One Month Later

"...And that is all why it is with great honor that Cozy Glow is granted the title of Princess of Rebirth." Princess Twilight said to a very large crowd. A few days have passed since the Time Patrol Group had ended Mistique's attempts to corrupt their world. And amongst all of them, Cozy Glow had proven herself as Equestria's newest princess. To which everyone cheered for her.

"Thank you all...truly. Fact of the matter is, I don't think I ever would've gotten this far if not for all of you." Cozy Glow said to all of her friends. "I once was a Pegasus filly who saw friendship as a way to raise to power. But time and time again, I found that belief shattered as I saw what kind of power really came from those that sought it. It was not the kind of power I saw when it came from the power produced by friendship. Friendship is not power after all, at least not how one normally sees power. Instead, Friendship is all about the magic that lives inside us all, and when friends come together, there is no amount of power that can defeat it. Because Friendship is a magic that does not rely on power; it relies on the way we feel towards each other. And I promise, from here on out, I will do my best as the Princess of Rebirth to spread the message about the magic of friendship as far and wide as I can. Be through time and space if I must. One thing is for certain, I don't plan on stopping making more friends anytime soon." Cozy Glow said. Everyone cheered for Cozy Glow; Equestria's newest Princess. A stained glass showing Cozy Glow and her necklace producing a light and depictions of both Slade and Mistique was revealed at the coronation.

A bit later, Cozy Glow was approached by Twilight.

"What do you plan to do once your back in Ponyville, Cozy Glow?" Twilight asked.

"I plan on seeing if I can use my necklace to look at other versions of Equestria and gain information about them. I want to see if the magic of friendship is as universal as I believe it to be." Cozy Glow said.

"A fine idea Cozy Glow. I wish you the best in this endeavor." Twilight said and left.

Cozy Glow then went to her room, but unknown to anyone, soon there would be more to her destiny then anyone realized...

A few days after her coronation following the incident with the Altar of Time, Cozy Glow returned to Ponyville, eager to hang out with her friends, when suddenly a male Tanuki was spotted in her room at the Castle of Friendship.

"Who are you?" Cozy Glow asked the strange Male Tanuki.

"My full name is Kai-Tan Sal Do Chi, but you can simply call me Kai-Tan." The Tanuki said. "I am here to tell you your trails are not finished yet.' He said.

"What's that supposed to mean? I just beat Mistique, and became the Princess of Rebirth." Cozy Glow said.

"Perhaps, but that is only half of your destiny. There's a much darker force coming to your world, and it will soon endanger all of you." Kai-Tan said.

"What do I do? How can I save everyone?" Cozy Glow asked.

"In order to stop the upcoming evil, you'll have to destroy that which you hold most dear to you and you alone." Kai-Tan said.

"What do you mean? I would never destroy my friendships." Cozy Glow said.

"If you think your friendships are the most important thing to you, then you don't have the answer yet on what you must destroy." Kai-Tan said before he suddenly vanished.

"Kai-Tan...who are you, really?" Cozy Glow asked.

Unknown to all that dwelled in Equestria, a great evil was coming, and it was going to give Cozy Glow her answer, whether she wanted it or not.

I decided to combine the Epilogue chapter of MLP: DoF - Time Patrol with the original aftermath episode so it wouldn't be so short otherwise. Just another result of the merger.
