Chapter 11: The Invasion

The next day: Mount Aris

The rays of the Celestia sun were beginning to show on the beautiful beaches of Mount Aris. The hippogriffs were starting a new day.

The markets were beginning to open up, and the other hippogriffs were beginning to head to their respective jobs.

In Seaquestria the sea ponies were beginning to head to the surface to start their day too.

Meanwhile in the palace. The guards went to their respective posts, the nobles began to organize their petitions for the queen and the princess, and the maids began to organize and clean the palace.

In the throne room Queen Novo was reviewing some petitions.

"What a way to waste a beautiful morning." Novo exclaimed while signing some important papers.

Novo was so bored that she did not read the contents of the papers. But then her boredom was changed to a tired smile, her daughter the giggling Princess Skystar walked in with a beaming smile and then jumped up to hug her mother.

"Mother!" Shout of happiness the princess. Then Novo got off his throne and trotted over to his daughter. Then both hippogriffs embraced.

"How did you wake up on this beautiful morning dear daughter?" Novo asked as he released his daughter from the warm embrace.

"Alright mom, the beaches look just divine with Miss Celestia's radiant sun." Skystar said with a big smile.

"And how are you with your tomorrow?"

"* sigh * I've been signing some noble and kingdom papers for a few hours." Novo said with weariness in his voice, his daughter noticed this. Then they both sat on their thrones.

"Let me help you mom, so we will finish faster to enjoy the beaches." Skystar said.

"How lucky I was to have you." Then they both signed all the papers.

"Well those are all the papers." Novo said as he gave his daughter a smile.

"Well mom, do you want ...". Skystar was interrupted by a deafening roar. Quickly Skystar and Novo rose from their thrones.

"What is that...?". Novo was interrupted by the living room door, which was flung open, revealing to a Von Hippogryph guard a terrified expression on her face.

"Your majesties, sorry for the interruption, but the palace is under attack, you have to get out of here ...". The guard was interrupted when he suddenly fell knocked to the ground. Novo and his daughter were in shock. Then a figure emerged from behind the unconscious body of the hipigrifo.

The figure was a unicorn pony that turned out to be familiar to both Novo and his daughter. Then the figure revealed itself to Novo and Skystar. It was none other than Shining Armor in armor with a strange emblem on its flanks.

"Prince Shining Armor what is the meaning of this ?!" Yelled Novo. Armor just gave him a wicked smile and spoke.

"Hello Queen Novo, Skystar. Let's just say I just want to introduce you to some friends I made recently." Then bipedal creatures came down from the ceiling and from behind Armor. Novo and Skystar noticed a great resemblance in these creatures with a certain friend of theirs.

"Humans?". Skystar asked in shock. These soldiers had armor with the same emblem as Armor. They were also very well armed. These were none other than the corrupt soldiers.

"Wow, it seems the girl knows our species." A dark male voice spoke. Then the human revealed himself. Skystar and Novo remembered the day they met Juan, he told them about an evil human named Ezequiel. This human had the same characteristics that Juan described.

"Impossible ... are you- are you Ezequiel?" Novo asked as she pulled Skystar to her to protect her.

"It seems that the big one knows me." Ezequiel smiled. Novo remembered when the Storm King attacked, this was the same, the same memories.

"Get away from me and my daughter. MONSTER!". Novo roared as he took a defensive stance to protect Skystar.

"Why don't you better look down?" Ezequiel asked maliciously, then Novo and Skystar were terrified. The corrupt soldiers had captured their beloved subjects, and those who tried to resist were riddled with the weapons of the corrupt. Then they both saw the sea ponies being brought as prisoners, including Silverstream who had chains on his legs and was escorted by two soldiers.

"Go ahead catch them." Ezekiel said. Then his soldiers ran towards both hippogtyphs. Novo quickly took an attacking stance.

Novo flew up and used his claws to claw at the soldiers. But one of them grabbed her arm and smashed her to the ground. Novo groaned in pain, then tried to get up but a net fell on her. She tried to free herself but was held back by an electric shock. Novo cried out in pain. His daughter was terrified.

"Keep fighting and ... I will be forced to launch stronger volleys my dear." Ezequiel said as he touched the queen's hair. Novo moaned again in pain.

"MOTHER!" Skystar screamed in horror. She tried to help her mother, but the soldiers stopped her.

"NO Skystar! Don't worry about me, I'll be fine, go run. FLY AS FAR AS YOU CAN DAUGHTER!" Yelled Novo. Skystar was hesitant at first but then shook her head. And he flew as fast as he could. A soldier was about to shoot him but Ezequiel took the gun from him.

"She doesn't pose a threat, let her go. We're done here." Ezekiel said. Then he went to Novo.

"Take her and the other hippogriffs to the ships."

"My Sir". Exclaimed a bipedal figure. This was not a human, it was an android with wings on its back, machine guns instead of hands. His face had an arrogant and annoyed look on his face.

"Craid Situation Report".

"My lord, the invasion is proving successful, Neigphon, Yakaistan, the dragon kingdom, Seaquestria, Griffostone and now Mount Aris have been completely conquered." Craid exclaimed with a dark smile on his metal face.

"Perfect ... There's just one place left ... Canterlot. Prepare the ships for Canterlot." Ezekiel said.

In the distance Skystar watched in horror as her cousin, her mother and her subjects were chained up and taken to those strange ships bound for Canterlot. This reminded her of the day the Storm King and his army conquered them and forced them to live underwater.

Skystar was in her sea pony form behind a rock. Then she sank deeper into the water.

"No no no!". She screamed. Then she began to cry silently as she plunged deeper into the water.

Canterlot

Jaun was sleeping peacefully in his bed. But he wasn't the only one in his room. Celestia, Luna Cadance and Twilight watched as their suitor slept comfortably in that bed. Shes gave him loving smiles.

"Awww ... he are cute when he sleeps." Cadance whispered as he gave a tender kiss on the cheek to the sleeping Juan.

"Yeah, he looks so calm." Twilight said.

Celestia and Luna said no words and instead planted two kisses on each cheek. After a few minutes the princesses noticed that Juan's eyes were slowly opening.

"Good morning our sun!" Celestia yelled. The scream made Juan wake up suddenly and hit his head on the bed stool.

"Oh!".

"Oh my god ... are you okay dear?" Luna asked with concern. Juan then sat up and spoke.

"Yeah ... I think so ... ehh since when are you four in my room?" He asked giving them a nervous smile at 4.

"Well we wanted to see you ... that's all." Celestia said.

"Oh ... uhh ... oh Cadance are you ready for our date tonight?" He asked. At this Cadance blushed a little.

"Sure ... what time?" She asked.

"Would 6:00 pm be okay?" Jaun asked. She nodded and kissed him on the cheek.

"I'll be waiting." With a wink Cadance left the room followed by her aunts and Twiligh. After they left Juan frowned.

"Scarlet ... I don't know why ... but ... I have a bad feeling." Juan said something worried as he got dressed.

What is it? I can't think that something bad or horrible happened on this beautiful day.

"I don't know, it's just a feeling. But you're right ... it's a beautiful day for something bad to happen." Juan said. Then he dressed and headed into the dining room.

At the entrance, Juan met two familiar faces. They were his two great guards.

"Good morning Juani. How did you wake up? Tell us how was your date?" Firefly asked excitedly.

"Well… Twilight enjoyed it, and she kissed me too. By the way Firefly, I really appreciate the money you lent me." Juan said with a smile to both mares.

"Oh it's nothing. All for my favorite human. Blade and I were talking and wondering if you'd like to join us at the bar for some beers for your achievement." Firefly said giving his friend a smile.

"I'd love to ... but it would have to be before 6:00."

"Of course ... see you later then. At 2:00 pm?" Blade Dancer asked. Juan nodded. Then he said goodbye to both pegasi and went to the dining room there he saw his 4 princesses and Twilight's friends, who woke up early to meet the lavender alicorn.

Some minutes later

After breakfast and a good chat with the girls, Juan went to his room. When Juan entered, he began to have the same feeling again. He had a very bad feeling. A feeling that I had felt for years ... and that feeling was for the existence of ... Ezequiel.

"* sigh * babe, I'm really telling you that something has me totally worried ... a feeling I haven't felt in months." Juan exclaimed very worried. This worried Scarlet a bit.

Hey being honest, I also have the same feeling. I always feel it when we are about to be attacked by Ezekiel and the other corrupt ones.

"I pray to God that damn monster never shows up here in Equestria." Juan said.

But hey I think you could use some beers to get rid of that feeling. What do you say?. Scarlet exclaimed trying to make that unpleasant feeling go away.

"You're right. Come on, I think Blade and Firefly must be waiting for us at the bar." Juan said as he grabbed Scarlet's hologram and left his room.

"My sun? Where are you going?" Then came Celestia's sweet voice.

"I'm just going to have some Cel beers." Juan exclaimed.

"Oh okay ... wait ... what did you call me?" She asked curiously.

"Ehh I called you Cel, ehh you don't like it?". He asked, somewhat concerned.

"I do not like I love!". Celestia cried out in happiness as she gave Juan a big hug. He was confused.

"No one has ever given me a nickname ... oh I'm so happy!" She screamed. Then Celestia moved closer to Juan's ear.

"Besides ... When you think of taking us as your mares ... we have not been touched by any stallion." Celestia whispered in a seductive tone.

Juan blushed, his dirty talk succeeded him, he wanted to take these mares as his own ... but it was not the time yet.

"I would love for you to give me a show in bed ... but this is not the time Cel."

"Oh never mind ... we'll be waiting." Then Celestia gave him a kiss on the cheek. Then she withdrew but not before giving him a flirtatious wink. Then she came out swinging her hips and flanks from side to side.

"Wow ... that's all I can say. She really has the spirit of a woman from my beautiful land." It's the only thing he could say.

Juan then left the castle to go to the bar where the castle guards were resting and having some alcohol. There she met her friends. But there were not only Firefly and Blade Dancer but also Twilight's friends.

"Hey Juani ... over here!" Firefly yelled moving his helmet up. Juan walked over and sat between Rainbow and Applejack.

"I don't understand, do you know each other?" He asked puzzled.

"Obviously, let's just say I get along really well with these two." Dash said as he took something that seemed to be champagne.

"Yeah, Daschie me and Blade have known each other since we lived in Clousdale." Firefly said. Apparently all of them had already started their drinks. Applejack was drinking apple cider, Blade, Firefly, and Rarity were drinking vodka, but Fluthershy and Pinkie were drinking less strong apple cider.

"Well darling, aren't you going to order something to drink?" Rarity asked as she finished drinking her vodka.

"A brandy will do." He said. Then the waiter who was nearby took Juan's order.

"Give me the strongest brandy you have." Juan said. Then a large jug of delicious brandy was served.

After a few minutes Juan finished his brandy. Then he looked up and saw that the girls were looking at him with surprised expressions.

"What?". He asked, somewhat concerned.

"Wow mate, I've never seen any pony drink the strongest brandy in all of Equestria. You have my respects." Applejack said taking off her hat.

"Yeah, I mean, I've never finished a jug that size without passing out." Rainbow exclaimed impressed.

"Hehe". Juan laughed. Then everyone was having a good conversation with each other. Everyone had already finished their beers. The conversation was going well, until ... an alarm began to sound in Juan's helmet. A familiar enough alarm to him.

"Ehh ... Juan, I think your helmet is making strange noises." Whisper Fluthershy. At this, Juan quickly stood up from the table.

"Oh it's nothing. It's just an important little thing. Relax, I just need a minute."

"Go ahead friend." Dash said. Then Juan separated from the girls and put on his helmet.

"Tell me baby, what's wrong? ... don't tell me it's again ...". Juan was interrupted by Scarlet.

It pains me to say this but ... I'm picking up quite a few corrupt signals. Look you have to take a look at this radar.

"Let's see...".

Look ... the point in the center is Canterlot and the points I fear would be ... ships of the corrupt.

"Impossible, how did they get to Equestria?" Juan exclaimed more and more concerned.

Do you remember that dimension tide that brought us here in the first place? ... I think Ezequiel sent Roger to see if it worked.

"Oh no this is serious." Concern began to take Juan by surprise. The girls noticed this.

Quick Juan, those must be ships of the corrupt. We only have about 30 minutes. Get the girls out of here and warn the princesses. NOW!.

Scarlet didn't need. ask her twice. Juan then with a look of determination turned to the girls.

"Are you okay honey?" Ratity asked with concern, the other girls also had worried looks, especially Fluthershy, Firefly and Blade.

"There is no time to explain, we must get out of here as soon as possible and warn the princesses." Juan said as he put on his helmet and took out his revolvers.

"Warn the princesses about what?" Blade asked as she and Firefly donned their armor.

"I'll explain later ...". Juan was interrupted again by Scarlet.

3 ... 2 ... 1 ... JUAN THERE'S NO TIME GET OUT OF THERE!

"Oh no ... EVERYONE RUNS!" Juan yelled. Then a great explosion echoed throughout Canterlot, all the ponies present were in shcok. Then the ponies and Juan looked up and saw gigantic ships unknown to the ponies, but very familiar to Juan and Scarlet. Then from heaven creatures very similar to Juan began to fall. They were the corrupt ones.

"Hey wait ... those look like you mate." Applejack said.

"Ohhh ... are they your friends?" Pinkie asked. Juan inside his helmet gave an angry look at the sky.

"No ... they are the opposite." He said. Then the soldiers deployed parachutes and fell to the ground. Then a much larger ship landed in the city. Revealing a very familiar figure ... too familiar.

The figure was then revealed ... it was none other than that bastard.

"Ezequiel".

"Well, well ... what do we have here? Greetings my little ponies. Surely you may know what or who I am ... Ezequiel called me and I am a human." Ezequiel then stopped to see a very scared yellow pegasus with pink mane. This was none other than Fluthershy. Ezequiel then approached menacingly, the other ponies just backing away. Juan stayed hidden in his camouflage.

"Look who we have here. Scared little pony?" Ezequiel asked with a malicious smile.

"Hey get your dirty hands off her!" Rainbow screamed and tried to attack. But she was stopped by Applejack.

"Easy little bitch, I won't hurt you if you cooperate with me, just tell me where I can find your leaders and I'll leave you alone and return you to your friends." Fluthershy was now crying in dread fear. Ezequiel only smiled at the torment. But Fluthershy then steeled herself and spoke.

"I ... I would never betray my friends for a monster like you." Fluthershy said. Ezekiel was now starting to get annoyed. He grabbed the fearful Fluthershy by the throat and pulled a pistol out of his pants and pointed it at her head.

"Well ... I see you don't leave me any other option ... well I'll have to kill you." Just as Ezequiel went to pull the trigger a bullet rang out. Everyone including Ezequiel saw Juan with a red glow on his helmet and with a knife in his hand.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!". Juan roared, then charged towards Ezequiel and kicked him in the stomach, taking the air out of his lungs. Then Fluthershy freed herself from the grip and came sobbing towards Juan.

"You're good?". The very concerned asked.

"Yes, I'm fine ... thank you very much." Fluthershy smiled and ran to her friends, who hugged her.

Then Ezequiel regained consciousness and quickly approached Juan, the ponies were horrified. Then he grabbed Juan by the throat.

"Look who we have here, but if it's you again, I see that you have become fond of these creatures ... but hey we need resources. You know? The land is already shit." Ezekiel said.

"I can't believe that bastards like you are still in our damn world, people like you and other corrupt people should rot in hell." Juan said something choking, then Ezequiel began to squeeze him harder. Juan then saw the right moment to act.

"You know there is something you have never learned." Juan asked mockingly.

"And that's it? ..." Ezequiel was interrupted by a head butt with Juan's helmet on his head. Ezekiel released him and staggered. Then Juan went to his friends. Who were a little scared.

"Alright girls ... I need your help ... I'll divide you into groups, Applejack, Rainbow, Firefly and Blade evacuate all the ponies to Ponyville. Rarity, Fluthershy and Pinkie help you. I'll take care of the rest." Juan said. They all nodded and left. Then Juan ran to the castle. Ezequiel then woke up.

"Don't just stand there catch all those damn ponies and kill that bastard NOW! Ezekiel yelled. Then all the soldiers nodded and divided. Some would go to capture the ponies and the others entered the castle.

The guards present were no problem as they had quickly been captured. The soldiers who were chasing Juan tried to shoot him, but he was smarter.

Juan was being chased by soldiers who tried to shoot him with AK-47s without success. Then Juan took out a grenade.

"Hey ... think fast." Juan yelled as he threw the grenade and then made it explode killing those soldiers in the process. Juan then ran into the throne room. He knew that more soldiers would arrive as reinforcements. When he arrived he found his princesses talking. When they saw it they smiled.

"Hello Juan...". Twilight was interrupted by Juan.

"There is no time to explain ... we have to get out of here as soon as possible. Canterlot is under attack from the corrupt." Juan exclaimed as he reloaded ammunition.

"What do you mean that the castle is being attacked?" Luna asked very worried. Then three soldiers appeared from the roof and were about to shoot until Juan shot all three of them. The princesses were scared now.

"Now do you believe me?" He asked. They just nodded scared and very surprised.

"Quick we have to get out of here." Juan then ran off with the princesses behind.

But the soldiers had already invaded the castle. They had two options to surrender and possibly be killed or fight and escape.

"Alright girls, we have two options to survive. Surrender or fight. Which one do you choose?" Juan said. Now the frightened looks of the princesses turned into looks of determination.

"Let's fight". Luna said, the others nodded. Then a large group of corrupt soldiers appeared in the hallway in front of the main door.

"Resisting is not an option, surrender and we will not harm you." Said one of the soldiers.

"We will never give up, we will fight for our home." Cadance said taking an attacking stance. Juan and the other princesses did the same.

"Then". Then the soldier glared at the other soldiers. "Squash them!" Yelled the soldier. The others pointed their weapons at them.

Then with a battle cry the princesses and Juan began to charge against the corrupt. The soldiers shot at them but the alicorns lit their horns and grew shields that caused the bullets to bounce off them. Juan then pulled out a gatling and shot a group of 10 soldiers killing them instantly.

Then Celestia, Luna, and Cadance summoned magic swords and then pierced through several soldiers. Twilight began to fire several bolts of magic at the last remaining soldiers.

Juan was beating the remaining soldiers, then began to stab them with his knife. But inadvertently a soldier was about to stab him. Celestia noticed this and then hit him in the face with her front hooves. Sending him flying and killing him.

"Not bad Cel. I like fighting mares." Juan said with a smile, then he gave her a tender kiss on the cheek. She blushed and kissed him too.

"You don't do too bad my sun either." Then she looked at the others. The other princesses had finished with the other soldiers.

"Well my princesses, enough of kitsch, let's get out of here." Then Juan ran along with the princesses following him.

"Juan HELP!". The princesses shouted in unison. Juan turned around and was shocked. There were his beloved princesses trapped and immobilized by the soldiers. Juan was about to shoot but then the damned one arrived.

"No, no. You don't want to do that Juan, you don't want to lose your girlfriends and your friends either. No?" Ezekiel asked. Then some soldiers came out from behind him to reveal Twiligh's friends, and Blade and Firefly with chains on their bodies and bosal on their mouths.

"Put down your weapons." He said. Juan was going to shoot but Scarlet told him.

Don't do anything stupid Juan. There are too many we will not be able to with all. We better give up.

"No, we will never give up, we must fight." Juan whispered. Ezequiel heard him and grabbed Luna.

"If you don't give up, then I'll be forced to kill your beloved princesses one ... by one." Ezekiel said.

"DO NOT DO IT!". Shout Luna. But she was interrupted by Ezekiel's gun to her face.

"Shut up or I'll rip your horn off!" Ezekiel yelled. Juan didn't know what to do. He wanted to shoot him, but if he did, the bastard would kill Luna, the others, and quite possibly his friends. What he didn't know was that Luna had a plan.

Luna lit her horn and blinded everyone present except the princesses and the other girls. Juan was confused.

"Luna, what are you doing?" Juan asked.

"You must get out of here, you are our only hope, you have to free Equestria from the corrupt." Luna said.

"But ... but what will happen to you, Celestia, Cadance Twilight and the others?" Juan asked.

"We will be fine my sunshine, go and save us, all Equestria is in your hands ... we need you, Equestria needs you ... I need you." Celestia said. Juan did not want to leave his princesses and friends. But there was no other option. He now had to save Equestria and his other friends. Without hesitation, Juan jumped out of a window and then released a stopper. Upon impact with the ground, he ignited his camouflage and then began to run.

In the castle, Ezequiel and the other soldiers removed their blindness and then rejoined.

"Shit". Ezekiel said. He then turned his gaze to his soldiers and Craid who had just arrived.

"Craid". Ezequiel did not have to repeat twice to his android. Craid then produced a portable radio that linked him to the corrupt army generals.

"Red alert! Juan has escaped all the corrupt ones on the march to capture the enemy!" Craid yelled over the radio. Then Ezequiel turned his gaze to the girls and princesses.

"Take these ponies to the dungeons, they will serve us later." Ezekiel said. Then he and his soldiers began leading the girls and princesses to the dungeons below Canterlot.

In the distance Juan deactivated his camouflage and hid in a nearby house. Then he looked up out of a window and was horrified. All the ponies had been captured but not only that ...

The ships of the corrupt disembarked the other prisoners. Dragons, hippogriffs, gryphons, yacks, and other creatures were now being brought to the dungeons of Canterlot. Among the prisoners were Ember, Discord, Silverstream, Novo, Ki Seong, and many friends he had made earlier had been captured.

Juan couldn't take it anymore and he collapsed on the cold cobblestone floor, the pain didn't matter to him. Now his loved ones had been captured and possibly used as cargo or worse.

"NO!". Juan screamed in anger and sadness and then collapsed hitting the ground with his fists. Their prayers were not heard since now those monsters had conquered their new home.

I know this chapter came much later than expected, but I hope you enjoy this chapter. The next ones to come will be even better than it is.

Another thing to note is that I am planning to create a story based on the cupcake pancake. I hope I can write it today.
