This story is based during the events of chapter 28 of Sunsets Herd by madhat886

Its not necessary to read the chapter or the whole story to understand whats going on here, but I do highly recommend giving madhat story a read, its really good.

Equestrian Princess and Governess of Ponyville, Sunset Shimmer, just learned from Spike that Rarity had been kidnap by some Diamond Dogs, while the two were out digging for gems. She quickly realize that Rarity wasn't kidnap but instead was taken prisoner for stealing the Diamond Dogs gems on their land.

Sunset fully believes Rarity is a no good thief and deserves to be punish for her crimes. Twilight doesn't believe she's a thief and shouldn't be treated as such.

Who is right and who is wrong? Did Rarity purposely tried to steal from The Diamond Dogs or not?

This Story was inspired by the arguments I had with another reader named MegaMasterKing in the comments section of chapter 28 of Sunset's Herd. We both gave very good valid points on Rarity situation and I just wanted to express all that in this story.
