Twilight called an assembly at the town square, Mayor Mare allowed this due to her being the princess and all plus the issue of suicide was very serious.

Twilight then spoke at the microphone “Attention everypony it is with deep reluctance that I have to say Starlight almost succeeded in the act of committing suicide today. And she has told me the cause of this was due to excessive bullying and harassment making her feel worthless, well here is the thing, from now on if somepony is to ever harass anypony again they will be punished by community service and if they are pushed to the point of committing suicide, you go to prison I will not tolerate this behavior I know this is probably common knowledge but I think I need to say it again.”

One of the ponies began muttering something in the front row.

Spike caught wind of this and recognized the pony well he was the pony in the blue coat who said Starlight deserved to suffer. He glared at the asshole and began speaking as he heard something he did not want to hear “Oh I’m sorry I didn’t hear you what did you say?”

“I said why should we care about some scumbag’s suffering she deserves it.” The Pony asked angrily glaring at the dragon.

Rainbow Dash was about to beat the Pony senseless before she was held back by Applejack.

“You’re the reason she even did this, I remember you, and the fact you said Starlight deserved to suffer.” Spike angrily pointed out.

“So what? She’s a criminal why should we care about her feelings?” The blue coated pony smugly asked.

“Because if she doesn’t make it out alive it will be all your fault and you will have caused another pony to die.” Spike yelled angrily.

The blue coated pony then sat in his seat in shame while Twilight began speaking “Since you were unaware of your actions and all you said were some rude comments, I will let you off the hook but should you do something like this again you will be punished.”

The assembly then left while Spike then became remorseful .

“Twilight I shouldn’t have caused this incident, can you forgive me?” Spike asked in remorse.

“Forgive you? I’m proud of you, you stood up for your friend, and made it clear that what he did was wrong and that was amazing.” Twilight said hugging Spike which the dragon returned.

Trixie watched the scene happily she just had to deal with a pony who made her friend miserable.
