Rarity designs a new winter outfit and has Rainbow Dash test its effectiveness while wearing a sports outfit underneath. Unfortunately it's not quite as Rarity imagined it; it's hotter than it needs to be, and Rainbow can barely do anything.

Contains: Omorashi/wetting. But it doesn't quite revolve around it this time, it's just a part of it.

Just something I randomly came up with, another scenario that sprung to mind. Quality will probably be low of course so if you didn't like my previous stories, you can ignore them.
