E.B.C. - 0002 (The Alicorn Princesses)

Now he had a new routine.
First, he would use his ID card and enter the facility after passing through a ton of security protocols, and then he would go direct to the library on the third floor.

It was something he was getting used to because of the low contact with others. Yes, he had lost the access to his own office and was designated to help the librarian for a time while Lyra would work with E.B.C. 0102, an entity who he knew nothing of.

And so he started his work, organizing an unbearable number of sheets of papers about lost personal, rumors and entities who got neutralized.

At first, he was bored as hell, but when he understood that he could use it to find that person, he started to work more focused.

"Mr. Blank Slate?"

He looked for the sound and found the librarian looking at him with a tired stare.

"Yes?"

"Name's Moondancer. I believe you're the newbie, right?"

"Yes?"

"So do me a favor. Take this letter to your senior, miss Sparkle, I believe."

"OK, I'll do it. But I was arranging some documents now and..."

"Please. I can do your part, just go now. It is something of urgency."

"OK ma'am."

And so, Blank Slate was sent away from the library as he was starting to enjoy his duty.

Dear Twilight,
I come in contact with you in light of our friendship at the time of our scholarship because maybe you are one of the few minds who could help investigate this question.

As you might know, the agency has a total lack of knowledge about E.B.C. 0002, also known as the Alicorn sisters.

You see, almost all records about these two beings have been redacted or lost, and the only ones I could find detail them as "Entities Neutralized" or "The best rulers Equestria ever had"; and when I try to talk about it with the director, she only smiled and say to me "go get some friends", and it's infuriating!

WE NEED MORE INFORMATION!

That said, I have some points I want your opinion about.

1. It is said that these entities have the capacity to move the sun and moon, but I find this preposterous. The theory proposed by Maneleu Manelei about our world being in a heliocentric formation with the sun and moon has more than enough proof to be accepted by the scientific community, and yet something prevents it to happen.

2. Both Alicorns are told to have been neutralized, but where the bodies, remaining or even location if they alive?
   Where are the studies about them and their TRUE capacity?
   The only thing we know is what was told to us more than a thousand years ago.

3. How come the Bureau has not even once tried to find the specimens? I have been in the library for so long, reading all the registry about them in the course of centuries, but nothing has been done.

Please, Twilight, talk to the director for me. She is your mentor, after all.

As twilight read the letter, he got a little excited, as she and Moondancer were kindred spirits in the search of knowledge, the difference being that while she was at the laboratory, dealing with anomalies, Moondacer was in the library reading all the records the agency had. And for that, Twilight envy her friend.

"Thanks, Blank, I'll take care of the rest."

And with a smile, she sent her newbie away to his job.
"Director Sunny will love this, and I have so many ideas!" she thought as she walked, or maybe skipped, in the direction of the Director's office.

Special Containment Procedures: No need of containment, the entities are already neutralized.

Description:
E.B.C. 0002 consist of two entities, designated as 0002-A e 0002-B.

As a general rule, both entities are female bipedal creatures with an equestrian appearance which cause an effect in other beings who reported at the time, the feelings of calm, tranquility, and the idea that the entities are very wise — and this is believed to be a mimetic effect.

The entities show to have the primordial aspects of every Equestrian tribe that, when combined, multiplied itself. The horn and magical capacities of a unicorn, the strength and resilience of the Earth ponies, and the wings and grace of a Pegasus. These characteristics classified them as Alicorns.

The entity 0002-A, also known as "Celestia", has immaculate white fur and is seen to always be wearing her royal attire. Her height is 189 centimeter (6,2 ft), with a horn of 25 cm (0,82 ft) and wing span of (REDACTED), it is theorized that she have a connection with the sun, what would give her an enormous boost in magical power, what would explain why her mane is always floating, functioning as "regulator" of magical input/output.
There is a religion based on her, know as the church of the sun, and they claim that is her who moves the sun each day.

The entity 0002-B is know as "Luna", is the younger sister of 00002-A, and has a dark blue fur covering all its body, and is seen to always be wearing her royal attire. Her height is 180 cm (5,9 ft), with a horn of 23 cm (0,75 ft) and a wing spam of (REDACTED). As her sister, she shows to have some connection with the Moon, having the same system of control of magical input/output as her sister, making her mane float with all the color of the night sky.
And, as 0002-A, a church was made in her honor called "The Brotherhood of the Night", and they claim that is her who moves the moon and stars.
Both the claim of the church of the sun and the brotherhood of the night are to be proved the truth through test and experiments.

Addendum 1#: It's noted that from,(REDACTED) A.D. both entities 0002 A and B ruled Equestria as Dyarchy, and that was reported as a prosperous time for inhabitants. But problems arise with the war against (redacted) and (redacted).
As a consequence of the high mental burden over the 0002-B, she became susceptible to a stance of E.B.C. 0023, and this incites an (DATA ERASED) — know as incident 0002-Sigma.

Addendum 2#: After the incident 0002-Sigma, the entities abdicate the throne, they establish a constitution and a senate. After this, they disappeared, and the agency gave them the threat level of neutralized.

Addendum 3#: On 25th of(REDACTED), a petition was made to the council for a revaluation of their threat level by the researchers known as Moondacer and Twilight Sparkles; in the qualms of the lack of actual and currently knowledge of the entities.
The revaluation was denied by Rank S director Sunny Skies, who said it would be a wast of the agency funds to dig into a neutralized E.B.C.
