Jeff's adventure

A rainbow blur immediately tried to hit Jeff but was stopped. Everypony present was baffled. Rainbow Dash was flying too fast for a telekenisis spell to stop her. Twilight was more baffled by the fact that a non unicorn was using magic.

"You know that trying to punch someone really hard is not a way to greet them?", Jeff scolded Rainbow Dash.

"Let me go monster!", Rainbow yelled. She was expecting to be dropped but was surprised when Jeff set her down on the floor. She immediately flew back to her friends.

"Jeff! For your crimes agai-", Celestia spoke in her royal canterlot voice but was cut off when her mouth was forcibly closed.

"I would like to know what are the crimes 'I' commited.", He asked in an emotionless voice. The magical aura that was around Celestia's mouth disappeared allowing her to speak. Twilight noted that it had a light blue aura.

"You have slaughtered 1000 ponies for no reason!", Celestia answered. Everyone was immediately very scared of Jeff. Except Apple Jack. She knew something was off about what the princess said. Jeff spoke up again.

"What evidence do you have?", Celestia was bout to open her mouth but suddenly a chill ran up her spine. She suddenly felt paralyzing fear she had never felt before. Jeff was delighted to see his new spell work but hid it. He looke at the entire group of royal guards, princesses and the elements. They also ceased moving and that meant his spell was working correctly.

"Actually I don't want to know as it is probably because princess said so"

He suddenly clapped his hands in front of him and then slowly brought them apart. The paralyzed crowd in front of him also started splitting into two halves to make a path to the vault for him. He walked pat them and up to the door. It was locked. Not a problem for him as the door slowly started bending and compressing making a way for him to enter. The princesses, elements and guards could see in their peripheral vision that he had entered the vault. They could only think about what artefact he would escape with.

Jeff looked around the vault looking for his bag. Knives. No. Strange amulet. No. Sceptre. No. Bag. Yes. He walked to his bag and saw that they had not been able to open it. There were multiple burn marks on it that signified that someone had tried to open it but all they had done was make it dirty. He picked it up and opened the zipper that was enchanted to only respond to his touch. He pulled out a note book, a pen and a black sharpie which had a strange glow. He exited the vault then had a thought and turned back to it. The group outside watched the door fix itself after Jeff had exited and turned around to look at it. He then went up to Celestia, tore out a page from his notebook, wrote something on it and then stuck it to Celestia where it remain stuck magically. He then walked to the front of the group, turned towards them and spoke in a casual tone.

"Now as much as I would like to stay here and do whatever, I won't as I have a country to build." Then he teleported out of sight.

Immediately everypony felt the fear leave their bodies and they could move again. Rainbow was about to fly off to search for Jeff but was stopped by Apple Jack grabbing her tail. Twilight was the first one to speak.

"He killed 1000 ponies!? How will we able to stop him from doing something like that again!"

"That is unlikely", Luna stated. Everyone looked at her with questioning looks. She cleared her throat and spoke ,"He said that he had a country to build."

"He could have meant taking over Equestria!", Twilight countered now panicking. Meanwhile Celestia removed the note that Jeff yad attached to her and read it over. She immediately tried to incinerate it but failed. Luna took notice and took the note I her mahical grip and brought it to herself much to Celestia's dismay.

"Stop! Don't read that!", She ordered but was too late. Luna now had a slight blush as she finished reading the note. She looked at her sister and quickly looked away. Pinkie Pie saw the note and spoke.

"Maybe he left us some clues through that note like any dumb villain would."

"The note! Princess Luna, could you please read that note to us. Maybe we ca track him down.", Twilight was now relieved.

"Yeah! When I find him I'll beat him up!", Rainbow added.

"That doesn't seem nice.", Fluttershy voiced her opinion very quietly. Luna looked at the guards who were waiting for orders.
"I need every available guard to keep a lookout for Jeff. Give all the patrols a description of him and orders to arrest him if seen. I also want every search party that was looking for Changelings to now look for Jeff. Is that clear?!"

"Yes princess!", The guards said before leaving to follow their new orders. Luna focused her attention at the elements.

"About the note, I need you all to pinkie promise to never speak of what is written to anypony.", Luna said. The elements did the pinkie promise actions and then Luna showed them the note. It read

Celestia, I know that we hate each other for reasons but I'm concerned about your action in the garden about 2 months ago. You had gotten a three layered cake for eating. You had finished that 2 foothoof tall cake in 10 seconds by seemingly unhinging your jaw like a snake. I swear I also saw a snake tongue wrap around the cake and pull it into your mouth. If you r having problems please write to the address at the end of the letter. Also luna is very cute looking when not trying to kill me. I know that she likes banana.
This is my address if anyone but you wants to send me a letter(unless it is some type of diplomatic stuf, I don't want enemies). When teleporting to me all spells on the letter will get undone so no tracking me
Jeff's flying dumpster, y0 mam4 f4t

"How did he write this so fast?", Rainbow asked.

"Wha' do you mean by that! We just got his address to track 'im down!", Apple jack said annoyed by Rainbow's dumb question.

"How serious do you think this address is! He might as well have written 'bottom of the bottomless pit'", Twilight shouted pointing out Apple Jack's dumbness.
Out of no where Pinkie pulled out a pen and paper and started writing,
"Dear mr.Jeff,

Why are you such a meanie to everypony? Also what type of cake do you like? Do you like parties? Are you an alien? Are you here to conquer Equestria for your alien empire? Please reply asap.
Yours truly,
Pinkamena Diane Pie a.k.a. Pinkie Pie"

She then wrote the address as everypony warched. When she finished writing it, the letter was surrounded by a light blue Glow similar to Jeff's magical aura. In a flash of light it disappeared. A few moments later a response came.
