E.B.C. - 00001 (Discord, The Spirit of Chaos)

He walked in the main lobby of the agency, a great space full of life with many ponies running around the stairs, opening and closing doors of reinforced metal, and, in general, doing their jobs as if their life depended on it — and in some cases, it really depended.

In the center of the lobby, a statue of a mismatched creature stood, and in the left wall, the receptionist waited for him.

He took a long look at the statue and smiled.
"I can't believe it, how can they be so naive? Maybe I should let a tip or two about what he can really do, or maybe..."

And, after the little thought, he walked to the reception where miss Lyra Hearthstring waited.

Description: E.B.C. 001 was a bipedal creature of approximately 1,92 m (6.29 ft), but in his time of activity was observed having some metamorphic abilities; his body consist of a head is horse-like, he also has a deer antler on the right, a blue goat horn on the left, one long fang, different-sized pupils, a snake tongue, a goat beard, and white bushy eyebrows.

In addition, he has the right arm of a lion, the left claw of an eagle, the right leg of a lizard, and the left leg of a goat. In his back he has a bat's right wing, a Pegasus's left wing, a horse's mane, and a dragon-like snake's tail with a white tail tuft. Finalizing, he presents himself in a serpentine body.

When uncontained, E.B.C. 0001 appears to have the same amount of magic of two young Alicorns, but his magic differentiate itself by using the aspects of chaos; meaning he could alter the reality in a radius of approximately 5 Km (3.10 miles) around itself. Which rank him as a reality bender of rank B.

Although dangerous at the time, he had been neutralized by the use of a weapon of harmonic resonance, also known as (Redacted), which resulted in his petrification.

The item was donated to the agency on (Redacted) A.D., by the former princess of Equestria, Princess Celestia and Luna.

Dear Director Sunny Skies,

I have come in contact with one of my subordinates, and he expresses to me a concern about the containment of E.B.C. 0001, believing that the entity is not yet neutralized.

I know it's neutralized, and that you are certain about it, but...
Better safe than sorry... Right?
