Chapters Spongebob was a happy go lucky yellow sponge with brown pants and black shoes he lived in a pineapple under the sea, he loved everything and everyone his pet snail Gary, his dimwitted best friend Patrick Star who was a pink starfish with green pants, Sandy who was a squirrel from Texas who wore a space suit so she could breathe she had a passion for science, Squidward Tentacles who was a blue cephalopod with a brown shirt and was his grumpy next door neighbor, and finally his boss from the Krusty Krab named Mr. Krabs a greedy crab with blue overalls but he had a heart. He even loved Bikini Bottom’s worst enemy Plankton.
Plankton a small green ameoba was working on a new invention it was a very good one, it was the teleporter, with it he would be able to send the Krabby Patty Formula he so desperately wanted right to the Chum Bucket. Soon he would have the Krabby Patty Formula and finally be able to get some business, his rival Mr. Krabs would finally taste the sour taste of defeat.
“Oh Karen doesn’t this just melt your heart drive?” Plankton asked in a scheming tone.
“Sure, how do you fail on stealing the Krabby Patty Formula this time?” Karen his computer W.I.F.E asked annoyed.
“You know Karen I feel like you never believe in me.” Plankton said annoyed at his so called wife.
“Gee where’d you get that idea?” Karen asked sarcastically.
“Whatever, this teleporter will send the Krabby Patty Formula right down to the Krusty Krab where I will finally get the Krabby Patty Formula. Mwahahahahahahahahahahaha.” Plankton maniacally laughed.
“Sure it will honey.” Karen said before wheeling off.
“Aw whatever, this is the time.” Plankton monologues.
In the Krusty Krab, Spongebob was cooking the Krabby Patties for the customers, while Squidward sat at the cash register annoyed.
“Order up.” Spongebob rang before laughing happily.
“Ugh barnacle brain.” Squidward muttered to himself.
Plankton then snuck around the restaurant it worked well due to his tiny size.
Plankton then slid under the door to Mr. Krabs’ office where the crab was waiting for him knowing his tricks by now, and he smirked at his opponent.
“Nice try Plankton, but ye failed again, now stay away from me formuler.” Mr. Krabs ordered while throwing Plankton and his teleporter away to the Chum Bucket.
The teleporter then began malfunctioning making Plankton concerned, the whole town began getting sucked into a newly made portal.
“NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!” Plankton yelled scared.
Meanwhile in the land of Equestria, Twilight Sparkle began dusting her library with her assistant Spike by her side, it was a peaceful day until she heard a crashing noise.
“Spike is there something going on outside?” Twilight asked concerned.
Spike then looked outside and saw ponies and fish creatures screaming at the sight of each other and new houses on the block.
“Apparently we got company.” Spike stated a bit freaked out.
Spongebob then rubbed his head and saw that he was in a strange place, it had air but yet he could still breathe, that was a bit odd. He turned to his side and saw Patrick by his side.
“Patrick buddy, wake up.” Spongebob shook his best friend awake and when Patrick did wake up he began to freak out.
“Gah, where are we?” Patrick asked scared at what was going on.
“We’re at some weird place that’s for sure.” Spongebob said in a questioning tone.
“Welcome to Equalestria.” Patrick read from a pamphlet.
“Pat where’d you get that?” Spongebob asked rushing to look at it.
“Found it all over the ground.” Patrick clarified.
“Patrick, It says Equestria a magical land maybe that explains why we can breathe, it all makes sense now, Uh wait no it doesn’t all make sense but it still makes some sense.” Spongebob analyzed cheerfully.
“Where should we go first?” Patrick asked Spongebob innocently.
“I think maybe that Ponyville place it seems nice.” Spongebob said in happiness.
Patrick agreed with Spongebob and they merrily went on their way to Equestria.
Meanwhile on a distant land Plankton rubbed his head in agony and began to feel lightheaded his Computer W.I.F.E Karen was thankfully unharmed he would not forgive himself if she was hurt.
Plankton then woke up Karen and they found themselves at some sort of colony.
Then some bug like creatures showed up and began speaking.
“Why have you come here?”
“Speak simple minded fools.”
“Where have you come from?”
“Silence, let the queen do the talking.” A voice commanded.
“Yes you’re highness.” one of the bug creatures relented.
“Uh good afternoon I am Sheldon J Plankton and you are?” Plankton asked sheepishly.
“I am the mighty Queen Chrysalis, come we have much to discuss.” Chrysalis spoke with a smirk.
“Okay.” Plankton said confused walking with Chrysalis with Karen following.
“You see I saw you fall out of that portal so it leads me to ask where are you from?” Chrysalis began.
“Well lying will do me no good so I’ll just say it I’m from Bikini Bottom.” Plankton said quickly.
“Ah does it have much love there?” Chrysalis asked with intent.
“Pah that town is the cruelest place in mankind, the only one that makes it bearable is Karen and sometimes Spongebob Squarepants, why?” Plankton spat with venom.
“I see you hate that town would you like to join me in my villainous plot, to invade Equestria? I could use the extra help.” Chrysalis asked with a crazed glee making Karen feel suspicious.
“Hmm, I always liked aligning with villains so eh why not?” Plankton shrugged happily.
“Marvelous so tell me more about Spongebob Squarepants.” Chrysalis said.
“Well he’s a yellow sponge, almost everyone loves him and he sometimes brightens my day, why do you ask?” Plankton explained.
“Well you see we are The Changelings and we feed off of love and this information about this Spongebob Squarepants will help us with our plan, ha ha ha ha ha.” Chrysalis said gleefully.
Author's Note
So it begins, don’t worry everyone’s homes were fine and no one was harmed but right now Bikini Bottom is suddenly in Equestria what will happen next?
Spongebob and Patrick then headed to Sugarcube Corner since they heard that was a good place to eat and they were right as there were a lot of cakes and desserts there and the sight made them very happy and they rang the bell to begin ordering, out came Pinkie Pie and she began to take their order as she bonded with the two sea creatures they also met Applejack, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Rarity and became friends with them too, everything seemed peaceful for the fish and ponies since they all calmed down and chose to live in Equestria in peace.
Meanwhile Chrysalis was smirking in the distance, the time to attack was very soon.
Author's Note
So I made a brief summary of how things are going so far because I’m so ready to get to Canterlot Wedding.
The train then stopped at Canterlot where there were guards everywhere and a massive forcefield.
“We're here, we're here!” Pinkie Pie shouted happily.
“Whoa, what's with all the guards?” Spongebob asked a bit scared leaving the train.
“I'm sure they're just taking the necessary precautions. Royal weddings do bring out the strangest ponies and fish.” Rarity said with a sincere voice.
“Excuse me, happy couple coming through.” Plankton announced on Karen’s head with the latter wheeling across the entrance.
“Like I said.” Rarity whispered to Spongebob who was a bit upset at what he heard.
“Hey those two may be a bit odd but they are my friends.” Spongebob said crossing his arms.
“Fair enough.” Pinkie Pie said happily bouncing up and down.
“Now, let's get going! We've got work to do!“ Rarity said happily trotting off to the castle.
“And you've got a big brother to go congratulate.” Spongebob encourages Twilight.
“Yeah. Congratulate . And then give him a piece of my mind.” Twilight said annoyed walking up to the castle leaving her friends concerned.
“I’m gonna go make sure Twilight does not take it too far you guys go ahead.” Spongebob ensures the others.
“Good luck Spongebob.” Patrick called out.
Meanwhile Plankton hid in the bushes smirking, the poor creatures they were so oblivious to his plans.
Shining Armor was seen commanding the guards every where and pointing in different directions until he saw Twilight and Spongebob and got excited.
“Twily! Ah, I've missed, you, kid. How was the train ride? I–“ Shining Armor began before Twilight cut him off.
“How dare you not tell me in person that you were getting married! I'm your sister, for pony's sake!” Twilight lectures angrily.
Spongebob makes an awkward smile to ease the tension
“Uh hi I’m Spongebob, Twilight’s a bit upset you didn’t tell her about the wedding sooner.” Spongebob said awkwardly.
“Well nice to meet you Spongebob and I’m so sorry I didn’t tell you about the wedding Twilight but I was just so busy, a threat has been made against Canterlot so Princess Celestia has asked me to help provide some extra protection.” Shining Armor explained with remorse.
“You both should see this.” Shining Armor declares before using his horn to increase his bubble shield before getting a minor headache.
“The burden of keeping Canterlot safe and secure rests squarely on my shoulders. Staying focused on the task at hand has been my top priority.” Shining Armor continues with a sigh.
“Okay, okay, I get it. You've got a really important job protecting all of Canterlot with a force field only you can conjure up. But still... how could you not tell me about something as big as your wedding? Am I not that important to you any more?” Twilight asked with sadness.
“Hey. You're my little sister. Of course you're important to me. But I'd understand if you didn't want to be my best mare now.” Shining Armor says embracing Twilight.
“For real I’d love to be your best mare.” Twilight said hugging Shining Armor which made Spongebob happy to see.
“But I'm still pretty ticked you're marrying somepony I don't even know! When did you even meet this "Princess Mi Amore Cadenza"?” Twilight asked a bit upset.
“Twilight, Princess Mi Amore Cadenza is Cadence your old foal-sitter.” Shining Armor clarified happily.
“Cadence? As in the Cadence? As in the greatest foalsitter in all the history of foalsitters?!“ Twilight asked happily.
“Yeah that Cadence.” Shining Armor said happily.
When Cadence did show up she seemed to be a bit rude and almost malicious which alarmed Spongebob and Twilight a bit when her and Shining Armor left, Spongebob began asking Twilight some questions.
“Uh is Cadence always like this?” Spongebob asked a bit scared.
“No she’s normally much nicer, something might be wrong here.” Twilight said with a suspicious glare.
Spongebob and Twilight have done a lot of snooping around and found that Cadence seemed pretty mean, she threw Applejack’s good in the trash behind her back, commanded that Rarity make the bridesmaids’ dress a new color even though the bridesmaids like it, and insulted Pinkie Pie’s party planning.
When the Mane 5, Patrick, Sandy, Spike, Mr. Krabs and Squidward gathered up they began to talk and discuss about the wedding.
“I know what you’re all thinking, Cadence is the absolute worst bride to be ever.” Twilight guessed surprising everyone even Squidward.
“Who, me?” Spike asked in a high pitched voice using the Cadence figure.
“Spike! That goes on the cake.” Applejack lectures sternly.
Spike laughs nervously and puts the figure down.
Rarity then spoke “Twilight, whatever are you talking about? Cadance is an absolute gem!”
“Are you kidding me, she was so demanding, Applejack did you know that after she told you how much she just 'love-love-loved' your hors d'eouvres, she threw them in the trash?” Twilight asked annoyed.
“Yeah that’s true I saw it.” Spongebob defended.
“Oh Cadence threw those in, those were delicious how dare she!” Patrick said angrily.
“Ew Patrick.” Sandy recoiled in disgust.
“Aw she was probably just tryin to spare my feelings.” Applejack said with a comforting smile.
“Are you sure about that it sounds like she was being mean and totally fake.” Squidward analyzes.
“See he gets it.” Twilight pointed to Squidward.
“And Rarity remember how demanding she was?” Spongebob asked.
“Oh of course she was it was her wedding day after all.” Rarity answered happily.
After a while Twilight left in anger at the fact no one but Squidward and Spongebob seem to believe her when she bumped into Plankton.
“Oh hi, nice to meet you I am Sheldon J Plankton.” Plankton said with a faux smile.
“Hey you’re one of Spongebob’s friends right?” Twilight asked curiously.
Plankton was shocked, someone actually talked about him positively?
“Uh yes I am, also you seem a bit upset what’s wrong?” Plankton asked with fake concern.
“It’s just that Cadence has been acting so demanding recently and I don’t know why.” Twilight admits.
“Oh thank goodness I’m not the only one that didn’t notice, she has been so rude and has been treating me and Karen like we’re peasants that’s so not normal for the Princess Of Love.” Plankton analyzed while fake crying.
“That’s terrible.” Twilight said angry at Cadence for hurting someone’s feelings.
“Well I should go, also I think she did something to her bridesmaids and Shining Armor but I’m not sure I thought I heard something.” Plankton admits.
Twilight then ran off to go do something to go check on Shining Armor while Plankton maliciously smirked.
Twilight was frightened Plankton was right she just saw Cadence cast a spell on Shining Armor she went to alert her friends but they were so busy with being the new bridesmaids with Sandy to care about what she was going to say.
Twilight then went to the wedding rehearsal where her friends, Shining Armor, Cadence, Celestia, Spongebob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, and Squidward were and began accusing Cadence of being evil, Spongebob backed her up on this claim making Cadence run out in tears.
Shining Armor explained that the spell Cadence put on him was a healing spell, and the bridesmaids left because they only wanted to be close to royalty, and it was just Wedding stress and Shining Armor then banned Twilight from the wedding.
“Hold on Shining Armor give her another chance we-“ Spongebob began before Shining Armor glared at him.
“Shut up Spongebob, my choice is final and you’re banned too for making her cry as well.” Shining Armor declares.
Spongebob began tearing up angering Patrick.
“Hmph if Spongebob goes I go.” Patrick said angrily.
“Fine by me now if you’ll excuse me I have to go comfort my bride.” Shining Armor said angrily.
The Mane 5 followed Shining Armor glaring at Twilight and Spongebob for what they did, Spike left concerned, Sandy, Squidward, and Mr. Krabs also glared at Spongebob and Patrick.
“TRAITORS!” Patrick yelled out
“Ditching us for royalty, the nerve.” Patrick ranted annoyed.
“Twilight are you okay?” Spongebob asked sadly.
“He was my big brother best friend forever and now we’ll never do anything together.” Twilight sadly sang tearing up.
Spongebob patted her on the back but then Cadence showed up again and trapped Twilight, Spongebob, and Patrick in a forcefield plunging them down into the caves.
Author's Note
Yes Patrick is a good friend and don’t worry I will address this scene and the others will be very sorry they abandoned Twilight and Spongebob.
Twilight, Spongebob, and Patrick woke up in some caverns where Cadence began taunting them until they saw her dishelved, Twilight then attacked her until she proved it’s really her by doing their secret handshake.
“You remember me.” Twilight said embracing Cadence.
“Of course how could I forget the one I loved to foalsit for.” Cadence stated before looking oddly at Spongebob and Patrick.
“Uh I’m Spongebob and this is Patrick pleased to meet you.” Spongebob introduced.
“Oh Well nice to meet you guys but we gotta hurry the wedding is going to begin.” Cadence said.
After a while the four of them made it to the wedding and the fake Cadence was revealed to be an impostor named Queen Chrysalis who revealed herself as Queen of the Changelings.
“Equestria has more love than any place I’ve ever encountered.” Chrysalis stated.
“You sure about that. I mean this place is full of backstabbers.” Patrick yelled annoyed making the Mane 5 look away in guilt.
“Ah indeed isn’t that right Plankton.” Chrysalis said happily.
“Plankton!” Mr. Krabs said angrily.
“Oh sorry Krabs while I normally would never do this on someone’s special day I knew this plan was just too good to pass up.” Plankton said from his robot.
Karen showed up making Sandy and Mrs. Puff feel betrayed.
“Sorry gals I have no choice.” Karen apologized remorsefully.
“Just be thankful Chrysalis agreed not to hurt you guys.” Plankton admitted smugly.
Celestia tries to stop Chrysalis but Chrysalis ended up being too powerful due to consuming Shining Armor’s love for Cadence.
The Mane 6 try to make it to the Elements Of Harmony but the Changelings capture them and bring them back to the altar.
“Ah now my subjects go FEED!” Chrysalis commands.
Sandy tries to fight Chrysalis but she blasts Sandy to the wall making Plankton shocked and Karen infuriated.
“Hey we agreed no one would be harmed you could’ve just restrained her.” Karen said angrily.
“Silence Computer.” Chrysalis commanded blasting Karen to the ground breaking her in half.
“KAREN!” Plankton yelled in tears.
“Karen speak to me.” Plankton begged running up to Karen hopelessly.
“Plankton.......I.......l............o................v.............e.........y.....o.....u.” Karen said shutting off for good.
“Karen! Karen!” Plankton begged.
“Snap out of it she is just a computer you can rebuild her but maybe make her more obedient.” Chrysalis commanded with no remorse.
Plankton gritted his teeth and got in his robot.
“You broke your word Chrysalis, doing this on someone’s wedding day was bad enough, hurting someone was bad enough which you promised not to do, but you destroyed the one I love now you will pay.” Plankton said angrily trying to blast Chrysalis before she blasted Plankton’s robot to the ground and was about to harm Plankton even more before some love wave showed up blasting Chrysalis and her changelings away.
Spongebob then put a hand out for Plankton with a smile on his face.
“What are you doing?” Plankton asked.
“Offering you our friendship, it’s what we do for redeemed villains around here just ask Luna.” Twilight explained.
“Wait you’d let me be your friend after all I’ve done?” Plankton asked with tears.
“I know it seems so sudden but I feel you deserve it.” Spongebob explained happily.
Plankton then made a tearful smile and grabbed Spongebob’s hand and accepted their friendship.

Next up is the real wedding so I offed Karen, I am so sorry about that but it’s for the sake of Plankton’s redemption. I am redeeming Plankton because he just screams redemption material especially in later seasons like Season 10-12.
The Crystal Empire Part 1
Plankton walked along the streets to visit Twilight ignoring the angry glares he received from other fish and ponies, she had taken him as her pupil after his reformation, he noticed Spongebob and Patrick at the door waiting for Twilight.
“Hey there fellow heroes I believe this is where I visit Twilight.” Plankton announced dramatically.
“Yup, although she’s busy, Princess Celestia just told her she had a test and she’s not taking it well.” Spongebob clarified.
“Oh that’s an understatement.” Patrick giggles.
They then saw the library go up and then back down on the ground and were shellshocked.
“Wow.” The three managed to sputter.
“Spongebob, Patrick, oh and hi Plankton we’re going on a trip to Canterlot, let’s gogogogo.” Twilight said in stress carrying the three with her magic.
“This is my life now huh.” Plankton muttered to himself “Still better than stealing the formula.”
The three were then in the waiting room with Spike waiting for Twilight to return from her conversation with Celestia.
“Aw man I hope Twilight does okay.” Spike said in fear.
“Oh I’m surprised you care considering-“ Patrick said before Spongebob covered his mouth.
“He’s still mad at you for the wedding.” Spongebob clarified.
“Well I’m not too mad at Spike as he and Cadence do have the history or so I’ve heard.” Patrick said releasing Spongebob’s grip from his mouth.
“Sheesh you hold a grudge.” Plankton said causing the three of them to look at Plankton with annoyance.
“What?” Plankton asked before the doors opened revealing Twilight.
“How did it go Twilight did you pass?” Spike asked with concern.
(After the Failure Song)
“Uh what just happened?” Patrick asked confused.
“Spongebob, Patrick, Plankton, Spike pack your bags we’re going to the Crystal Empire.” Twilight answered.
The Crystal Empire Part 3
Plankton and Spike then saw Twilight use dark magic to reveal a secret downstairs entrance and while Plankton was ready to follow Twilight, Spike was very scared.
“You both stay up here.” Twilight said.
“If you insist.” Spike spoke nervously as Twilight went down the stairs.
“Sheesh scaredy-cat watch the master at work.” Plankton spoke with confidence before tripping on every step downward.
Meanwhile Spongebob was keeping his crowd of ponies happy by making Krabby Patties. Patrick kept his crowd happy by tap dancing.
Cadence’s magic seemed to be fading though so both were getting more worried by the second.
After Twilight made it through the door that was downstairs she ended up seeing an illusion of herself failing the test and no longer being Celestia’s student which made her cry but Spike and Plankton snapped her out of it.
Twilight, Spike, and Plankton realized the door is meant to cause fear and used magic of hope and light to make it to next room where they found the Crystal Heart.
Twilight is then trapped in a barricade King Sombra creates while the Heart makes it out.
“Twilight c’mon you gotta make it you need to deliver the Heart to Princess Cadence.” Spike said worried.
“I think we need to do it Spike.” Plankton gulped in fear.
“Plankton is correct the both of you need to make it to Princess Cadence with the Heart.” Twilight said no longer caring about the test.
Plankton guides Spike as he carries the Crystal Heart as Sombra finally makes it to the Empire and is eager to get his hooves on the Crystal Heart but Plankton buys some time by dancing on his face to block his view until he is swatted of by King Sombra and is caught by Spongebob.
Spike is able to catch the Heart and kick Sombra in the face making him tumble down.
Spike then announces “I have the Crystal Heart use the love and light to restore the Empire so King Sombra doesn’t.”
And so they did King Sombra was then destroyed.
All that was left to do now was see how Twilight did on her test.
The Crystal Empire Epilogue
In the end Twilight passed the test due to using a skill such as self sacrifice.
Back home in Ponyville Plankton was getting praised for his heroic deeds all around Ponyville confusing the green amoeba.
“Wait, what’s going on?” Plankton asked blushing in happiness.
“Plankton, Spike wrote us a letter of how you saved The Crystal Empire.” Sandy explained happily showing Plankton the letter.
“You’re a hero now Plankton.” Mr. Krabs proclaimed.
“He did? I am! I’m a hero.” Plankton said being carried across the streets with Spike winking at him and Plankton gave him a thumbs up in return. He was so happy to have such caring friends, Karen would be proud of him.
Princess Twilight Sparkle Part 2
Spongebob and Plankton walked with the Mane 6 as Spike was left back at Ponyville to keep him out of danger.
Along the way Twilight was almost eaten by a cragidile so the Mane 5, Spongebob, and Plankton were getting concerned.
“Twi maybe you should head home.” Applejack said.
“What why?” Twilight asked shocked.
“Well with Luna and Celestia gone and Cadence in the Crystal Empire it will be tough on Equestria if they aren’t brought back by tree then you’ll probably be needed to rule Equestria.” Applejack explained.
“Why do I think that line will affect our very distant future?” Spongebob asked himself.
“And if something happened to you Twilight I don’t think Equestria can risk losing another princess we already lost Karen.” Plankton said in tears.
“You all feel this way.” Twilight asked beginning to cry.
Everyone nodded their heads yes as Spongebob took Twilight’s element crown and said “This is likely needed.”
“I understand.” Twilight said before leaving.
Princess Twilight Sparkle Epilogue
The Mane 5, Spongebob, and Plankton were stumped they didn’t know how to save the Tree Of Harmony they were regretting sending Twilight home, they then saw Spike tumble down the stairs.
Spongebob saved Spike almost immediately and
Spike then passed out until Plankton slapped him making him wake up.
“Thanks I needed that.” Spike admitted sheepishly.
The Mane 5 then saved Twilight from the vines and then The Mane 6 gave up the elements to save the tree.
Spongebob and Plankton Bowes before the princesses who returned before Celestia said “No need to bow you two.”
“Right sorry.” Spongebob said nervously.
“Eh, I figured I should but okay.” Plankton admits happily.
They all then saw a chest with six keyholes on them making them all curious but they could not question it for now.
Patrick, Sandy and Discord then showed up to congratulate the heroes.
“Spongebob you’re okay.” Patrick said happily embracing Spongebob.
“Great job guys ya saved the day for the Uh fifth time.” Sandy pointed out “Wow Equestria sure does get into trouble a lot.”
Discord then revealed he planted the seeds to make the Tree Of Harmony useless but he forgot until now and the Summer Sun Celebration then occurred making everyone happy.
Inspiration Manifestation Part 3
Spike turned back and saw the green magic flow out of Rarity.
He saw Rarity’s shock when she saw Spongebob and Plankton encased in stone and realized that the monster wasn’t Rarity it was the dark magic.
“Rarity I’m so sorry I called you a monster, I’m not sure how you were- the last part of the spell.” Spike realized.
“Only true words will set you free, I told you how I really felt about your work and it set you free.” Spike said in realization.
“Dearest Spike, next time please tell me how you feel next time before you call me a ‘monster’ even if I can’t blame you at the moment, we’re friends.” Rarity said embracing the dragon which he returned.
Spongebob and Plankton were then freed from the crystals and the dark magic was taken down. Twilight was furious with Spike which he shrugged off.

Next up is Equestria Games
Spongebob, Patrick, Sandy, Mr. Krabs, Squidward, and Plankton all headed to the Crystal Empire for the Equestria Games which was great for all of them.
Spongebob and Patrick would get to have fun watching the events.
Mr. Krabs would get to sell his merchandise.
Sandy, and Squidward would get to study the Crystal Empire for their own purposes the former for science and the latter for art.
Plankton just wanted to come along for fun.
Plankton was then carried off by Crystal Guards making Spongebob concerned.
“Uh you guys go ahead I’m gonna go check on Plankton.” Spongebob said awkwardly.
Spongebob then followed the guards to see that Plankton and Spike were now being pampered by Crystal Ponies.
“Twilight what’s going on?” Spongebob asked confused.
“Spike and Plankton are known as heroes in the Crystal Empire as Spike and Plankton the Brave and Glorious. See that’s their statue.” Twilight explained pointing to a statue with both Spike and Plankton side by side.
“OMG Plankton and Spike that’s a huge honor.” Spongebob celebrated happy for both of them.
“Thanks Spongebob, it gets better, Spike was nominated to light the torch and I was told to coach the events, isn’t that great?” Plankton said happily.
“Ooh that’s amazing.” Spongebob said in awe.
The Equestria Games then began with Plankton coaching the events and Spike trying to light the torch.
Twilight ends up starting the fire for him due to his stage fright and he began to think he could start fires with his mind.
“Uh Spike-“ Spongebob began.
“Hold on I’m trying to start this paper on fire with my mind.” Spike interrupted.
“But Spike you should listen to Twilight.” Spongebob advised nervously.
“Oh okay.” Spike said happily. turning to Twilight.
Twilight then flew over to Spike and spoke “Spike I lit the torch I didn’t want you to be embarrassed so I didn’t tell you.”
“Oh okay, I guess I almost let everypony down then.” Spike said sadly lowering his head.
“You’re gonna be okay right?” Twilight asked concerned for her little brother figure.
“Of course, heh heh I’m gonna go.” Spike reassures with a sad smile.
Spike then leaves downtrodden sighing in disappointment leaving the Mane 6, Spongebob and Patrick feeling sorry for him.
Spike then sang the Cloudsdale Anthem wrong making everyone cringe and then at the end he was booed by the fish for his horrible singing making him leave crying.
“That was terrible, his singing made me wanna puke.” Squidward ranted angrily making Sandy punch him in the face for insulting her friend.
“Oh sorry my fist slipped.” Sandy said smugly.
Plankton annoyed then announced “Alright enough of that let’s get ready for the next event.”
Spongebob, Twilight and Patrick went to go comfort Spike in his room packing his stuff.
“Spike don’t be upset they booed because they Uh were jealous of your singing.” Patrick said trying to lighten the mood.
“Yeah it was amazing singing they were jealous so they booed.” Spongebob said in a fake happy tone.
“I know that they hated it, one fish literally said I stink.” Spike angrily said.
“Well Spike please just watch the rest of the games with us you don’t have to be the center of attention but please at least join us.” Twilight
“Okay fine.” Spike said.
In the end Spike saved the Crystal Empire after an ice cloud floated downwards and he breathed fire on it to melt it and realized he needed to have faith in himself and lit the fireworks.
“Well Spike you done good, you saved everyone from being impaled, great job. Uh sorry for booing you earlier.” Squidward praised.
“It’s okay thanks Squidward.” Spike said happily.
“You’re welcome.” Squidward said before leaving making Spongebob smile at the fact he was brightening up.

I’m skipping Twilight’s Kingdom due to it not needing any of the Spongebob characters as their roles would be very minor and it would mostly stay the same.
Make New Friends But Keep Discord
Spongebob was going to his pineapple to get ready for the Grand Galloping Gala when suddenly Discord stood above him.
“Oh hi Discord, how come you’re here?” Spongebob asked happily.
“Well I was wondering if you wanted to be my Plus One to the Grand Galloping Gala.” Discord explained in a scheming tone.
“Oh yeah I’d love to go with you, I mean I have a ticket but if you’d like to go with me I won’t stop you Ooh I’m so excited.” Spongebob said even more excited embracing the draconequus.
Discord then smirked “Me too Spongebob, me too.”
Spongebob then was talking to Squidward as they began heading to the Gala with Krusty Krab merchandise.
“I don’t trust Discord Spongebob I mean he betrayed Equestria for crying out loud.” Squidward said angrily.
“But Plankton did a bunch of evil deeds and I trust him.” Spongebob said with a smile.
“That’s different, Plankton proved he is worthy of trusting. Discord is Discord.” Squidward argues laughing a bit.
“What do you mean?” Spongebob asked curiously.
“Spongebob he causes chaos to his friends for fun and acts like a psychopath all around I don’t know why he hasn’t been turned to stone.” Squidward ranted annoyed.
“Maybe because he is redeemed.” Spongebob said happily.
“Ha I’ll believe it when I see it.” Squidward said laughing.
Discord then showed up and began speaking “Oh hello Spongebob thank you for accepting my invitation to come to the Gala with me.”
“No problem Discord.” Spongebob said happily.
“Oh and who are you Mr. Octopus.” Discord asked in a scheming tone.
“I am Squidward Tentacles, Bikini Bottom’s Best Clarinet Player.” Squidward said smugly.
“Oh lovely shall we go inside. I am ready to go impress Fluttershy.” Discord sang happily.
Spongebob and Discord were then introduced and went inside where they found Fluttershy and Treehugger.
“Oh Fluttershy I didn’t see you there.” Discoed said happily.
“Oh Discord you got a ticket to the gala after all.” Fluttershy said happily.
“Yes I decided to come with my friend Spongebob Squarepants we are very close.” Discoed said embracing the sponge who blushed at this.
“Oh that’s nice maybe the four of us could go out to dinner sometime.” Fluttershy said happily.
That seemed to strike a nerve with Discord and he began ranting “We all should go out to dinner have you no heart Ugh I came up with this whole scheme to make you jealous because I was jealous of you and Treehugger and now it’s not working.”
“Wait so you didn’t want me here?” Spongebob asked in tears.
“Now Spongebob I never said that I find you a good friend but I was just jealous and I thought that Fluttershy would not wanna be my friend anymore so I’m sorry Spongebob I used you.” Discord apologized with remorse.
Spongebob glared a bit but realized that Discord was telling the truth and hugged the draconequs.
“I forgive you Discord but just because Fluttershy has other friends doesn’t mean you can’t be friends.” Spongebob advised.
“Spongebob is right Discord and also next time just tell me how you feel.” Fluttershy said backing up the yellow sponge.
“Okay Fluttershy I will, I admit I overreacted a skosh.” Discord admitted bashfully.
In the end the four of them had a lot of fun and they danced the night away at the Gala.

Next is Cutie Re-Mark.
Plankton and Spongebob headed to the presentation Twilight made for cutie marks and they liked it as it was very informative and it showed some great history on how the Mane 6 met.
However after the presentation Twilight had some concerns about Starlight returning since she thought she saw her. Spike, Spongebob, and Plankton had the same concerns but they thought it was her imagination which she believed until they got to the castle.
The four then saw Starlight smirking at them. “Welcome home Twilight.” Starlight sneered.
Starlight then used a scroll to cast a spell and then the map flowed as Plankton tried to attack Starlight she flicked him off.
“Plankton!” Spongebob cried out.
Starlight then jumped into a portal that showed up and the portal then closed.
“That was weird.” Plankton said odded out by what just happened.
“Yeah and all we have is this scroll what does is do, anyway?” Spongebob asked touching the scroll opening up a portal sucking him, Plankton, Spike, and Twilight into the past.
Twilight flew while levitating Spike, Spongebob and Plankton down herself as they were in Clouds-dale she was then confused at what was going on.
They then saw Rainbow Dash as a child racing and Spongebob was very confused.
“Uh why is Rainbow Dash a child? Did we go back in time?” Spongebob asked obliviously.
“Ugh moron.” Plankton facepalmed annoyed “Yes we’re in the past.”
“I just can’t wait to see the Rainboom.” Spike said happily.
“Rainboom? Oh no.” Plankton whispered to himself just when he realized what was happening he saw Rainbow Dash frozen with Starlight’s magic and the brown pegasus won.
“No!” Plankton screamed.
Twilight flew over to Starlight with all 3 of her friends on her back.
“What did you do?” Twilight asked angrily.
“You are about to find out.” Starlight smugly replied before a portal appeared making Twilight, Spongebob, Spike, and Plankton go back to the present they realized something was different.
“This is really bad.” Twilight said nervously.
Princess Twilight Sparkle Part 1
Spongebob and Patrick were confused, why was it day and night time, Well he didn’t know so he went to ask Sandy.
Spongebob knocked on Sandy’s tree dome and she answered.
“Spongebob, Patrick what is goin’ on here?” Sandy asked shocked at the sun and moon both being outside together.
“Er, Uh, Sun, Moon, gah I don’t know.” Patrick said in tears.
Plankton then showed up with some metal gear on his head.
“Ooh hi Plankton, what’s going on?” Spongebob asked happily.
“Well in case you haven’t noticed Spongebob the sun and moon are both out, this device will allow me to detect magic it should hopefully give us a lead.” Plankton explained in a serious tone.
“Well that is smart, mind if I modify it?” Sandy asked happily.
“Sure I don’t see why not.” Plankton said with some reluctance.
Sandy then made it a magic machine which will teleport them to any strange magic that it sees.
“Cool machine Sandy.” Patrick said.
“Thanks Pat though to make sure it doesn’t go away from us I applied a 4 person limit.” Sandy explained in a happy voice.
“Well I don’t see how this can go wrong?” Spongebob said obliviously.
The magic sensors then went off and the four of them went in the machine and then saw the Mane 6, Spike, and Discord conversing.
“Oh I see you’ve brought the fish with you and some rodent.” Discord said in a scheming tone.
“Rodent, why you?” Sandy began before Spongebob and Patrick hold her back.
“I see this is the famous newly reformed Discord.” Plankton asked rolling his eye.
“Correct little ameoba, you win a prize.” Discord said giving Plankton a tiny medal.
“Cool.” Plankton said happily.
So in the end Twilight realized they needed to go to the Tree Of Harmony thanks to Zecora and they went with Spongebob and Plankton, while Sandy and Patrick stayed at Ponyville.
Spongebob and Patrick looked at Ponyville it looked so pretty, but what attracted them the most was the tree hut in the town.
“OMG Spongebob there is a literal treehouse oh I’m so excited.” Patrick said running up to the tree.
“Um Patrick-“ Spongebob said in reluctance.
“In a minute Spongebob, I wanna climb this tree.” Patrick interrupted before climbing the tree.
Spongebob shrugged and knocked the door gently.
An answer came in the form of a purple unicorn Twilight Sparkle.
Spongebob was in awe, she was so colorful and he kept the urge to squee and began speaking “Oh hi there I’m Spongebob Squarepants, I’m from Bikini Bottom, a town in the ocean. What’s your name?” Spongebob said in happiness.
“Oh nice to meet you Spongebob, I’m Twilight Sparkle, this place is Equestria, I assume the fishes wandering around are yours, we just got done calming them down.” Twilight explained.
“Oh yeah they are, we all came from some portal thing, that brought everyone here.” Spongebob explained.
“Wait a portal brought you here, come inside now we have to discuss this.” Twilight began freaking out.
“Okay.” Spongebob said in an oblivious tone.
Twilight then shines a light at Spongebob and begins interrogating him.
“Alright Spongebob, tell me where are you from?” Twilight asked in an interrogating voice.
“Bikini Bottom I just told you that.” Spongebob answered a bit nervous.
“And did anything happen to cause such a portal to show up?” Twilight asked in suspicion.
“Well Plankton was thrown out of the Krusty Krab and his little gadget made a portal appear.” Spongebob explained.
“Interesting, thank you for your time Spongebob hopefully you find your home.” Twilight patted Spongebob on the head softly making the yellow sponge blush a bit.
Spongebob then left saying good bye to Twilight and then left happily.
Meanwhile Patrick made it through the window to the upstairs and then saw Spike and immediately became terrified.
“AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!” Patrick screamed alerting both Twilight and Spike.
“Um horsie girl watch out DRAGON!” Patrick yelled before Twilight calmed him down.
“It’s okay Spike is a nice and harmless dragon.” Twilight comforted.
“Oh sorry.” Patrick apologized sheepishly.
“It’s okay, what’s your name?” Twilight asked sincerely.
“My name is Pu-Pa-Patrick, I’m Patrick yeah.” Patrick introduces himself.
“Well nice to meet you Patrick, I’m Twilight and this is Spike.” Twilight introduced happily.
“Hi sorry I scared you.” Spike introduced himself with an apologetic smile.
“It’s okay I overreacted I think.” Patrick said in a calm tone.
“Oh Patrick, down here.” Spongebob called out.
“Oh gotta go, bye guys.” Patrick said jumping down.
Patrick then accidentally landed on Spongebob but Patrick got off of Spongebob and they began exploring more.
“Hey Pat did you think the ponies are kinda cute?” Spongebob randomly asked.

Spongebob, Patrick, and Sandy were at a picnic with the Mane 6 when suddenly Spike came running with a letter apparently there is a royal wedding for Princess Mi Amora Cadenza and Twilight’s brother Shining Armor.
Twilight seemed very upset since Shining Armor didn’t let her know about this in person which Spongebob and Sandy understood.
The rest of her friends seemed more excited with helping Royalty to care about her concerns. Patrick was just confused on what’s going on he was just excited to be included.
The Mane 6 and the others then went on the train, where Spongebob saw Mr. Krabs and Squidward.
“Mr. Krabs I didn’t know you were coming.” Spongebob said excitedly.
“Ahoy Spongebob, ya see the Krusty Krab was also invited to the wedding, almost all of Equestria was invited.” Mr. Krabs explained.
“Oh indeed, hey there Eugene.” Plankton said showing up.
“Plankton, you’ll never get me secret formuler never!” Mr. Krabs shouted at the copepod.
“I understand your paranoia Eugene but today I’m not after the Formula, I’m just here with Karen to see a wedding is that so wrong?” Plankton explained with a smirk.
“Er, no but just stay away from me formuler.” Mr. Krabs commanded annoyed.
“Okay fine.” Plankton shrugs.
Plankton then turned away smirking they had no idea what was in store for them.
Plankton looked at the wedding with sadness, he saw Shining Armor and Cadence dancing together and began crying silently.
"Karen." Plankton whispered sadly he knew he should be happy for the married couple but he couldn't because he just lost his wife.
"Hey Sheldon." Mr. Krabs said with remorse.
"Eugene, hey look I'm done trying to steal the formula." Plankton said in an empty voice.
"I know Plankton, also sorry for your loss, I've been through the same thing with Pearl's mother." Mr. Krabs apologized.
"It's different Eugene you didn't cause her passing, it's all my fault Karen's gone, I treated her so poorly in the past and what's worse is that my plan caused this." Plankton cried out in agony.
"Well I would not say it's all your fault, Chrysalis did surprise ye with that blast ye never told her to blast Karen." Mr. Krabs comforted.
"Y-You're right I need to stay strong for Karen." Plankton said with some confidence.
Twilight, Spongebob, and Patrick were dancing when Sandy and the Mane 5 walk up to them.
"Twilight, Spongebob we're sorry for leaving you we never shoulda done that." Sandy apologized.
The Mane 5 also apologized, Twilight and Spongebob forgave them but Patrick glared at them and walked up to them.
"Oh I see, since those two were right all along you suddenly are very sorry and want forgiveness, well what if they were wrong then what would happen?" Patrick ranted.
"Patrick is something wrong?" Spongebob asked nervously tapping Patrick on the back.
"Yes, Spongebob they betrayed us just to hang with royalty that is inexcusable." Patrick explained to Spongebob before walking off.
"It will take a while for Pat to forgive you but let's party." Spongebob suggested happily.
It was a fun party Shining Armor even apologized to Spongebob and Twilight and they accepted.

So yeah Patrick's still mad at the Mane 5 and Sandy that will be addressed later. Hope I'm writing Mr. Krabs and Patrick well they might be OOC.
The Crystal Empire Part 2
The Mane 5 were alerted about the Crystal Empire and were off with Twilight and the others to the Crystal Empire where Princess Cadence and Shining Armor were waiting for them.
Shining Armor saw them get off the train and lead them to the Empire but not before being chased by King Sombra the unicorn king who originally ruled the place. Spongebob, Patrick, and Spike were noticeably the most terrified.
Shining Armor and the others made it to the Empire but Shining Armor’s horn was encased with dark rocks so he could not use his magic.
Rarity spent no time admiring the scenery before Plankton shouted “Oh enough already we get it it’s perfectly shiny Blah Blah Blah.”
“Ugh bite your tongue it’s the most glamorous thing in the world.” Rarity spoke.
“Whatever.” Plankton shrugged off.
“Plankton you’re kinda being mean.” Spongebob told Plankton.
“Well we’re here to help Twilight not admire the ‘shiny crystals’.” Plankton said annoyed.
“I know but it wouldn’t hurt to show more kindness.” Spongebob admitted.
“Okay I’ll try.” Plankton relents.
“Horray.” Spongebob cheers.
The gang then sees that Cadence is trying to keep the Crystal Empire shielded from King Sombra but is growing weaker.
They learn that the way to ward off King Sombra is by using positivity from the Empire but they can only do it with the real Crystal Heart so Twilight goes to find the Heart while the rest stalk the crowd and keep them happy.
Plankton and Spike followed Twilight however even though Twilight tells them not to this can only end so well.
Princess Twilight Sparkle Part 3
Sandy was busy talking to Spike about how she left him out.
“I cannot believe they left ya out after you saved the Crystal Empire.” Sandy said annoyed.
“Oh don’t worry Sandy this happens a lot I’m used to it.” Spike admits solemnly.
“WHAT?!” Sandy and Patrick said in shock and anger.
“Yeah I don’t get invited to a lot of things, I even missed out on Twilight’s birthday party.” Spike admits annoyed.
“Well that ain’t right.” Sandy said “As soon as this quest is over I am gonna call Twilight out on this.”
Twilight then shows up sad.
“So no luck finding your tree?” Discord asked with mock concern.
“My friends sent me back here, they said I need to be protected here so Equestria would survive.” Twilight explained.
“Well Twilight, now ya know how Spike feels when he gets left out.” Sandy lectured annoyed.
“Yeah you always leave him behind to go on your bonding adventures and then you leave him alone.” Patrick yelled backing up Sandy.
“Wait is this true Spike?” Twilight asked sadly.
“Yeah Twilight it is. I don’t like being left behind all the time.” Spike admits in sadness making Twilight embrace the dragon.
“I’m so sorry Spike, I’ll try to be a better friend from now on.” Twilight promises hugging Spike.
“In fact I should go back to my friends, they need my help and Spike you can come too.” Twilight said with determination.
Spike and Twilight then left with Patrick and Sandy waving them off.
Inspiration Manifestation Part 1
Spike and Spongebob headed to Celestia and Luna’s old castle with Plankton secretly following them as the green amoeba was concerned when he saw Spike head to the Everfree Forest.
Spike then was reading through a bunch of books.
“What are you doing?” Plankton asked angrily.
“Oh Plankton you scared me a bit.” Spike admitted bashfully.
“Yeah yeah but you’re here in this castle for a reason what’s going on?” Plankton asked concerned.
“I gotta find a spell that’ll help Rarity make something for the fair.” Spike explained.
“And I’m helping.” Spongebob said happily.
“Oh okay and I suppose this isn’t also to get a kiss from Rarity.” Plankton inquires.
“Come on Plankton I’m doing this because I’m her friend I don’t think with my hormones all the time you know and she said I’m her favorite dragon so it’s up to me to come through for her.” Spike argues.
“Alright fine but can you blame me for thinking otherwise?” Plankton asked with a knowing frown.
“No I can’t.” Spike said pulling on a book opening a secret entrance.
Spike then went through it got a book from it called Inspiration Manifestation which brings ideas to life worrying both Spongebob and Plankton.
“I don’t think this is a good idea Spike.” Spongebob advised sheepishly.
“Why? It’s very helpful and besides we shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover you know.” Spike argues smugly.
“You’re hopeless.” Plankton rolled his eye.
Spike then gave the book to Rarity who casted the spell where only true words could set her free from it(unknown to both Spike and Rarity) and was able to make a great puppet stage for the fair but soon she goes mad with power and makes all of Ponyville shiny and made of jewels.
Spike began realizing what he was doing but kept it a secret what was going on but Spongebob and Plankton showed up and began speaking to him.
“Spike this has gone too far you have to stop Rarity and tell the townsfolk it’s Rarity.” Plankton commanded.
“No I made a promise to Rarity I’d keep this to myself.” Spike argued.
“Oh my gosh you simp.” Plankton called out annoyed.
“Plankton.” Spongebob gasped.
“Sorry I got carried away.” Plankton apologized sheepishly.
Spongebob then turned to Spike “Okay if you really need to keep your promise what else can we do to stop this?”
“Wait the book if we can get it away from her she won’t be able to use the magic anymore.” Spike said running up to Rarity with Spongebob and Plankton following.
Inspiration Manifestation Part 2
Spike, Spongebob, and Plankton followed Rarity to the hill and Spike then tried to grab the book but Rarity turned around and then Spike came up either excuse he was basking in her work which made her happy.
Spongebob and Plankton hid behind a tree and formulated a plan to get the book.
“What do we do Plankton?” Spongebob asked scared.
“Well if we destroy the book Rarity should go back to normal so I’ll distract her while you snatch the book and rip it to shreds.” Plankton strategized.
“Perfect.” Spongebob whispered excitedly.
Plankton then walked up to Rarity and praised her work before Spongebob snatched the book and since Rarity caught him he quickly ate it and it shredded from his holes.
“Nooooooooooooooooooooooo, you’ll pay for that.” Rarity seethed angrily before encasing Spongebob in Crystal.
“No, but how, the book it’s gone.” Plankton said surprised at this turn of events.
“Oh but I don’t need that silly book anymore soon I will spread my creations everywhere as Spike will be by my side constantly praising me everywhere I go.” Rarity says before encasing Plankton too.
“No I won’t you’ve become a monster Rarity, I should’ve told you sooner but I didn’t wanna ruin our friendship well after seeing what you did to Spongebob and Plankton I am no longer your friend.” Spike said with anger before walking away.
Rarity then felt green light fade away and her eyes turned blue again while she had her old horn back.
“Oh my gosh, Spongebob and Plankton are encased in crystals, I must get help.” Rarity yelled out scared.

That ended darker than canon, yeah this isn’t over yet.
The group of four were then scared Ponyville looked like wreck as they were walking Spongebob asked “Is this an alternate universe?”
“No Spongeboob, time travel is a thing where if you change the past the future is effected so we’re still in the same Equestria it’s just different.” Plankton answered annoyed with the sponge’s questions.
“Okay that makes sense.” Spongebob said.
“Spongebob, Plankton.” A voice was heard.
Mr. Krabs then walked up looking like an army general.
“This can’t be right you two were captured in the Empire, something weird is goin’ on.” Mr. Krabs said with some suspicion.
“I can explain that, we’re time travelers not from here. A unicorn named Starlight Glimmer interferes with the past and somehow this is the future.” Twilight explained with remorse.
“How did this happen Mr. K?” Spike asked in tears.
“Aye lad it’s a sad tale; when me and the other fish showed up from Bikini Bottom we were able to fend off Queen Chrysalis and redeem Plankton fortunately the same seems to be true in yer timeline, but sadly King Sombra took over the Crystal Empire and kidnapped both of ye.” Mr. Krabs said pointing at Spongebob and Plankton.
“We then began the war with King Sombra, and it still goes on to this day and even with Celestia leading the charge it still takes every single creature doin’ their part.” Mr. Krabs said solemnly.
“Oh.” Spongebob said solemnly.
“Look I hope this helped ye but I gotta get back to makin’ Krabby Patties.” Mr. Krabs said with reluctance.
“Thank you we’re going to set things right.” Twilight promises.
“I sure hope so.” Mr. Krabs said in tears.
The four then realized they can use the scroll to go back in time they tried to time travel again and stop Starlight but failed and ended up in another timeline.
