Spike began speaking “Starlight I heard about what I did and I’m sorry for the jokes I made, they weren’t funny looking back they were very mean, and I never should’ve made them because you would be in a better state right now otherwise.”

Spike then began whimpering on the floor and began sobbing.

“Spike it’s my fault too I should’ve told you the jokes were annoying me and it wasn’t your fault for any of this while your jokes certainly didn’t help they aren’t the reason I’ve been doing this.” Starlight reassured the dragon.

“I’m not?” Spike asked looking up at Starlight with tears in his eyes.

“No, what really was causing me this was the rumors, the teasing, the mocking from other ponies who say I should not be forgiven and the fact that they are right; all I do is cause pain EVERY TIME!” Starlight wailed in her bed.

“Starlight why do you think we keep you around?” Twilight asked comfortingly.

“Because I’m powerful.” Starlight answered glaring a bit.

“No, it’s because we’re your friends and we love you.” Twilight said embracing the young unicorn as the rest of the Mane 6 joined in on the hug including Spike in it as well.

“The doctor says you need to stay here until the wounds have healed but we will visit all the time.” Twilight reassured breaking away from the hug.

The Mane 6 and Spike began leaving as Starlight looked on wondering if everything will be okay.
