Seemingly no Changes

Sunset was at Sugarcube corner having a bagel and a small coffee. Not wanting to be in Public after the fall formal but she wanted breakfast so she had no choice. Then Pinkie walked up to her and said, "Hey, Sunset!"

"Get away from me Pinkie." Sunset snapped.

"Why?" Pinkie asked.

"I want nothing to do with you." Sunset said.

Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity and Fluttershy gathered around the table.

"Ugh,out of everybody who still wants to kill me, did it have to be you girls?" Sunset questioned, "What are you skunkbags doing here? Have you not had enough of me?"

"We don't want to kill you darling." Rarity said.

"And We did promise Princess Twilight we would watch over you." Fluttershy said.

"Break your promise." Sunset said, "Because I want nothing to do with any of you fried bitches. I don't deserve you and therefore I don't want you in my life. So stay away from me and I won't keep bullying you." She took her coffee and staggered out the door.

"Girls," Flutttershy said, "What are we going to do about Sunset? I'm really worried about her."

"I don't know darling." Rarity said.

Sunset walked as far as she could until she could walk no further. She sat down on the grass taking out a bottle of water and a bottle of pills, she swallowed pill after pill after pill until she began to feel nauseous, eventually passing out on the grass. After a couple minutes Fluttershy found her unconscious with the pill bottle completely empty. Fluttershy looked horrified at what she had just witnessed she took out her phone and called her friends one by one. Eventually all the girls were surrounding Sunset. Rainbow and Applejack carried her over to the nearest bench and Rarity called an ambulance. An ambulance arrived six minutes later and carried Sunset over to the hospital. The friends were worried.

Sunset woke up, finding herself in a hospital bed with the girls surrounding her.

"She's waking up." Pinkie cheered.

"What, wait, why aren't I dead?" Sunset asked, "Alright, who called the hospital on me? Was it you Pinkie?"

"It was me." Fluttershy said.

"How could you?" Sunset asked, "Why didn't you just leave me there and let me die?"

"We had to look out for you." Rainbow Said, "Sunset why do you have to act like this? It just isn't you."

Sunset sighed, "You know what? Fine! You want to know why I'm such a gross nasty person? I'll tell you. It all started when..."

Sunset told the girls everything about her past from her home life in Equestria to what happened with Princess Celestia.

"And that's my story." Sunset Finished. Once she did she began to cry.

"Sunset, what's wrong?" Asked Fluttershy.

"I'm homesick." Sunset cried, "I should have died last night. Nobody cares about me. Not even you."

"Sugarcube, that's not true. We do care." Applejack said putting her hand on Sunset's chest.

"We won't let anything happen to you." Fluttershy said, "Sunset, you can come stay with me and my family, if you promise to be nice from now on."

"Only for a week." Rainbow Dash said, "Than she can stay with me."

"Ooh ooh and me too." Pinkie Pie said.

"Girls please." Sunset said still crying, "Your kindness is too much for me. I can't accept everyone's offer. How about this, I'll stay at one house each week until I decide what's best for me."

The girls than pulled her in for a group hug.

"Am I interrupting?" Asked Bob the doctor.

"No." Sunset assured him

"Miss Shimmer, I just walked in to let you know you will be discharged tomorrow. We just need these papers to be signed by you." Bob said.

"Will do." Sunset said going back to the emotional moment.

She knew deep down she didn't deserve this but she was exceedingly grateful for the kindness and everything else she was offered. She still felt suicidal internally but she could get help for that later. What mattered is that she had five friends who would be there for her every step of the way.
