Hi guys! Im not dead! It's just a lack of motivation that's holding me back. Anyway, I could use some help with a cover for this story. I want to edit FlameStar with a smile on his face but I suck at drawing. If you'd like to help me, comment down below!

Reunited

FlameStar sighed contently. "This is the life." He was sitting on a hammock soaking in the rays of the summer sun. The red unicorn was wearing sunglasses and drinking a smoothie. He deserved the break after stopping a fairy prince from the complete demise of Equestria. Then, a shadow loomed over FlameStar's hammock. "Hey! You're blocking my light." FlameStar groaned. It was Rainbow Dash who was blocking the light.

"FlameStar, you need to come with me!"

"Don't tell me another villain came to wreck the halls." The unicorn groaned. "I'm not in the mood for another adventure."

"3 ponies kept asking me for you." Rainbow explained. "Think you can smooth this over?"

"I got this, Rainbow." FlameStar put up his sunglasses and smoothie and jumped down to from his balcony to the ground. "So where are these ponies?"

"I had them wait with Fluttershy. C'mon!" Rainbow and FlameStar hurried along the dirt roads. FlameStar's mane flowed with the wind as it hit him. As the pair hurried through Ponyville, FlameStar couldn't stop thinking about who were the 3 ponies asking for him. he didn't know anypony else besides Twilight's Friends. At last the 2 ponies arrived at Fluttershy's cottage. Discord and Fluttershy were waiting.

"About time you made it." huffed Discord impatiently.

"The ponies are inside having tea." Fluttershy responded. FlameStar walked into the cottage and who he saw sent a rush of nostalgia to him. There he saw a dark blue Pegasus with a Ring and spines of a hedgehog for a cutie mark, A purple unicorn with a midnight sword for a cutie mark and an earth pony with a forest for a cutie mark. the 3 ponies stared at FlameStar for a long moment. FlameStar was trying to take in what he saw.

FlameStar finally spoke. "You... you guys... you're from my village. my... my old friends..."

"FlameStar? is that really you?" asked the unicorn. FlameStar showed a sheepish smile then turned to show his cutie mark.

"It really is you..." said the Pegasus. "I'd recognize that cutie mark anywhere."

"You've had it rough haven't you, FlameStar?" Asked the unicorn.

"You'll never guess! Celestia helped me to forgive myself and now I'm a celebrity." FlameStar explained. FlameStar's friends were amazed.

"Just who are you three anyway?" asked Rainbow Dash.

"I'm Jayhawk Windrush" said the Pegasus

"Midnight Animes" the unicorn spoke

"and I'm Lumber Earth!" said the earth pony. Rainbow's eyebrows furrowed.

"if you're FlameStar's old friends, why didn't you help him when he got banished?" the three ponies sighed.

"I'm afraid... its a story without a happy ending..." Jayhawk spoke. "Midnight? Memory spell?" Midnight created a memory cloud to see the memories. "Yes, FlameStar did save us when we all were just foals. The dark vines that disrupted the village did a number on the place." Jayhawk paused. "The real reason FlameStar was banished is because of the destructive power of his cutie mark. We couldn't defend our friend because we were just maturing. Since when does anypony listen to young ones? once we all became older, FlameStar was banished from the village and he and his parents were never seen or heard from again..." The Ponyville residents were amazed.

"But now you're back FlameStar! Just like old times!" Lumber said. FlameStar perked up.

"i might have an idea on how to strengthen our friendship after many years apart!" FlameStar said. he then pointed to the School of Friendship. "Princess Twilight was coming to give a special briefing on Friendship!"

"WE GET TO LEARN WITH THE PRINCESS TWILIGHT??!!" Midnight exclaimed. "Why are we wasting time? Lets go!" FlameStar and his old friends hurried to the school to rekindle their friendship. Rainbow, Fluttershy and Discord looked at each other.

"I guess we should help out too?" Fluttershy asked.

"Why not?" Rainbow said. she turned to Discord. "You coming, Discord?"

"Sorry, ladies, but I have a rousing guys night with Spike and Big Mac tonight! Goodbye!" The Lord of Chaos vanished. The 2 pegasi set off to the school.
