path looking familiar along with the look on her face letting me know she wasn't all there from the comical sight of a giant baby chicken chasing me across the plains of Skyrim.

Time freezes once more as I hear the voice of Sheogorath in my mind once more "Hehe I see you are enjoying my staff there Dragonborn, though I thought I'd let you know about that child ahead of you is no Nord rather she is a character you should be familiar with. Her name is Twilight Sparkle, and she was just banished from the wedding of her former foal sitter and brother." He passed to let that sink in. "Also before you get mad at me let me tell you that the Queen was planning on having the mare killed instead of imprisoned so I saved her life. But that means you better save her from Nirn. If you and her want to get her back to her own world."

Before anything else can be said time unfreezes and I stumble but catch myself and as I near the former unicorn I lean down and scoop her up into my arms and offer her a casual smile. "Hello, what is your name?" All the while we were being chased by a giant baby chicken, formerly a Giant of the plains of Skyrim.
